》》 OOC 《《
》》 IC 《《 "I'll you tomorrow, Vic. Get some rest," Ezekiel called after him, a little sad to see him go. Victor did need his rest, but without him, the Infirmary would be very lonely.
Ezekiel sighed as he watched him go, but the second the boy wasn't looking, all the worry and fear came rushing back. Just what was going here? Spiders just didn't stampede out of the forest and attack students. Very few things ever came out of the forest to begin with, but Hogwarts had excellent wards, so this couldn't have been an accident. All these conflicting thoughts and fears made his head spin. He pulled his blanket to his chin and buried himself further into the bed. Something just wasn't right here and he had such a bad feeling about it all.
Out in the hall, a rather gruff, unfriendly voice greeted Victor. "So you're the kid that 'saved' my brother," the boy's voice sneered, as unfriendly as a stranger could be. "You don't look like much, kid." The boy flanked Victor's side, walking close to cram him closer to the wall. He was tall and slightly muscular, but more importantly, he was an exact copy of Julian. The only different was the slightly different haircut and the lack of a birthmark. He brought his face closer to Victor's, glaring. "Kinda weak and scrawny looking, aren't you?"

Victor tried not to glance back as he left the infirmary. It would just make it harder to leave. Luckily and also very unluckily, someone was waiting outside to distract him. A very unfriendly and rude someone. Victor stumbled away as the student approached. It didn't seem to effect the male that continued to approach. The words he spoke didn't register all the way and he had to take a second to let him sink in.
This was a pretty confusing scenario, especially for a person about to fall down from sleep exhaustion. At first glance, Victor thought it was Julian. He started to smile and form a greeting, but then the boy spoke. Confusion was his first reaction. Was this Julian's evil counterpart? The evil one's eyes were certainly darker, in an evil way, and the birthmark was gone. His eyes widened at what should have been obvious. This was the other triplet. How Zeke was related to these people, Victor did not know. He was quickly shoulder to shoulder with the boy on one side and the wall on the other. He slowly kept walking, hoping to escape the minute an opportunity came up.
"Well, I suppose. I don't do quidditch or any other sport, so yeah. Don't really have the time to build up the strength. I think I was pure, dumb luck we got out of there in one piece." He lightly joked but didn't meet the stranger's eyes. He was hoping to calm down the obviously angry male. "He has woken up if you want to see him." His piece of information would hopefully get the triplet to leave.

》》 OOC 《《
》》 IC 《《 There was no calming Miles down, although it wasn't clear whether he was actually angry or just naturally vicious. The answer was both, not that many people would be able tp figure that out. He narrowed his eyes at Victor, examining the kid. Beaten up, exhausted, filthy and very disheveled, that's what Victor was right now. He didn't see why Ezekiel had been hanging out with him, why his quiet, studious brother would even befriend a boy like this. It didn't make much sense to him. They seemed to have nothing in common, yet he had been keeping an eye on Ezekiel and had seen the way the two laughed and talked.
"Visit him? Why would I wanna do that?" Miles snapped with a grimace and continued to walk close to the boy, until there was very little room left between them. "I'm not gonna talk to him when he can't even defend himself from a spider. It's pathe-----"
"Miles!" A voice called-----Julian, sounding angry-----as the other triplet made his way through the crowd to glare at his brother. "Leave him alone, Jules. Let's go visit Zeke, okay? I'm sure he wants to see you." Julian's eyes, as bright and blue as Ezekiel's, were filled with worry and something close to disappointment.
"Go visit him if you want to. I don't want to see him," Miles retorted, though he did seem to back off of Victor a little. He turned back to the younger boy, glowering, and shoved his shoulder. "You should stop hanging out with my brother if you really want to be a Gryffindor, foreigner."

