JUMP IN: Dragons and Humans RP

Shard nodded, leaning down and gently nuzzling Magna’s head and licking her tiny frame a few times. “I’m sure she misses us, sweetie. She’ll be back one day.” He murmured softly. He soon settled down and laid his head beside his mate’s.

“Oooh that’s be great!” Sizarla chirped excitedly, waving her tail around a few times. She laid back down and nuzzled the top of Raiden’s head a little bit. “Don’t you think so, Raiden?” She asked happily, setting her chin atop his head.

Alekar smirked a bit, seeing his dragon get all cuddly with Raiden. He leaned over a bit towards Laugai. “Sizarla is totally smitten with Raiden.” He whispered with a low chuckle.

((Maybe time when Xandrite has a bigger force formed? Could be making way towards their kingdom?))

Sizarla trilled happily, hearing Raiden liking the idea of the four of them sticking together making her happy too. She leaned her head over and lightly gave Raiden a couple licks to his muzzle and chin to show her happiness and interest in Raiden.

Alekar nodded and looked at the two dragons. “You’re right, hopefully it will be.” He said. For all the time he’d known Sizarla she’d never taken a liking to a dragon. She’d turn all the courting males away, preferring to stay with Alekar. But now she was coming out of her shell for Raiden, which Alekar found cool and he was happy for his dragon.

((I’d say at least a few months. Maybe Mysha could be expecting their first child? Up to you though))

Alekar smiled a little bit as he watched Sizarla nuzzle and shower attention on Raiden. “Friendly? Usually. Showering affection? Never. She usually sticks with me most of the time. This is the most amount of time I’ve seen her spend with another dragon in a long time.” He commented.

Alekar laughed a little bit as Raiden looked back at Laugai with a bland look. He was just glad the two dragons were happy with each other.

Sizarla continued to purr happily as she lounged on Raiden’s back. She was content and happy, and that was all she could ask for in that moment.

((Whatever you’d like to do! We could skip to that evening and the dragons could go for their walk or we could skip ahead a week or so and have them explore some more and have explored in the time during the skip))

Drake had been taking care of business outside their main building for a while but was now returning to his wife’s side, sitting in his throne beside her. “Hey sweetie. How are you feeling?” He asked, leaning over and lightly kissing Mysha’s cheek.

Shard had been keeping careful watch over the kids since the last interaction with Xandrite. He was still nervous about what she might become, but she was also still his daughter. Right now he was watching Pyre and Scaws practice their hunting in the plains near the fort.

Drake chuckled a bit and nodded, gently holding Mysha’s hand as they sat together. “I bet. We’ve had such adventurous lives it must be hard to settle down.” He murmured, looking to Mysha again. “But if you need anything, even if it’s an itch you can’t reach, tell me right away and I’ll do whatever I need to to make you happy.” He said warmly.

Shard watched the two young males as they hunted, cored ting their form when needed but for the most part they could hunt as they wanted. He slowly bent his head down and licked his daughter’s head a couple times. “How are you doing today, Magnus?” He asked gently.

That evening, after the ragtag group had found a place to bed down for the night, Sizarla looked to Raiden and purred softly to him, nuzzling his chin. “Want to go on that walk we talked about, Raiden?” She asked warmly.

Alekar has settled into the guest common area of the motel they were staying in for the night with a book in his hand. “We’ll be fine if you two want to go. Have a good time.” He said happily.

Drake grinned as he held Mysha‘s hand and he leaned over, kissing her cheek. “Mysha, you’ll be a fantastic mother. No question, you’ll be terrific.” He replied happily. “And it’s only natural to be nervous. I am too. But it’ll all be worth it.” He said gently.

Shard thought about it for a moment then nodded, roasting a fly that was buzzing around his head. “I suppose it’s alright. But you three must stay together and be home before dark falls.” He replied.

Sizarla grinned as Raiden made sounds at her and she replied to them with her own. She then led the way out of the building they were in and immediately took to the air, growing to her full, normal size once they were far enough away from the buildings and prying eyes.

Drake chuckled and nodded. “Yes, you’re right. It won’t be easy, and heaven knows we’ll make mistakes. But I’m so excited.” He said happily, holding his wife’s hand a bit tighter. “Now, shall we get on with official business?”

Shard looked up as his mate landed next to him and he purred happily, nuzzling her neck a bit. “Hi love.” He murmured happily.

Scaws was just coming up behind a small rabbit, intent on catching it, while Pyre was trying to sniff out a scent he hadn’t tracked down yet.

