Jason trying not to cry, and apologizing for being a disappointment, and probably is him not knowing what is important to share or not cause he has no clue the full extent he's supposed to be spying, and yea it's them doing it to pick on their halfbreed)

Jason thought over the Wolfskin girl. "I haven't talked with her much, but I know she is wanting to work in brawl," he said. He drew quiet listening to Adora talk, taking note of what she shared about the Eagles. So if i want to survive try not to get engaged in a fight with Silke, Grimm or Vincent. He thought quietly. "How skilled in magic is Nora?" He looked curiously at her, maybe if Nora was more on the friendly side to outside students, after the mock battle she could be a source he could go to for help in that field. He thought a bit more. "What do you make of the other house though? Do you thibk they will be a challenge?" Maybe if it was a safer option he could try to direct a fight with those students?

“Hm, hard to say when I haven’t seen her fight,” she mused. “When we trained together, it was mostly using weapons so I haven’t seen her use magic much. She seems talented but I’m sure we’ll be able to manage her.” Adora glanced around to see if anyone was listening. They weren’t saying anything that couldn’t be applied to the mock battle but she was still a little on edge. “The Golden Deer? Julius will know them better than we will…” she began. “They have the Kitsune, of course, and I know at least one of them spends a lot of time in the training grounds. They also have more commoners than both of our houses so they probably don’t have as many crest-bearers to worry about.”

(So the Eagles have the most crest-bearers if we count Orryn, closely followed by the Lions. The Eagles also have only one major crest while the Lions have three. But either way, the Deer just can't keep up xD Why "excluding Phil" though? I thought he doesn't have a crest?) Néo | Fishing Pond | Rieka
Néo shot her a grin at that and nodded. "Alright, thanks. You'll probably see him more often than I will." While Rekka was in a different class than the wolfskin there were still plenty of opportunities for them to talk. "I'll come find you for some sparring and fishing when there aren't too many people at the training grounds or here, then." While he didn't care too much about potentially bothering the other people here by taking up too much space or just unsettling them with his beastform he supposed he probably should be more considerate when he got the other beastkin involved. He didn't want to get them in trouble after all. "See you sometime soon, I hope," he said, clearly looking forward to it as well. "And it's been nice talking to a fellow beastkin. There aren't many of us here but it sure makes it easier to get more used to this place."
Agnar | Forest | Luca, Megumi, Grunt, Head Bandit"Let's try to keep this up, then," he said. They had beaten this bandit pretty easily and if the others were anything like this one they could definitely deal with them. "Please don't," he joked at Luca's next words. At the mention of the Taguel he sighed but nodded. "Yeah, you're right. Doubt she'll be happy about us showing up but Ambrose probably won't accept that excuse." Before they headed off though Agnar glanced back at the bandit, or rather the hatchet he had dropped. After a brief moment of hesitation he picked it up and put it near his sword. He doubted he was going to actually use the hatchet as he usually didn't use axes and the sword and the bow were all the weapons he would need for this but if one of the other bandits was still out here and happened to come by this area Agnar didn't want them to grab the hatchet for themselves. Better not to give them another weapon to use. With a half-apologetic "Don't judge me, okay?" to Luca he turned back to where the battle seemed to be still going on. As the noises grew louder Agnar slowly grabbed his bow and an arrow. While he would still use his sword for most of the fight he could attack them from a distance for now. Once he got close enough to see the bandits he was a bit surprised to see that there were only two of them. He had expected at least three since one of them had tried to signal the others earlier. Sure, there were said to be only five but had really all three of the other bandits been stopped before they could get there? He and Luca had fought one and he assumed either Ambrose or Imrie and Callan could have ran into another one so it was definitely possible. As he observed the ongoing battle he was glad that none of them had found all five bandits at once. They were not very skilled or smart, perhaps, but by the looks of it they at the very least were capable of working as a team. The two of them were definitely not making this easy for Megumi.
"Guess we should step in, huh?" He watched closely as Megumi circled the bandits and slowly raised his bow and aimed it a bit higher. That way he wouldn't risk accidentally hitting Megumi. He waited for the bandit to grab another arrow and then fired, hoping that even if it only grazed or even missed them it would distract them enough to briefly stop them from being a nuisance.

