Makya hesitated before saying, “well, before we knew that this pup was to be given to the both of you. We wanted to possibly bring this pup back to our land. It would do very well if trained to hunt during our harsh winters. That offer for the pup to come with us is still open for discussion now if you’re willing to give the pup up.”

The mentor was already looking a bit skeptical, and Llum's ears angled forward for a moment. Tse-Tse then said to Makya "Giving animals away isn't usually something they do." And definitely not a warg. The Mtoaji then said "Especially not to strangers so far away, which is quite evident just by looking at you. However, I suppose since Llum is to be apart of Tse-Tse's group, he can see if the place is... fit." The two spent half their time rescuing animals from poachers and abusive environments, so they were always skeptical of situations like this.

Makya nodded, “I completely understand.” He told the group, “I gave gone through processes like this enough to see that this is a safe home for the albino, so there will be no need to fight if you do not see us as fit to care for the albino in the end. Well me, really. Hakan wouldn’t be directly involved with this.”

The Mtoaji simply nodded. "Consider it a token of alliance, should you earn the pup. Word has spread fast of the two kingdoms that have arrived. We all must help each other."

“I agree fully.” Hakan said now. Makya couldn’t help but smile a little, “you both are very kind. I was expecting this to be a more hostile interact to be frank. You have a lovely little organization here as well. No one seems cramped or unhappy.”

The Mtoaji chuckled. "We are not hostile people really. I'd much rather sleep or laze around with the animals, and Llum is a bit of a pushover more often than not. Still wouldn't want to actually anger him though. As long as you pose no threat to our friends here, or any animals really, you're good to go."

Makya smiled, and Hakan laughed quietly at the idea. "I would never." Makya said, "If you knew me you'd know that I sometimes value animals over other creatures like you and I."

The Mtoaji hummed in response. "Sometimes they are better company. Less rowdy and conflict-driven." He then looked down at the pup. "Well then, it is settled. We will see if the pup gets to stay with you in time."

Makya bowed his head in thanks. "I would offer one of my animals in return, but a lot of the adults arent too fond of just being thrown into a new environment with new people like this. Maybe a calf, or pup, or kid though. I have many different breeds of animals I dont see here."

Llum's ears angled outward, one flicking as he said "You should see our actual sanctuary. It is even more diverse than this." His ears swiveled for a moment as the Mtoaji said "This is true, perhaps if you ever find yourself with some free time, you can venture there with us in the future."

Makya's eyes widened a little. He looked to Hakan, "I have found my people." He joked. Hakan laughed and little and shook his head in embarrassment. Makya looked back to the others and nodded, "I would love to see your sanctuary if you'll have me."

The Mtoaji chuckled in amusement. "Of course. When you're able to return here, I'm sure we'll come across each other and you can be shown. You'll be returning back to your home tomorrow though, so there is not enough time as of now."

"Yes, of course. But my offer for a trade still stands. For our current mounts we have brought here it is almost calving season. If you'd like to check out some of the adults there are a few males with mates I can see about getting you a calf from." He suggested. It was the best they could get right now if they wanted references.

The Mtoaji nodded once. "That would be appreciated, should it be approved by your superiors. Unless you're in charge of what is done with the calves. This would be on the outcome of the pup staying with you, of course. We wouldn't want to recieve something while giving nothing in turn."

"Right. And yes, I will have to get permission though I doubt there will be a problem. It's really just because youre from another group that we aren't familiar with yet." Makya said, "before the end of the night if you'd like to come and give the mounts a visit with me youre welcome to. It would be better than coming another time or in the morning."

Llum tilted his head, and the Mtoaji said "We can go right now. We just got through with a show, so we have the rest of the night. You would've loved it, we're sure. And the good part was that we don't train them like the abusive caravans do." Llum's ears flattened at this, huffing at the memories of where they'd found some of their rescued, treated like dirt.

"Thats good. At least someone gets the memo that animals dont have to be whipped or beaten to learn and grow and preform." Makya said. He then turned saying, "great, then if you'll lead me back to the edit ill gladly show you the animals."

Makya led the group back to the area the mounts were left the mounts, who were currently laying in a pack like formation. "They are called Tihona in our language." He said. as they approached the creatures. "stay here." He said softly. Makya then made a sound to call out to the creatures. They almost all looked up at once before standing up. Makya gently spoke to them in his native language as he greeted each one of them. Each of them nuzzled up against Makya, careful not to catch their sharp fangs that hung out of their mouth caught on him at all. They let out the cutest rumbles and chirps as they greeted Makya, which were not what you'd expect to come from them due to their fierce looks. Tihona seemed to be the perfect mix between a large dog or cat like carnivore, horse, and something else that was some species of reptile. MAkya smiled as his own mount gently pressed the ridge of its horse like snout into his back. As the another went to greet Hakan, Makya motioned for the others to come over. Oddly, he introduced his guests to the creatures, using a calm voice.

