Mysha smiled softly at Drake. "Hi, love. Are you feeling any better?" She was still worried that there might still might be something wrong.
Quetzal woofed softly, nuzzling Arcane. "I'm glad everything is done and over with."

Laugai looked up as their dragons returned, going about finishing with the deer as they landed. He watched as Raiden nudged Sizarla playfully before tucking into one of his catches.

"It was a good morning," Scarlet said before she sniffed the air and smell a familiar scent mixed with a unknown scent. "Crag I think we might have some uninvited guests for lunch today." She said with a growl as the other dragons all sniffed the air and tensed up and stared at the entrance to the valley. Many of the adults ushered the children inside houses and female dragons that were expecting or had hatchlings ushered their young into the nursery along with them. Meanwhile the soldiers all got out their weapons just in case and Amanda came outside with her father's bow in her hand ready.

“....no, I feel much better.” Drake replied as he kissed his wife’s cheek a couple times. He slowly sat up and looked down at Mysha. “How do you feel?”
Arcane nodded and nuzzled Quetzal in return. “Same here, Quetzal...” Arcane replied as his tail wagged a bit.

Alekar was just returning with some sticks and wood when he saw the dragon’s start tucking u to the prey.
Sizarla warbled playfully and nudged Raiden in return before beginning to eat.
Cragg looked up as he too smelled a different scent and he hissed slowly, tail falling still as he tried to pinpoint the source.
Ocean raced out with Amanda, his own bow in hand. He’d been learning to shoot since moving to town, and was getting to be quite good.

Mysha smiled a little. "Better, now that I'm sure you're not going to die. You had me worried." That was all over now. If they could incapacitate, or hopefully destroy, an ancient demon then they could probably do anything!
Quetzal nudged Arcane playfully. "So... do you think you'll have more free time now? Maybe you can spend time with the gang down in the commons more!"

Laugai nodded to Alekar. "Ah, thanks. Let's see to setting a suitable fire up and cooking this. We can find a way to pack leftovers for the road as well."
Raiden tucked into his catches contentedly, watching the humans go about their own business. He would sneak glances at Sizarla occasionally too though.

Drake nodded and gently pulled his mate close and kissed her neck and cheek. “And I’m so glad you are feeling better.” He replied as he rubbed his hands on her sides.
Arcane barked happily as his friend nudged him and he nudged her back. “I’ll certainly try, Quetzal.” He barked happily. “I especially want to spend more time with you.” He barked a little more quietly.

Alekar nodded and helped set up the fire so they could cook the meet. “That’s be a good idea to pack the leftover meat.” He said happily.
Sizarla knew her friend was glancing at her occasionally but she didn’t say anything. But the next time he looked over she looked at him at the same time and met his eyes, giggling softly.

A bunch if soldiers led by a fat noble on horse went to the village. Amanda stepped in front and stopped the soldiers and the noble in their tracks. "State your business here outsiders and get lost." Amanda said waiting for the noble to speak.

(Oof, turns out I'm back a day early, it's just the closing ceremony for the event that's on the 19th x3)
Mysha smiled fondly, staying cuddled with Drake. After a time of just laying together, she asked "Want to see about getting up, if you're able?" Baby steps though.
Quetzal woofed softly, staying contentedly settled with Arcane. As she watched the royals from her spot, she asked softly "Maybe we can see about going down to the commons if your human does better."

Laugai nodded, already getting to start the fire and section the mean for cooking. Soon he had it going with Alekar's help, and sat back to give it some time.
Raiden smiled a little at Sizarla, wings twitching before going back to his meal. He listened to the humans talk with each other as well, glad they were getting along. He wondered how long it would all last though...

Drake smiled a little and he sat up some more, nodding. "Yes, that's probably a good idea." He said as he looked at his wife.
Arcane nodded slowly and watched as his master sat up in bed and his tail wagged happily. "I'd really like that..." he woofed happily.

Alekar continued to help Laugai in any way he could, making sure the fire stayed lit and such. The worst thing he hated was undercooked meat.
Sizarla continued to eat, licking her jaws as she finished. She then snuck her long tail over Raiden's side and tapped the opposite side of his belly to try and get him to look, quickly retracting her tail.

(It was pretty fun, but really busy for me with organizing activities, keeping track of campers and dealing with prank wars x3)
Mysha smiled warmly as she sat up as well. "You can try walking a little and then we can go eat something maybe. Best to try and get you up and about as soon as we can."
Quetzal barked happily at Arcane, but also because it seemed the humans were doing well. Looked like they were getting up!

As Laugai watched the fire and the now cooking meat, he looked over at Alekar and asked "So, what are you looking forward to most on this new trip of ours?"
Raiden raised a brow before looking over at Sizarla. He churred softly, lightly tapping her tail with his own before looking back to his food. He eventually ate his fill though, sitting back some.

Drake nodded in agreement and slowly moved to get out of bed. "Sounds like a plan, my love..." He said.
Arcane hopped to his paws as his master moved to get out of bed and he walked over, licking his nose and watching Drake closely.

