Drake smiled and nodded, watching as Mysha sashayed up to him and he pulled her close. "Mmmhhmm, yes it seems so..." he whispered happily to her, rubbing her sides lightly. "Are you ready?" he asked, wanting to make sure she wanted to actually do this before they continued.
Arcane woofed happily as they trotted out of camp and he ran after Quetzal and soon caught up, walking alongside her.

The next morning, Alekar woke up just about as dawn, as he normally did when back at the hotel, and just silently stretched as he looked around and smiled as he saw Sizarla still asleep, curiously cuddled a little bit closer to Raiden than she was at the beginning of the night.

Mysha nodded a little, smiling teasingly up at him. "Yes," she said softly, eyeing him mischeviously.
Quetzal trotted happily beside Arcane as they were let out and eventually heading to the commons.

Raiden was still asleep, but Laugai was beginning to stir as well. The human exhaled deeply before opening his eyes and looking around tiredly. He then started to get up, stretch and get up.

Drake smiled and he gently pulled his wife closer, leaning down a bit and pressing his lips to hers for a long moment. He then led her back towards their bed, heard pounding with love and devotion to his wife (Skip?))
Arcane happily trotted down the slope to the town, sticking close beside Quetzal and Ligach.

Alekar was sitting on a nearby elevated rock when he heard someone stirring. He looked over and saw Laugai stretching and he waved to hi. “Morning.” He said softly, not wanting to wake their dragons.

Quetzal trotted through the commons, looking around as she headed toward where the dogs and dragons hung out like before.

Laugai smiled a little at Alekar. "Morning," he said quietly as he looked over everything, making sure nothing was missing and that everything was packed up for the most part.

Later on in the morning, now nearing noon, Drake was still with his wife in their bed, just loving the time he got to spend their time together. He was currently just admiring Mysha, reminiscing on their adventures together and what had brought them to this point.
Arcane looked around as they trotted into town, woofing happily to different creatures both human and nonhuman.

Alekar slowly got to his feet and walked over to Laugai so they didn't have to talk so loudly. "Did you sleep well last night?" He asked casually, glancing over at their dragons. He noticed that Sizarla was about three feet closer to Raiden than at the beginning of the night but said nothing of it.

Mysha saw Drake staring, and smiled softly. "Like what you see~?" She smiled teasingly after that, taking opportunity to admire him in turn.
As Quetzal trotted along with Arcane, humans and other creatures looked at them curiously. Well, mainly Arcane and Ligach.

"I slept well enough," Laugai said with a nod. He then looked over as Raiden finally began to stir. The dragon took a deep breath before exhaling softly, eyes opening slowly as he started to wake up.

Drake nodded slowly and leaned in to kiss Mysha a few times. “Mmmmhmmm I love what I see.” He replied happily. “A wonderful, beautiful woman who I call my wife. And she’s the greatest person in all the world.” He mumbled happily.
Arcane didn’t pay the creatures and humans much mind, just continued to walk with his friends.

“Good.” Alekar replied, then turned as he heard one of the dragon’s beginning to stir. He didn’t bother to try and start a conversation with them yet, knowing from experience that trying to talk to a walking dragon was ill-advised.

Mysha laughed a little in amusement. "Am I? I'm just lucky that I have such a wonderful man like you as my husband."

Laugai also didn't yet talk with the dragons, just watching as Raiden stretched and yawned. After everyone was fully awake, they'd see about heading off again.

Drake grinned and gave Mysha a few long kisses. “Of course you’re that great. Even more than what I said.” He replied happily as he gently hugged Mysha happily. “And I wouldn’t trade you for anything in the world...” He added.

Sizarla was soon awake after Raiden, waking up fully much quicker than the male dragon. She chirruped happily when she saw the humans already awake and she bent her head down, happily nudging Alekar in good morning.

Mysha blushed. "You're such a charmer, as always." She kissed his cheek gently. "I can't wait to have kids. I feel like you'll be a wonderful father."
Quetzal looked as they found their usual spot where it was mainly animals that hung out. She went to greet some of their friends they saw.

Laugai watched as Sizarla and Alekar greeted each other, just as Raiden finished waking up. His companion yawned widely before walking over to greet him as well.

Drake smiled and gently cupped his wife’s cheek. “And you’ll be a wonderful mother, my dear. The best.” He replied happily as he leaned in and kissed her again.
Arcane looked around as they walked into the meeting area and watched as Quetzal trotted off. He simply looked around and just tried to find someone to say hello to.

