The moment T'Aimnu heard Spock's voice, she pushed off the wall and trotted over to Spock happily. She was giving him a sloppy, toothy grin, which included a small look at her gums. Which appeared to be a bit bloodied from being cut up on the wiring and paneling. Which was to be expected, giving the hard materials she had been chewing on. Her tail was wagging and she seemed pretty happy to see Spock, despite everything else had occurred.
Somewhere along the line, Abby had managed to get her self to where she was she was running straight into Jim. She wasn't paying any attention to where she was going. She was paying more at her ability to skitter around the corner and the ship. She honestly didn't look the exact same dog as last time. Her fur didn't look as healthy, more scraggly. It wasn't as golden and it was almost like she had a few scars and like she was kinda mixed with a German Shepard.
McCoy saw a fluffy tail disappear and sped up. "Cam?" Bones started loudly. "Cameron?" McCoy hissed, softer. He groaned at having to chase the woman into the small space. "Woman, you better not tear a nail on the grating." He warned under his breath as he wove his way around the machinery as best as he could without loosing Cam. "Come here woman." McCoy started to curse just about everything under the sun under his breath. Including his luck and he didn't forget about Jim's luck either. Once he ran out of things to curse, he started on Jim and his luck.

“Good job, T’Aimnu..” Spock still sounded almost aggravated with the situation, but was relieved that the dog was off the wires. He knelt down, trying to check for damage in her mouth. He noticed the blood, which he had halfway been expecting. The Vulcan looked T’Aimnu back in the eye and pet her head a little, glad that he had found her before she’d gotten through the wires. He smiled a little at the sloppy grin, and at finding her. He stood up and called Jim to inform him he’d found one dog, still watching her, halfway afraid she’d run off again. “We need to go to Medbay.” He informed her once he was done, still knowing it wouldn’t be that easy to direct the dog through the halls. He took a step or two towards the Medbay, trying to see how she’d react. Spock looked prepared to run after her, if she turned the other way and ran.
Jim was getting off his call from Spock when Abby ran right at him. He wasn’t fully paying attention and was surprised to see the line of fur headed towards him. He quickly moved back, trying to avoid collision. Once he finally got a look at the dog, he thought for a moment it may have been Cameron because the fur color seemed to have some shepherd in it. Eventually, he identified the dog as the Commander instead and he grinned widely. “Abby! There you are!” He looked at the dog he now recognized, also noting the changes. The woman’s change was even visible in this virus. He knelt down to look at the dog a little better, making sure those scars were not scratches from something recent. He held a hand out to her, trying to get her to focus on him so she wouldn’t run off. “Hey, girl. Come here.” He smiled at her.
The clicking noise of Cam’s nails on the metal slowed a bit once she heard her name. She slowed down a bit, now to a fast walk. Eventually, she came to a small ladder, more steep steps than anything else. This proved to be challenging to get up for the dog. She couldn’t quite get her weight right to scale the ladder, her front paws on one of the higher steps as one of her hind legs went between the grate and the bottom step. After a few moments, she gave it her best shot and fell backwards onto the grating. The German Shepherd quickly got back on her feet and stood up, shaking herself out quickly. She turned to look at McCoy and sat down. Her mouth was hanging open in a soft pant as before, as if nothing had happened.

T'Aimnu nugded Spock's hand to get him to pet her. She followed him, she didn't exactly remember the way to Med Bay. She was just happy to see Spock. T'Aimnu cocked her head and looked at Spock to try and understand why he had stopped. She licked her chops at blood her mouth had bled.
As Abby noticed Jim, she changed course, sliding to crash into James. You could literally hear her nails scratching the floors as she was trying to slow herself down. She lowered herself on to her stomach and enjoyed the ride. Barking a few times she crashed into James, and her tail went into its weedwacker and alarm mode. In such a small hallow space, her tail made an incredible amount of noise on the floor that the few crew members that were around, started to stare.
McCoy chuckled seeing what Cam had done. "Cam come on girl. Do you want to see Abby and T'Aimnu? Let's go. Let's go find them!" Bones took a few steps away and then waited. He hoped that the woman turned dog would follow him to the Med Bay. He had to make sure they all were ok. He also hoped that the change was from being planetside and not anything more serious. Bones took a few more steps and waited for Cam to come with him. He hoped that she would be easy enough to get to the Med Bay.