Alekar shrugged a little and sat back, looking up at the sky. "Hmmm.... probably looking for information and learning new things, to be honest."
Sizarla chirped playfully as her friend tapped his tail on hers and she just sat back and watched the humans and Raiden.

Mysha helped Drake out of bed, watching him carefully. She smiled as Arcane came to investigate, Ligach also taking a few steps closer. "Seems everyone was worried about you." He was the king, after all.

Laugai nodded. "That's the same for me, I suppose. I like the freedom that comes with it though too. To not be tied down anywhere." He looked over at the dragons, watching Raiden and Sizarla as they looked over. "Having great companions helps as well!"

Arcane padded up and rubbed his head on his madter’s leg and woofed in agreement to Mysha’s statement.
Drake looked down at his dog and e smiled, leaning over and rubbing Arcane’s head and neck while supporting himself on the bed post with his other hand. “Thank you, you two.” He said to the two lead dogs, then turned to his wife. “And thank you, my dear. For being so worried and staying by my side.” He said.

Sizarla chirped loudly with happiness as her friend’s human called her ‘great’. “Thanks Laugai!” She said happily.
Alekar chuckled and watched the lunar Celestial. “Don’t let it go to your head, Siz.”

Mysha smiled at Drake. "It's supposed to be us against the world. Can't do that if you're dead." She smiled gently at her husband, making sure to stay at his side for support as he stood.

Laugai laughed softly in amusement. "She'll be fine, surely. It's just us three." Looking back to the cooking deer, he said "But who knows, we might end up collecting more people in our journey."

Drake smiled and nodded, kissing his wife’s cheek a couple times. “That’s very true, my love. Thanks lover...” He murmured to her softly before trying to walk towards the door. It took him a bit, having to lean on his wife a bit at first, but soon was able to get going on his own.
Arcane watched the two rulers and waited by the door for the humans.

Alekar looked over at Laugai as he said the prospect of possibly adding more members to their ragtag group. “Maybe... though it could be a problem if the group gets TOO big.”

Mysha smiled gently as he was able to move on his own. Then, after a moment of thought. "So... I was thinking... surely we've gotten rid of this place's biggest danger now. And maybe because of that... we can consider kids soon?" She smiled sheepishly.

Laugai nodded in agreement. "That is true, as a smaller group would be easier to work with. Who knows? We might not end up finding anyone to travel with us anyway."

Drake walked alongside his wife and the dogs, occasionally hobbling a couple steps before regaining himself. At Mysha’s question, Drake smiled warmly and looked over at her, gripping her hand a bit tighter. “If you’re ready for a family, Mysha, I definitely am.”

Alekar chuckled as they waited for the food to be cooked. “Only time will tell.” He said.

Mysha smiled brightly, happy that he agreed to wanting a family. "I think I am. Well, I know I am. It'll be fun to raise and teach them. Maybe even see them befriend a dragon of their own."

Eventually the deer finished cooking, and Laugai moved to pick at it, mindful of the fire as he did. As he did, he said with a laugh "Lucky dragons. They got to eat as soon as they got back! We had to wait quite some time for our food!"

Alekar chuckled, nodding slowly. “That’s true. But we get to make our own culinary creations. And eat a wider variety of food that the dragons can’t eat.” He said.
“Or so you think!” Sizarla retorted playfully to her human companion.

Mysha smiled a little. "It does indeed. You'd make a wonderful father." When they reached the dining area, Mysha sent for a guard to alert the cooks as she and Drake went to settle.

Raiden chuckled at Alekar. "That may be true, but we're quite able to learn and recreate." He changed his form a little to a sort of biped, his structure changing a little. He waved his "hands" a little. "Maybe one day I will cook for you!" Laugai snorted, saying "I remember the first time you tried. Let's just say you've come a long way." Turning to Alekar, he sniffed as Raiden switched back to a quadruped "Raiden gave me food poisoning the first time he cooked "human" food."

Drake smiled as Mysha took charge and sent the guard to get the cooks to prepare food. He sat down in his spot beside his wife and he hugged her close, kissing Mysha's cheek and neck a few times. "Love you, darling..."

Alekar laughed aloud at that and sat back, holding his gut as he laughed, while Sizarla had to lay down as she let out her loud, purr-like laughs. "Oh Raiden! That's hilarious!" She said happily.

Mysha purred at the attention. "And I love you, Drake." She kissed his cheek gently. "And now we can go back to just relaxing with each other." Smiled a little, saying "When you're all better, maybe we can see about starting that family."

Raiden huffed. "Well, Celestials should learn all they can, so I wanted to at least try! I got better though, really." He rolled his six eyes at Laugai's chuckle, the human saying "Yes, you have. Maybe at the next city we stop at, you can cook."

Drake grinned and nodded slowly as he and his wife relaxed while waiting for breakfast. “Yes, I’d like if we can just relax...” he mumbled. “As for the family, we can try starting a family before I’m fully ready...” he said with a low growl of pleasure as he kissed her again.

Drake laughed and hugged his wife close. “Then we may just have to leave the day’s business to one of the advisors...” he mumbled as he let out a loud, deep growl of pleasure and slight want in his vocals. “You’re so, so wonderful. And beautiful, and more.” He mumbled happily.
