Groups The Rebellion: This group is led by Layth. The Rebels are a ragtag group of all types of Monsters and even humans! They work together to keep each other safe and liberate who they can under Ragnarok's reign! Leader: LaythSecond in Command: OsurCouncil: Sootwing,Elders: Members: Moonfeather, Lorelai Ragnarok's Army: This massive army is led by the mysterious Ragnarok. His very presence is offputting in the sense of both his looks and his power. He leads his army with an iron fist. Nothing happens without his say so. Still, he leads a people. Monsters have found themselves able to have lives under his command too. Mates. Families. Fun. He just never partakes. Everyone knows to get serious when needed though, lest they be punished. They're all a force to be reckoned with, as the army is massive, mighty and many. And they're just patiently waiting for their leader to give the word to strike. > Leader: Ragnarok> Second in Command: > Council: > Members: > Servants: No Affiliation: Monsters who are not with any of the main groups in this roleplay. They are loners, travelers, adventurers, etc. > List: Hackster, Scorch, Azuriel, Timerion, Matthew Barne, Fatid, Cally, Remiel, Mercurius
Lore History Long ago, there was nothing. Then, the was... something. The first creature to exist, this entity called Uriel. And Uriel brought everything into view. Water, plants, sky and more. Even other creatures, but they grew depressed and just... died. To give them more life, he gave them the capacity to wield some of the nine elements. Water, Fire, Nature, Magic, Metal, Light, Darkness, Earth and Lightning. This gave them new identities and purpose, and Uriel simply observed as they made their own choices. They managed to organize themselves though, creating kingdoms, cities, their own tech and more. And so elements stayed in check, they chose the strongest of each to lead them. These monsters are called Warmasters, and guide those under their care and/or command. There were also some creatures who did well without capacity for powers though, humans.
Elements
There are nine elements, stated in History. Common class have one element, and every class from Uncommon up to and including Epic will have two. And, every element has a weakness. Dark to Light, Light to Metal, Metal to Magic, Magic to Nature, Nature to Fire, Fire to Water, Water to Lightning, Lightning to Earth, Earth to Darkness. And if four elements are involved in mating, the baby will only recieve two of those four.
Mating
A process taken very seriously. Mated monsters do so for life, and develop a telepathic link with their mate. The process is done like this. The pair will find a Heartseed and plant it. A Heart Tree will grow rapidly, and then they'll proceed to mate there. When done, fruit grows on the branches and the seeds can be used for more trees and the fruit for food or medicine while the tree vanishes within a day or two if not used.
The female monster will carry the baby of course, and will either give live birth or lay an egg. As stated in mating, babies will have only two elements from the pool their parents provide unless they only have one element to give like parents who only have fire, or nature, etc.
Tournaments
Many cities and settlements like to host these. It brings in money and gems as well as popularity with the monsters running it. Usually tournaments will consist of battles of two three-man cells. Winners move up the ladder and win better rewards along the way, like special enchantments and goodies. If you want the best rewards, make sure to sign up for one of Galante's tournaments cause his family is filthy rich and has good connections and that means they can provide the best prizes!
Warmasters
They may not be the strongest of their element in some cases, but they were the ones appointed by Uriel to lead their element. Warmasters lead armies of volunteers to keep the world safe, but sometimes they fight with each other. They do their best to be leaders though, as many monsters join their armies just to be in their presence. (Ones without a forumers name by it is open for claim. Ask me first though).Wip > Sherezar (Magic) > Elvira (Light) > Barbael (Fire) > Gortak (Earth) > Thalassa (Water) (Claimed by Smokey Feather ) > Necromancer (Darkness) (Claimed by forestpaw ) > Zahra (Nature) > Babari (Lightning) (Claimed by Smokey Feather ) > Remntar (Metal) > Ragnarok (Legendary) (Claimed by Smokey Feather )

Locations (wip and to be added to)Babari's TerritoryFortress of Thunder: Where the majority of Warmaster Babari's army stays. Huge walls enchanted to electrocute enemies within a certain range. Big enough to be a city, with homes, shops and more. Most of the monsters there have Lightning as an element of course. There's even an arena for monsters to test their might! At the center of the fort is Babari's palace, where he, his family, advisers and staff stay. Flashing Plains: A large area of spread flatland. It's prone to huge thunderstorms. Like, huge storms, with bolts powerful enough to shock you into a coma if you aren't a lightning monster. And if caught in these plains, Lightning monsters use the storms to their advantage. Storm Forest: A forest of big trees just west of the Fortress, spread widely and giving few places to hide. There's lots of berry bushes though, and a few places to catch small prey. Wip Thalassa's TerritoryAtlantis: The main capital of the Water Monsters, located underwater of course. Warmaster Thalassa dwells here, keeping those under her command in check. Huge constructs of buildings, and they utilize domes a lot as to protect from overhead attack. Atlantis also extends above water, to have a few small branch districts that float on the Water despite weighing literal tons. Swimming Cities: Technically still part of Lantis, but these constructs in fashion of homesnare moved by aquamancers, moving the small buildings across oceans to spy and get intel from ships, fliers and even land creatures. They're equipped to defend themselves though, even though only manned by two or three monsters. Wip Zahra's TerritoryHometree: A titanic tree with branches that stretch and many holes to make homes of. Even big monsters are ants compared to it. At the top is where Warmaster Zahra lives, in a home made of plantlife and the tree. Throughout the tree are other homes, shops and more set about the hollows and massive branches. And, the tree is protected by Zahra's magic to resist fire for a time. Herb Central: About half an hour's walk east from Hometree, where plentiful herbs grow. Certain nature monsters maintain it, keeping the herbs healthy just in case healing magic won't work. Evergardens: Similar to Herb Central, but consisting entirely of edible plantlife. Located around the base of Hometree, there's plenty