Julius gave a chuckle at Pierce's fairly accurate description of Neason. He then shook his head at him and tried to gave him a stern look but he couldn't hide his slight grin. "That's no way to talk about one of Leicester's future Great Lords," he chided jokingly. "Some truths are better left unspoken. Unless you are his brother," he added. Searc never made a secret out of it when he thought Neason was being an idiot after all. "Or have best-friend-privileges like me." At that he shot the others a comically smug look before turning more serious again. He slightly turned his head to glance towards the door so he could see the window in the hallway. It had gotten a bit darker outside and he guessed that there weren't many students outside now. Some would still be walking around the monastery as most facilities were still open but even those would be closed to the students in about an hour or less he supposed. "Not much longer," he said quietly. "You guys ready? We can probably head to the reception hall downstairs and split up for a bit." That much had been already discussed but it couldn't hurt to make sure they all were still on the same page. They'd still have to decide which two would make their way to the cemetery right away and which ones would walk around near the knights hall for a bit before following the first pair. That however they could quickly decide while leaving the library and heading to the reception hall.

Callan | Training Grounds | Silke

Callan couldn't help but smile a little, pleased at Silke's reaction when he talked about Ambrose. It hadn't been a nice thing to say but it felt great to not only have the chance to voice his true opinion about the knight's actions or lack thereof but to also have someone find humor in his less than flattering description of such an incompetent group leader. At her next words he let out a nervous chuckle but nodded in agreement. "I better watch out then," he half-joked. "And I better come up with a plan on how to at least not get totally demolished by you." He soon relaxed his posture though and gave her a curious look. "But I'm more interested in seeing you and Searc fight," he then said. "Everyone says either the Eagles or the Lions will win the mock battle and no one believes the Deer stand a chance but they do say that one of the most exciting parts will be you and Searc fighting. And I know he fully intends to seek you out for that battle." Then he too got curious about the sounds of the fight between the two Lions and turned slightly so he could see it better. "They really are," he said. He knew nothing about Juris as today marked the first time Callan saw him but he could tell how much skill and effort he put into this sparring match. And while he had already seen Agnar fight during that bandit mission he had been more focused on his own opponent to really get a good look at the other Bandit Bashers' abilities, aside from Imrie. So this was also the first time he could really see him in action. "They both seem strong and capable of thinking on their feet."

Néo | Stables | Megumi

Néo gave an affirmative grunt. He couldn't agree more. This was no place for beastkin and all the tribes and families should know it. "Yes. Even those who think us beastkin could gain something from being around humans will have to realize how idiotic that sounds once they hear about this." At Megumi's next words he nodded and even smiled a little. "It's great to have another Taguel around," he said. "The other beastkin I talked to aren't bad either but I think you're the only one here who really gets it. What those humans are like, I mean." He leaned back against the haystack behind him. "You're the only beastkin in your class, right? Guess I'll have to see to it that I get to train with the Eagles sometime. I can't imagine having only them to spar with is practical in any way. Oh, and come by more often, will ya? I'm busy during the day but you can find me here or at the Fishing Pond in the evening most of the time. And I think we both need some time to vent about this whole 'being stuck with humans' thing or to just talk about our tribes."

"I fear for your country having someone like him be in charge," Pierce replied. He rolled his eyes to the smug look that came across the Golden Deer student's face. Following the gaze to the door, he pushed away from the table standing up. "I suppose we should then yea," he commented, pushing the cheer back into place. "How are we going to do the groups," he asked. "In regards to splitting up, it would be more natural if we plan it ahead instead of on the way there." While Pierce hoped he wouldn't have to spend to much time over by the knight's hall, the idea of going into the cemetery greatly making the boy uncomfortable at the idea.


Alastair grinned at Luca's comment. "While im noy opposed to such a thing as this as been a blast, but you are right," he said. He really didnt want to show up to class tired, not when his house leader was Silke. He collected his plate and dishes and followed after the other student. Giving the other boy a smile and slight bow. "It was nice conversing with you, have a good night Luca." With that Alastair left the dining hall and headed off for his dorm.

reply save, i'll probably have juris lose the fight with agnar sine i do recall right agnar is stronger(if im wrong ima chalk it up to the excuse of him being locked in a kennel for large chunks of the moon and that hes not used to fighting in fodlan at all)

Elara bit back another apology, feeling terrible for how much she has been troubling her friend. "No no I'm good to go, I'm all finished up here," she stammered quickly to the other. She managed a slight smile. "We can start walking back if you want." It was getting late and not much would be left for them to have access to do anyways. She gave a quick glance around the cathedral silently confirming that yes she was finished here.

(FINALLY writing here again. Ember suggested a small timeskip to where the Occult Club has regrouped again in front of the back door of that "shed". Also, the door itself only has a normal lock, nothing fancy or magical. So they should have a somewhat easy time getting inside. As for the room itself, there are some security measures but will only trigger if someone gets too close to figuring out the rooms secret. Anyone who treats it like any plain old shed won't get to see those. So since our Occult Club is looking for secrets (like a hidden door or mechanism) those security measures will trigger for them. Still need to figure out what those are though, haha
Still gonna write a reply with Julius for his interaction with Rekka before we jump to our four idiots trying to enter the shed though)

Julius | outside Reception Hall -> Cemetery | Rekka

"Yeah, I guess it's not high on anyone's list," he laughed at Rekka's response. "There are better things to visit when you're sightseeing." He made sure to stay one or two steps ahead of Rekka to lead the way though he supposed it wasn't necessary. While the Kitsune wasn't a native to Fódlan both he and Julius had spent the same amount of time at Garreg Mach now so neither of them would know the place much better than the other.
At Rekka's explanation he nodded. "I see," he said. "Returning to the flames, huh... It sounds kinda nice, actually. It's different for sure but having their dust spread in an area that was important to them sounds so much better than just burying them. That way they're more... free, I guess? If that makes sense." He shrugged. "Then again our way isn't so bad either. It's said we all return to the Goddess, whether we get buried or not. It's still the more respectful thing to do of course," he added. Then he let out a chuckle and shook his head. "Look at us, sneaking around a cemetery and talking about how our people deal with their dead. Not the thing one would talk about normally but I guess that one's on me, I'm the one who brought it up in the first place."
