(I went to bed so early smh I had an early morning interview my bad)
“That could work...” Logan mused, finally pulling his chicken out of the oven. Without any type of utensils, he began to eat his meal. “It may just be easier to use the motor oil.” He shrugged. “It could work, the pheromones. Just never tried that before.” He snorted at her joke. “I’m not sure anything but fleas rule that bastard.” He huffed, a small grin across his face.

"Good, good. Anything else that we need to cover?" Abby asked. The room was finally silent for once. But that was only for a few moments before McCoy buzzed, wanting to be let in. Abby of course let him in.
"What's all this hogwash that's going around? Dragging me away from the Medbay." McCoy grumbled, looking at the group assembled.
"Sorry for disrupting your alone time Doctor, but some how I've managed to drag this ship into a dogfight." Abby rolled her eyes. She did look stressed for once and began to retell the basics of the mission, leaving out the details that he wasn't going to need to know about. "I don't know why I've brought you into this, I just need you and your Medbay ready for causalities in the morning, if everything doesn't go right for the Grand Exit."

Kate simply raised an eyebrow at Logan's eating without utensils. But she quickly looked away. "Like I said, I'm just throwing ideas out there, that might work. I don't anything about him. I don't want him here any longer than needed." She looked around, trying to figure what else to have. Bringing in a large tub of strawberry yogurt, she dumped about two and a half cups into a bowl. It only took her about a minute to eat it with her spoon.

Even in such a stressing time, it cheered Jim up to see his friend annoyed as usual. It brought some normalcy to the situation. Jim waited for Abby to catch the doctor up. When causalities were brought up, he went back to his formally, fully stressed feeling. Grand Exit even sounded like something one would read about in historic documents, some grand bloodbath of the ages. “Could we get a medical team on the surface?” He asked. At this point, he was trying to make suggestions just to keep himself from his worries.
Spock, who had been processing some thoughts of his own, chimed in at this. “It would still be a larger amount of our crew coming down than what is accustom to this culture, Captain.” He responded, looking over at Kirk, after having been watching Abby for some time.
“I know, but it may seem less threatening to them to bring down medical than it would security.” Jim suggested. “We could tell them that one of us has a medical issue that needs to be monitored. They may be similar to humans with their culture, but they don’t know human anatomy.” He paused, then looked at T’Aimnu and Spock. “They most likely don’t know about Vulcans either.”
Spock was not fully on board for the lies he would already have to go along with. They were, however, necessary to the mission. The one Jim was suggesting did not seem necessary. “They may not trust that our medical team is truly medical.” He paused for a brief moment. “A medical team on the ground would not be a preventative measure towards the blood bath Lieutenant Smith is suggesting.”
At this, the Captain hesitated. “That’s true, Spock. It just may be easier to get them down medical staff, is all I’m thinking. Then we would have some sort of protection during the fallout. Besides, even with a security team, they may not be allowed to keep their weapons once we land.”

Once Wolverine was done with his chicken, he threw the bones into the trash can and washed his hands off. “Alright, that’s it. I’m not eating anymore of your food.” He promised. He was probably going to eat more of her food. “No one wants him around anywhere.” He replied with a smile. “We could give the motor oil a shot, and if it doesn’t work we could go on to the next level. Pheromones. If that doesn’t work, I don’t know what will...”

"As much as I would love a medical team down there. I would like to risk as few people as possible planet side." Abby sighed, moving papers around to one side. Once done she plopped down onto her bed. Her boots were off to the side of her bed. "I'll say it once more, I don't like how little information we have. It's making me feel unprepared." She had her hands beneath her neck, staring at her ceiling.
"How much time do we have between arriving at the planet and departing for planetside?" T'Aimnu asked.
"Not enough, we may even be late. Kirk will barely have enough time to notify the planet that we're there before having to depart." Abby sighed, already having memorized the basic schedule.
"This is far from ideal. But we have had worse Abigail." T'Aimnu mused.
"No crap Sherlock." Abby rolled her eyes.
"Language Abigail." T'Aimnu sighed, moving to take her attention to the messy maps of information.
"Jim why do you think this is a good idea?" Bones grumbled. He was highly uncomfortable with being so far out of the loop. He didn't understand why Abigail was doing all the planning. All this irritability from not knowing was showing through. "Could we have a guard posing as a medical personal?"
"That could work, do some of the security personnel have some knowledge of first aid at minimum?" Abby groaned. "This why I keep pushing for multidisciplinary officers."
T'Aimnu was starting to see the tells of Abby stressing. She knew her friend needed some time to think by herself or only with T'Aimnu or Kirk. Kirk would possibly be better for the woman.
"How much time left till we arrive at the planet?" Abby asked again.

