She watched, equal parts impressed and horrified at the velocity with which Isis was knocking back her drink, as her own one was barely started. She licked the foam off from her top lip and listened in despair to the dragon slayer speak, "How you can think fighting is fun is beyond me," She took another sip of her drink, "It's literally just pain and pressure. Might as well be stabbing yourself with a needle." She settled further into the bar, trying to get comfortable in the foreign landscape, turning her head all the way so she could see around her better, "And perhaps, someone may be able to argue that I'm having fun. Of course, 'fun' is relative." Dorian shrugged, determined to suck the joy out of even the basic concept of 'fun'. "Besides, guild masters don't have fun. We work all night and then we sleep all day. Or at least, sleep as far into the day as we can before someone," She actually pointed at Isis now, "Does something that requires our attention." She took another, longer drink from her cup, enjoying the warmth, "If I ever had fun, I may die. And then what? You going to be Guild Master?" She asked incredulously, running her finger along the rim of the cup to scoop up excess foam.
"Ohhh, spirit gossip." Khione grinned, excited. Any gossip was good gossip, but interdimensional ancient being gossip? That was good. That had time to ripen. That was one of the many advantages to living in a large group. Yes, belonging was nice, and so was the security, and the meaning of 'family' blah blah blah, but gossip was a gift. Khione was nosey, not necessarily in a nasty way, but if someone approached her and simply said, 'Did you hear?' she would say no regardless of it's authenticity, simply to hear a good story again. "Oh, I know plenty about love." She promised, nodding her head sagely, "It's about storks bringing babies and people buying each other chocolates." She joked, bobbing her head. "And that's it. That's all the ins and outs. Sometimes people get married, but that's just an excuse to get gifts from your friends." Khione would probably fake a marriage for gifts. Probably.
"It's a Dragon's Breath." He told the mage, turning the bottle around so that the label face dout, "Very spicy stuff. There's this legend that it was made by a dragon, but that legend was made by the marketing team." He admitted, tapping the bright red bottle top, "Want to try it?"He glanced down at the woman at the end of the bar, who'd taken too big a drink and was coughing, drinking down the glass of water that came customary with it.

{YEEE!! I'll put Bash in the hall getting ready to look at the job board c;}
After the surprising turn of events that had taken place at breakfast, Bash felt the need to clear his head. He bit down on his lip to get rid of the tingling sensation he felt still running through his lips from before, deciding it was best to give Jolene some space to think about things. He didn't really know what the kiss meant and tried to convince himself that it was just a moment of lust and nothing more.. But if that was so, why couldn't he stop thinking about it?
He slipped his boots on and tucked his black pants into them before slipping into a gray shirt and adding an army green jacket. Although he wasn't too fashion forward, he took the time to untangle his loose curls and run a hand through them a few times over. He clenched his jaw as he looked into his reflection, hoping his troubled thoughts could be covered by his seemingly nonchalant smirk and furrowed brows.
As he exited his dorm and made his way out to the guild hall's familiar walls, he allowed himself to page through the weekly magician updates on guilds from across the land. His lips curved up in a small smile when he saw his own issue of making it into the S-Class. While his new rank meant a lot of things, the most thrilling part of it would be the new jobs he could browse. He closed the magazine with a finger between the two pages of his issue and looked up just in time to nearly knock someone over. "Hey! Just what do you think you're-" He immediately shut his mouth when he noticed a familiar shade of bright hair, and instead grunted slightly. "Good.. Good morning," he forced. His frown from bumping into her had now subsided into an uncomfortable stare; he had no idea what else to really say.

Jolene had spent a good amount of the morning busting herself in her room. Doing various housekeeping chores, the girl kept that pesky kiss off her mind by sweeping, dusting, mopping, and straightening every little thing up until the room looked cleaner than the day it was built. With a sigh, she checked the small clock on her desk. Only an hour had passed. Ugh. This unfortunate day would go on forever!
Taking an uncharacteristically long bath, Jolene was deep in thought while counting the freckles on her knees, which held a small troop of bruises as well. Why had she kissed him?! The answer was simple, really: because she wanted to. This was moving too quickly. She hadn't even been here a week. No, a weekend! Putting on some shorts and a strange T-shirt she had gotten for free at a music festival, Jolene braided her damp hair and decided she might as well leave the guild hall and familiarize herself with the city. Or if that was too daunting a task, at least leave her room.
Stepping lightly on the stairs and through the main hall, Jolene spotted the large doors that broadcasted her exit. Before she could reach them, though, someone the size and weight of a mountain ran into her, almost sending her reeling. Not looking up at his face, she flinched at the angry words before the recognized the voice. Oh, good Lord give her strength. "Good morning, Sebastian." She greeted warmly, despite the cold feeling of fear in her stomach. "I'm sorry for running into you; I was just leaving for town.."

