Mysha growled playfully. "I'm sure Rhayne wouldn't mind taking over the duties for the day. We can just coin that you're still in need of rest~" Even though they wouldn't be doing much resting at first."

Raiden sniffed, and Laugai chuckled "Yeah, not common but definitely possible. He makes the best pastries and the like though, probably because he never wants that to happen again."

Drake chuckled and nodded with a grin, rubbing Mysha’s side and belly. “Sounds like a plan, my dear.” He said happily. This day was just getting better for him. He couldn’t wait to be alone with Mysha for the day, quite looking forward to it.

Alekar grinned and looked up at Raiden. “If What Laugai said is right, I’ll have to try one sometime.” He said, to which Sizarla nodded in agreement.

Mysha smiled at Drake. Eventually, food was brought out for them, and her stomach grumbled softly. She smiled sheepishly as everything was set out.

Raiden smiled gently. "And I'd be happy to make it for you." He looked over at Laugai, who nodded in agreement. Laugai went back to eating his food, saying after a few bites "And there's plenty of different things to try on our travels. We'll show you two the good places to go!"

Drake watched as the food was set out and once it was all on the table, Drake got to his feet and gently took his wife’s plate. “What would you like, dear?” He asked, wanting to be the gentleman and get his wife her food for her.

Sizarla’s tail waved a bit at the prospect of getting to eat interesting and new foods. “Sounds like fun!” She said happily.
Alekar nodded in agreement to his dragon. “Yes, that sounds great.” He said.

Mysha hummed. "Surprise me, love. I'm not feeling that picky at the moment." She smiled at Drake, just happy that he offered to collect her food.

Laugai smiled at his friends before going back to eating. Raiden looked at Sizarla and Alekar before asking "So, any good stories you two have to tell? Maybe while living in that city?"

Drake nodded softly, smiling as he grabbed some food for his beloved Mysha. He made sure to grab things she liked, just wanting to make her happy after she stayed by his bedside for so long.

Sizarla hummed in thought, trying to think of some story that she could tell, while Alekar did the same. "Well... there was the time Sizarla and I made the town think that there were werewolves invading town..." he said.

As Drake got food for her, she looked as the dogs started sniffing around for unfortunately food that was close to the edges of the large table. Smiling a little, she got a few pieces of food and tossed them out to the dogs, Ligach and Quetzal barking happily.

Raiden tilted his head, and Laugai said "Oh? And how did you do that? And why?" He chuckled the last part, wanting to hear this now, a look of genuine curiosity on his features.

Drake looked up as his wife tossed food to the dogs and he smiled, watching as Arcane and his friends all barked happily as they received the food. He slowly sat back down next to Mysha and set her plate with her. “Here, love.” He said before going to get his own food.

Alekar laughed some more. “Well it was a full moon one night in late fall, and people were partying every night, waking us and our guests up, etc. so one night Siz and I had had enough. So we went up to the cliffs overlooking town, while still being somewhat close. While Sizarla grew her size, I stood between the town and the moon, creating a silhouette. She moved and grew so it looked like my body got bigger, more scraggy, etc. then all I had to do was howl like a wolf, repeat this a few more times that night, and suddenly there was no more parties!” He said with a smirk.

(Tho tbh idk why I'm putting so much effort into it xD Not a lot of ppl even know what Monster Legends is (basically a more intense lvl of pokemon or even Huntik), I think it's just cause I'm so hyped and addicted for it. I have a potential joiner who's a forum friend of mine so hopefully xD)
Mysha smiled at Drake as he set her plate down. "Thank you, Drake," she said gently before beginning to eat. It was much easier to now that she was sure her husband was going to be okay. The thought made her smile to herself.

Laugai and Raiden listened curiously as Alekar retold the tale of their little trick. Laugai laughed after, saying "Hey, anything to shut them up. I like to party, but excessive partying is a no for me, especially when others are trying to sleep!" Raiden nodded in agreement, saying "You two spun quite the scheme, and now people probably tell the tale as if it were some legend or the like."

After getting his own food, Drake returned to his wife and sat next to her, mere inches away from her, and he started eating, occasionally kissing Mysha and growling lovingly to her. He was so happy he was still with his wife, and that now they could start the next step of their life.

Alekar laughed and Sixarla nodded. “We occasionally hear people talking about that night.” Sizarla said. “Beware! There’s werewolves nearby! And here in town!” She said, imitating a townsperson.