"I'm betting on you Eagles winning, as much as I'd like to." he'd seen their house leader and top students fight before and it made his fur stand on end. If he had to fight Silke he would 100% lose "Not that we're going to make it easy! I think we'll surprise you!" he glanced up at the sky outside the stables and hummed "Thank you for showing me your Wyvern, I learned a lot!"
Luca | Bandit Bashers | with Agnar, Bandits, and Megumi
Luca let Agnar take charge, looking over their situation. The arrow forced the head bandit to jump back. She tsked irritably and aimed her notched arrow towards the two of them, imbuing it with some sort of power and letting lose. Luca deftly dodged to the side, twisting and turning in a way that could be considered a dance. It was an unusual but fluid movement, and he directed its power towards the Taguel nearby.
Megumi | Bandit Bashers | with Bandits, Luca, and Agnar
The appearance of Luca and Agnar provided enough of a distraction that Megumi could finally land a hit. Her claws destroyed the lance that she had been pummeling up to this point. The bandit cursed and took a few steps back, pulling out a short sword from the sheath on his hip. She was about to take a defensive stance when she suddenly felt like she could attack again. It was a weird rush of power and speed, and she twisted on her front paws, kicking out with her powerful hind legs. The bandit blocked the attack, but still went flying, hitting the ground near the head bandit.
Silke | Dining Hall | with Elara
She nodded, finishing off her food and chugging down the rest of her drink "I look forward to it! Let's plan on a time to go training when you are feeling up to it." Silke was feeling happy that Elara had chatted with her, and even seemed eager to train. The quite student hadn't been super chatty with everyone, and Silke wanted to assure that her house got along. Helping someone open up, and train, was good! She stood and stretched "Well, I'd best head out. If you want to train we can! Of course I don't want to take you away from what you're doing though. We can go another time." she was more than happy to go bother whoever happened to be in the training area.

"Sorry," he apologized looking down to his plate. "But sounds like they would be easy to beat then?" He looked back up to her. He should meet the other spy though, so it could give him another reason to speak to the other. He just hoped the battle would give him some kind of experience that he wouldn't get from training.

"I'll think about it and let you know," ahe offered. "Maybe we could try tomorrow of you aren't to busy?" She smiled a bit to Silke. "Take care, don't overwork yourself." Maybe she would at least go and check out the training area some more, and maybe even watch some people for a bit, and depending on, maybe even seeing to training earlier. She wiped at her mouth with the napkin, finishing the last few bites she had of her food.
Will get these up in a bit, covering a coworkers lunch)

Callan | Forest | ImrieWhen Imrie threw another fire Callan jumped back, moving his sword in front of him to defend himself in case the bandit went for him after this. To his surprise though the bandit didn't manage to dodge or block even one of their spells. Had he really underestimated them that much? Callan stepped back after a moment, finally lowering his sword, trembling as realization started to set in. "Did we just- I mean, we actually-" he shook his head, trying to clear his thoughts. This was what they had signed up for when they volunteered to go on this assignment. There had never been any doubt about what they'd do with the bandits. And this was just one of them. There were probably more somewhere around here. None of this was making him feel better about it but the fact that there were more bandits at least helped him to push his unease back. At least for now. Callan glanced in the direction where still some noises of battle could be heard and then looked over at Imrie, silently asking her to lead the way.
Agnar | Forest | Luca, Megumi, Bandit, Head Bandit
Agnar began to move towards the bandits after he had fired at their leader, slightly ducking to the side when she aimed at him and Luca. He grimaced as her arrow grazed him but didn't let it slow him down too much from reaching for another one of his own. Right as Megumi got to attack again he was aiming at the head bandit once more but quickly lowered the bow a bit when the taguel sent the other bandit flying. Wasting no time he released the arrow, having aimed it at where the bandit would land.
(assuming what the head bandit did was some sort of combat art and not a crit, otherwise I'll edit)
Vincent | Wyvern Stables | Rekka"Why, thank you," he laughed. It wasn't the first time he'd heard other students talking about the mock battle and expecting either the Eagles or the Lions to win. Still, it was kind of amusing to hear it from one of the Deer, especially with how eager Rekka was to challenge him and Tsisana and how confident he seemed. Then he nodded, glad that the kitsune expected his house to still put up a good fight. "I shall look forward to it, then. We don't know much about your class so we really don't know what to expect, aside from Searc as he is often at the training grounds." So far he had seen mostly Eagles and Lions at the training grounds and the knights' hall, with only a few Deer in between. As Rekka glanced up at the sky outside Vincent nodded. "You are quite welcome. You can come by anytime if you feel like it, now that Tsisana has gotten to know you a little. But more importantly," he patted the wyvern's muzzle and gave a quiet laugh. "let me know when you are ready to race against us."

Imrie remained quiet for a bit, as she looked at the body. She blinked finally registering Callan's words. Sure she came from a war clan, and death was widely known to happen in battle, but it had been her first time having a hand in causing it. "I think...," she started but soon stopped. "We don't have time to dwell we have to help the others, we can work through these emotions after the battle." Despite her best trying to put on a front, she was slightly bothered by the outcome. "You...going to be okay though?" She lo9ked at Callan with a small frown, hesitating reaching out her free hand to give his shoulder a small touch hoping to either try comfort the boy or offer some kind of reassurance.