Oh right! Thanks!))
Rika shrugged a bit. "That's just how it is. No one gives the full story. Why should they? Most of the time people don't want mages to know everything, cause they think it'll drive them away. They want the job done after all." She felt the train starting to slow to a stop as she saw the town start to form around them. She stood up basically the second the train came to a full stop. "Come on. We should probably get in and out before it gets dark so we can catch the last train back. I'd rather not spend money on a place to stay for the night." She started to head towards the exit of the train.
Isis rolled her eyes at Dorian. "It's fun when your life isn't on the line. Plus, if you don't get hit a lot, there's not that much pain. You're just doing it wrong otherwise." She cracked her neck before taking another swig of her drink. "Besides. I've never felt more alive than when I was in the middle of a brawl. Even with people trying to kill me. i know it's weird, it's just how I am." She looked over at Dorian with a raised eyebrow. "Me? Guild master? I don't even want to try. I like the guild how it is now: intact." She didn't seem that smart with how much she flirted with some people and fought others, but she wasn't a complete idiot. At least in her opinion. "I'm not a leader type. More of a punch people in the face, then listen to what the orders are. Rather not give them, since then I wouldn't be able to punch people."
Vulpecula raised a foxy eyebrow. "You know nothing. Sorry, but you don't. There's no point in worrying about it though. Give it a couple years, it'll all click on its own." Her tail flicked a bit as she noticed Nova's hand starting to move up. "Hey! I'm just telling her the truth and you know it. Since the one time I tried explaining it to you, you shut me out of your head for a week." Nova rolled her eyes and looked away again. She looked back over at the snow mage. "Seriously though. You don't know anything yet. You just know about the lies parents tell their children, and the simple actions that makes no sense to you."

earthchip, i'm going to have to ask you to step up the amount of rp you reply with. This rp doesn't have a lot of rules, but a minimum of four lines per post is one of them, and I don't think that's a lot to ask. Everyone else adheres to it, so it's not fair if you don't. )
Dorian popped her finger into her mouth and sucked the foam off, feeling a little more relaxed. Maybe it was the conversation that helped her settle, or it was the alcohol in the drink. Either way, she no longer totally hated everything around her. When she leaned back in her seat, she stretched out her neck, and her bones became easily visible under her skin from her open-buttoned shirt. That was just about all you could see, Dorian was as flat as a well paved road. "Really? You're not tempted by a position of power?" She asked, curious. Not everyone was leader material, this was a fact of life, but most people would be a tiny bit intrigued by the status that came with the role. Some Guild Masters were real celebrities, though through a combination of her own personality and the remote location of their Guild, Dorian was not one of them. "I could see you as a world leader; Golden throne. Iron fist. Your birthday could be a national holiday. You could make it illegal to dislike you. The possibilities are endless." She suggested, taking another drink.
She opened her mouth in protest, looking affronted, and shook her head in disbelief, "I can't believe it. You've just blown my mind. Everything I know is a lie." Khione layered on the fake dramatics of big eyes and clutched hands. She really didn't know much about love, no matter how she joked, Khione probably wouldn't recognize a complex emotion if it came up to her and punched her in the face. She liked to keep things simple, breezy. When things got deep, they got complicated, and complicated was the beginning of the transition into uncomfortable, and that's how you lost friends. "I'll never love now, Vulpe. You've turned my heart to ice." She paused and then added, "Pun not intended, but it's pretty good." She stayed on the path, glancing up over the tops of dark trees. Was that the domes of the guild she could see? It was so hard to tell in the dark, her imagination could be running away with her.

