Loran -- Male -- Appears to be 19 Loran stands at 6'1", average height for an elf. Like all elves, his frame was lithe and agile, but at the same time was hardy and toned from years of hunting and training, even if his muscles didn't show it on first glance. His face consisted of sharp angles that were softened by full lips and bright green eyes. His brunette hair reached passed his shoulders, and he usually had one, small braid on the right side. Think of Legolas's hair, only brown. Loran's fashion consists of mainly tunics of either green, brown, or grey, brown pants, and his favorite pair of hunting boots. Yet he does own a few items of clothing for special occasions. For the most part, Loran is a lad back kind of guy. He's a jokester and likes to have fun, but at the same time, he knows when to serious and get things accomplished when the need arises. Humor won't solve everything, and he knows it. (There he is. ^^ ) Loran reached for the bread as soon as Lumi set the plate close enough to him. "I think I should try to eat something now," he muttered. "I'll need something to keep me going through the night." With that said, he took a bite from the bread slice he was given. Even if it wasn't freshly baked, it still tasted good to the elf. He had skipped breakfast that morning because he had been on the trail of a deer that had walked too close to his campsite. In only a few bites, the bread was gone. His hunger was still there, but he didn't ask for more. He didn't want to over eat and make himself sick. "You don't have to stay on the floor," he muttered. "You can go sleep in your bed." ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* "Ah yes, let me go get the game ready," James said. His memory was weird. Ask him about something that happened three years ago, and he could give you every detail. Asked him what he had for breakfast, and the boy's mind would go blank. She smiled, and said alright as she went to his kitchen to get some water.

{He's beautiful heart eye emoji}
Lumi leaned up to rest her head against her hand and her elbow on the ground, watching him as he scoffed down the piece of bread she had handed over. Her eyes danced with amusement, smiling despite the situation they were in, "I underestimated your level of hunger." she said, letting her cheek mush against her hand slightly as she just let her body weight drop against her hand. She shook her head at his comment of her sleeping in her bed, waving her hand slightly as she once again set herself against her pillow, "No, I'm fine. I would really hate if something happened to you in your sleep and I didn't wake up, I'm a terribly heavy sleeper." Which was true, she hated getting up and it usually took a lot when she got into a really deep sleep. Before it had been fine, since she hadn't been sleeping for very long, but in the morning... She didn't want to wake up late to a dead body. She turned over to face away from him, "Just pretend I'm not even here."

James headed up to his room to set up the gaming system. He was pretty sure the game was in the console, but he still needed to hook up the second controller. Once done, he called down to her that the game was ready. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* ( Thank you. And sorry that this reply is short. >.<) "No problem with that," Loran muttered. he doubted he would wake up when he fell asleep again. "But if you insist, I can't really stop you." Letting his head fall back, he let his eyes fall closed. The fever was rising a bit, so it didn't take long to fall asleep.

(Sorry it took so long, technically difficulties c:) SN: ~WearySoul~ Plot: My Immortal Character's Name: Sage Lamore Description: Sage isn't exactly eye-boggling beautiful, more of a plain Jane if you will. She's got a decently slender figure and is a bit shorter then average height. Her complexion is clear and consistently on the paler side, despite her efforts to soak up any sun, which more often then not results in regretful and painfully obvious red burns. She has dead-straight dark chocolate brown hair that rejects any type of curl, natural or not and reaches her slim shoulder blades. She always keeps the silky locks down, whether it'd be out of fear of attempting to look different or to hide her face, she's rarely to never seen with it up. Speaking of her face, it's heart-shaped and a bit ordinary, the type of face that blends in incredibly well with the crowd. A small straight nose splattered lightly with mellow brown freckles, soft pink lips that frown above a small chin and sea green eyes, perhaps her most alluring feature along with her long eyelashes. She typically wears comfortable clothing, from big baggy sweatshirts to black leggings. Personality: Sage if you haven't caught it, is a bit meek, a bit shy, something that frames and structures her whole personality. She's quiet, not one to speak up unless bidden to and prefers to slink back into the background rather then draw attention to herself. When around those she cares for and trust, she's naturally more open, expressing the cheery and stubborn side of her few get to see. She's kind-hearted, enjoys helping and listening to other's, but she can be too blunt at times and has a tendency to blurt out exactly what she's thinking in stressful situations. Overall she's a sweet girl, and not as fragile as she may appear. Password: Nightmare