"Well, regardless, I want to meet up with the others soon but we'll have to wait for Ambrose's little group to come back first." She turned her head to look at the sky through a window behind her before turning back to her brother. "Have any hobbies? Things you liked doing before coming here?" Adora inquired suddenly, figuring they'd get to talk about their impressions of the other houses again when they met up with Akakios and Schuyler.

"Others?? There more than the three of us," he asked with a frown. Jason had only been told of Keres and Akakios being other spies. He shook out his head. "Sorry it's f8ne." He didn't want to dwell on the new information, especially after her next question. "Hobbies?" He thought it over. "I really like astrology," he said to her. "The constellations are really interesting to me, and my mom when I was younger used to tell me stories of how each one came to be. I guess I also enjoy things I got to do outside like climbing trees or taking care of my horse. How about you?"
Im trying, slowly getting better, last night me and two coworkers did a night hike after our shift and it oddly helped(

"There is but no matter, you'll find out soon enough," she responded, stifling her surprise again. Clearly, Aeschylus had not been filled in as thoroughly as she and Akakios which was slightly concerning as she was starting to doubt how much he actually knew about their mission.
"Astronomy, huh? Pretty sure there's a girl who's nuts about astronomy in Julius' house," she said with amusement. It had only been two years since she had started living on the surface so Adora could understand being fascinated by the sky. "I didn't' know you had a horse. Did you bring them here?"
When he turned the question back around to her, she smiled. "Well, acting is the obvious one so I'll brush past that." Acting hadn't been something she had always been interested in but during her time as Adora, it had naturally become something she enjoyed doing. It felt appropriate somehow to be an actress acting. "I like archery and fashion - the former requires a lot of focus and it's pretty satisfying just hitting targets. I used to practice it a lot back home."

Hey, in my my defense I always get the two crossed, because all the other science studies end in the ology(ie Geology, Archeology) so my mind always goes its astrology for the study of space, XD )

The horse had been a gift from a neighbor a few years back, and the creature had become something he had grown to care alot about. He listened as she talked. Callan nodded at Imrie's words. While the others seemed capable enough to deal with the rest of the bandits he had to agree. They couldn't just stand here while the others were fighting and while they probably didn't have too much trouble having two more join them would at least make the battle easier. He looked up when Imrie suddenly reached out to him. "Ah, sorry. But yeah, I think so. Uh... thanks." He briefly considered forcing a smile but instead he just gave a determined nod. Then he turned to go but after one step he glanced back at Imrie. She, too, hadn't seemed to take this too well. "Ready to go join the others? I guess it'd better if we end this sooner rather than later." He briefly waited for her answer and for her to get moving as well and then followed right behind.

Rekka nodded enthusiastically, saying that he would let Vincent know asap. He was glad he had been allowed to come to this school. There were so many interesting people and creatures that he'd never met before! Rekka moved to head back towards the main building, figuring that he really should at least study if he really wanted to stay here for a long while.

The head bandit saw the trajectory of the arrow and shot her own to intercept, glad that she was someone who focused on archery "You lot really are bad." she scoffed, urging her grunt to take a step back "You two haven't even been here two minutes and I can tell you aren't good at working together." her words riled up Megumi, who snapped something about rather dying that having to work together with humans. Those words were enough to cause her to hesitate. Luca on the other hand just frowned and shook his head. She did have a point, and he loved a hot person with valid a point.
The dancer eyed Agnar, seeing what he would do. Luca wasn't much of a fighter himself, so instead would follow his lead.
Silke | headed to Training Area | Open
"Of course! Sounds like a plan!" Silke agreed enthusiastically. She gave her fellow Eagle a thumbs up before she headed out of the dining area. Now that she was full of food and full of energy she wanted to go work some of it off.

"Lovely, you should introduce us sometime." Adora wasn't the biggest animal lover; she didn't dislike them either - they simply weren't something she thought about a lot - but she wanted to get to know Jason better and taking an interest in his hobbies seemed a good way to do that. "I guess that means you'll be training your riding here?"
At his next question, she paused, pursed her lips and shook her head. "Honestly, I doubt it. I'm not really sure what comes after this. They'll let us know when all is said and done, I guess." As far as she knew, the two years she had spent undercover were purely for this mission and by the end, there was a chance that everyone at the academy would know they weren't the people they said they were. If the other Agarthans had plans for them, it probably wouldn't involve anything as showy or conspicuous as acting. It was unfortunate but there wasn't much to be done.