Spock looked down at her, still smiling a little. “Good girl.” He was glad to have her attention. He pet her head gently, then started walking towards Medbay. The Vulcan was concerned about T’Aimnu’s jaws. He couldn’t tell how serious the damage was, and wanted to get back to McCoy as soon as possible. He looked between the dog and the hall in front of them, the faint smile still there despite himself. “Doctor McCoy will fix your gums.” He was reassuring himself more than her. Spock looked down at T’Aimnu once more. “We will also be meeting with your friends, Abby and Cam, shortly.”
Jim stumbled backwards when Abby collided with his legs. He nearly fell from the force, but regained his balance. He laughed at the dog in front of him. “Hey Abby!” He greeted her again, grinning now. He pet her with both hands, halfway checking to make sure the scars were in fact scars and not fresh wounds. “I’ve been looking for you! You had me worried, girl.” He seemed rather content with petting the dog in front of him, but knew they needed to get to Medbay. Kirk let out a small sigh. “We need to get you to Medbay.” He was talking more to himself than her. “Bones is going to get you back to normal.” A promise he couldn’t keep, and really had no part in. James straightened up and started walking towards Medbay, hoping she’d follow, watching her as he did.
Cam barked at the mention of her friends, excitedly. Her tail began to wag, hitting a part of the ships equipment on one side. She followed McCoy towards Medbay without any serious issues. She would occasionally get distracted by a new scent, and follow it for a few inches before remembering to follow the man. Other than that, she kept up with him.

T'Aimnu's tail wagged excitedly at the mention of Abby and Cam. She kept up with Spock fairly well. She only got distracted a few times, following a trail into a different corridor. But in the end she always ended up trotting to catch up with Spock. In which case, she would alway bump her nose to his hand. One time she didn't time it correctly and bumped him in the behind with her nose.
Abby sat down and seemed to pout when James mentioned the Sick Bay. That pouting only lasted a few seconds before she caught up him. She still had the same canine habit as last time, where she would walk so close to Jim that she would nearly trip him up. Though one thing did change, the closer they got to Sick Bay the slower her trot was. In which, she literally stopped and sat down at the enterance. She refused to go any further. It was like she somewhat could remember and smell her blood.
"Atta girl." McCoy smiled, chuckling at her tail. The man stopped every time Cam drifted off on to a scent trail. Soon enough they made it to Sick Bay. He did a round with checking in on everyone. He didn't pay much attention to Cam, but it was mainly to make sure she didn't run off again. Since that was the last thing he needed.

Spock would wait for T’Aimnu to drift off. He slowed down his pace each time she did, waiting on the bump on his hand. He almost laughed the time she missed, instead his smile just growing a little. He moved out of her way after she missed, petting her head softly. Eventually they got to Sickbay, about the time Abby refused to go in.
Jim smiled when she started to follow him, even if he did almost fall for a moment. He’d forgotten how close she would get, and it took him by surprise for a moment. He moved a little slower, careful of her as they went. As she slowed down, he kept trying to coax her to speed up, but with no luck. “Abby, you’ll be alright...” He sighed, trying to get her to speed up. He wasn’t sure how much time McCoy would need to fix them. At the entrance, he stopped a few feet inside, waiting on her.“Come on Abby, don’t you want to see your friends?” He tried to take her mind off what was probably her memories.
Once in Sick Bay, Cameron started to explore the area. She sniffed and barked at a few people and some of the equipment. Somewhere near the entrance, she heard her friends name and decided to go investigate.

Abby let out a pretty disgusted bark. A few seconds later she slid to lay on her stomach and let out a fairly upset whine. Her head landing off to the side of her pawsShe refused to go into the Bay mainly due to the smells.
A few moments after Abby barked, T'Aimnu came barreling around the corner, followed the bark. She slowed, sniffing Abby over for any injuries. But the moment T'Aimnu's muzzle bumped into the approximate spot of Abby's gun shot, Abby shot up and snapped at T'Aimnu. Which all things considered, T'Aimnu did not appreciate. This caused the two dogs to fight for a good minute before T'Aimnu surrendered when Abby had her teeth around T'Aimnu's neck in a gentle manner. Once the dominance was figured out, Abby backed off about 10 feet with a huff and laid down. There was no blood somehow beyond what was from T'Aimnu's prior chewing, but plenty of fur laying about.
McCoy heard the bark and managed to see the last second T'Aimnu checking Abby. As he hurried to separate the fighting dogs, they separated. He gave Jim a What the hell is going on look. He was utterly shocked and surprised by this sight. "I hope that was just them getting this mission out of their systems. Good lord, that dog has a lot of hair." He muttered, mainly seeing hair from Abby.