Sizarla smiled as she and Alekar said good morning then the female dragon looked up as she heard her fellow dragon waking up. “Morning Raiden.” She greeted happily.

Mysha smiled brightly. "I'm excited for it," she said softly. "To soon be carrying a child of our own. I can hardly wait and it hasn't even been that long."
Quetzal was talking to her friends, but also invited Arcane over to join them, not wanting him to be left out.

Raiden hummed. "Good morning, Sizarla. How was your sleep?" He stretched again, yawning widely as he flexed his wings a little. Laugai was already clearing up the last of their camp, wanting to get going soon.

Drake chuckled and nodded, rubbing Mysha's sides as he held his wife close. "Our children will have a happy childhood. I'll make sure they do..." he murmured as he kissed Mysha's neck a few times.
Arcane looked up as he noticed Quetzal beckoning him over and he trotted over to her, soon sitting next to the female. "Hello." he woofed happily.

Sizarla grinned and stretched some more, tail twitching happily. "It was good, Raiden. Did you sleep okay?" She asked.

Mysha smiled softly. "I can already tell you're going to be a protective father." And that was good. "Let's hope we don't completely spoil any kids we have though. Or baby them."
Quetzal barked happily as the others looked at them curiously. "So," one of the dogs asked. "I assume the humans were victorious, seeing as how they're all celebrating."

Raiden nodded. "I did, but now I'm ready to get going. Resume the traveling. You and Alekar are going to like quite a bit of the places we see, unless you either leave early or decide to settle somewhere for whatever reason." One never knew.

Drake nodded in agreement to Mysha. “Yes, I’ll be protective of them.” He said with a grin. “And I’ll make sure I give them every amenity to living in peace. But you’re also right when you say we shouldn’t spoil them too much...”
“Yes, they were.” Arcane replied easily. “Though the one child of the Lead Dragon’s appeared to have been turned by the evil...” Arcane added sadly.

Alekar chuckled. “You’re right we should get going.” He said as he got ready to leave. “And I doubt Sizarla or I will be abandoning this adventure anytime soon.” He added with a grin.

Mysha smiled in amusement. "We'll have to wait and see what happens. We promise things now, but for all we know it could be completely different when we get there."
The dogs blinked. "Oh," he said. "Well, um, hopefully that isn't a problem in the future?" Maybe the dragon would stay away?

Laugai laughed a little at that. Once everything was packed and everyone was ready to go, he hopped onto Raiden, who had grown in size. The dragon stretched his wings before taking flight.

Drake nodded slowly and just lightly rubbed his beautiful wife's belly as they stood with each other.. "Very true, my love. Only time will tell..." He whispered as he lightly kissed Mysha's cheek. "Ready to get things going?" He asked.
Arcane nodded in agreement. "Yes, hopefully..." he mumbled.

After everyone had gotten their things together and were ready to go, Sizarla grew to her normal size as well and Alekar climbed aboard and they took off after Raiden and Laugai.

Mysha nodded, saying "Yes, I'm ready." They had things to do for the day after all, and she was itching to get started. Getting out of bed, she went to dress and get ready for the day.
Quetzal then said "We just have to see what happens. If there's fighting in the future, the humans and good dragons will fight." And so would the dogs.

Already with the next destination still in mind, Laugai and Raiden led their two companions through the skies at a leisurely pace. They were in no hurry. After some time of flying though, Laugai heard a noise and looked around in confusion.

Drake just watched Mysha for a few moments, admiring her beauty, before getting up and also getting dressed. “We’ve certainly had an interesting relationship, hm?” He said in amusement as he dressed.
Arcane nodded slowly in response to Quetzal’s comments. “Very good point, Quetzal.” He woofed, nuzzling her shoulder softly.

Mysha nodded, saying "Indeed." She had soon finished dressing and getting ready for the day. "I wouldn't want anyone else though."
Quetzal barked happily before saying "I just know everyone will work together when something counts."

Raiden looked around as they flew. "I'm not sure. It sounds like an animal of some sort, but too close to be from land..." Maybe something was following them.

Drake finished getting ready as well and he kissed Mysha's cheek before they left their room to take care of business. He gently took Mysha's hand in his as they walked, smiling happily.
Arcane nodded in agreement, stubby tail wagging. "Yes, that's the good thing about our kingdom. When it counts, everyone comes together." He barked.