Isis shook her head. "Oh heck no. Being in charge, sitting around giving orders, not my thing. I don't love orders, but I'd rather be in the front kicking tail then telling other people to do it for me." She finished off her drink and called for a third. "I like attention, but I don't think I'm cut out for all the work I do. Heck, the stress might ruin my good looks." She looked at Dorian. "It didn't do that to you as far as I know. I just think the powers that control this world hate you. Heck, they hate me. They gave me great looks, strength, but they tried to put me at the top of the tower of power. It's not fun when you're forced up there." She was losing it, and didn't really know what she was saying anymore. She didn't know why, but she was getting affected by the alcohol a lot faster than she usually was. Typically it took about four or five drinks to be at this point. "These drinks are way stronger than what we have at the guild. Whoa..."
Vulpecula huffed softly. "No need to get sarcastic. Trust me. You'll see I was right in a couple years when all those hormones start making things weird." She jumped on top of Nova's head to avoid the fist coming for her own head. "Hey! Don't make me leave!" Nova crossed her arms and looked up at her. "You would deserve it. Can't you be nice for at least five minutes? Plus, you've been messing with what I say more and more recently. What's up with you?" asked Nova through their telepathic link. Vulpecula curled up on top of her head, not replying. She didn't know what was wrong with her either. She really should try being nicer. Well, maybe not nicer, but at least less sarcastic and abrasive. Nova didn't deserve the rebuke for anything she said. Maybe it was cause she never spent a lot of time in the Celestial World anymore, she didn't talk with other spirits unless they were summoned by Nova. Maybe she just needed a break.

"Your funeral." The bar keeper cracked the lid off a new glass bottle and poured the drink quickly into a cup before it foamed over. Carefully, he slid the drink across the bar to the mage, "Don't down it all at once, whatever you do." He warned, pouring a glass of water for the poor hacking woman who was currently crying a little into the napkin dispenser. He hardly ever sold a bottle of this stuff, why do people keep making drinks harder and harder to drink?
Dorian actually blinked in surprise, feeling her face heat up. Typically, most folks just avoided her appearance altogether in conversation, not that she ever brought it up herself. A little distracted and flustered, she turned her attention to the cup she'd been given, suddenly finding it unusually interesting and much easier to look at than anything else. She looked back at Isis, frowning a little when the conversation took another turn, a small crease appearing between her eyebrows. The other woman sounded almost... serious. That wasn't a word she associated much with the dragon slayer. "Easy." She cautioned, nudging Isis' drink away from her, "Why don't you slow down a bit?" There was a free stool a little way off and Dorian stretched out her long arms, pulling it over, "Wouldn't be much fun tomorrow if you're too hungover to hear anything except your pounding head." She too felt the buzz from their drinks but it hadn't hit her as hard, maybe because she hadn't necked her first drink in a matter of seconds. "But you're right. It's not fun." She said, guiltily eager to talk, "I didn't want this job, I didn't even want this magic. Looks like we're in the same crap boat."
Sensing a bit of tension between the mage and her spirit, Khione pulled away a little, adding some more space between them on the dark path. She wasn't that great with conflict, and even little snips between others was enough to make her mentally retract from the conversation, back into a personal shell. The faint shapes in the dark got closer, and she was pleased to see the white building of the guild come peeking out from between black trees, "Boom! We're home." She sighed in relief, "Thank goodness, if we got lost and died out here, I would've come back to haunt this place." She'd make a good ghost, not a very scary one, but easy to find. Probably with a touch for the dramatics. Some of the upper windows were lit in various towers, particularly those of the Mess Hall. "Do you think anyone would care if we come in stinking like blackberries? Because we do." She admitted, picking dirt out from under her fingernails, "We totally stink of dirt and blackberries." It wouldn't be the weirdest thing in the hall by any stretch (all mages were weird, but some were weird. Like, to be avoided at all costs weird.) but she was still very conscious of it right now. It wasn't like they were returning form the most glamorous or exciting job either.