“Abby...” Jim sighed, knowing the dog was going to be difficult about this. “It won’t hu-“ he cut himself off as he saw T’Aimnu coming up to them. He assumed that the other dog would be able to coax her in. He watched the two, not expecting the fight once it started. “Abby!” He moved to stop it, but as fast as it started, it was already over. He decided to stand in front of Abby, knowing her and T’Aimnu could just go around him if they wanted to, but giving it a shot. “I hope so. They started out of the blue.” Jim looked at Abby, frowning. He knew she still must have been uncomfortable where she was shot. “She does... Her hair looks different than before. I think what happened to her before has actually changed her appearance in this state.”
Once T’Aimnu shot off, Spock quickly followed her. He didn’t run. The bark was Abby’s, he didn’t expect the two to fight once they met. Then more noise came from down the corridor, and Kirk called out Abby’s name. The Vulcan sped up, knowing something was wrong. He arrived at the same time as McCoy, catching the end of the fight. Once the dogs had separated, he stood near T’Aimnu, deciding to stay near her. When Cam came out of Sickbay, he put a hand lightly on T’Aimnu’s head. He was uncertain of what the newest arrival would do, and he didn’t want the dog closest to him in another fight.
Cam heard the commotion outside and arrived once the dogs had already broken up. She barked happily at her friends, not knowing what had just happened. She sniffed some at the hair on the ground, recognizing it immediately. She had a sneaking suspicion that something had happened here, but she wasn’t sure what. The German shepherd sat down a few feet from her friends, barking once more, tail wagging.

Abby huffed fairly annoyed with Jame's attempt to step in front of her. She simply and noisily moved her body over to get a better view. Abby's eyes watched Cam as she came into view. The only movement that could be seen was one tail wag that was more like a flop. About ten seconds later another flop could be heard.
T'Aimnu pushed her head into Spock's hand as Cam came into view. T'Aimnu stood, tail wagging slowly as she approached her friend. She spent a few moments sniffing around Cam's head and a quick sniff across her body and then went to sit beside Spock and did her now customary head to hand bump. Which now was more of a demand for attention more then anything else.
McCoy let his breath out as T'Aimnu sniffed at Cam and simply walked away. "Well that was eventful. I wonder what got into them..."
Abby cut Bones off with a huff.
"Yea yeah whatever. You maybe a human Abigail, but right now you're a dog and you shouldn't be back talking me right." Bones huffed back. Turning his attention back to the actual humans. "Seeing as how Miss Sunshine is right now..."
Abby cut Bones off once more that started with a growl that turned into a fairly loud bark. She definitely didn't seem to appreciate the nickname.
Bones simply rolled his eyes. "Shut up Abigail, unless you want to remain a dog forever. As I was saying, seeing how aggressive she is, who should we start with Cam or or T'Aimnu?"

Spock watched T’Aimnu as she approached the other dog. He had half the mind to stop her, but stayed where he was and watched attentively. Thankfully, Cam seemed in a decent mood, and there wasn’t another fight. When the Vulcan turned dog approached him again, he smiled very faintly. He pet her head softly, giving her some of the attention she wanted, hoping this would keep her from anymore trouble.
Cam’s tail seemed to speed up once T’Aimnu approached her. She gave the other dog a few sniffs in return, and maintained her good mood through the interaction.
Jim made a face at the attitude he received from Abby. Typically, he didn’t get this much attitude from her anyways. She was obviously the least thrilled about the situation out of the group. “I wonder what’s gotten into her...” Jim muttered, almost to himself. As Abby’s attitude continued, he shared another look with Spock, who’s eyebrow was raised in the typical look. He snorted a little at Bones’ reaction. If anyone walked by and saw them arguing with a dog, they would most likely lose faith in their leadership.
“T’Aimnu was chewing through wiring outside her quarters when I found her. She has a few scratches on her gums, but I could not examine the full extent of the damage. I would suggest that you examine her jaws.” Spock responded, looking at T’Aimnu. “Cam’s behavior may change, if we consider her past behavior.” He meant, her willingness to argue as a human, let alone the issues she could give as a dog. He glanced at the other dog, who had been previously lounging rather lazily, but now seemed more attentive now that her name was used. “I advise you first examine T’Aimnu.” In all honesty, he was worried about her gums, but would not give that as his main reason
With all the mentioning of her name, Cam was now watching the others, almost suspiciously. Her ears were now perked up, and she stood up. The idea of going into Sickbay didn’t exactly thrill her either. She took a step back, watching the group. She remained silent, almost like she was trying to sneak off.
James glanced over at Cameron as she moved. “Bones, it’s probably a good thing you didn’t become a veterinarian.” He smiled a little.