Though it alsoeast he would need to learn lance work as well, but for now he just wanted to get used to a weapon, and he was told sword would be easier to learn. "Ah...I guess you have a point... would it still be possible to see you afterwards or would it be to hard?" It had already been hard to see her, but after the mission, he couldn't help but feel it would be even harder, as he didn't doubt she would return home.

Adora nodded with interest. She, herself, was aiming for bow knight since that already fit in with her skill set but she had always thought being able to use magic as well as weapons would be useful. "You'll be able to fight all sorts of enemies," she chuckled and tapped her fingers on the table before her.
His next question gave her pause. The end of their mission still seemed pretty far away so it wasn't something she'd given much thought. "That depends on if you're going home after all this, right?" If Jason went back to Faerghus, she doubted they'd be seeing each other much. She lowered her voice. "I mean, what did your dad tell you?"

Fion sat in the Blue Lions classroom, a quill in his hand and a stack of parchment before him. He was writing up some notes on the restorative qualities of certain herbs, a topic which had caught his eye recently. Of course, vulnararies could be bought quite easily down at the market but it seemed like a valuable skill to pick up anyway if only so that he could afford to worry less about his classmates. His thoughts drifted to the mission Ambrose had informed them of earlier. Perhaps I should have gone, he thought with a sigh. However, I am certain the knights will keep them safe.

"Made any friends yet?" Estelle murmured to Astrophel as she brushed the pegasus's flank. She had been coming to the stables everyday for the past two weeks in order to check on him and make sure he was settling in alright. Technically, it wasn't her job - she wasn't on stable duty or anything but she enjoyed being around the pegasi and the horses. Not to mention, there was almost always someone else to talk to considering a good portion of the animals had been brought by the students.

Jason gave a small shrug to her question. "I don't really know," he said. "He just said it would be based on how well I do here." He wanted to show he could be useful, even if he didn't have the abilities of the other agarathans. And as much as he loved his mother. He wanted to know more about his father and about agarathans as a whole. He took a bite of his food, in thought quietly. "But hopefully I can at least get visits there, even if I can't stay..?"

Jasmine | Stables | Estelle
After leaving the Entrance Hall Jasmine made her way over to the stables. There was still plenty of time before "her" group would have to patrol the monastery so now she had some time for herself. Usually she would go to the training grounds to spar with the other squires or some students or to the marketplace to learn more from the blacksmith but sometimes she spent her freetime at the stables instead. She had trained with her horse earlier today but spending some more time with him probably wouldn't hurt. As she entered she quickly glanced around and then walked past some of the boxes. Thankfully Néo wasn't here. The Taguel often came here whenever he had nothing better to do and Jasmine had no desire to run into him. The two of them got on each others nerves just by existing so keeping them apart from each other outside of training was probably in everyone's best interest.
She had almost walked past Estelle when she finally noticed her. Not wanting to be rude but also slightly curious she stopped. For a moment she just stood back and watched the Golden Deer girl and her pegasus before taking a step towards them, still keeping a respectful distance. "Good afternoon," she greeted the other girl. It wasn't the first time she saw Estelle but so far she hadn't talked to her much, aside from politely greeting her when she saw her as she did with most of the students. Since she didn't see her much at the training grounds Jasmine hadn't really had much of an opportunity anyway. "Here to check if the other students are properly caring for him?" she joked, watching Estelle and Astrophel with a smile.

Estelle had been too absorbed in her task to notice Jasmine's approach so when the squire spoke to her, she jumped in surprise before straightening and half-turning to face her. Astrophel, on the other hand, seemed unfazed by the appearance of the newcomer. "Hello there," she called cheerfully as she regained her composure. "Oh no, I do not doubt the other student's capabilities - I am sure he is being taken care of very well! It is only that I think he would be lonely if I did not come to see him. As I would be lonely if I had not brought him here." For all Estelle's socialising, Jasmine was not someone she was familiar with. She knew that the other girl wasn't a student here and that she assisted with lessons from time to time but, aside from that, she wasn't even sure she knew her name. Jasmine | Stables | EstelleJasmine glanced at the pegasus with a soft smile as Estelle spoke. "Oh, I totally get that," she laughed. "The animals are looked after properly here but that doesn't mean they won't need the company of someone they love and trust. Especially when this place is so new to them." When the other girl introduced herself she nodded. "Jasmine Eldred," she said. "I'm training to become a Knight of Seiros. It's nice to meet you too. And you as well, of course," she added with a small grin to the pegasus. Then she turned back to Estelle. "So you live at the Eaver Observatory? I've only ever seen it from a distance on some of our missions." She had heard a lot about it but it was still hard to imagine what that place was like. "It sounds quite amazing from what I heard.