Bion smiled and decided to amused Cass. Really, he wanted to retreat back to the common room and get some much needed rest, but, after the hurt look, he really couldn't bring himself to leave. He gave a glance to Kale, just to check on the other sibling. Kale was down for the count. Bion was a little jealous that he could relax so quickly. "I hope. I'm going to need someone to practice with." He said as he sat. He rested his back against the wall and sighed. He crossed his arms. "Really, though, that was weird. The whole spider thing. I never seem anything come out of the forest, ya know? I mean, you have the occasional spider, but I really thought the headmaster put up wards." Bion looked over at Cass as he finished. In a week, this event would be forgotten. Not completely of course, but very hush-hush. The headmaster would try to reassure everyone that things were fine and send letters home. Merlin, his grandparents were going to be crazy. They might even try to convince him to leave, like that would ever happen. The more important fact was this would be covered as a freak accident. Something Bion doubted was true. the gemini twins ;; cassiopeia maia aten && kale pollux aten Cassiopeia followed Bion's lead and pushed herself up against the wall next to him as well, leaning back with a faint yawn as she did, eyes glancing toward her now sleeping brother. A small smile played on her lips as she noted his slack-jawed face and pure exhaustion. Kale didn't sleep enough on a regular basis as it were, so she figured that was contributing to it as well as his energy being sapped from the battle. She grinned slightly at him, stretching her good arm out slightly, releasing his hand as she did, not wanting to push herself on him. No matter how cute she thought he was.
"You sure you wanna practice with someone with two spider bites? Who knows, I might get superpowers from them and be extraordinarily gifted," she teased, scrunching up her nose slightly and wiggling her fingers and thinking of the muggle stories of Spiderman. They were cool, but Cassiopeia didn't particularly want to be a spider. She relaxed, yawning slightly, leaning back against the wall and turning her head to glance at him. Her eyebrows knit together at his comment, mind racing.
"If the headmaster put up wards, which I know he did, that means someone either had to break the wards, or someone had to let them in. So then the question becomes....who?" she mumbled, voice growing softer as concern deepened on her face. She didn't like the thought of someone out to get the entire student population, and she had no idea who would be angry enough to do it. She glanced up at Bion, worry real and tangible in her expression as she frowned slightly. "Do you think something else is going to happen?" she nearly whispered, fear showing now. She glanced at her brother, anxiety increasing at how helpless and defenseless he looked right now. She couldn't bear the thought of anything happening to him.

Victor was stunned into silence. Miles came out of nowhere. The male was nothing like his siblings. Anger radiated off Miles and almost caused Victor flinch away. He tried to take a step away but just stepped an inch back into the wall. He tried to look Miles in the eye as the other male sized him up. He failed and his eyes remained locked on the floor. When Miles spoke with such disgust towards his brother, Victor turned around and glared at Miles. He openness his mouth to snap back. Julian showed before he could get a word out. He settled for glaring at Miles' back. If his fellow gryfinddors were so friendly, he didn't care about being a true one. He looked over at Julian once Miles disappeared. His face was much bright with a small smile lighting up his features. He was glad Julian showed up. Victor didn't know what would have happened if he had burst. He guessed it wouldn't have been good. "Is he always like that or..." Victor said, trying to reach any other explanation.
---
Bion would actually want to practice with Cass, superpowers or no. Superpowers would be interesting and would give Hufflepuffs a clear advantage. However, Bion would be happy to practice anytime. Cass was interesting and admirable. She had engery and skill rarely found in both her spells and flying. Admittedly, he had watched her play before and had been too nervous to talk to the fiery girl. Bion mind turned to darker thoughts at Cass's question. Normally, he would just brush this off as an accident. Perhaps the magical animals or the spells cast on the forest before had an effect on the wards. He just couldn't see a couple creatures or spells breaking the wards that the headmaster set up. He had no doubt that the attack was intentional. "I'm not sure. This could just be a one time thing. Who knows what they were trying to do." He said with a shrug, "It all seems extreme and I don't think whoever did this would do it again."

the gemini twins ;; cassiopeia maia aten && kale pollux aten Cassiopeia yawned again, finding herself to be growing more tired by the moment. She leaned her head back against the wall, staring ahead blankly for a moment, expression hard to read. She was quiet for a moment, wanting to find reassurance in the boy's words, but found her stomach churning harder the longer she thought about it.
"Bion, what if this was just the first attack?" she spoke softer now, almost at a whisper, leaning into the boy slightly, face serious and eyes somber, the wide gaze coming up to look at him. "I mean, there's no doubt that this had to have been on pupose, right? What if next time, somebody dies?" she now spoke at a whisper, bottom lip trembling slightly as she looked down, good hand nervously pulling at the sleeve of her tattered robe.