"Perhaps I should've. Then I wouldn't have had patients who could backtalk. Cameron you better not be running away." McCoy stated. "Spock if you don't mind keeping T'Aimnu occupied. Jim make sure the other dogs don't run off. Please." McCoy sighed, scooped up T'Aimnu and placed her on the bed.
T'Aimnu eyed McCoy the moment he picked her up. A few moments after McCoy pried open her mouth, she started to run her tongue over her teeth and gums. She continued to run her tongue over her gums even after McCoy was done. "Nothing major. She lucked out on not being electrocuted. That's for sure. Hopefully, a painful mouth while eating will stop her from chewing on anything else inappropriate in the future." He grumbled.
T'Aimnu growled at his last comment. She definitely didn't appreciate it. The man turned away for a few moments to grab a few things and T'Aimnu started to jumped off the bed at an attempt to get out of the Med Bay.
"T'Aimnu." McCoy's shoulders drooped as she started off.

Jim laughed a little at McCoy’s response, then gave a hesitant nod as the three left. He looked between Cam and Abby, realizing he wasn’t in the best spot to watch them both. It was clear the german shepherd was considering a run for it, and he wasn’t sure he trusted Abby much more. “Cameron, come over here.” He moves a little further from Abby so that it would be easier to see them both.
Cam had taken a seat briefly once the others discovered her attempt. Once the three left, and it was just Kirk on watch, she stood back up and started to slowly move backwards. She stared at him for a moment when he addressed her, as if judging how much of a head start she would have on him. Her tail begun to move again, as she looked between him and Abby.
More of James’ attention went to Cam, unsure of what to do if she did bolt. There was no guarantee that Abby would stick around, or that she wouldn’t immediately bolt off herself. He tried to quickly assess who would cause the most problems if they got loose. He looked between the two dogs, worriedly, then straightened himself up a bit. “Cameron, I am the Captain of this ship and I order you to come here.” He said forcefully, though uncertain how pulling rank on a dog would work.
Cam stopped moving, then hesitantly sat down where she was, her tail going limp against the ground. She let out a low growl, more disgruntled than angry. She didn’t make up the distance between them, her own way of arguing with him even now.
Spock followed McCoy closely. “Good, I’m glad there wasn’t serious damage.” He sounded rather relieved. He stayed near the other two, his arms folded behind him. He was far enough not to be in the way, which also meant there was some delay reaching T’Aimnu if something happened. He raised an eyebrow at what Bones added, and her response. “I am sure T’Aimnu has learned her lesson, pain is most likely not necessary for her to remember.” He stated softly, watching her. When she jumped off the bed, he tried to grab her. “T’Aimnu!” He quickly tried to grab the dog, which was proving difficult since she didn’t have a leash or even collar. “T’Aimnu, stay here.”

The moment that Jim moved towards Cam, Abby lifted her head and eyed the man. She tensed, not liking the fact that Jim was moving towards Cam. For whatever reason, she was being an attention hog and a little butt and a female dog all in one towards Jim. Maybe it was just the transformation. Maybe just the mission, maybe a combination of everything. She definitely didn't appreciate the growl from Cam. She let a small growl of her own
T'Aimnu definitely didn't listen to Spock. She knew that she probably shouldn't stop at the Med Bay doorway. But she did and slid into James' legs which caused Abby to jump up and nip at T'Aimnu with a small growl. Which caused more fur to fly. Literally, as another fight started. But it was over before anyone could stop them. T'Aimnu moved about 10 feet away and Abby moved back to where she was laying, but closer to James of course. She was close enough to where James could almost trip on her if he wasn't careful.
"T'Aimnu! SPOCK! God damn green blooded..." McCoy's shoulders drooped. "You should've of held on to her Spock. You know how dogs are about seeing the Vet. Damnit man." Bones was not happy by any means. He was stressed out by the last few days and now this. He wasn't sure how much more he could take with the women's catty attitude. He couldn't think of anything that could possibly cause the attitude changes that much. Sure some could have came from the dog's DNA.