of food growing and waiting to be used. It's for the public, but it's common fruits, veggies and such. More rare plants must be sought and found, and those who find them sell for a higher price! Elvira's TerritoryCastle Cloud: A small city up in the sky, suspended upon some sort of magic clouds that are solid. You can only reach it if you can fly or if you have a ship, but the city still has defenses of course. At the center of the city is the Castle, where Warmaster Elvira settles and commands her people. Low Mountain: A mountain just below Castle Cloud. There are homes, farms and more throughout the mountain, and it is where the more commonfolk live and thrive. Small Clouds: Large, sentient clouds that carry small villages on their back. The most famous one is Giant Village, the very first cloud to carry a village. MonstelvaniaDark Haven: Monstelvania is a place where Darkness monsters can go and not be feared or shunned, and the Haven is where some just go to rest and be content. You might find some sleeping, talking or even hosting parties, but they must get the permission of Countess Flawless first, as she must know of everything in Monstelvania! Count Vlad's Manor: Within a large, dark forest, a huge manor rivaling class of even Galante and his family. Count Vlad lives here with his wife, Countess Flawless, and their daughter Fampira. Full of grand decor and a big garden to the left of it that the countess likes to keep. They have staff and guards who keep watch over the grounds though, not that they aren't capable of protecting their own home. Hall of Darkness: This is a small building where statues of the most famous Dark monsters are set up. There's Count Vlad, Countess Flawless, Warmaster Necromancer, Samael and a few others. Many other Dark monsters come and leave gifts and such for Necromancer and Samael, and the gifts disappear! Though it could also be because other monsters take the gifts. Other LocationsCrystalline: One of the more modern cities, with the top dog being Galante and his family. You'll find tons of more high-tech things compared to castles and such. You'll also find Al Canine and his gang moving about too, but they're in good with Galante so watch out! If you want something or to find something out, this city is the place to go. Stillward Village: A nice little town on the primitive side. Unlike Crystalline, it consists mainly of huts and dens, but the folk thrive all the same. Nature Monsters are a little more common here, and the village is known for their production of Black Cherries and Black Cherry Roots. Highwind City: One of the more modern city, with homes and nicer dens. Humans are most likely to gravitate here for supplies, especially weapons and armor to give them a chance against most monsters. Temple of Uriel: A large, old stone temple set about in a valley. Monsters go to rest there or pray to the entity, who hasn't been seen for over five thousand years. It seems he still answers calls for help though, as some find themselves in situations so lucky that they can't explain. Sherezar's Land: Warmaster Sherezar doesn't have a huge territory like some of the other warmasters. He instead has one massive encampment that consists of his army. In a forest about twenty or so miles east of Crystalline, the forest being laced with spells and enchantments to keep out intruders and unwanted visitors. Port of the Cosmos: A small spot of land by the South Sea, and basically a hub for pirates! However, everyone knows that there's only one crew who's on top here. The Curse of the Cosmos, captained by Copperbeard! He and his crew run the port and its trades. The Port is basically a black market too. You want something hard to come by, and Crystalline doesn't have it, then you'll find it here. Stars Camp: The main place of operation for the rebels. No buildings or anything because they need to be able to pack up and move quickly. So it's mainly just tents and such. It's well hidden far from most official, larger settlements and hasn't yet been found by Ragnarok and his army. Beastiarium: A massive spot of land many acres large about twenty minutes east of Crystalline. From buildings to open pens full of all types of beasts and even other Monsters! Most of the exhibits have been placed here by Gregorz of Lyria and Korg, top hunters! Chaos Fortress: A huge stone prison in the middle of the ocean, full of some of the most dangerous Monsters, including the devastating Cryotan! Many have tried to get in and out, but none have succeeded thanks to the sentient, mechanical wonder, Volthar! Blazing Dragon Village: A village set throughout a large valley, protected by the surrounding mountain. The monsters there are warriors, trained to fight aside from using their powers. Governed by Kihaku, Oikawa and Kaori, these people usually keep to themselves but do welcome outsiders who don't cause trouble. Keeper's Library: The largest collection of knowledge known to the Multiverse. Set in a seemingly unending castle, surrounded by forestry, all are welcome to come read so long as they don't try to steal anything. Howling Jungle:

(Stories about some of the more famous Legendary Monsters) Thalassa's ReturnAfter years of chaos in the Water Kingdom, Queen Thalassa is back! The days of Thetys tormenting everyone and spending the realm’s money on her own parties are over and a big celebration is in order. In the Water Palace, Thalassa organized a big feast to thank all of her supporters for their patience and for keeping their faith in her, even though deep down she can’t help but feel a bit sadness that her heiress didn’t turn out to be a good queen. However, she had to look forward. Many plans were in order, she needed to prepare her speech, decide on the dishes for the banquet, and rehearse her big symbolic entrance with her royal guard. Hydratila got his job back as Prime Counselor and, of course, Lord Of The Atlantis and Hydrok The Forgotten was named royal guard again. There is only one guard who has stayed for three reigns: Eeltron. He was there during Thalassa’s primary years and has stayed by Thetys' side even when he didn’t agree with her ways, and Thalassa is trusting him once more now that she’s returned. She knows very well that for Eeltron, duty comes first, and that’s the most important thing for her. Everything was almost ready for the big feast, but on the other side of the realm, someone’s not taking her humiliation lightly. Thetys was extremely bitter about having had to step down from the throne, and her friends weren’t happy either. Anaitis isn’t Prime Counselor anymore, but she’s still very close to her friend and former queen and Frosilka and her brother Kozorg aren’t royal guards anymore. They are all furious, so they’re plotting a plan! Beastiarium BreakoutThe Bestiarium