Adora glanced away pensively. She seriously doubted the rest of their people would be willing to allow Jason to visit, not when he was still living with surface dwellers. That seemed optimistic at best considering how... rigid the Agarthans were in their values. Part of her felt that if Jason decided to go back to his village and mother, it would be for the best if he couldn't visit. "Sure, maybe that'll happen," she said slowly as she tapped a finger to the wooden table. "No point thinking about it now; a lot can change in a year, after all and we've got other stuff to focus on. Like the mock battle and whatever else the people here decide to throw at us." Her features returned to a smile. "If you ever need any help with anything, you can let me know, alright?"

"Yes, with my father and the other researchers," she confirmed when Jasmine asked about the Observatory. "Oh, believe me, it is! There is no better place to see the stars in all of Fódlan!" Nestled in the crook of the south-eastern mountains of the Leicester Alliance, The Eaver Observatory had always been benefited by clear skies although its high altitude also meant that not everyone could or would make the trip. Part of the reason the Eavers had started breeding pegasi had been so that they could be used to transport interested parties to and from the building. "But you said you are training to be a knight? How marvellous, although I am sure it is not an easy feat to accomplish!” Having grown up on tales of chivalrous knights, Estelle had quite the admiration for the Knights of Seiros.

Callan | Forest | Imrie, Bandit Bashers, BanditsHe thought about this for a moment. He and Imrie had done surprisingly well against "their" bandit but he didn't know if the other bandits were as overconfident as that one. "They can probably deal with a bandit or two," he said. "If the rest of the group is anything like the one we fought, at least." He hadn't dealt with bandits before so he didn't really know much about that stuff. As they got closer and the sounds grew louder Callan felt a little less sure about this but also didn't let that stop him. Soon he spotted the others and two bandits, catching a few words of what one of them said.
He glanced at Imrie and then ran over to join the others, already beginning to cast Miasma again. While the bandits weren't facing the direction from where he and Imrie had come from they hadn't turned their backs to it either so unless they were focusing too much on the other three they'd probably notice him but even then they wouldn't be able to stop him. He fired his dark spell at them, not really aiming for either of the two but unless they dodged it the spell was more likely to hit the grunt. Agnar | Forest | Bandit Bashers, BanditsAgnar cursed as the head bandit intercepted his arrow and glared as she spoke. She sure was right about that, he and the others weren't exactly much of a team. Those two bandits on the other hand were working together pretty well. And if more bandits showed up things would get even more difficult. Depending on whether or not Ambrose, Imrie and Callan had found some bandits as well there was the chance of two more joining the fight. As he considered that he switched his bow with his sword and carefully got closer. There had to be a way to break up those two bandits, ideally so that Megumi fought one while he dealt with the other. But since there could be one or two more bandits on their way that wasn't the best choice as this would leave Luca open to their attacks. For now he and Megumi could try to focus their attacks on the grunt while also guarding the dancer if they timed it right, especially if Luca could find the right opportunity to throw one of his daggers, as the head bandit couldn't shoot at all of them at the same time. Before he could put these thoughts into action or try to convey them to his teammates he saw Callan rush over, casting a spell and throwing it at the bandits once he was close enough, briefly startling the Lion but not for long. Ready to strike out with his sword Agnar watched the two bandits' reactions, quickly rushed forward to strike at the head bandit to try and stop her from protecting the grunt again, hissing a "try to slow them down" to Luca as he did and took a step back again, still watching the bandits carefully and ready to block or tank a potential counterattack. He hoped that Luca had had enough time to throw a dagger at one of them, giving Megumi a better opportunity for another attack of hers.
(time for the last bandit to show up, I guess, because five on two would give the bandits a bit of trouble even with their superior teamwork Also, the kids having only trained with their classmates for about two weeks makes this even more difficult for them, they don't know each other well and can't communicate their strategies silently yet. And they can't exactly shout orders at each other without letting the bandits know what they're doing. Yikes xD)
Konstantin | Training Grounds
Konstantin was terrorizing one of the training dummies, dealing swift and accurate strikes at it with a lance. There weren't too many other options right now as the students who trained here as well were already doing their own thing. At the beginning of the year most students weren't too sure about approaching the professors anyway when it came to training. As for him sparring with one of the knights, those who were training right now were at the Knights' Hall while another group was patrolling and the last one had some spare time. In other words, there wasn't really anyone Konstantin could train with. Not that he minded too much, practising by himself gave him the opportunity to observe to students here. While he was focused on the training dummy he did catch glimpses of them out of the corner of his eye and made a mental note of their current skill level.
Néo | Fishing Pond | Ready for disaster
Néo stayed at the Fishing Pond for a while after his conversation with Rieka. At first he watched the cats for a bit. The one he had fed had finished the fish while he and the wolfskin had talked and was now lazing around near some other cats. For a moment Néo considered catching another fish for them but there more people at the pond now and he didn't really feel like fishing near them, even if the thought of startling them with his beastform was still funny to him. It wasn't every day they got to see a huge rabbit crouching at the pond to snatch some fish out of the water. But doing so a second time today with so many people around would probably earn him a scolding from one of those fun-hating church members. So no, it was probably better to spend the rest of the afternoon somewhere else. Maybe he could go to the courtyard near the classrooms as there weren't too many people at this time. Néo took out his beaststone and played around with it, throwing it from one hand to the other, back and forth as he slowly made his way to the stairs leading to the Dining Hall. It was the shortest way to the courtyard after all. Once he set foot on the bottom stair he suddenly grinned and turned into his beastform. Oh, he certainly wasn't allowed to run through the Dining Hall like that but if he was lucky none of the professors or high ranking church members were there so he probably wouldn't get in trouble with them. Same went for the captain of the knights. Cappy the buzzkill was probably at the Knights' Hall right now. So Néo leapt up the stairs and headed straight for the door the the Dining Hall.
Jasmine | Stables | Estelle
With a quiet laugh she nodded as Estelle spoke of her family's observatory. It did sound delightful and it was clear to Jasmine that the Deer loved that place very much. "I suppose you're right," she said. "We do have a few places here where you get a good view at the night sky but I doubt they can compare." While she wasn't fascinated by it she had come to enjoy the view from the Star Terrace and it was a shame that it wasn't available to most people for the majority of the year. At Estelle's question she smiled, giving an affirmative nod. "I am. I'm done with today's training and will be on patrol tonight so I thought I'd spend some time here. Can't have Hephaestus think I only want to be around him for training, can I?" She glanced over at one of the boxes not too far from Astrophel's, where a brown horse was sticking his head out, probably to observe the other horses and pegasi. "But yes, they do have high standards here and the training is tough," she confirmed but her smile made it clear that she really didn't mind that. "I wasn't even allowed to start training under them until two years ago because I wasn't old enough, no matter much I may have wanted," she laughed. "And there is still so much to learn before I can truly be a knight. But it's been my dream for many years now so I will keep working towards it."