“It’s difficult to get a hold of her.” Spock replies, clearly not enjoying the situation either. “We need to get leashes.” He added, more to himself than McCoy, as he followed after T’Aimnu quickly. “I don’t believe I do know how dogs are about seeing the Vet, but I’m sure you have a colorful human idiom to explain it to me.” At this point, Spock was catching his own sort of an attitude. He caught up with T’Aimnu as the fight was drawing to an end. The Vulcan rushed in to attempt to break up the fight, but narrowly missed it, instead nearly running into Jim as well. He stopped a foot or so away from the man, then noticed how close he got to Abby. Some instinctual part of him told him to back up from the woman turned dog, and he quickly retreated to near T’Aimnu. “T’Aimnu!” He knelt next to her, checking her for any serious damage. At this rate, she would soon be a hairless dog. “You should’ve stayed in Sickbay.”
Cam looked a bit surprised when Abby growled. She had decided the other dog would be as worried about getting out of there as she had been. She let out another growl, not appreciating the attitude from her friend. Then, a sliding shape drifted towards Jim and collided. It took her a moment to identify the shape as T’Aimnu, especially as the second fight started up. She was split between joining in the fight and using this time to run off. Unfortunately for her, it was over as quickly as it started. Still, she gave it a try. She started moving backwards quickly, starting to turn when Spock noticed her and told her to stop. She huffed, then turned back to face the others.
Jim looked over at Abby at the growl. He’d figured she’d take off if Cam provided the chance. He was almost relieved that she wouldn’t. He turned his attention back to the retriever for a moment, but not for too long before he caught movement out of the corner of his eye. Before he could move back, that moving hair cluster slid into his legs. He looked down. “T’Aimnu?” They couldn’t have been done already, she must’ve run off. He moved down to get a hold of her before she could run again, but then a cluster of fur started up again. He froze up for a moment. A fight, again? Why? Why was it practically on his feet? Before he could break it up, another figure was running toward him and he quickly moved back this time. Spock stopped on his own, then moved back once the fight was over. Once things had calmed down, he looked back down at Abby, giving her a concerned look. “What’s gotten into you?”

"Well the least you could have done was to give her a hug and paid attention to her to keep her calm. And from running away from us and into Jim. Thereby starting a fight." McCoy shot back at Spock, kind of blaming the Vulcan in this instance. "One of you needs to come and get a different dog. I'm not willing to risk aggravating any one of them more than needed. "Preferably Jim. You're got more sense than Spock in this stuff." He remarked as he walked back into the Med Bay.
T'Aimnu simply nosed into Spock's face, looking for attention. She sat up in the process. She huffed to try and get Abby's fur out from her mouth and nose. The dog outrigth licked Spock on his face, eyes, nose and lips, a couple of times on each spot. And started to nose at the male Vulcan.
Abby simply huffed and looked at James. Most of the fur was hers that was loose on the ground. She stared at the man for a good minute before laying her head down while she still was eyeing Jim. She sneezed and huffed at the same time. Taking a moment to sniff around, she shuffled around on the floor. She still had an eye out on James and then T'Aimnu. She huffed, and squirmed around on her back again and plopped back down.

Spock practically flared at McCoy. “Perhaps if you had learned bed side manner in your southern education,” he said southern like it meant primitive, “then the women wouldn’t be fearful of Sickbay.” His voice remained low and his tone without the indignation he felt. He looked at T’Aimnu and his expression softened some. He did feel guilty for the fight. He tried to pull some of the loose fur off her nose, but half of it ended up on his own face. “T’Aimnu.” He protested, sounding like a teenager who’s mom just did something embarrassing. He didn’t move away, smiling a little at her behavior. He had had a pet once, not a dog, but he did miss it.
Jim almost snorted at Spock’s response. McCoy had gotten under his skin too, apparently. “Spock..” he warned, knowing the two other men were both just frustrated, and not wanting a dog fight between them as well. He sighed, then looked between Cam and Abby. He had half the mind to take Cam, not trusting her to stick around if he left Spock as watch. He wasn’t sure how Abby would respond, and he wasn’t sure how many more fights she could be in without getting someone hurt or hurt herself. “Abby, come on. Let’s go.” He motioned towards the Medbay, almost afraid to outright pick her up. “Spock, watch Cam, she keeps-“ he stopped, then sighed. “Cameron, get back here right this instant.” He raised his voice a little so that it would carry further down the hall, to where her tail was disappearing around a corner. Cam stalked back around, growling, before laying down a few yards from Spock. Jim turned back to Abby, taking a few steps in Medbay, then stopping and waiting.

T'Aimnu stood on her hind legs and put her front paws against Spock in order to better reach his face. After a minute of licks around his neck and mouth, T'Aimnu literally sat her butt down on Spock's feet. She stared up at him in an adoring manner, panting.
Abby groaned and then whined as she stayed where she was. After she watched James staring at her for a minute or two, before standing and slinking her way over to James. Abby was not a happy camper obviously. Her tail was straight as a rod between her legs.
McCoy surprised the woman by swooping in lifting her on to the exam. "Keep her distracted Jim." Bones stated softly. "Sorry Abby." He moved to take her temperature from her back end. Which earned the doctor a small growl and show of her teeth. McCoy simply shrugged it off. He came back with a hypo to do a fair amount of blood testing, but he kept it out of Abby's sight. He did another quick physical exam, making sure nothing was out of place. She growled slightly when he got to approximately where the bullet hole was, and when his skimmed over a bit close for her liking near her butt and a back hip that been bruised.

