Makya smiled softly. He then said, “we’ll, it’s getting a little late. We should rest and prepare for tomorrow’s journey yes?” He said. Hakan went to protest, but Makya gave him a look that made him shut up. Hakan was one of those people who was a night owl, but not a morning person. Meaning he needed to actually go to bed early to be able to even remotely function in the morning.

Tse-Tse then told Hakan. "You have been accepted by the dogs, thus are welcome to return. No need to lose sleep now, especially when you'll be leaving in the morning."

Hakan nodded a little before saying, “call me an insomniac of sorts. The stress of my training used to keep me up and it just turned into a problem of its own.” He admitted. He then looked as Makya whistled, making the mounts look up. He then said a command, doing a movement with his arms. The mounts listened before responding quickly, laying down in their pack like heap few by few.

Tse-Tse, Ekon and Llum bid the others goodnight before heading their own ways for the night.

(I think we can build relations first, maybe skip a week or two, but while the groups are preparing there's small attacks going on throughout the kingdoms or something?)

((Sure. I’ll start. Also if you want to put any mix or creature into my kingdom that’s fine. I made it so that anyone who might possibly join could just have fun with it.... right now it’s only you though so lol
Roman woke up with the sunrise as always. There were already maids knocking on his and his wife’s door to prepare them for the day. Give them the news of what happened during the night as well as provide them with their outfits for the day and the like. Roman quietly allowed them in before turning in bed to gently kiss his wife’s cheek to wake her up gently. But hen the two had obviously made up, though there still was some tension due to having different views on the alliances.
Moksha was already awake as he watched over his kingdom. His palace was built on a very large, very sturdy tree that overlooked the rest of the kingdom, which was also tucked away and built both on trees and on the ground. The kingdom was in a jungle like territory that, like it was mention before, depleted into bareness during the winter. It also had valleys and rivers surrounding it though. Krisharya had led the morning patrol, seeing the damages that had been left by an earlier surprise attack on the outskirts of their southern border.

Alma mumbled in her sleep before stirring. She hadn't slept much the first few days back due to feeling bad, but she'd made effort to make things right with Roman of course. Even if they didn't quite agree on their alliances. Opening her eyes, she sighed softly as she murmured "Morning."
Tse-Tse had been up early, looking amongst the soil as two of her group hung around as well. She spent quite some time working, despite her people telling her to take breaks or rest. Llum was currently having a look around, the albino pup following him closely.

“Morning.” Roman said fondly. “We have company..” he said as he gestured to the maids and footmen filed into the room. Roman then saw Alma’s tired face and sighed, “Alma. Sleep in, my dear. Please.” He quietly begged her, “I will do the morning rounds myself it will be fine.”
Krisharya came into down with her group, their mounts’ hooves thundering against the packed dirt. Krisharya halted everyone as she saw Tse-Tse. It was their last stop during their little mission. “How does it look?” She asked plainly as she approached her, serious as always.

Alma shook her head a little. "It's fine... I just need to get up, and then it'll be easier to go about the day."
Tse-Tse took a moment before responding. "It won't happen within a few days, but I believe the solid can be made to bear profit during your dry seasons. It would take a few months to yield anything considerable or major, but I have a few plants that will grow fast even during cold seasons."

“Are you sure?” Roman asked, looking very skeptical. He then reluctantly got out of bed, going over to his footmen to get ready.
“I see.” Krisharya said as he stood next to Tse-Tse. “Thank you. This is very useful information..” she said, studying the earth ahead of them.

Alma nodded. "I'm sure. I just need to be up is all."
Tse-Tse tilted her head, blinking her eye once. "Indeed. It's a little more difficult due to the soils not bearing anything during the dry seasons for so long, but baby steps will definitely help. I have some seeds and the like that I'll try and see if the ground will nurse them."

“Okay..” Roman said. He then looked as the maids approached Alma, bowing politely before quietly informing her on what she needed to do for the day as well as get her caught up with what happened over night. They also helped her get dressed before bringing her over to the dresser to do her makeup and hair. Roman gave her a sympathetic look. He never liked how bothersome the maids seemed to be over his mother or Alma. His routine was at least simple.
“I see. We will need to get our vegetation up as soon as possible.” Krisharya said, her voice becoming worried, “our people can not continue to be strong for long if we are hungry. Which could lead to our demise during this war..”

Alma allowed them to help her with her routine, listening to what they had to say. She was used to the busy mornings by now though, so she didn't mind it too much.
Tse-Tse simply shrugged. "I'm sure you'll be at ease this year. Even if the crops are slow, trade will keep you well."