Exhibition Center hosts a special fair of rare creatures. Most of them have been brought in by expert hunters like Gregorz of Lyria. For the most part, these beasts behave themselves, but some are not meant to be in an exhibition center, so consequently, there’s been a breakout! Two monsters have escaped: The first is Treetopog, who was captured in the jungle and is already on his way back there. The second is Belbreath, a unique creature with amazing attributes, she had been displayed as the star of the fair, but she just couldn’t be held in there: she’s a natural fighter! Chaos FortressThe Chaos Fortress, a prison in the middle of the ocean, holds the most diabolical enemies of peace and order. It is one of the most inaccessible sites of the Multiverse, partly due to its armored exterior, and partly due to Volthar, a mechanical creature who has prevented anyone from breaking out for years. Although, it looks like Volthar must have missed something… During the last few months, one of the prisoners of the Fortress, Cryotan, has been sending messages from his cell, reaching out for help from someone on the outside: Hookuai. Hookuai is an old friend of Cryotan’s. They’re both big fans of mass destruction, so they’ve always worked well together. However, when Cryotan was captured and taken to the Chaos Fortress, Hookuai was hugely disappointed, he never thought his friend could be so careless as to get himself into that situation. At first, when Hookuai started receiving messages for help, he doubted if Cryotan was actually worth rescuing. However, after some thought, Hookuai has finally decided to come to his friend’s aid, if not for the good ol’ days, then for the chance to unleash a little chaos in the Fortress. The battle between Volthar and Hookuai is going to be epic! This mechanical guard won’t make it easy for intruders, but Hookuai is really looking forward to the challenge. The more he learns about how difficult it is to penetrate the Fortress, the more excited he gets! Terracotta CurseThe Emperor’s last wish was to be buried with an army of warriors that would protect him and guard his grave for eternity. And so it was arranged, according to his wish. For centuries, one thousand warriors guarded his grave. They stood still for so long, that they slowly became petrified. One day, one of the terracotta warriors woke up and realized that no one could tell him to stay on duty anymore. After all, he had already served a dead Emperor for centuries… that should count as eternity. That’s the story of how Qin left the terracotta army to become a free warrior! A few years later, history repeated itself, and another terracotta warrior woke up. This time it was Qinling who woke up, and when he realized that Qin had abandoned his post, he decided it was time for the entire army to do the same! However, Qinling had something that Qin didn’t have: magic powers, so he used them to wake up every warrior in the army, one by one. The hardest one to wake up was the most powerful warrior: Wangzhou. His metal armor made it almost impossible for Qinling’s magic to sink in, but in the end, he awoke. Now, the entire terracotta army is free to go. Will destiny curse them for abandoning their guard? Dragon AwakeningThere was an epic battle of dragons, a two versus two showdown. On one side there was Drakor and Wyrmlad and on the other, Zeighar and Draghar. Wyrmlad is an excellent strategist who managed to corner his opponents into a volcano. From that moment on, there was nothing they could do to win the battle. When it was over, Zeighar and Draghar were banished to a lost little island. They’ve been there for months, feeding on bugs and dead vegetation, but they’ve had enough humiliation. Zeighar finally decided to do something about it. He gathered his strength, disappeared for a couple of weeks, and now he's back with a plan... He stole the Dragon Book from the Monster Library! This book contains the darkest secrets and the biggest weaknesses of all the monsters of the dragon kind. Now Zeighar is sharing all the book’s secrets with Draghar, so you can be sure that revenge is about to be served. Dwarven DistrustAfter a long battle over the control of the miner dwarves, Warmaster Babari brought peace to his home mountain and banished his nemesis, Warthak. The new-old ruler feels the support of his tribe, but not every member is to trust… During his time in power, Warthak didn’t rule alone, he did it with the help of a cabinet. It’s not like anyone in the tribe actually wanted to help, they were just scared of the consequences of refusing to assist Warthak. Whatever the reasons behind the formation of Warthak’s cabinet, Babari still doesn’t trust its former members. Some of them spend their days apologizing for not being brave enough to face the invader, but there’s one dwarf who has had enough with leaders, no matter who they are: Nabuline. As if serving Warthak hadn’t been horrible enough, Nabuline was now going to have to face endless distrust from Babari, so she decided to leave the tribe and go her own way. She started traveling among the lands but she soon realized that there were many threats around, even for a monster as powerful as herself, so instead of looking for a traveling companion, she created a magnificent artifact that would both keep her safe and keep her company: Hobkin! With Hobkin’s help, Nabuline is ready to embark on any adventure that may come her way! Ethereal OrderNow that the Warmasters have been appointed, tensions are high and in times of war, unlikely alliances are born. This is the case with the newly formed Ethereal Order: a union of warriors that have vowed to support and defend each other when the next big war erupts. They all have one thing in common: They’re airy, intangible, ghostly creatures that, despite seeming delicate, are extremely powerful. Yntec, Commander Alvid, Faugnar, Singularis, and Stöirm are the founding members of the Ethereal Order. However, they’re missing a leader, a monster stronger than them to stand in the front line of battle without making decisions on behalf of them all. Enter Gelotron: a ball of Magic with unlimited power and no ambitions or bad intentions, simply the perfect attacker. Gelotron is the perfect leader for the Ethereal Order! Supervillains HideoutWith the superheroes winning all their battles against Malair, this evil villain has had to figure out a new way to avoid falling into oblivion. He wants to be remembered as one of the greatest villains of all time, so he’s put a plan together: A few months ago, he created a training center in a secret location he likes to call “The Supervillains’ Hideout” and he’s filled it with 25 monsters with extraordinary powers, 25 candidates to make it into a Supervillain Dream Team. For weeks, he