A small part of the the human side of Spock got out, or perhaps a softer Vulcan side, and he cracked a small smile. Once T’Aimnu had decided she had had enough of licking him, he pet her head softly. He could practically feel the look of adoration, which only increased his smile more. If anyone were to walk through at this exact moment, especially someone who didn’t know the Vulcan well, they may think he was sick. “Good girl, T’Aimnu.” He praised her, glad she didn’t have near the attitude of Abby or the habits of Cam. He suddenly remembered Cam. Spock stiffened up a little, expecting to find a missing dog.
Instead, the German Shepherd was laying lazily a few feet away from Spock and T’Aimnu. Her eyes were halfway closed, and her tail would occasion swish from one side to the other. The cool floor of the corridor, as well as the absence of the two main stressors currently, Abby and McCoy, seemed to have calmed her down.
Once Spock saw that there was nothing to worry about, he returned his attention to T’Aimnu. The smile had disappeared and hadn’t returned, as his mind was now preoccupied with the issue, not just with a happy dog.
Jim was about to grab Abby when she finally went along. He almost felt guilty when he saw her demeanor inside Sickbay. Perhaps if he had been a better Captain, she wouldn’t have ended up here so many times to have bad memories. He was about to put Abigail on a bed when McCoy did it for him, surprising him slightly, but he didn’t miss a beat. James put a hand on her back, careful to try and avoid the area he thought was causing her pain. He tried to stay out Bones’ way, while also holding Abby. He watched the other man work, putting a hand carefully on the dog’s head when she started to growl. “Abby...” He warned, trying to pet her head softly to calm her down. “You know he doesn’t mean any harm... It’s just Bones... You know how bad he is with humans too, and that’s who he’s comfortable with...” If there was some part of Abby in there, she may cut Bones’ some slack if she remembered how awful his bedside manner already was, without his patient being dog. Jim didn’t look at the doctor, knowing the other man wouldn’t appreciate it. Why not say it though? In Jim’s mind, he was likely to get bit by Abby if she didn’t calm down, a hypo to the side may be a swifter end.

T'Aimnu's tail seemed to speed up at Spock's praise and then stopped as Spock's attention turned to the other female in the room and their problem. She barked loud and clear at her displeasure of not the forefront of Spock's active attention. She lifted her nose and chin to nose at his thighs and whatever else she could reach. If she had her way, she would be sitting in his lap or chest. Either one would work well for her purpose of hogging Spock's attention for as long as she wanted it.
This time around as a dog, it was like Abby was more dog than human. She pulled her ears back slightly as Jim petted her. Abby was staring at James, her eyes were pretty black. She was definitely uncomfortable being in the med Bay. She nuzzled at Jim's face, looking for as much attention as she could. She whinned slightly at Jame's words, being a bit submissive.
McCoy stopped what he was doing at Abby's whine and stared, his eyes darting between Jim and Abby. He took a few moments and scanned her with a tricorder. He chuckled and looked Jim and the results. He shook his head, everything was just making sense with her behavior. But the man didn't say a word about it. He wandered off, getting a few more things and preformed a few new tests. "I'm done with her, mind calling Cam in for me Jim?" Bones spoke up for the first time.

Spock looked down at T’Aimnu as she barked, still not used to the amount of attention she demanded. He glanced back at Cam one last time, who seemed fixed in her spot, then crouched next to T’Aimnu. He ran a hand over her head, then shifted so that he was sitting in front of the dog.
Jim kept his eyes on Abby the majority of the time, still unsure of her behavior. Thankfully, she did calm down some. He smiled a little as she nuzzled against him, glad for the slight change in behavior. When she whined, he frowned a little, assuming something was wrong. “Bones, will you stop poking her?” He sighed, not looking at the other man. When his friend stopped his work, he finally took his eyes off the dog. “Bones?” He asked, confused as to why he had stopped. Was something wrong? James watched him scan her with the tricorder, still frowning slightly. He expected an explanation, especially when McCoy laughed. Before he could ask what was going on, McCoy had already left again. Jim sighed and looked back at Abby, looking at her worriedly.
When Bones came back, Jim gave a nod and finally took his hands of Abby. He knew that if the doctor was done with the test, and if she was not held back, Abby would take off anyways. There was no point in calling her to leave, he assumed. Jim walked out to the entrance of Medbay, halfway expecting to find yet another dog fight, but finding the exact opposite. “Spock?” He asked, almost through a laugh. The scene in front of him was yet another confusing part of Kirk’s week.
Spock looked up from T’Aimnu, where a small smile had grown on his face again. Once he saw the Captain in front of him, he quickly forced the smile away, and stood back up. “Captain.” He replied, trying to act as if nothing had happened. “Cam, surprisingly, did not give me much trouble. T’Aimnu was not a problem.” He stated the second fact as if it was to be expected. At the mention of her name, Cam’s ears perked up, but she’s didn’t move her head.
Jim grinned at Spock. “Good job, Spock.” He decided not to harp on what he’d just seen, instead turning to the lazy dog. “Cameron, come on.” No movement. “You know this has to be done. Don’t you want to be human again?” Cam did not seem interested. “Oh come on.” Kirk sighed, this day had been stressful enough, without Cam being as stubborn as she was as a human. The dog finally shifted, sitting up to look at him, Spock and T’Aimnu, before standing up. She stood there for a moment, watching him. Finally, she let out a huff of air, then started into medbay.