"Ok so motor oil first shot. I have two or three gallons of it down in my garage. Do we want to just throw it at his face and hope that it gets into his nose? Or what?" Kate asked, looking at Logan. If the plan was as simple as that, she didn't like it. "I don't want to injure any civilians. That's my main concern." She sighed and shrugged. This was way out of her league. If she even had a league to begin with.

Jim sighed and nodded. He knew the more people they had down there, the worse it could get. He leaned against a wall as Abby cleaned her bed off, staring at his feet, enveloped in thought. When T’Aimnu brought up worse conditions, he looked up again. He had half the mind to ask them what they had experienced, but knew he shouldn’t. He especially knew now was not the time. He looked over at Bones when he posed the question. “I don’t think there’s many good ideas to be had from this situation, Bones.” He replied with a shrug. He could tell his friend was more irritable than usual, probably from knowing even less about the situation than they did.
Kirk did seem slightly encouraged by the new suggestion. “I’ll make a call to security, see if there’s anyone who would be able to pose as medical.” There should be someone in security that knows first aid. With them getting wounded and killed all the time, it seemed like Star Fleet would make them learn it. Multidisciplinary officers did sound like a good idea, especially right now. “I think it’s just under an hour before we get there. I think we can get away at 30 minutes at best before we need to leave and get on the shuttle, from the time we arrive.” He replied, still looking slightly more encouraged than he was before.

Logan sat down on his stool and thought about it for a moment. “We can’t let him know he’s being tricked. We need to draw him out of town, as far as we can get him and still have a way to get back. Preferably at an intersection. If we could have him trail us out there, then gain a lead over him down a road leaving town completely. And while he’s behind us, way back there, we use the motor oil to disguise our scents and somehow loop around...” he thought about it, trying to figure out if they could maneuver around their enemy. “We may have to face off against him one last time, to really disorient him and to get back to town. But we won’t have the element of surprise...” Logan wasn’t typically a planner. He went more headfirst into things, but he wasn’t sure that would work in this situation.

"An hour! Crap well there goes my four hour of sleep!" Abby groaned.
"Abigail Smith! You've been up for 28 hours!" T'Aimnu chastised, doing her best to reign in her emotions. "You need to stop this. Give me a list of everything you needed to finish."
Abby jotted a few things down on a PADD before handing it over to her friend.
"Good. Now everyone out." T'Aimnu stated, trying to get everyone out, except for Kirk for the most part. "You heard her, formal is require for those of is going planetside."

(It does to me too. Should be timeskip to them trying whatever on Sabretooth, or should we figure something else out?)
(Also do you want to time skip on the Star Trek plot as well? To when they’re landing in the shuttle?
I’m still warming up my Spock muse so I’m sorry about that. Used to be my favorite one too... Also are we including Cam in the plot? I’m not really sure where she’d fit in. Hope my Kirk muse is up to the caliber it used to be, or at least somewhat.)

Any ideas beyond Cam posing as a nurse? )

(Also do you remember who role played as Sabretooth?)
They had decided to try Logan’s plan. So, they put two half gallon containers of motor oil in a bag that he was now carrying. It was heavy, but he’d had to carry worse. The two had gone out to find their enemy, and found him further from town than they had originally assumed. He had been rummaging through a trash canister, near where Logan had originally been staying. He had probably caught scent of Logan. That would help. “Hey, you overgrown fleabag!” He called, gaining Sabretooth’s attention. “What? You see a mouse?” He waited a moment in case Kate wanted to taunt the enemy, then looked at her with a grin. “Let’s go.” He then took off, knowing well enough that Sabertooth would follow. He just hoped Kate would run at a manageable speed for him.