tested their skills and, little by little, discarded the ones that weren’t worthy of fighting by his side. He experimented, he watched, he tested different combinations, until he finally got the list of candidates down to three…, the chosen ones, the Dream Team: First, we have Devastator and his extraordinary strength. He’s the muscle! There’s also Dusk Aura. Like her sister Lux Aura, Dusk used to be a superhero, but Malair became obsessed with her. He wanted her control powers so badly that he cast a spell on her. Now she only obeys Malair’s orders. And last but not least, we have Copycat. He’s probably Malair’s favorite villain. His superpower is to provoke his rivals and then copy their skills. The more annoying he becomes on the battlefield, the more Malair likes him. Three supervillains and one evil boss… Looks like the superheroes are in trouble! Journey OutMr. Skull Rivera is out on a mission to find his daughter Demise. Ever since she ran away from the Land of the Undead, he’s been heartbroken. He’s been going through the entire Underworld trying to find a portal that could take him to the land of the living. The problem is, not long after starting his journey, he noticed a presence following him around. One day, he managed to turn around just in time to catch his stalker: it was a werewolf! “Who are you? Why are you following me? If you have to attack me, go ahead, I can take you!”- he valiantly told the werewolf. “I don’t want to attack you! I need you! I’ve been trapped in the Underworld ever since I turned into a werewolf, but I don’t belong here, I can’t stand this place anymore. You seem to know how to get out of here, that’s why I’m following you. My name is Wolfgang, please let me come with you… I'm strong, I’m sure I can be of use to you”- he explained. “Well… I don’t know how to get out just yet, but I’ve heard there’s a portal, so I’m looking for it. Come along, if you want…”- he said, not very convincingly. After all, a werewolf wasn’t his ideal travel companion, but he didn’t dare to say “no” to him. Like that, Skull Rivera and Wolfgang continued their journey, together. They wandered around until they finally found the portal they were looking for: the one that would take them to the other side, to the big world! However, when they crossed it, they didn’t land where they were expecting. They were hoping to come out to the East of Monstelvania, but they came out right in the center of the town and… inside Count Vlad’s Castle! But it wasn’t Count Vlad who greeted them, it was someone worse… his wife! Countess Flawless had moved the exit of the portal to her castle, tired of seeing the circulation of strange creatures entering and leaving the world through her town. “So, who are you two? Give me a good reason to let you stay in Monstelvania or I’ll kick you right into the portal and send you back to the Underworld again!” - said Countess Flawless menacingly. Skull Rivera and Wolfgang looked at each other, puzzled. How were they going to convince the Countess to let an undead monster and a werewolf stay in her land? Rise of the CyborgsEveryone knows Ingenica’s the Queen of Artifacts. She knows them inside out and she could create an army of them effortlessly. This makes her very admired but also envied. Lately, she’s had some challengers who have created their own artifacts and have fought against her… but they’ve all failed. However, there’s a new and mysterious creator of artifacts who refuses to show their face. Hiding in the shadows, this creator has developed two super-advanced mechanical beasts that are able to stand up against Ingenica’s artifacts: Scaraborg metallic poisonous beast can corrode any type of metal, and Stake is a steam-powered snake is designed to stand up to apex predators! The battle of the machines is about to get interesting. An Unexpected ExitStorm Beard and his crew had received a tip-off about some hidden treasure buried on a lost island, so they got on their ship, the Thunder of the Seven Seas, and sailed off to find this mysterious land! After a six-week long voyage, they finally reached the island. It was a beautiful unspoiled paradise, but Storm Beard wasn’t there to sunbathe, he dragged his crew of pirates around the island until they found the exact spot, which was directly under two crossing palm trees. The Captain’s crew dug and dug until they hit something solid, but it wasn’t a chest, it was a big, oval stone. They rolled it onto its side and saw that underneath it was a long and dark tunnel. Only one monster was able to fit, so Storm Beard decided to finish the job himself. He slipped into the tunnel and moved along it for hours on end. For a moment he thought that there wouldn’t be a way out and he’d die there...but then he saw a dim red light at the end. He followed it and then there it was: the exit. He clambered out thinking he had found a treasure cave, but it was something else… It was like an Underworld version of the island he had left behind! It took Storm Beard a couple of minutes to figure out where he was, but once he was over the shock, he walked around the place, still hoping to find the treasure. But instead of the treasure, he found another monster, who looked as puzzled to see him as Storm Beard was to be there. “Who are you and how did you get here?”, asked Saulot. Storm Beard felt scared. He was in a foreign land and, at this point, he didn’t care about the treasure any longer. “I ended up here by mistake, I was just leaving…”, he said. “Did you come out of that tunnel right there? Does that lead us out of the Underworld? Well, you are right, you are leaving right now…but I am going with you, so come on, move!.”, commanded Saulot. “But there’s only room for one…”, said Storm Beard timidly. “So we’ll widen it from the inside. You’re a big monster, I’ll go behind you.” Storm Beard didn’t dare contradict him again, so he stepped into the tunnel, wondering why Saulot would want to leave a place where he’s practically a king? Space RaidersDuring one of his treasure hunts, Captain Edwin “Fearless” Bane misread his bloodstained map and fell straight into a booby trap. The fall destroyed his entire body but, as luck would have it, a figure appeared before him in a puff of smoke. It was Lumoona, a mystical sorceress who had felt she was needed at that exact place in that very moment. She cast a spell that transposed the Captain’s soul from his lifeless body into a patchwork metal shell. This way, the Captain not only saved his charisma but was also given the gift of invincibility, not to mention some stylish new facial hair! Lumoona gave him a fitting new name: Captain Copperbeard. With a renewed sense of confidence and his new magical advisor by his side, Captain Copperbeard felt it was time to go on a grand adventure — and take