Once they were both finished getting ready Roman looked to his wife, smiling fondly before leading the way out into the hallway. The castle was quite busy today, with many people talking and rushing by to go about their duties.
“It has every year.” Karisharya said, “our other neighbors further north have kept us well during our times of need. You’d think they’d have it worse, but they live in greenhouses.

Alma noticed the busy air of the halls, though this was typical. She then said softly "Who knows how hectic things will get when everything really starts to pick up." Though she liked to think most would at least somewhat keep their wits.
Tse-Tse simply shrugged. "You simply set foot on soils more temperamental. With time, it will be corrected. Relying heavily on someone else period is not always the best idea. If you do something to shoo away that crutch, you will quite possibly starve."

“Well, when I was younger there were days during a war when the hallways would be almost completely abandoned. Other days there was barely enough room to even walk straight without getting bumped into. It was scary for me since at the time I was so much smaller than everyone else. So, my father, despite his busy schedule, always made time to walk me from my room to my safer study room if he wasn’t out on the battlefield. He’s either have me in his arms or on his shoulders so I wouldn’t be swept away by the crowd.” Roman said with a small laugh.
“Which is exactly why we need the help to get our soils up to par.” Krisharya said. “We can’t just move either it’s not that simple. Otherwise we would have done it long ago.”

Alma listened quietly as Roman spoke, still feeling bad for when she spoke ill of his life in the castle before. After, she said "Well, look at you now. Everyone here will part for you as you walk by, yes?"
Tse-Tse just shrugged. "No need to consider moving anymore anyway. Eventually you won't need to focus mainly on others during your dry seasons."

“Mhm.” Roman said. “Though it took a while to get to where I am today. Back when I was just a prince, even after I had grown up I was treated like a child. It was hard to somehow be expected to step up after neither of my parents were fit to lead yet to also be treated like I was just learning how to read... it was infuriating.” He huffed. “You’ll also have to teach me how to play the games children play in town. I never learned. Though I did get pretty good at chess and fencing.”
”That is very good to hear.” Krish said, offering a small smile as she did a small respectful bow of thanks.

Alma smiled gently. "It was frustrating, I can imagine, but look how you turned out." She then looked thoughtful at what was said next. "I'm sure we can set aside some time soon for me to teach you a few games. And I still vow to beat you at chess one of these days."
Tse-Tse nodded once. "Your focus and worry should be toward the war mainly. Not about whether your soils will feed your people."

Roman nodded a little at the first part, and smiled at the second part. When Alma said the last bit he scoffed, "oh youre on. Good luck beating the castle champion though." He said in a bragging voice.
Krisharya shrugged, "this is a great factor of the war. At least in my people's eyes." She explained.

Alma sniffed. "So my victory will be all the sweeter when I win!"
Tse-Tse shrugged. "It is a great factor because whoever manages your soils does not know what they're doing. Now, however, they will. Should my efforts pay off, and then I will of course speak with whoever is in charge to share."

Roman gave her a challenging look, "as if. I'm not going to let you win just because youre my wife im going to go hard on you you know that right?" He joked.
Krisharya nodded, "That meeting is scheduled. And I assume so is the one with Makya later as well yes?"

Alma looked determined though. "I can already picture my victory, and I won't let you live it down, even if I never win again after."
Tse-Tse nodded once. "Yes, that can all be arranged for today." There was still work to be done, and she wanted to make sure the soils yielded anything, but it was progress.

“If you win I’m going to just beat you another time and reclaim my spot as champion.” Roman said simply.
Krisharya nodded, “very well then.” She said, “I must get going. But my son will be traveling around here soon if you want to speak with him. He can take you to the owner of these gardens.”

Alma shook her head. "Nope, I'll quit while I'm ahead and in my prime." She looked proud of herself at this, but was unable to hold the expression as she started laughing. "Either way, we'll have to set aside some time just to play. It's been a while, honestly."
Tse-Tse nodded once. "That would be appreciated. Thank you for allowing me to help you. There's still work to be done, but you'll be able to expect harvest eventually. It was admittedly a challenge working everything out."

Roman scoffed, "you are evil." He joked. "Youre also playing with both my love of winning and giving you what you want. I feel so used!" He said in a dramatic voice, trying to look hurt.
"Oh, no. Thank you. Youve done my people a great service, even if it is just a start." Krisharya said as she went to her mount, which looked very healthy nd strong and had purple painting on its side, which probably symbolized something to her or the court.