Imrie blasted off another fire at the bandits, when she vot closer, not wanting to risk hitting one of the other students. She glanced to the others briefly, they didn't seem injured which is good. Shows Callan was right, and that these bandits couldn't hold their own well. How were these guys able to cause so much trouble? She thought. She readied for another spell to cover for anyone that would go in for an attack on the bandits. She just hoped this would he the last of them.
Bandit-Forest-Bandit Bashers
The bandit raced as he moved to join the battle. He had fallen behind, wasn't like he got distracted by a butterfly or anything, totally wasn't the reason. He readied his gauntlets and ran into the fight, aiming a punch at one of the students, as long as he hit something, surely that would be fine?
Elara-Leaving Dining Hall--Nèo
Elara headed for the exit after placing her dishes were they went. She wondered if she should go about going to the training grounds or pushing it off for another day. She opened the door not realizing the approaching figure, till she finally looked up, letting out a small scream as she stared at the giant rabbit, tripping on her foot and falling back in her attempt to try get away from the creature. Her arms shott8ng up over her head, shielding her face, as tears slide down her face. "Please don't hurt me," she whimpered.

Searc glanced over and blinked a bit in surprise. It was the first time he had seen a professor training in the area, and he wasn't going to pass up this opportunity to fight with one of them. He set the sword down and made his way across the area up to the Blue Lions professor. "Sir I would like to challenge you to a fight," he said towards the older man. He kept his gaze steady on the professor, waiting for the response, he hoped that he would get to fight him, he probably was going to be the only actual challenge here anyways.

Luca | Bandit Bashers | with Bandit Bashers and Bandits
The appearance of the final bandit was a surprise. Luca had to jump back to avoid the flying fist, taking a few steps to get some distance. The head bandit was busy trying to force the students back, her arrows raining down on them. Some cloaked in magic, some normal ones mixed in to cause chaos. Megumi had pulled back slightly, circling the bandits but not as eager to fight now that her fellow students were here. The head bandit snapped at the last bandit "About time! What took you so long? Get over here." the second grunt had also pulled back by her side.
"This is our final attack, don't let some pathetic students out do you." she held up her bow and notched an arrow. The energy coming off it seemed pretty sinister for a low level bandit, so it must be the strongest attack in her repertoire.