Sage slipped her head through her over-sized gray sweatshirt, the familiar heaviness of the material covering her skin offering a slight comfort to her already frazzled and drained nerves. She'd just awoke from another nightmare, or more correctly was startled awake by one, the same 'one' that had haunted and tormented her sleeping hours since the day it'd been reality. Even now, just a mere thought in it's direction sent shudders down her already trembling spine, and the harsh morning chill only increased the tremors traveling along her figure. Tugging on her sneakers with shaky fingers, she glanced at the clock hanging on the wall beside her and internally winced at the time it blared, 4:30 Am. She wasn't due to be up for another couple hours, and her college classes didn't even start till 9: 45, it appeared as though it'd simply be another day of her sleep deprived life, with a side dish of antisocial, seeing as her room mate would be gone by the time she returned from her crack of dawn walk.
Releasing a frustrated sigh she stood up and headed for the door, pushing her troublesome thoughts aside and making certain that her phone was in her sweatshirt pocket, just in case. As mentioned before, this was a common occurrence, thus her sweet room mate already knew if she wasn't here when the young girl woke, then she was out walking the trail beside their apartment, so there was no reason to leave a note, but who knows what she'd find out on that trail today. She ran her fingers through her sleep-mussed hair an attempt to look decent before she opened the door and faced the morning, though it did little with her complexion so wane and her face drawn and tight, plus the dark circles that seemed to permanently stain under her eyes. Inhaling deeply, she tugged the knob and stepped out into the new morning, a smile gracing her face in spite of the situation when the faint beams of the rising sun caressed her skin and the crisp, clean air welcomed her with a light whoosh, tossing her hair behind her shoulders. Stuffing her hands into her pocket, she braved the abandoned sidewalk, her destination a dip in the tree's on her left that marked the beginning of the trail.

whisper {Haha don't worry about it!~}
Lumi glanced back at Loran for a second, debating on saying something, but she then realized Loran had fallen back to sleep, and turned back over to face away from him. Her mind was swirling with thoughts, wondering what to do next, but in a matter of seconds, she had fallen asleep as well, exhaustion hitting her like a wave of a rolling sea. {Skip~} Morning hit soon enough, but Lumi didn't awake right away. Actually, currently, it was almost afternoon time, and the blonde was still fast asleep, having turned over so that she was facing Loran's general direction. She was obviously tired from the events prior, so it made sense that she would sleep this long, no matter if she needed to go out and make her money for the day. It was usually why she slept in her room, because the direction the sun came in always hit her face, but today, of course, it was not the case...

Kellan Henry McCoy | 19 | Male Kellan stands around 5'11", and has a frame to match. The boy likes to work out on spare time to help him relax, which has also helped keep him in shape. He's no body builder, but there's no sign of noticeable fat on him. Short red hair sticks up on his head in natural spikes, or at least natural for how he keeps his hair cut. Bright sea green eyes always hold a smile, even when he's trying to be serious. That's just the type of person Kellan is. He's a jokester, someone who would rather have you laugh at his expense to keep you from crying about something wrong in your life. He doesn't like depressing situations, yet he knows when jokes are needed and when it's best to truly comfort someone. Otherwise people wouldn't have too good of an opinion of him. As a newly graduated guy from high school, Kellan moved out of his parent's home and is now living in an apartment by himself that he's paying for thanks to the help of his two jobs. School and rent is not cheap, so two jobs are required, especially when he doesn't have a roommate to help with the rent.
(Sorry if his description isn't the best.)
Kellan was already up and running. Literally. Every morning, the boy got up about the same time to go running in the early morning air. Yeah, it was dark, but there were also less people crowding the streets. Plus, he had another reason for being out so early. Today was his first, official day in town, having just moved here from a city about ten hours away. The reason for the move was for college reasons. He wanted to attend the college here, and it was too far for him to drive every day. So, he found an apartment and moved in. He'd been running for at least twenty minutes as he passed through the trails that led through the college's campus and dorm rooms. He figured this was the safest path to take since he didn't know what the rest of the town was like. No one here was awake yet, which was an added plus. Being the new guy here, he didn't want to cast suspicion on himself if anyone saw him jogging around. Technically, he wasn't a student here yet, not until his first class at least.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Loran was actually awake long before Lumi was. He woke around mid morning, maybe an hour or two after sunrise. His first instinct was to ask the girl if she was awake, hut turning his head to see the girl still sound asleep, he stopped himself. He might be the injured one, but she was the one who had done more to deserve a rest. So he laid there for the next few hours, his fever subside for the moment as he waited for her to wake.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
"Ready to play?" James asked as soon as she entered the room, smiling at her.