revenge on Octex, the poor fool who had set up that booby trap in the first place. So Captain Copperbeard stole Octex’s prize spaceship, and helped himself to some treasure while he was at it. He gave the spaceship the buccaneer touch it was lacking and named it: “The Curse of the Cosmos”. It wasn’t long before The Curse of the Cosmos had become famous, and feared, throughout the universe. Space creatures from near and far lined up by the dozen to join Captain Copperbeard’s crew. The first one to offer his services was Van K. Mark, a Zandvoortian who had always dreamed of escaping his desert home planet to become a pirate and sail the galaxies. The Captain liked his spirit of adventure and made him the helmsman of The Curse of the Cosmos. Short after that, the fledgling crew ran into Globrush, an ingenious inventor who had made millions designing high-tech weapons some years ago. Unfortunately, Globrush had gambled away all his riches and was now destitute and depressed. When Captain Copperbeard heard his story, he knew he couldn’t let so much talent go to waste, so he immediately brought him on board as a gunsmith. By this point, the Captain was fairly content with his crew, but he was missing something, a secret weapon, something that no one else had. So he started looking for it… and found it at the center of a black hole: Himass, a black matter mass that gets stronger with each defeated enemy! Now that the crew of The Curse of the Cosmos is complete, it is time to go hunting for the greatest treasure ever known, and Lumoona might have a clue on where to go: She’s had a vision of floating islands, lots of monsters, and millions of Gems! The course is set! Destination: Earth! Corsairs vs RaidersCaptain Copperbeard and his crew are unstoppable…or so it seems. When they board the Curse of the Cosmos and set their eyes on a new destination, it’s a new success they’re about to write in their history. However, as you can imagine, not everyone is going to root for a band of pirates that take everything they want, whenever they want. Well just as Captain Copperbeard has a new mission, a secret someone has a mission as well and has even put a price on their heads! Given the attractive amount of Gold that accomplishing the mission of stopping Captain Copperbeard rewards, Privateer Morgan hasn’t questioned it for a second and he’s ready to take the job. Privateer Morgan has never been a public figure, but he’s a seasoned sailor who knows both seas and galaxies like the back of his hand. After years of sailing and battling from the backline, he’s decided to take a step forward. To hunt down the Curse of the Cosmos crew, he’s put together a crew of his own which can match and even better the abilities of their rivals! To protect his spaceship, he's acquired Sir Francis Rock: a robot whose defensive skills will stop Van K. Mark’s shots. But who’s going to defeat Lumoona and her inner eye? No one but the one and only Lord Mindson: Thanks to his psychic powers, Privateer Morgan has never been steered wrong. He will predict the moves of Captain Copperbeard, and when they find the Curse of the Cosmos, he will personally take care of Lumoona, making sure that he’s the only one with psychic powers. Can these Space Corsairs take down the Space Raiders? We’ll see... Fight of the PharaohsAround this time every year archaeologists try their luck at trying to make new discoveries of ancient civilizations. This time they happened to unearth and step on Bandses’ ring, bringing this Pharaoh back to life. He told the archaeologists who he was and they filled him in on what he had missed since his death. He was shocked and enraged to know that Akhenotep, an old enemy of his, had taken over the entire bay territory and built an empire of fear. Bandses was determined to take back his territory, but now that he had just come back from among the dead, he had nothing to fight with, so he created an unlikely alliance: He called Basthet, better known as “The Protector.” Knowing that she would want to help all the monsters suffering from the reign of terror that Akhenotep was ruling. He convinced her to help him win his territory back, even though he couldn’t have cared less for the protection of the innocent: he just wanted his land, his legacy, and his riches. When Akhenotep heard that Bandses was coming after him with the help of Basthet, he realized that he wouldn’t be able to contain them on his own, so he enlisted a powerful sorcerer: Viperhotep. The only problem was that Viperhotep’s work never came for free: after all, he had supernatural abilities that he had been given by the goddess Isis. Akhenotep agreed to share the ruling of his kingdom with Viperhotep, and just like that, the war for the territories is about to start… Three AdventurersOkay, so… If you’re a rich monster on Earth, Rabbish, Armole, and Furrius Robin are never going to be good friends of yours. These three adventurers are widely hated by the wealthy, who deem them as “mercenaries.” However, the truth is that they don’t deserve such a bad reputation… It is true that they steal from the rich, so maybe their hate is justified, but they keep nothing for themselves! These so-called mercenaries give everything they steal to the monsters who need it the most. They all live together in a tiny shelter in the forest, away from the threats of Count Vlad, Vanitus, and others who have suffered from their robberies at their manors. These three fiends don’t need any gold or luxury to be happy. As long as there’s an adventure ahead, they’re all good! Gang ShowdownFor years, Gangsterosaurus was the undisputed head of the mafia in Earth— No one contested his prices in the black market and no one doubted his methods of getting what he wanted, but that time has passed. When two of his best workers, Galante and Violet, fell in love and left the clan together, it was then that his position began to decline. The situation worsened when his son, Alfredosaurus, declared that he didn’t want to continue the family business and left to become a wrestler, under the name of El Dino Volador. At that point, Gangsterosaurus became greedy with his commissions in an effort to prove that he was still the boss, which only made things worse. His best man, Alex Bone, decided to go solo to avoid having to share the riches he had been stealing. After this series of events, Gangsterosaurus became obsessed with all of his ex-workers. He neglected his business, blinded by the hate and thirst for vengeance he felt towards his deserters. He won’t give up his business easily...What will happen in the final Gang showdown? The Keeper's FablesCold winter has arrived and young monsters love to gather around the fire with a hot cocoa, listening to the Keeper tell his fables and tales. This time he has