Isis gave a disappointed noise as her drink was moved away from her. She did sit down though, laying her head on the bar. "Being hungover isn't that bad...though I suppose the loud noise from a fight would be annoying..." She had closed her eyes when she laid her head down, and was now opening one of them to look up at Dorian. "Well...you can use a different magic, right? It can't be that hard to swap them out..." She was gone, that much was obvious. She couldn't even think straight. She would need to lay down before long. "So...is this the part where we make out? Lke in the books...we spill our guts, realize we share something in common, and then make out..." So gone. Or at least that was what it looked like. She could just be faking it and using it as an excuse to mess with Dorian more. It was hard to tell now that she'd said that.
Nova looked up as Khione announced their return to the town. The guild looked...empty, almost. It was weird, seeing it at this time of the night. She glanced at the snow mage as she mentioned dying and becoming a ghost. Definitely a strange one, that one. She didn't know her very well, but she was pretty much the only one her age in the guild. So...she supposed they could try and get along, get to know each other a little more. She blinked, then her face turned thoughtful about walking in smelling like they did. They needed to turn in the job at least. Anyways, people had come back smelling much worse then dirt and fruit. She shook her head in answer. People would probably think it was one of the better stenches of someone returning from a job.

"Um..." It occurred to Dorian that Isis might be faking, but there were a lot of things occurring to her right now. Inside her mind there were lots of tiny little Dorians running around screaming. Something was on fire. No one had ever said anything like that to her before in her life, even before she lost half her face. The simple, blunt way Isis had just laid her cards on the table had knocked the normally composed woman right off balance and she couldn't find her footing again, "Well- Um, that's- I don't-" She started three sentence, stopping each of them only a word in, feeling a blush as red as her hat spread across what was visible of her face. "I think you've definitely had enough to drink." That seemed like the safest route to take. She pushed away from the bar, taking the edge of Isis' arm, "We should get out of here." Although her initial reaction was a blind panic, the actual thought of kissing Isis wasn't bad. Rather the opposite actually, now that it had been brought up, the mental image was very hard to get rid of, and she could feel the blush spread all over her body. But the reality of such contact was terrifying, and like trying all new things, Dorian didn't want to risk looking like a fool. Isis was beautiful, there was no way around it, and Dorian wasn't. Once it was stripped back to its bare bones, it just didn't make sense. What also didn't make sense was wanting and not wanting something. She wanted to kiss the other woman, wanted to feel her hands on the side of her face and be close to someone, but she also did not want any of those things. She started to make her way, gently tugging her friend, towards the door out of the bar and towards the corridor of rooms, where maybe it would be a little cooler.
Khione skipped in through the huge doors, glad to find them open tonight. She'd been locked out once and had curled up to sleep in the crook of a tree instead. "Home sweet home." Their shoes made light tapping noises on the marble floor as opposed to the soft crunching sounds of the forest floor, and there were little fires lit to illuminate the grand building. It was quite imposing in the dark, even for someone who'd lived there for a few years now. The faint din of those above in the mess hall floated down to the lobby where the girls where standing and Khione raised her head to looking up at the ceiling, "Want to go up?" It sounded busy up there, contrasting the stark abandonment of the main lobby, "Or should we just head back to our dorms?" Getting her own little room was one of her favourite parts of the guild, she'd never had the privacy before, nowhere to put her own possessions (not that she had that many though). Going home to her own bed was still a bit of a thrill.

Even gone like she was, Isis could tell she'd gotten to Dorian somehow. So she was giggling as she finally got her drink back while the master was flabbergasted. She got about two drinks in before Dorian was pulling her away though. She was forced to leave her drink behind as she was dragged by the arm towards the exit. "Aw! I don't want to go yet!" She sounded like a child not wanting to leave the playground yet, not an adult being escorted out of the bar. She stumbled a bit as she walked. Now that she was moving, it seemed like it hadn't been as fake as it appeared. One could only fake so much. "Why are you trying so hard to get me back to the room?" She giggled again, clearly showing what she meant.
Nova smiled a bit as Khione moved inside the guild. She wasn't as relieved to be home, but then again, she'd had it for a while. Plus she'd been on quite a few jobs by this point. She shrugged at the snow mage she'd gone on the job with. She didn't care either way. Sure they could go up to the bar, join in with the revelry. Or, they could simply go to their rooms. The latter was sounding more enjoyable. The thoughts of a hot shower, comfy bed, and the time to just relax. She glanced down at Vulpe, asking her to tell Khione her thoughts. Vulpe didn't argue at this point. Too late to do that. "You could go up and join in the fun, or you could go get a shower and get some sleep in a comfy bed."

