(Well, its better.
I lost my job because i have Crohns, and then a week later we found out that my boyfriend got his ship date for Airforce Bootcamp, so with all of that, plus trying to prepare for him being gone for 8 months, and then him leaving, and me learning how to live on my own and fighting battles and thinking I wasnt going to make it, severe depressive episodes, I think Im finally back on top with my feet somewhat on the ground....
SO yeah. A lot happened, and im still figuring out this new life for me, but im doing better. Me and my boyfriend are still together, and were fine, its just really hard being separated with no contact when hes all you've known for three years... Ya know? Coming home everyday to the silence was and sometimes still is unbearable.) |

Do you have any other plans then? Eveline texted back, frowning at her phone screen as she did. She wasn't sure how to help her friend, even if she wanted to. There seemed to be so much going on with this place that she was half worried that they'd even be able to go.
Plus, it was a good school. They really should be able to do better, right?
Maybe you can ask to switch roommates or something?

Knox eyed his phone as Eveline and Kirsten conversed, quickly reading over each message. He did have to agree with Kirsten; the place was barely anything like how it was advertised. Simply a commercial scam and he's since realized why. They'd just been stupid enough to fall for it, along with the few people he's seen that didn't seem to be in on whatever schoolwide joke they were oblivious to. He didn't exactly have any good advice, except... Time to bail? |

Kiersten decided going to this party was going to be a great thing. Maybe they would finally meet some new people and have a standing here. Her college experience has been the weirdest thing, nothing at all like she wanted or expected. Most nights, she was sad because she wanted her friends to have a good time here, and it seemed like they were just as miserable as her. Without telling them, she decided to go alone. She was afraid to ask if they wanted to go to this party. She had never been to a party before, and she wasnt sure if they were going to judge her for wanting this. |