chosen a tale about two little kids who liked to play board games. Once, when they were in the middle of a game, it became so intense that a portal opened in the center of the board and swallowed them! They landed inside a fantasy world in which they were the heroes they had always dreamed of becoming! One of the little kids, Patrick, turned into Burning Rogue, an archer with spectacular Fire skills, feared by his rivals, who had no choice but to roll the dice and hope they would land as far away from him as possible. His friend Anna had always been fascinated by the dungeon competitions that take place on the Monster Legends islands. When she realized that he had become a Dungeon Master inside the board game, she went a bit crazy and became obsessed with her newly acquired powers. She immediately started testing them by making her enemies suffer. The two little monsters kept playing from inside the game, and with their new skills, they won every time! When it was all over, the portal opened up again, and they went back to real life. However, they never lost their powers and new looks! Burning Rogue decided to give battles and competition a try, since he felt so powerful! For his part, Dungeon Master decided to make it her goal to become the ultimate Dungeon Master in Monster Legends, defying her rivals with traps and encounters! When the Keeper finished telling his fable, he looked around at some of the little monsters that were listening to him from the front row and solemnly said to them, “Maybe someday, you’ll become battle heroes, too!” Hidden CreaturesThere’s a forest near Monstelvania that everyone is afraid to cross. Some say that it is where Dr. Viktor releases the results of his experiments; others claim that Count Vlad goes there looking for victims when his pantry is empty. The truth is that, when night falls, strange creatures lurk in the shadows. Rumors started when a heartbroken Mommy reported that one of her dear children had gone into the forest to play and had never returned home. Ever since, she hears a loud buzzing by her window every night, and when she looks out, she just sees a pair of bright pink eyes staring at her. The Portal of Abominations opening near Baba Yaga’s hut has not helped the forest’s reputation. We know of 5 known cases of abominations coming out of the portal: Jasastur, Yilitre, Krugbo, Postiguraf, and Faugnar. However, even after the portal shrunk and faded away, and those 5 monsters were under control, the strange attacks and disappearances in the forest didn’t stop happening. The inhabitants of the area suspect that one of the abominations from the portal is still on the loose. They are right: there is a creature who comes from the world of the dead to bring confusion and terrifying hallucinations to whoever enters its space. That explains why no one has been able to find it yet: because it confuses and distracts patrollers looking for it. To make things worse, it became clear the Monstelvania region of the forest was doomed when Nereida’s brother, Ilatio, disappeared. Everyone was shocked: Who would want to kill Ilatio? He was so nice, so charming! Everyone loved Ilatio! But the mystery was solved in a couple of days. The culprit was actually someone who loved him so much that she wanted him all for herself: Fampira! Fampira had met Ilatio one day while she was crossing the forest to visit her father. From the moment their eyes met a very unlikely love story started. Unfortunately, with their first kiss, Fampira infected Ilation and turned him into a vampire… and what a vampire! Now he goes by the name of Muerte McBlood. He has a bottomless appetite and can smell blood from great distances. He is as insatiable as he is lethal. The Dojo CourtAll rise! The Dojo Court is now in session. A long queue of monsters is waiting outside the room for the judges. Presiding the jury is Kihaku, a seasoned warrior, a wise advisor and a legal authority. On his right sits Kaori, who is well-known for being the first female samurai. She has an untiring spirit and will never stop until justice is done. She is utterly different from her colleague on the bench, Oikawa, a sumo fighter who traded his soul to become invincible. He is an unlikely judge since he is violent and short-tempered, but the head judge thinks that to understand how criminal minds work, you need to have one on your side. It’s going to be a long trial day for these judges! Musu stands accused of stealing tomatoes from the farm by his habitat. Brontes claims that the Cox brothers have invaded his territory. And Avaritia has sued Zyla for having more Gold in her chains than he has in his pot. Of course, this is not the first time he sues someone just for being richer than him… Kihaku, Kaori and Oikawa will need lots of patience to get through the day. War in HeavenHeaven is a peaceful place where heroes can rest after countless years of victorious battles. There, they enjoy retirement with their peers, eating glorious food from heavenly farms and watching Leagues and Team Wars battles from their seats at the exclusive divine galleries. Such is the splendor of this place that, through the years, it has often been attacked by envious monsters from the Underworld. At one moment though, Heaven was suffering one of the biggest assaults ever, led by Klectus, Lilysha, and Erebus, united in an unprecedented dangerous team. However, the elder heroes had nothing to worry about—the Gates of Heaven were guarded by a triad of celestial warriors who won’t let in any assaulters. Remiel, the head guardian, stands at the center of the Gates. He is an extraordinary paladin, fair and honorable, but ruthless with his enemies. On his left is Azuriel, and Ragnael is on his right. These two guardians are very different and complement each other, making them perfect to fight side by side with Remiel. While Azuriel was born in heaven and is the noble daughter of a hero, Ragnael comes from the Underworld and was given his place at the Gates of Heaven after helping the Good Legions capture Rabies and taking him to the 7 Sins Maze. Revenge of the Primal ElementsTension is running high these days on Earth. Ever since the Nemesis monsters started coming back, everyone is snapping and unleashing deadly attacks at the slightest offense. Monsters are letting off steam by picking on rivals of weaker elements, but three of them have had enough! Salamander, a Fire and Metal monster, is fed up with Drop Elemental tormenting him with his Water and Magic powers just for fun. To put a new spin on things, Salamander has learned some new tricks to get back at Drop Elemental, and now the big Water bubble isn’t laughing anymore! Because of their reputation as peaceful creatures, Nature monsters are some of the most affected by this growing tension, as