"Because you're going to drown yourself on dry land." Dorian grabbed her cloak and staff by the door, trying not to shrink into the floor as people stared at the scene. Earlier she would've liked to maybe been recognized, because usually that resulted in being left alone. Now, however, if anyone realised who she was, the guild master was never getting over it. Dragging around Isis like a rag doll and blushing like a maniac, it wasn't the most dignified of positions. The dragon slayer kept stumbling and, against her better judgement, Dorian closed the space between them, trying to take some of her weight, "Imagine dying here, in this bar, because you drank too much crappy beer." She hissed, trying to sound exasperated instead of stirred by the press of another body, "They'll be laughing at your funeral, not crying." She felt the door against her back and pushed through it, into the cool dark quiet of the now empty lobby. Her hat had been tugged out of place and partially hung over her eye, so that she had to duck down all the way and lean forward to make eye contact, "You are going to be so hungover tomorrow."
She considered her options. To be honest, she was having a lot of fun today. Sure, the work was hard and the job wasn't all that glorious, but it was nice to spend time with someone her age. Most of the time, Khione was on her own, climbing trees and exploring the mountain range, it was only a sudden lack of funds and a spurt of boredom that forced her out the door, but she was glad it had happened. Nova was quiet, sure, but she was good fun, and the snow mage wasn't quite ready to leave her behind yet, "t sounds like a lot of fun up there," She commented, trying to sound casual, "Might be worth the look, see what's going on?" She clasped her hands behind her and swung back and forth on the balls of her feet, listening to the shouts from upstairs, "We don't have to stay long, if you're tired. And, you don't have to come at all," She added hastily, not wanting to seem rude, "If you're really tired. But I might go up. For a bit. Try not to make everyone too jealous of our death defying experiences." She joked.

You're fine! Yeah we can. Mind starting that up?))
Aw that stinks. It's fine though Sappho! Enjoy your time!))
Isis rolled her eyes a bit. "Take more than this to drown me..." she mumbled. She then looked thoughtful for a moment, before shrugging her shoulders. "I can think of worse places to die. Like in a toilet." She looked at Dorian, smiling stupidly. She was probably trying for some kind of smirk, either flirty or teasing. It wasn't working though. "I don't want people crying at my funeral anyways. Laughing, drinking, partying hard, that's what I want at my funeral. Better to enjoy their time instead of blubbering over little old me." She lay her head on Dorian's shoulder, nuzzling into the guild master a bit. "Your looks are deceiving...you're very comfy..." she mumbled.
Nova was now the one considering her options. She was tired, that wasn't in question, but she was enjoying her time. Normally she went on jobs by herself, or with a mage older than her. When she went with someone older than her, they tended to treat her differently. Not like a fellow mage, and more like a young girl who needed help or protection at every turn. Finally going on a job with someone her age had been refreshing. Khione was interesting, that was for sure. She wasn't really sure what other words to use. She had liked it though. Maybe spending a bit more time with her before the day ended wouldn't be a terrible thing. She finally relented and nodded, before walking towards the stairs that would lead to the bar. It was a bit weird that the main area wasn't right where one entered the door, but she supposed it might as well look professional at the front door. Even if after that it wouldn't be as much.

Farrell scooped up the money and tossed it into the cash register, "Well, I'm just glad someone will be buying it." He propped himself up on his elbows, watching the mess hall as the various people who'd ordered the drink themselves started hacking and crying into napkins, "Because I have a sneaky feeling it's going to be hard to shift this stuff." He considered taking a swig himself, but stopped. There was no one else here to run the bar, and he wasn't about to leave it unnamed, "Want some water?" He offered, smiling a little.
As Isis began to slowly bury her face in the crook of Dorian's neck, the Guild Master took a shaky breath and glanced around, both hoping someone would help and at the same time hoping they were alone. "Thanks." She had to say something, talking kept her focused on what was going on, as opposed to thinking about how soft Isis' cheeks were. "But it's definitely time to get out of here." She needed the room key, but it was somewhere on Isis' person, which lead to Dorian gingerly, very apologetically, running her fingertips lightly over the folds in her clothing looking for a pocket. She murmured, 'Sorry, I'm so sorry,' a few times quietly, mortified, and eventually, to a huge swell of ice cold relief, managed to pull the key out. She was blushing so badly she felt like her head was going to burst, and Isis' body was so warm pressed against her's, it was a little hard to breath. It had a number on it, she had to squint in the dark to see it properly, and thankfully it was low enough to be downstairs. Shouldering Isis on her good side, and dragging her cloak and staff behind her on the other, they pair began to stagger down a dimly lit hall until they got to room 7 and, fumbling, Dorian managed to swing the door open. The room had a little open window, a lit candle and one bed. "You've got to be kidding me."
Khione bounced up the stairs, feeling a new wave of energy, buzzing that Nova had chosen to come with her, "Try not to spend all your earnings tonight in one go." She teased, thinking of their relatively pitiful amount of jewels they'd been given for their efforts. "Getting into a serious amount of debt would be a real downer on the day, don't you think?" She kept asking questions, even if Nova couldn't really answer them. It just felt awkward, or wrong, to not try and bring her back into the conversation. She wondered what Nova's voice would sound like if she could use it. A girl as pretty as that was probably a good singer or something. When they reached the top of the winding stone steps Khione leaned against the arched wooden door and swung it open, blasted with sudden heat, smells and shouts. She grinned involuntarily as she stepped in, buoyed by the presence of others. "Want a drink, or a snack?" She shouted a little to be heard, "We could order big tonight!"