Néo | Outside Dining Hall | Elara
Néo jumped back, startled by the girl suddenly appearing in the doorway. He could barely prevent tripping over his paws and once he had caught himself he snarled at the unfortunate student. "Can't you watch where you're going?" Her terrified reaction however was a surprise and not a too pleasant one. Oh, it was a fun sight but the dining hall behind her was still packed with students and he didn't need that much attention. He nervously glanced about before turning to Elara, letting out an annoyed huff. "Never seen a Taguel before?" Rolling his eyes he poked her with a paw before setting it down again. "But yeah, not gonna eat ya. You don't look like a very filling meal." With that he grinned, though it probably looked more like a grimace or snarl to a human. "Just kidding, we don't eat humans and if I tried to hurt you anyway I'd be thrown in tomorrow's stew. No thanks."
Konstantin | Training Grounds | Searc
Konstantin stepped back from the training dummy when he saw Searc approach him, acknowledging him with a nod. He had seen the boy heading for the training grounds many times and from what he had heard about him so far Searc was the most skilled of the Deer. Konstantin sometimes wondered how his own students would fare against this one but while some of them were probably strong enough and took their training seriously they just weren't competitive enough to bother with challenging students from the other houses. Searc on the other hand seemed very eager to prove himself, or at least that's how it looked like to Konstantin. He had only seen him train a few times but the Deer wasn't the first student who seemed to have an obsession with becoming stronger than everyone else. Both in the last few years and even when he was a student himself he had seen people like that. So it didn't surprise him in the slightest when Searc requested to challenge him. "Of course," he said, nodding slightly. "I would like to see your skill for myself." He glanced at the lance he was still holding and than looked back at Searc. "Are you going to use the sword you practiced with or do you want to use a lance as well?"
Agnar, Callan | Forest | Bandit Bashers, Bandits
Agnar took a step back when the final bandit rushed in, quickly bringing up his arm to shield his face from his fist. Then he leaped back to get out of the bandit's reach, prioritizing dodging and blocking the head bandit's arrows with his sword for now. As long as she was forcing them back there was no way to get close to the other bandits, or at least not close enough for him or Megumi to land a hit. He remembered the hatchet he had grabbed from the bandit earlier but throwing it would slow him down and he couldn't properly focus with the arrows raining down on him and the others. Meanwhile Callan was moving swiftly to dodge the arrows but firing another spell at the bandits was made more difficult now. Even when he managed to cast his spell while avoiding getting hit he had a harder time aiming with the head bandit's constant attacks. Then however she held up her bow, stopping her wild onslaught for now. Not that it was less troublesome, given her announcement. No one was close enough to her to strike her down before she could fire that arrow but it did give the group a chance to try and get to the other bandits.
Agnar glanced at Imrie and Callan as he moved to rush at the head bandit, "You two, take that one!" With a nod he gestured to the new bandit while he reached for the hatchet with his free hand. "Luca, stay close and do your thing once it's safe." The dancer was probably nimble enough to avoid the head bandit's arrow whether he stuck with him or stayed where he was but Agnar wanted him to support Megumi so she could take down whichever bandit she chose before he could get a chance to attack her first once she reached him. Or the dancer could help him take down the head bandit, depending which action would give them the greater advantage. As he rushed at the head bandit Agnar threw the hatchet at her before she could let the arrow loose, with such accuracy and forceful enough that it would at the very least injure her badly enough to hinder her battle performance.
(making use of Agnar's Personal Skill here, letting him land a crit. Head Bandit will still have enough time to finish her final attack.)
Callan stepped back when the head bandit notched another arrow and kept his eyes on it. The bandit was an experienced archer so evading it would be hard and while they now had a brief moment to try and get closer to the three bandits that final attack of hers made him hesitate. When Agnar yelled to him and Imrie however he nodded. So far the two of them had worked well together and with their magic they'd be able to take down the bandit without having to get close enough for his fists to reach them. Also, if the head bandit shot that arrow at him or Imrie the other one would notice and either shout a warning or try to slow it down by firing a spell at it. "L-let's go," he nodded to her, running at the gauntlet-bandit and beginning to cast his spell as soon as Agnar threw his hatchet at their leader.