(Oh shoot it’s fine! You doing alright though?
I’m doing fine. Only major updates from me are that Im already sick of the South again, and my ear is doing a thing and I’m not enjoying that. I also may be taking a class in June, I can’t decide, but that shouldn’t change my activity too much.)

(I've just kinda bummed around honestly between my classes and my goldfish dying a week and a half ago. He had a illness that I thought we were winning. Bubba was like 17 or 18 years old, 11 or 12 long goldfish. I had him since I was 3 or 4 years old. He was doing a lot better like swimming around somewhat, and then I went to check on him on Sunday and he was dead. So that was rough. I've been just focusing on setting up the 50 gallon tank that he was supposed to go to once he was better with some buddies, in honor of him.
I can't blame you. Have you heard of what's going on in Seattle and how cases in Texas are skyrocketing?)

(Oh shit that really sucks. It’s always hardest when the pet has been around for that long, especially when they pass from an illness. How long was Bubba’s life expectancy? I’ve never heard of a fish living much past 5 years. That’s pretty cool. I’m sure that made things significantly harder on you though. A memorial to Bubba’s a good idea, especially if it’ll benefit his buds and if you’ve already got the things for it.
As for the classes, I’m sorry those are getting you down as well. Online classes are somehow worse than regular, at least in my opinion. I hope the work load and all will lessen for you.
The world is going through like six apocalyptic sequences all at once. I heard something I think about the Seattle(?) mayor basically invoking the third amendment and I never thought we’d need that exact amendment, but I’m definitely not mad. I’ve heard about Texas’ covid cases. It’s what’s gonna happen because folks really are acting like everything’s back to normal. People do not wear masks in my town, and are going to movies/parks/Panama City Beach like just wherever. Cases are gonna get rough, we’re even gonna end up back in a lockdown.
Also this is such a non-issue but I typically do my best not to spend my July in Georgia because the heat is unbearable. That heat has come early this year. It’s fantastic.)

(Common goldfish can live up to 20 or 40 years depending on what you read. Averagely they only get to about five due to poor care. It did. He lived through dozens of tankmates, swallowing and promtly spitting out a tankmate or two(not fun watching as a young kid), a house move amongst other things. The tank is a memorial in it of itself. Since its still cycling, the only living thing in it is some water wisteria. I haven't exactly figured out what's going in there. Probably guppies, platties and a couple corydoras and maybe one or two fantail goldfish. Which only live for 5-10 years due how they are bred.
Finals week is coming up later this week so there's that at least. I agree, if it's a subject you're not good it, online is horrible.
Haha I agree, have you seen the memes invoking the months with Welcome to Jumanji? It's crazy, I feel like the world is coming apart at the seams and what doesn't help is me watching a episode of Doctor Who from the newest season. I am really behind on all my shows. That episode was about Earth becoming a barren wasteland and those that were left behind mutanted into big old mean monsters. I suppose it would have been a good Earth day episode. Totally totally.
That's no fun, but I wish you the best on trying to get out of Georgia. The weather here is absolutely bananas.)

