Bryghtwood {Medieval Fantasy} OPEN!!!!!

Roman nodded, “right. Though I have to say this is partially because of you, my love.” He said as they reached their room. Roman stepped inside before simply just stripping to change. He was obviously already comfortable enough with his wife to not be shy around her.


Makya blinked in surprise. “Reallt? He seemed nervous earlier. I’m glad he likes me though. I’ll do everything to make him comfortable in this foreign environment.” He promised, looking determined.

Roman looked up just as he put on a new pair of pants, blinking in surprise at her comment. He then smiled a little, “I could say the same to you.” He said as he approached her. He then blushed, “well- that’s not what I meant! I meant pretty. How can you be so pretty?” He then huffed as he wrapped his arm around her waist, pulling her close to his chest, “just come here and kiss me before I make even more of a fool of myself.”

Makya smiled softly, kneeling down to put a hand out to the pup, “well um glad he likes me. He’s adorable.”

Roman smirked a little down at her, “you know.. I’m sure we have a little time before we have to go socialize down in town.. hoe about some fun before then?~ hm?” He looked down at her curiously.

Makya looked up and nodded, “right.” He said before standing. “Right this way.”

Roman snickered, looking down at her with a raised eyebrow, “I think you know exactly what I mean.” He said. He then leaned down to gently pick her up, having her wrap her legs around his waist as he kissed her, walking over to the bed.

Hakan snorted, “I wouldn’t know.” He said. Makya gave him a small empathetic look before saying, “we have some festivals for the common folk. And a lot of people come to see races and the knighting ceremonies and tests, though I suppose that isn’t too fun to watch. We have bars and pubs that get pretty rowdy. The kids of course have their own locations and games to play as well. The rest here is really just work..” he shrugged a little.

Makya blinked. Hakan did actually know this one saying, “yes actually! My parents take me to a more private place where the animals are plenty. I’m sure if I took you there you could have access.” He told them. “Though... I have to warn they aren’t all normal animals that you may be used to.”

Makya and Hakan looked to each other, blinking a little before Hakan said, “that sounds fun!” Makya then nodded, “as long as you don’t hurt us or something it sounds like a good exercise for both sides.”

Hakan smiled, “wwell since I supposed to be taking care of you guys.. I can do this whenever Makya and you are ready.” Meanwhile Makya was busy opening up the pup’s pen, which had an old looking mother creature in a connected to the enclosure by a simple push door. She would be his companion, or mother figure as he grew. Just to keep a sense of love and divinity in him as he grew.

The larger four legged creature snorted a little before bending down some to sniff the pup. She then let out a small rumble, her fur fluffing up fondly. “This is Lorya. She’s our adoptive mother animal in a sense. She can’t have any babies, but she’s very motherly and needs that connection. So we put her in charge of the lone pups and foals. She’s older now, but she can still keep up plenty.”

Makya smiled as he gently greeted the mother creature, “ah, it seems great minds think alik then hm?” He looked as the mother creature, called a Hayro, went around to sniff st the others. She looks like some sort of dog or wolf that was mixed with both a cat and bird.

Meanwhile back in Bryghtwood, Dakota had just landed in the outskirts of the city. He had flown into a safe, hidden spot before turning into a human. He made sure to wear some fancier, yet still common clothes today. Rather than having the tradition braids with part of his head shaved, Dakota put his hair up into a top bun so that he wouldn’t be as noticible. He also changed his white hair to the dark brownish-black color that was usually just at the bottom part of his hair. He covered his tattoos as well. His yellow eyes could be passed off as normal however. You wouldn’t be able to recognize him at all. After a good while of waiting, he finally walked out from his hiding spot to mingle with the common folk.

((May rename the Hayro to Hayek bc that’s sounds better lol idk

“A Hayek.” Makya said, “omnivores. Not the top of the food chain by far but not at the bottom either.” He explained, “very smart creatures and are native towards the land south of us where it’s a little more sandy.”

((And idk. You could have Nim join in on his fun mingling. Or you could have a human oc. Or we could just wait until Roman and Alma get there. Whatever

“Well this one is a rescue.” Makya said. She can’t go back out into the wild because she was raised in our hands due to her injury and now wouldn’t stand a chance out there. If you look you’ll see she is supposed to have four legs when she only really has three.” He gently bent down to pet the Hayek, scratching before her ears, “we have a few of her kind, as these are pack animals and like to stick in groups, but other than that no. Not like the Tihona at all. We just scored with this one because she grew up to be so maternal. We we’re actually thinking of breeding her soon before she gets too old. She hasn’t been able to have them in the past, but we may try a few more things.”

Kota sighed softly as he looked around, waiting for his two colleagues to join him in the agreed spot in the center of town by the fountain. Uma was also coming along in her human form as well. She was okay to just use her usual form, as she now had a pixie cut and different build than her fuller body and very long hair that she had all those years ago.

Llum and Tse-Tse listened as he explained the creatures and the particular one's backstory. Tse-Tse then said "Lucky she came across this place and its people. Plenty of other places would've left runts or injured ones for dead."


Nim waved a little as he caught up to them, smiling slightly as he said "It's a busy day, huh?" The commons seemed busier than usual, but this happened sometimes so there was no worry.



Alma raised a brow as she listened to the maids, but said nothing about them. She knew if she spoke to them she'd just snap at them. Huffing softly, she looked to Roman and said "Let's just continue on. We have better things to do other than fuel their gossip."

Roman huffed as he walked, deciding to listen to his wife. “Later I’ll have the head of the maid and service division give them extra work as punishment. They shouldn’t get away with being bratty.”