Luca threw a knife just before the hatchet was thrown, doing his best to play support so the rest could see his skill and perhaps fall for him. The Head Bandit cursed loudly as the smaller and faster knife dug into her leg, lowering her speed and ability to dodge drastically. She had pulled back her arrow and prematurely let loose, the dangerous projectile skewing off it's path. Instead of intercepting the hatchet as she had planned it flew directly towards Agnar. The hatchet, unfortunately for her, was dead on. It slammed into her chest with surprising strength.
She choked and stumbled back, blood staining her leather armor red. A violent cough shook her and red bubbled from her mouth "There's... no way." she said weakly, completely and utterly surprised at the power behind his throw. Her knees hit the ground and she fell forward.
Megumi | Bandit Bashers | with Bandit Bashers and Bandits
Well, if the humans were good for anything it was a distraction. That, and even someone as bad at teamwork as her could see they were winding up for the final attack. She noted with mild interest that Agnar actually managed to take her down. The death of their leader distracted the stupid grunt she'd been wanting to tear apart for the last five minutes. He stumbled back and looked between Agnar and his leader in horror. Megumi took her chance. She lunged forwards and finally felt her claws dig into flesh. He screamed as she raked her claws down his back, forcing him into the dirt. She used a large clawed paw and pressed it on his head, wanting him to suffer a bit for the pain he caused her.
RIP bandits you never stood a chance, come back when ur MCs alkdjfal;kdjf )

"I...got lost " the bandit replied to the leader. He looked a little annoyed when his hit wasn't as successful as it could have been, granted he hadn't even aimed in the first place, cause accuracy has no effect on things at all. He spr ag back a bit caught off guard by the magic that had been casted his way. "No fair why did I get a witch." He tried to go in to attack Callan when the boy wasn't preparing a spell but had to retreat when Imrie shot fire at him. The bandit got fistracted briefly when he heard the head Bandit get killed, glancing over to her in shock, she had been the strongest of them.
Imrie-ForestCallan,Bandit Bashers, Bandit that is regretting
Imrie fired off her last fire to cover for Callan when the bandit rushed in. She glanced at her other spells that she knew, trying to determine what one would best serve next. "We got this," she said to Callan. She had confidence in their ability together, after all they ready had managed to take down one, and the others made quick work of the rest of the group it seemed. "Are you hurt at all?" She asked him, she had no issue swit hing to faith to heal him if he needed it.
Searc-Training Grounds-Konstantin
Searc seemed to perk up a bit when the professor had accepted his challenge. He quickly got a determined look in his eye, as he looked forward to it. "I can use a lance, I've gotten enough practice with a sword for now," he said, walking over and grabbing one of the lances on the rack, before returning. He also ft he would be ae to learn more from the experience if he used the same weapon. "I'm ready whenever you are, sir." He knew that the odds of winning were heavily on the side of the professor, but that didn't sway him from still wanting to see the challenge through regardless of them.

I'd offer the same but I doubt I'd be much use for anything...except maybe a practice dummy."

(Of course they stood no chance, they have no crappy team name and nah, Jason, practice dummies are made to withstand a good beating, not to drop dead after a single hit also Luca playing his part so he can score xD) Agnar | Forest | Bandit Bashers, BanditsHaving no time to lift his sword to try and block the arrow, both because of how him throwing the hatchet had slighty slowed down his movements and the head bandit letting her arrow loose split-seconds sooner than anticipated, Agnar tried to duck and twist out of the way as fast as he could. He winced when it grazed him as it flew past, letting out a pained hiss as he felt it leave behind a cut on his arm and a smaller one in his side though part of him was relieved that he had managed to avoid worse. That arrow really wasn't something he, or any of the others, would want to take the full brunt of. With that thought he quickly glanced over at Luca, hoping the dancer hadn't stood right behind him just now as he had, more or less successfully, dodged the bandit's arrow. Callan | Forest | Bandit Bashers, BanditsCallan ducked when the bandit rushed in, quickly bringing up his arms to try and block the worst of it while also moving in such a way that he wouldn't hurt himself with the sword he was still holding. As he did so he immediately took a step back but focusing on his defense only caused him to stumble and trip. Fortunately for him this caused the bandit to narrowly miss with his attack and Imrie's fire prevented him from trying again right away, forcing him back instead. Not letting this chance pass Callan fired another spell at the bandit while picking himself up from the ground. He shook his head at Imrie's question, mumbling a "No, still doing fine" and took another step back to better defend himself from the bandit's next attack but surprisingly he didn't rush at them again this time. Callan briefly glanced over at what it was that had distracted the bandit and immediately averted his gaze, letting out a somewhat impressed and mostly disturbed "yikes" as it definitely wasn't a pretty sight. Focusing on their bandit again he nodded to Imrie and rushed at him, this time swinging his sword at him, hoping that he was distracted enough to not react in time.
(If I remember correctly Imrie brought a sword as well so she and Callan can cut that bandit down together. Or the bandit manages to dodge or block Callan's attack but also leaves himself open for Imrie's.)