Soon enough, Lumi's eyes fluttered open, and she looked around with a half lidded gaze, her face quickly turning to one of confusion. What?.... Why was she on the ground? She took a couple moments, blinking to wake herself up, turning her gaze towards the couch as her eyes set on Loran. Immediately, memories of the night before flooded back into her mind, and she furrowed her eyebrows, realizing he was awake, "... I would say good morning, but it seems to be the afternoon." she said quietly, getting up to her feet as she walked to the window, peering out before walking over to the couchside to check his forehead, "How are you feeling? How long have you been awake?" she asked, sitting back down on the seat. Sadly, it was too late for her to go and make some sales today, but she also knew she couldn't leave him here alone, so waking up early wouldn't have changed anything anyways.

(Oh no it's perfect :)
Sage buried herself even deeper within her large sweater, the chilly nip of the morning beginning to really make it's presence known as the dew from the grass she walked in seeped into her rugged old sneakers. She veered to the left once she'd reached the path, allowing the tranquility of nature's surroundings sooth her erratic heart and weary soul, the peaceful silence of the birds chirping and rustle of creatures venturing out replenishing. She traveled idly along, humming a calmly familiar turn softly as she drank in her surroundings and let the nightmare be booted from her thoughts. The barley worn path she shuffled upon was unknown to most, but lead to her college campus. She herself had chosen not to live in the dorms, and with her job in the town's pharmacy and a small boost from her parents in the form of money, though it was considered a loan, she'd been able to discover an apartment that met the very basic needs of a human, and a non psychopathic female in need of a roommate who attended the same college.
It'd be such a perfect set up, oh so perfect. She'd gotten into the college she so wanted, the classes she'd wished to have, she'd found a best friend in her room mate who was solid and trustworthy, not the betraying leaving type and then, then she'd fallen for him. And he, he'd been absolutely everything. She'd crashed into him in the halls on her way to a late class of her freshman year of college, and she could've sworn it was love at first sight. The green of his eyes.....it'd been heart stopping. Of course, them being who they were, had taken the traditional way, friends first, then even better friends and long the way she felt within their hearts, they'd both known where the relationship was destined. She could still recall the way his eyes sparkled, or the way he'd nervously bit his lip when he'd asked her with a rose that expressed the vibrancy of their love, and the color of his blood. It'd been a wondrous two years with him, from late-night cuddles to unending laughter. He'd been there with her through it all, the struggle when her parents treated her as a burden, the grades that had slid through her open fingers, the soul searching she'd taken on to figure out just who Sage was, and she'd done the same. They were suppose to be together till the end of their days, but he'd broken that promise and broke her in the process.

"I'm not pouting," Winter muttered. "I'm scheming. There's a difference. Besides, I'm not going to be here long enough to get to know, so why bother?" "Y'know, somehow I don't think scheming involves a pouty lip and a frown that is incredibly obvious in just your voice." She taunted him, now leaning her back on his closed door as they spoke. "Well, fine. If you don't want to get to know me, whatever. But since you are going to be here for at least a couple days, try to enjoy yourself even a little?"