they are being constantly bullied but that ends today! One of them is determined to change their reputation and fight back! Forester has the power to make all her enemies weak to all monsters of her kind and more! But what happens when, in times of war, Dark monsters try to humiliate an Earth warrior blessed by the spirit of the Earth? They are in for a good lesson, because GaiaNova will not be made weak against the Dark element! A Dark attack will be pointless, because GaiaNova is quick and, more importantly, strong! With Nemesis using weapons to attack their own element, and these three monsters turning weakness on its head, you can no longer always rely on tried-and-true strategies! Awakening of the ArtifactsGlobrush enjoys creating new weapons from bits and pieces he finds. One day, as he was looking for some wires and metal plates in an old hangar, he saw something big under a white sheet in a corner, and when he pulled it, three fascinating artifacts appeared through a cloud of dust. The first one looked like an old printer, but it didn’t seem to work any longer, because every time Globrush turned it on, he ended up completely covered in ink. After many unsuccessful attempts to make it print, he had an idea: Who needs a printer when you can have a weapon? Why not mix ink and poison in the printer’s deposit?Globrush made the necessary adjustments and… voilà! His newest creation: Inknatius, a vintage looking poisoning artifact! Globrush had a hard time getting inside the second machine because it was so well-armored, but when he finally reached its circuits and started it, he was impressed: the machine moved slowly across the hangar, destroying everything in its path! Globrush tried to stop it with his supersonic gun, but the tank-like machine was impregnable. He finally managed to deactivate it by climbing on it with his toolbox, but as he was climbing back down, he thought: “Well, clearly Tankerion doesn’t need any adjustments, it is fine as it is!” Finally, Globrush started looking at the third artifact, which looked like a protorobotic flamethrower, and he fell in love immediately. It must have been a very powerful machine once, but it was now a mess, completely ruined, as the lava core had melted its shell. However, Globrush was able to see behind the metal plates. The original design was so brilliant that he spent weeks fixing the lava core, building a self-refrigerating capsule, and adding high-tech weapons to the machine. The result was beautiful. Flamerion –that’s what he called his new toy– was, by far, the best thing he had ever created. Globrush was so happy he had refurbished his three artifacts that he locked the hangar and went out to celebrate. However, when he came back the next morning, the artifacts were gone! How could this have happened? He hadn’t told anyone about them! Had someone stolen them? Had they gone out on their own? Impossible! Trouble in MonstershoreThere was a dark core in the bottom of the ocean where Hirondeleor kept the souls of all his victims. The core served as a fountain of youth to evil Hirondeleor, who drank from it every day to boost his power. He thought no one knew about his magical resource, but one day, while he was out hunting, someone tried to open the core and had left a trace of core crystals behind. Nothing had happened this time, but it was clear that he needed to take action to protect his source of energy. The next day he started investigating and asking questions to other inhabitants of the ocean. It wasn’t an easy task, because everyone who saw him coming automatically rushed away. Who can blame them, though? Hirondeleor is a known killer. The first creature he could corner successfully was a Polaris Sea, but he immediately learned that it didn’t have any communication skills. He kept searching and he interrogated Razfeesh, Fliploch, Mersnake, Octocrush,… but no luck. No one looked suspicious of approaching the core or knew anything about it. Then he found Soap Sam crawling through the coral reefs. He used to be quite the prankster long ago, before he got intoxicated, but since then, he looked quite awful, so when asked if he knew about a source of life and energy he replied: “Are you serious? Look at me! I’m a disgrace! Since I got intoxicated, every moment I live is agony.” That was undoubtedly true, so Hirondeleor just swam away and left him alone. Then, he remembered there was someone in the ocean that could be powerful and evil enough to open the core: Enypiast. The problem was that Enypiast was known only for the horrifying scenes he left behind after attacking. No one had ever really seen him, so finding him wouldn’t be easy. Soon, Hirondeleor found out that Enypiast had been tormenting a group of Besstles at the time when the core was attacked, so it couldn’t have been him either. So… who was it? Who had found out about the Hirondeleor’s core and was evil enough to want to drink the essence of dead innocent souls? Hirondeleor was starting to feel something that, mighty as he was, he had never felt: fear. What should he do now? Take his core and find a new ocean or stay where he is and face the mysterious attacker of the core? Guardians of NatureJust like every day, Koarim was getting ready for dinner after his workout. He sat down on his favorite branch of his favorite tree, grabbed a bamboo stalk, and bit it. But after a couple of chews, he noticed something wasn’t right. He cracked the stalk open and there it was: a disgusting toxic goo. It was inevitable that this moment would arrive. He had feared it ever since Dr. Hazard had opened a toxic research lab on the east coast of Diamond Forest: right by his home. That day, Koarim swore he wouldn’t rest until he had destroyed Dr. Hazard and everyone who poses a threat to Planet Earth. Koarim knew he couldn’t do this on his own, so the first thing he did was to call his good friend in the Pacific Ocean: Watinhart. Watinhart was well-known in his neck of the ocean for saving lots of lives by sabotaging thousands of fishing nets. When Koarim asked him for his help, he said: “Sure, I’ll help! I don’t know the first thing about forests, but there’s a guy who will surely join us!” So they both went on a journey to find Fightreer, a hero of the forests. When they told him Koarim’s story, Fightreer said: “You can count on my axes to take down your enemies! No one shall hurt Nature without being punished by Nature itself!” Together, the three of them started the fight against pollution. They defeated Dr. Hazard, but the twisted scientist surrendered only for a moment. Not long after his defeat, he came back with lots of villain friends: Draza was determined to help Dr. Hazard keep the production of toxic goo going, since he needed it to fuel his tank. Roxen and Nexor Cox wanted to