Isis grumbled as she was huffed around, but giggled when Dorian went in search of the key. "Oh master, shouldn't you wait until we get back to the room~?" She wasn't moving her body much, barely keeping her legs under her to keep herself up. She'd never gotten smashed this quickly on such few drinks before. Anywhere. These guys must have either gotten some new stuff from elsewhere, or they were just putting in more of it. Whatever it was, it had been good. Though she really wished it hadn't messed her up so quick. She kept giggling stupidly as she was basically dragged to the room. When she saw the one bed, she glanced up at Dorian. "Guess you get me in bed after all, huh master?"
Nova shook her head as she followed Khione up the stairs. She was so weird, and very random. That didn't mean Nova thought any less of her though. Everyone was unique in their own way. There was no point in putting anyone down for their differences. She flinched a little when the doors to the bar area opened. She once again had to wonder why it wasn't on the first floor, and the first place someone saw when they entered. It would have been so much easier that way. She looked over at Khione as she brought up eating or drinking something. She could use a little...and from the way Vulpe's stomach was growling, she could too. So for an answer to Khione's question, she made a b-line for the bar. She and Vulpe had a small, telepathic conversation to decide what each of them were getting as they walked. Once they arrived, they were still deciding. It was almost obvious from the way they were looking into each other's eyes, and Nova was showing different emotions on her face every couple of seconds.

"Please stop calling me Master." Dorian pleaded, sounding well and truly defeated. Suddenly the honorific seemed to have taken a second meaning that did not make her comfortable. "Dorian is- It's fine." Though, to be fair, a first name basis wasn't all that much better. She let her crook and cloak fall to the side gently, still holding onto Isis. One bed really did change things. This little jaunt with Isis had been fun, a little stressful but fun overall, but at the end of the day Dorian valued her privacy over just about everything else, and this was a leap from her own room back at the guild. She ran her free hand up under her hat, making her hair stick out more, unsure of whether she was more embarrassed by the current situation or the fact the man at the desk had just assumed they were a couple. "Don't act like I planned this." Dorian shot her a glance, her arm starting to go numb from holding her up, "Come on, you should probably sit down anyways." She led her gently over to the bed and let her just sort of flop down, the area where she had been felt lighter but cold.
She bounced over to the bar, picking her way between crowded tables and people getting up around her. There were faces he knew from the guild, but a couple of strangers, as was the way. Civilians were welcome, all money is good money, Khione reckoned they liked the gimmick of being around mages, and most mages here were all too happy to show off. By the time she reached the bar, she saw one of the other Yellow Moon members, Nick, peel off after downing a glass of water. She dashed over and took his seat before anyone else could, shuffling to the side of it so that there was enough room for Nova as well. Farrell was still on duty, and he smiled, leaning over the bar to talk to the two young ladies, "And how was your job?" He asked, "Full of excitement and danger no doubt. And dirt, by the state of you two." Though his words were flat, his tone was playful, and he even looked a little envious of how they'd spent their day. At least they'd been out under the sun and sky.

Nick arrived at the ground floor and went up to the job board, he couldn't decide between a sprite infestation in quartz cave job of 2000$ or a bodyguard to murder crime witness job of 3 days for 1000$ per day plus advance payment of 70$, he then decided to go with the sprite infestation job and went to quartz cave