Abigail watched Kirk walk out of the Med Bay, being a bit starry eyed at him. She flopped her ears about and lept off the table to land awkwardly and limped for a moment until she started to trot after Jim. The flop of her ears was her trying to override instinct more or less. She of course did see the look the two Vulcans gave each as she once more attached herself to Jim's side.
In the time that Spock was paying attention to T'Aimnu, she crawled on to Spock's knees were just in front of her back legs. She also somehow wrapped herself around Spock. So when Spock stood up abruptly, T'Aimnu stumbled a few inches away from Spock and out of the heaven that she had created for herself. She whined which then turned into an outright bark of indignation and annoyance which was mainly aimed at James.
Abby let out a slight growl at T'Aimnu's noise. For a moment it looked like there was going to be another fight, but both dogs just closed in closer to their respective guy.
Upon hearing the click of nails, McCoy met Cam half way. "Cam can you jump up here for me?" The man asked padding the bed that he wanted her on. "The quicker we get done with this the sooner, we get out of here and can get something to eat." He baited. "I know you don't like it here. But I need to you be human." He sighed, not thinking of the alternative. McCoy in his right mind didn't even want to begin to think about it. "You're a damn good engineer. And woman." The last part was under his breath and he kinda forgot how good dog's hearing could be.

(Jeez I had no idea they could live THAT long. That’s awesome. Bubba had an interesting life for a goldfish lmao. I had guppies a while back and they’re easy to take care of and come in interesting colors. They have live births too so that’s always different. The life expectancy isn’t nearly as much as goldfish though. It’s like two or three years, I think, but I had some that lived up to five or so years.
Whew good luck on your finals.
I have! Everything’s going crazy yeah. Lmao that’s a good show to watch during all this. I’ve been watching avatar the last airbender and xmen evolution, I think I’m using that as like an emotional crutch because of ‘back in the day’ and all lmao. I finally caught up on about four shows I have been meaning to watch this year.
Thanks. Lmao what is your weather doing? Also how are your plants?)

Jim raised an eyebrow at T’Aimnu’s bark, a small grin on his face. It didn’t worry him, instead he found the change in her behavior mildly amusing. However, when a noise came out of Abby, he did become worried. He knelt quickly and placed a hand on her back, trying to keep her from attacking again. He was careful of the area he thought may still be tender. “What’s gotten into them..” He muttered, more to himself, but audible enough that Spock could hear him. His grin disappeared, replaced by a look of concern. His eyes briefly turned to Medbay, silently wishing Bones would come out miraculously with a cure. That didn’t happen, however, and he turned his eyes back to Abby, the worry still there.
After T’Aimnu’s bark, Spock had reverted to sitting on the floor next to her. He decided it was more logical to maintain her attention, and to distract her from any openings for trouble, instead of attempting to remain professional. He secretly enjoyed the attention, finding the change in behavior curious, but slight worry resides deep in him. “I am not certain, Jim. Their personalities have changed from the last occurrence of this situation.” The Vulcan watched T’Aimnu, not wanting another fight to break out. He pet her back softly, trying to keep her attention.
Cam’s hesitation lessened a little when she saw McCoy. She glanced at the bed, obviously not wanting to, not until food was mentioned. She hopped up onto the bed, turning to face him. She sat down, her eyes focused on him as he spoke. Her tail moved a little at the mention of being human again, then sped up. Her ears perked up slightly at the quieter thing he said, and she gave out a soft, almost cheerful sounding bark.

(HAhah. Funny story, so ummmm… The tank is still having trouble cycling. Ammonia hasn't budge at all. On the 15th I pick up a total of 6 fish, 2 Endlers and guppy/endler mix. One died today sometime in the AM, but on the bright side at last count 7 fry! They are currently in a 3.5 gallon QT for the moment.
Same! I'm almost caught up on Arrow's final season and a few others. Have you seen DISCO or Picard?
Oh gaush… It's been crazy. Going from low 50's to high 70's with nearly 100% humidity and the wind.... Humidity is like we're Florida or D.C...
Well we got everything in the ground about 2 weeks ago. About 1/3 of the vine plants died, not sure why probably because of the way the garden drains and the amount of rain we've gotten. Tomatoes took off, strawberries are starting to ripen. It looks like the fruit trees aren't having a good year and last year was on the on year. )

(Oh dang. I hope you can get it cycling and the ammonia straightened out. That’s good you’ve got some fry though! I hope they stick it out! I’m sorry you lost that one though, I hope that’s the only one you lose.
I haven’t smh. I think I’m gonna end up coughing up the money for all access though. I keep seeing the commercials for those shows and the twilight zone and it’s driving me crazy. Have you seen them yet?
50’s and 100% humidity sounds nasty. That seems like that cold that you feel in your chest and bones god that stuff sucks. Wind can’t help that any. How much warmer will it get?
That’s pretty good for 2 weeks. Sucks that you lost some vines though. That’s really cool that the tomatoes are doing well, ours have some kinda weird fungal thing going down. Oh dang, well maybe the fruit trees will do something still. At least you’ve got some berries though that’s pretty good!)