build a shooting range in the middle of the forest, so they made it their mission to destroy Fightreer. Lotan also joined this evil gang, only because he despised Watinhart's cheerfulness. The situation wasn’t looking good for the Guardians of the Earth, but then they heard the blow of a horn in the distance. It was unmistakably Kiridar, the ambassador of the Animals for the Earth Pact. Kiridar sees herself as a member of the pack; she’s a guide, not a leader. For her, animals are equals. For many years, Kiridar had kept a low profile. She had retreated to her own island seeking a peaceful life, but one day, she heard that many of her friends had started to die, affected by pollution. She felt such rage that she called the Guardians of Nature and offered to join them. She also offered them her sanctuary island as a secret retreat for planning their battle strategy. Her help has been priceless because if Kiridar has joined the cause, this means that all the other animals have joined the cause, too. In the end, there is hope for the Guardians of Nature. It is time to win the war against everyone who dares to hurt Nature! Seven Deadly SinsOnce upon a time, there were seven monsters with such sinful souls that they were sent to an island, away from all the good creatures in the Multiverse. The first one to arrive in this island was Avaritia. Avaritia was a very rich monster, but all the richness he could hold wasn’t enough for him, so he started stealing other monsters’ health. That’s when a board of wise monsters decided to send him to a deserted island, where he wouldn’t hurt anyone. Pigredo was sent to this island some years later. His sin was to use black magic to create a spirit that would do everything for him. He created it out of pure laziness. Then, two monsters arrived on the same day: They were brothers. The situation they had created in their home was so much for their parents to take that they decided to just send both of them away. The youngest brother was so vain that he only had eyes for himself and would only speak about his beauty — his name was Vanitus. His older brother Invidia, had grown so tired of listening to him that he had gone insane. He hated Vanitus from the bottom of his heart. He hated his looks, his vanity, and his charm. His jealousy had even made him physically ugly. After some time, other two monsters joined this sinful little island. You may know them already: The name of the first one is Sludger. This muddy mountain became obsessed with Food and started using violence to steal it from others. His gluttony had become uncontrollable. The second one was Evaranae, a monster lascivious enough to be kicked out of such a sinful place like the underworld. The last creature to join the party was Rabies, a materialization of all the anger in Hell. After he was locked in, all the wise monsters in the Multiverse decided that the 7 Deadly Sins Island was too much of a dangerous place to send anyone else there, so they closed its gates and threw the keys away. Now, the power and evil of its inhabitants have made the island emerge and its gates have snapped open. So what will you do? Sin or judge? Summit of the BattlemagesCrissandre was wandering through the desert when an eagle landed on her shoulder. She noticed that there was a piece of paper tied to its claw, so she took it and read it. It said: “The tension in the Multiverse grows every day. Ragnarok is getting tougher, the Nemesis rebels are slowly coming back, and there’s a rumor about lethal tools being created. We need the presence of the Battlemages. Sincerely, Bo Tai.” Crissandre knew that a peaceful soul like Bo Tai wouldn’t alarm a battlemage if it weren’t necessary, but before bringing all battlemages to war, she contacted them, convening an official Summit of the Battlemages. From the West came Tulekahju. He understood that his control over Fire would be key in the summit, so the moment he got the message, he packed what he needed and left the mountains. From the deep forests of the North came Cybele, bearing extraordinary Nature powers. She was the youngest of the group, but her experience in battle was remarkable. From the East came Ukuduma, whose inner Thunder allowed him to adjust the intensity of his enemies’ skills, as well as his own. Lastly, from the deserts of the South came Crissandre. Her experience on the battlefield, her charisma, and her impressive magical sword, Ymur, made her stand out as the leader of them all. Only she had the convening power to assemble the Summit of the Battlemages. For the event, she had chosen a tower with privileged views over the land. Now they are together, ready to make a decision: to join or not to join the battle. Zizania Means "Danger"Once upon a time, there was a young elf called Silverleaf. Silverleaf was wandering through the forest, playing with his staff, eating berries, and greeting the other monsters that passed by. Then, suddenly, he noticed that the magical stone in his staff was shining more than usual. A green light was blinking inside of it. He stared into the light and he saw something: A mechanical beast in the shape of a carnivorous plant. He saw it destroying everything and everyone he loved in the forest. He saw it destroying the forest, along with everyone and everything inside. He ran to tell the elders about his vision and they were both amazed by the elf’s extraordinary power but terrified about what he foresaw. They immediately welcomed Silverleaf into their counsel, making him the youngest creature to sit at the table. The next step was to stop the catastrophe from happening. They were facing a creature they didn’t even know, but the inhabitants of the forest came together using every protection spell they knew to keep the danger away. They had just finished putting up their magical walls when they felt the ground shaking. It had arrived. This all-consuming power had pierced through every single one of their barriers. Silverleaf found it at the heart of the forest. It was immense, it looked exactly like it did in his vision, and it was clearly just as dangerous as he predicted. The elders gathered everyone at the other side of the forest, where they would be safe. Since their protection spells hadn’t worked, they needed to change their strategy and attack Zizania — (That's the name they gave the beast, it meant “danger” in the ancient language of the fairies). They attacked it and attacked it, their best warriors doing all they could, but every time they thought they had defeated Zizania, it acquired a new trait that sent them back to square one. As proud as the forest community is, they are starting to give up, so they’ve had to call all the Warmasters for help. Will they make it in time? Will they be able to end Zizania or, at least, banish it?