(Oof, sorry. I'd decided to make a page of species descriptions for my rp so ppl wouldn't have to go off site. It's up, and long, and still being added to xD)
Mysha contentedly ate beside Drake, blushing when he would kiss her. It felt great to just sit and eat in content again, not having to worry about anything. "It's nice to just and relax," she said, voicing her thoughts.

Raiden and Laugai laughed in amusement. "I bet that was funny to see," Laugai said with a smile. "At least no more noisy parties at night though!" He then said "I suppose it is our turn to tell a story now, hm?"

Drake nodded in agreement and continued to eat his food, just relaxing and eating and enjoying his meal. “Yes it is, my love. Just to eat together and see all of our people getting to do the same...”

Mysha smiled brightly as she ate. "And hopefully nothing else will come up. I just want to go back to lazing around with you, not having to worry about anything."

Laugai chuckled. "Oh, it's alright. I just have to think of a good one. We've been on a lot of adventures on our travels..." He trailed off as he thought of which memory he could safely recall for them.

Mysha smiled before falling into a comfortable silence. She was perfectly content with just sitting with her husband, watching the activity around the hall as others ate or their dogs ran around looking for floor food.

Laugai smiled. "Ah, I think the first city we went to on our travel would be good to tell about. When we weren't experienced travelers and all. We were less... stealthy, and didn't know how other cultures worked. Well, I didn't. Raiden did, but it was as much of a hassle to get me caught up."

Drake continued to sit beside his wife, silently looking around and he smiled as he saw Arcane bring a bit of meat to Quetzal and nudge her softly. He hugged his wife close and kissed her cheek softly before sitting back up.

Sizarla giggled and she looked to her dragon friend and nuzzled Raiden’s shoulder. “What kind of trouble did Laugai get you into, Rai?” She asked playfully.

Mysha purred softly at the kiss before watching Quetzal take the meet, nuzzling Arcane before going to settle down to eat. "Arcane seems to have found a good "friend", hm?"

Raiden laughed. "I've had to talk down angry shopkeepers before because Laugai ended up taking things he didn't actually buy due to the language barrier, but he was trying. And we did manage to destroy an entire temple by accident. Laugai held a torch too close to Spark Crystals, super sensitive to heat, that decorated the whole place. I barely was able to shield him."

Drake looked over at his dog and smiled as he saw Arcane being nuzzled by Quetzal and the male returning the affection before watching Quetzal pad off to eat. Drake nodded and smiled a little bit. “Yes, those two have taken a liking to each other.” He commented happily. He then looked to Mysha and smiled, rubbing her side gently. “How is your breakfast?”

Alekar and Sizarla were both laughing their brains out after the story, the female dragon giving a playful nudge to Laugai’s side. “Sounds like you’re just about as accident prone as Alekar.” She said with a laugh, glancing up at Raiden. “Guess all humans can be a bit accident prone, eh?” She commented.
Alekar glared at his dragon at the comment, but it wasn’t angry at all.

(Sorry, still been trying to jumpstart my new rp. I had a joiner but they were inactive before dropping out xD)
Mysha smiled as Drake asked about her meal. "It's great," she said. "Everything's been great since we've recovered from that monster ordeal." And hopefully their peace would last for a long time.

Raiden chuckled at Sizarla. "Indeed they can, but they have their moments." He smiled at Laugai and Alekar. "We'll see if they slip up a few times during our travels, hm?"

Mysha nodded. "We can head up to our room if you like. I've eaten my fill now basically." And they had no other duties to attend to for the night.

Raiden chuckled, watching as Laugai went about packing up the remaining meat accordingly. "Now, come on. Let's see about getting some rest maybe. We can continue traveling tomorrow. It's almost dark anyway."

Laugai nodded. As Raiden settled down, his companion just proceeded to settle and rest against his warm flank, wing acting almost like a blanket. It seemed both were tired, already beginning to wind down.

Drake smiled and led his wife along with him, already a little excited for what their day entailed. He was just glad they could actually enjoy their time together, and just have time to be themselves. “Hey sweetheart...” he said softly.
Arcane grinned and nodded, hopping up to his paws and bouncing around a bit. “Hey That sounds like a great idea!”

Quetzal barked happily "Let's go then!" She also invited Ligach, who joined them as they left.