Sizarla nodded, still flying. "Alekar, try and give us some cover." She said, to which the man nodded and pivoted around so he was now sitting backwards atop Sizarla. He grabbed some objects from his saddlebag and then proceeded to light a kind of fuse on each of them, waiting a couple of seconds, then proceeded to pitch them out behind Sizarla. The objects appeared to explode in air, but left a big cloud of smoke when each detonated. "That'll hopefully give us a bit of a smokescreen!" He shouted.

Mysha held Drake's hand as they walked, wanting to get started for the day. The passing staff greeted them as they did, and she greeted them in turn before eventually reaching the throne room.
The dogs nodded in agreement before a dragon spoke up, saying "Won't be so for long. Dragons speak word of the royal ones' demon child already. Surely there will be more war."

Raiden and Laugai looked around just in case. That presence was still around, but Raiden eventually couldn't feel it anymore. It was just... gone. Odd. He told the others to keep the smokescreen up though, just in case.

Drake did the same as Mysha, greeting the staff as they walked, and once they reached the throne room he waited for Mysha to sit and he soon sat down with her. “Alright then, here we go.” He said with a smile.
Arcane frowned softly. “Most likely... but we’ll be ready for it.”

Alekar nodded and continued throwing the Smoke grenades, having great skill in the timing and throwing of them.

Mysha smiled at Drake. Eventually the day began to pick up, people coming in with some matter or other. Mostly regular things, but some were reporting sightings of some strange dragon.
Quetzal nodded in agreement. "Yes, we will. The kingdom won't be overthrown easily. Any enemy will have a hard time."

"I think whatever it was is gone," Raiden said, and Laugai looked a little confused. "Well, let's just keep the smoke for now. Whatever that was might be waiting for us to let our guard down."

Drake frowned each time as the strange dragon was reported. He thought it was likely the young dragon Shard and Ma'ait took in but he didn't want to say for sure. He just made sure someone recorded each time a sighting was reported so they could figure out a general area of the dragon or where it was heading.
Arcane nodded and smiled, lightly licking Quetzal again. "That's true! Very well said, Quetzal." He barked.

Alekar nodded a bit. "What alerted you two to what was happening?" He asked, looking to Laugai and then to Sizarla as he got some more smoke grenades, though he was running low.

It didn't seem that the dragon was heading in any general direction. The pattern was actually quite random, but it was still within the kingdom borders, mostly the edges or a ways outside. Probably keeping its distance, but Mysha was still wary. "We should probably send scouts to look, just in case."
Quetzal barked happily at that, nodding a little. "Thanks. I'm just voicing what others are thinking though."

Raiden said "I just sensed something. A presence. I assume it's either some curious creature or a watchful hostile... but I doubt it'll attack at this point. I don't sense it anymore. Maybe we'll see it again." He assumed that them being followed was no coincidence.

Drake nodded in agreement to Mysha's words. "Yes, you're right, love." He said. He then called one of the castle guards and told them to issue a few scouts to go and check for the dragon in question and, if possible, follow it.
Arcane shrugged a little bit, giving Quetzal another light lick. "Still, you said it so well!" He woofed happily.

Alekar nodded in agreement and looked around slowly, just in case. "Yes, maybe..." He murmured, a bit uneasy at the whole thing.
Sizarla lightly nudged her partner to comfort him, making a light growling-purring noise to comfort him.

Mysha watched the guards leave. "And here I thought we might get some more peace after dealing with the demon, yet we could possibly be dealing with a new, fresh one."
Quetzal flattened her ears in a shy manner. "Such a charmer."

Raiden smiled gently at Sizarla, growling playfully at her. "Let's not worry about it too much. Hopefully that'll be the only occurrence during this trip, though we still have a long way to go before the next settlement." Laugai nodded in amusement.

Drake nodded slowly and sighed, looking around and then down to his lap. “Hopefully this threat will be easier to deal with.” He murmured.
Arcane smiled a little and his tail wagged a bit. “Anyway, what should we do now?” He asked.

Sizarla and Alekar both nodded in agreement. Hopefully this will be the last bit of danger for the first leg of their journey. Alekar soon got on board Sizarla again and they got ready to fly again or just walk.

Mysha smiled. "Difficult or not, we'll win. We've been through too much to let anything like this overcome us or the kingdom."
Quetzal shrugged. "Ooh, maybe we can just walk around? There's bound to be something going on."

Eventually the group reached a new place after a time. Much larger than where Alekar and Sizarla lived, but not insanely massive. Busy people, shops and the like going about the day.