Tse-Tse studied the creatures from behind her mask, same for the Mtoaji, who asked "Would we actually get to touch them at all?" He asked mainly for Llum's sake, for obvious reasons. Llum was only able to listen it seemed, yet his head was angled to make eye contact with the creatures.

"Oh yes, they love to be touched. They just have to know you aren't threats first. That was when Makya made a small sound to his own Tihona. The creature flicked its tail before turning to go greet the others as he was told. He sniffed at the new comers before given them each a few little lick to try feeling them out. "This is my mount, Niko, which mean "sweetly" in English. He is the most social out of the group here. He is also one of the males who has a mate ready to calf." Makya explained. Niko was a strong, yet narrow bodied male. He stood a little taller than a full grown male horse. He looked to strong, but was mainly built for speed and agility. Like most others of his kind he had horse like hooves for hind legs, though his brown fur there was short, and had two pairs of forelegs, one pair where forelegs would normal go, and another set just a little bit behind them. He had a short, stubby tail, and a strong neck, and fierce yet kind looking face.
Now that Niko seemed to okay the group, the other Tihona began to greet the group as well. Loran, Hakan's mount had her stubby tail wagging excitedly like a dog as she sniffed at Tse-Tse. She was a very good looking Tihona, and was very fit to have a calf, but it seemed they now needed to hold off until this war was over. A huge male approached Llum, letting out a low rumble and gently scraping it's back hooves into the ground. It looked to the creature before yawning. It then shook its head before gently. pressing the ridge of it's muzzle into Llum.
Loran (elegant, graceful)

Tse-Tse tilted her head as Loran came over, waiting to make sure things were okay before reaching to put her lightly. Llum's ears swiveled backward before he simply turned around as well. The tall man also made sure the Tihona was okay with his presence before reaching a hand to pet the muzzle gently. The Mtoaji then said "These are beautiful creatures. I assume they're concentrated mainly where you are from." There were things somewhat similar in Deadlock, but not heavily similar to these.

Makya nodded, “they are very specific creatures. We haven’t found them in many other places than our own.” He then looked as Hakan went over and gently pet Loran’s side. Meanwhile the large male let out what seemed like a low purr as Llum pet a certain spot on his nose. This particular Tihona seemed big and scary, but he was actually a sweetheart. He had very interesting marks of white and grey on his side that stuck out from his black base color. “This is Tseo.” Makya said, “it means “art” in English. He got it after his markings. He’s leader of this little herd, but he’s a big softy when it comes to those he can trust.” He said, “he’s about to retire though in a short number of years. And his mate has just calved recently.” He said. “She had a boy.” As Makya explained this, another, smaller and skinner male who was a lighter grey color approached the Mtoaji. He was younger than the rest obviously. He let out what seemed like a mix between a neigh and a meow before sniffing cautiously at the creature.

Llum listened as Makya spoke, ears angling toward him. "I'm sure he is a handsome creature." He continued petting Tseo as his mentor looked to the smaller male that approached him. The Mtoaji said "They're quite interesting. If you end up having a calf to give us, we would be happy to have it in exchange for the warg."

Makya smiled at this, “good I’m glad. If everything works out then I will make the trip back here with the calf to show you how to properly care for it. And I assume you will do the same with the albino yes?” He wouldn’t take the creature without knowing how to properly care for it. He then looked as Tseo took a few steps forward, showing his back to Llum as if you offer a ride. He didn’t understand what the purpose of this interaction was, so he assumed it was for a ride.

The Mtoaji hummed in response. "Since Llum will be going with Tse-Tse's group, I assume you can teach him what there is to know during their stay, and he will relay what he learns to me. To make things easier, the pup can go with him as well. That way everyone gets to spend time together at once with the respective animals. You shouldn't have to return just for one warg, though I wouldn't put it past someone who cares for animals."

“No. I would have definitely traveled back here if I were allowed for the little guy.” Makya said. “Then it’s settled. Once we get back you can have a look at the calves.” He said. Tseo seemed to understand the last part, and let out a rumble like snort before happily walking a short circle around the group before doing a short pose that he had been trained to do for the guard. He seemed to be very prideful of his son.

The Mtoaji chuckled at this. "Seems he is proud of his offspring." He then looked over as Tse-Tse and Llum continued to pet the Tihona that had approached them. "I'm sure he'll be happy when he gets to return home."

“He is. He always gets like this when we talk about his calf. He’s very smart.” Makya said softly, watching as the Tihona went back to the post the rest of his group was tied to. The tiny male followed him. “That’s Tuk. Means “shadow”. He’s named that because of his grey coat and by the fact that he often shadows Tseo and the other bigger Tihona.” Makya said. As the two males moved away, more moved in. These were females. There was a light brown, large female, and another grey and white, smaller female.

The Mtoaji nodded to Makya. He also spent time describing the two Tihona to his apprentice with great detail, probably to give him a visual as well. Tse-Tse then said "I'm sure Ekon and Llum would be happy to have one of the calves, though I've yet to hear of an animal they've declined."