Sizarla nodded and trilled loudly in happiness. “Yes, finally some time to ourselves. It’s gonna be a nice night.” She said happily, doing a barrel roll around the male as they flew, just to show her excitement and maybe show off a little bit. She grinned at Raiden and continued to fly, wondering where they should go

Drake just slowly settled into his chair again. “Did anything interesting happen while I was outside?” He asked, looking around the room.

Shard nodded with a loud purr of happiness, curling his tail around his mate’s. “Yes they’ll be quite excited when that happens. I know I was.” He said happily. “How are you doing?” He asked softly.

Scaws eventually darted towards his quarry and managed to pounce on it, while Pyre turned tail and walked back towards his parents when he couldn’t find anything else. He soon spotted his sister and grinned, trotting over to her. “Heya!” He said happily.

Sizarla trilled loudly with glee when Raiden showed some of his own tricks as they flew along. As Raiden mentioned going somewhere, Sizarla nodded and fell behind a bit to follow. “Lead on, Raiden!” She replied happily.

Drake nodded a couple times. “Alright then. What else do we have on the schedule for today?” He asked, looking to one of their advisors nearby.

Shard nodded and slowly cuddled his mate close and wrapped a wing over her and nuzzled his neck. “I know sweetie. Next time Drake and I go out I’ll make sure you can come along.” He offered as they cuddled.

Pyre smiled a little bit. “Just a squirrel and a mouse. Scaws is a better hunter than me really.” He said, looking over as his brother came over with a squirrel in his mouth.

Sizarla looked around as they flew over the secluded forest. “When did you find this place, Raiden? It looks amazing.” She said.

Drake sighed, rubbing his chin a little bit. “Things are getting more and more worrisome. We need to deal with this as soon as we can.” He said slowly.

Shard nodded slowly and gently rubbed his mate's belly with his large paw. “I image this is the same way Mysha felt when you were close to laying the eggs of our precious babies.” He murmured lightly to her before licking her cheek and chin. “I love you so much, Ma’ait....” He murmured.

Pyre and Scaws each gave the other a glance. “I don’t think so!” Pyre said, leaping at her legs while Scaws dropped his squirrel and leaped at his sister’s side so they could hopefully knock Magna down and pin her.

Sizarla trilled loudly with happiness and she moved to be flying over Raiden’s back, leaning her head down and nuzzling his neck and head. “You’re such a romantic, Raiden! You’re so kind.” She said happily before flying beside Raiden again. She knew this was going to be a good night, just the two of them being able to talk and be with each other. “Where should we land, Raiden?” She asked.

“Agreed. We’ll need to get a preparation meeting in order so we can figure out what next steps will be.” Drake said, nodding to one of the advisors in a motion that said ‘make it happen’ as he then turned back to Mysha. “But no matter what, we will make it. Together.”

Shard grinned as Ma’ait nuzzled him and his tail slowly moved back and forth. “Awww thanks love. And I’m so glad I got to meet the prettiest, most beautiful dragon ever. And I get to call her my mate.” He said, just wanting to shower affection on Ma’ait.

Scaws and Pyre laughed happily as they pawed are their sister for a few moments before hoping off to let her up. They both knew that teaming up together against Magna was a bit unfair.

Sizarla nodded and followed Raiden towards the clearing. She glided down and then nearly landed and sniffed the air, loving all the scents of the forest. “Raiden this spot is perfect!” She said happily, beginning to circle the area to just look around and see what was in the clearing.

Pyre rolled his eyes, lightly whacking Magna’s side with his tail and her muzzle with his paw. “Suuuure. Keep telling yourself that.” He said playfully.

Scaws just watched the two and he rolled his eyes. “Anyway, what should we do now?” He asked.

Sizarla nodded happily, tail waving a bit. All of a sudden she got a bit flirtatious and she circled the male once, rubbing her cheek and side along his scales. “Well I must say the view is already very handsome.” She said with a giggle. She lightly licked his snout and purred as she pressed her nose to his. “And you’re right, being alone together is much better.” She whispered to him happily.

Pyre and Scaws each seemed to perk up at the idea of going down into town and away from the fort. “Then let’s go now!” Pyre said excitedly, while Scaws was already stretching out his wings to take off.



Sizarla nodded a few times and chirped softly with happiness as Raiden breathed her scent and she breathed in his. “Yes... Alekar and Laugai are great.... but this time is ours.” She whispered to him happily, moving a bit and wrapping her tail around his a couple times. She lightly moved her head to the side and licked up his neck a few times. “You’re very handsome, Raiden. You know that?” She said softly.