After everyone had been ushered from her quarters, Abby had napped only for about 20 minutes. Of course T'Aimnu woke the woman up and helped her refix her hair and get out the door.
By the time they made it down to the shuttle, they were moments away from being late to depart the Enterprise. Both women were clad in dress uniforms with the longer skirt. Both had a garment bag in hand. Abby uncomfortably pulled at the neck of her uniform. "I really don't like anything near my neck..."

(Not at all sorry.) By the time they had tracked down the man, Kate's skin had pretty much healed to a nasty looking scar. But the muscle underneath was still in bad shape. She could at least limp at a normal human run. "You know flaying a speedster isn't very nice you know." Kate managed to keep up with Logan with some pain. Which showed with her limping. But the woman was not going to stop until the man had been run out of her town.

Jim had spent some of that time trying to learn as much as he could from what Abby sent them. When he felt he had absorbed as much as he could, he searched through the ship roster and found a security member who also knew first aid. He contacted them and told them what they needed to know, and who they needed to pose as. When it was close to departure time, he contacted the planet to inform them they would soon be joining them. He then made a call to Spock, who had already gone on to his quarters, to head down to the shuttle. Kirk then headed briefly to his own room, briefly packing his own garment bag and changing.
Spock had spent this time also reading over the information as he sat on the bridge. He finished before Kirk, and decided to go change, clean up and pack for the mission. When he got the message from the Captain, he grabbed his own bag and went down to the shuttles. He got there sometime after Abby and T’Aimnu, but before Kirk.

Logan continuously looked back at her, concerned she’d run out of energy. It seemed that Sabertooth was as tired out as she was. The enemy was traveling slower than Logan had anticipated, which made it easier for them to run a little slower as well. At one point, they were almost out of sight of Sabretooth, before schedule. He slowed down some, almost walking. When the larger man caught up, he picked up his pace. “I think the next time we lose him is when we get ready to attack.” His plan had been for them to stop when they outran Sabertooth, and then to turn around and do as much damage, before covering both themselves and Sabretooth in the motor oil and running back. So far, the plan looked like it may work.

(Both? I don't even know. I need to reread like the last 4 pg that we did.) (I need to reread too. I thought I’d be able to get by with just reading a page smh. I can’t really think of anything as for the Cam thing. I mean, maybe they could call up for her the night of since there’s like spies or something and they feel like she’s not gonna be a leak basically? I dunno why they’d need her, or how she’d get onto the planet easily though. McCoy could go down as the Chief Medical Officer and all and do kinda similar as Spock and T’Aimnu, but at that point if this was like the actual show or something they might as well bring Scotty too so I don’t know if that would even make sense. So thats the best I can think of, unless you’ve got better, and those aren’t great.)

"You know for us being almost late, you two will make us late." Abby quipped, mostly at Kirk. "We're already running on strict timeline." She snarked out. She hadn't had the time to zen out and refocus her mind. Abby was stressed. Sure, the woman was use to missions being flung at her and missions going wrong, but this was something different. She was going nearly blind and with no notice at all.
"Abigail. " T'Aimnu warned, both women were strapped in and ready to go. But the Vulcan had her eyes closed. "Captain, Commander. Are we ready to go?"
Abby simply rolled her eyes and closed them.

Jim looked a little surprised at Abby’s chastising, and seemed to shrink back very slightly. Spock didn’t seem phased. He knew he was late, they all were, and that they were going to be later if they stood around much more. He secured his things and then himself in his seat. “Im ready. Captain?” He responded
Jim was more hesitant. He knew she was stressed, and that if she was like this before they even left, she would probably only stress more. Great. He took a moment to get into his own seat, then closed the shuttle door. “Ready...” he halfway muttered, glancing only at Abigail as he did. With that, the shuttle began to pull through the Enterprise’s port and out into open space.
