RP Board Planning - Original 5 [opening date: 7/21/2020]

■ Follow the Forum Rules
■ No god-modding or powerplaying whatsoever; when it comes to prophecy plots where powers are a possibility, the member who has the character with said powers cannot abuse it. If abused, they lose their position and character will be either roleplayed by another member, replaced, or retconned
■ No spotlighting or mary sues
■ All LGBTQ+ characters and relationships are accepted! 
■ Be respectful and courteous
■ If you are wanting start a plot for a character, a single clan, or the roleplay in its entirety, you must discuss it with the Clan owners and their roleplay moderators
■ As a regular member of a Clan, you must post twice weekly. If you have a high ranking position, you must post four times weekly. If you are going to be on leave, please notify the Clan owner or Roleplay moderators
■ All literacy levels are accepted as long as you can write in third person and words are legible

■ A user may join as many clans as they want
■ A user may only join with four (4) characters per clan; after the first week of opening, we will allow people to join with six (6) characters per clan
■ Only one prefix use per a Clan; for example, a clan cannot have a Fireheart and a Fireclaw. Those that try to join with a second version of a prefix, they will either have to choose a variant or they can join another Clan with the character's name as long as it does not exist

■ Inaccurate genetics will be allowed. For instance, we would allow the following coat colors: white/grey/black & cream/yellow/orange/brown
■ Inaccurate eye colors are also allowed, such as violet but anything off the charts will be denied
■ Strange patterns (like a star shape) will be allowed as long as they are not too out there
■ Cats with odd colored pelts (such as pink or green) will not be accepted

■ High ranking positions (leaders, deputies, medicine cats) will be filled up by the moderators of the clans and helpers; we will leave medicine cat apprentices positions open to the public if a clan wants that space filled (it is up to the clan owner to decide)
■ Outsiders (rogues, loners, kittypets) will be limited for the Clans rarely interact with them -- there is a possibility of NPCs; if an outsider is made, there has to be a reason 
■ Queens will be limited; one (1) permanent queen per clan if the clan owner is content with it
■ Queens must have a mate prior to going in the nursery
■ No orphan kits unless the reason is due to a plot
■ Apprentices will be limited based on the amount of warriors in a clan. For example, if a clan has 10 warriors, they will only be allowed 5 apprentices
■ Pre-established kits will get the go-ahead for an apprentice position over a joining apprentice