"You weren't lying when you said you were a heavy sleeper," Loran commented, glancing over at the girl. There was a faint smile on his face to let her know he didn't mean anything by his words. "And yes, I assume it's safe to say good afternoon." The elf tried his best to sit up, grunting slightly as he shifted the pillow behind him. He wasn't in a perfect position, but he had adjusted himself all he wanted to at the moment. He was upright, and that's all he cared about. "I've been up for the past few hours," he answered her question. "I didn't have the heart to wake you seeing as you stayed up pretty late last night. You needed to rest. As for how I'm feeling, better than last night, but far from being okay."
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Kellan let his mind wander as he jogged. He was away from most of the dorms now, so he let himself relax. There was nothing better than running on trails, especially hiking trails. Back in his old town, he had lived outside the city limits, which meant he had access to all kinds of hiking trails to get his workout fix on. Many of them shared common destination: a large lake where he had spent many days playing, swimming, and fishing with his family. It was one detail that he would miss now that he lived in the city, but he was sure he could find a way to compromise. Moving here wasn't exactly an easy decision for him to make, but at the same time, it was beneficial for him nonetheless. In order for him to pursue the career he wanted to learn, he had to attend this college. It was the closest to his hometown. So he figured this would give him some experience living on his own. It was a win/lose situation, but one he could live with. He was lost in his thoughts as he continued down the barely noticeable path, completely unaware of his surroundings even though he was staring straight out in front of him. So imagine his surprise when he run up on a girl who was also out walking so early in the morning.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Winter rolled his eyes as he listened to her. "Is there even anything to do around here that is enjoyable?" he muttered. "Something tells me there isn't." (So sorry my replies are short. >.< I promise, they'll get better.)
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
James chuckled and picked up the other controller. "Then you get first pick of the track," he said, sitting down on his bed.

(Yeah, it seems people were either fans of one or the other, lol.)
Danir stood up as well, his eyes scanning the alley. "These don't look like elven coins," he muttered, stooping down to pick up some of the gold. "Then again, we don't put a lot of detail into our coins, believe it or not. There's no telling where he got this gold from. However, if someone was going to frame us for his death, then why would they have bothered with gold? We have far more valuable things that would fetch a heft price if he were to resell." Shaking his head, he dropped the coins back onto the ground. "I think we should take the man back to the castle for the baron to inspect. He may know something about this attempt."

"You already know who I'm going to pick," Amanda said as she chose Peach as usual.
Ryan returned to walking home, but he took out his cell, and texted his friends number. "Hey it's me, we seem to have a bit of a problem meet me at my place bye." Ryan said before he got to his house, and opened, and closed the door, and went to his room, and sat on his bed. He was boiling with rage. How dare James get in the way of my relationship with Amanda he is so dead. Better watch out James because you just got the bull mad, and it's about to charge at you! He thought to himself.

"I can promise my father will do everything in his power to help you identify this man, his killer, and the reason he was killed," Pax promised solemnly.
Up in the bell tower, Niklis shivered as Chastmere's men lifted the dead man by his feet and shoulders, hoisting him high enough that the arrows didn't scrape against the ground and tear further wounds. He clenched his fists, wishing he had the courage to charge out and tell everyone that Pax was a filthy liar, but what was the word of a thief against the word of the baron's son? It was suicide to rush out like that without hard proof, having such a low social status. He groaned softly, so softly it was barely audible.
Whatever was going to happen next, he doubted it would be pretty.

Meira wasn't concerned as much with the dead man as with her sister. As soon as her mother stepped over to inspect the arrows in the body, she rushed over to Thayer. "Are you all right?" she asked, grabbing Thayer's arms in a nervous grip. She spared Pax half a glance, but wasn't nearly so concerned with him.
Meanwhile, Tawna was carefully inspecting the arrows. "Wrong dye," she muttered, coming to the same conclusion as everyone else. Gritting her teeth, she wiggled an arrow free and wiped the blood on the man's shirt. Then she lifted it, showing to Danir. "And the arrowheads are all wrong. Too narrow and rounded, not triangular enough, right?"

"I highly doubt it," Amanda said as she pressed A, and rolled a four, and moved four spaces to the first star.
Ryan's friend finally showed up, "So what exactly is the plan boss," his friend asked while Ryan was just turning off the tv. "We are going to have to try, and figure a way to keep those two separated enough for me to actually get Amanda back here from school." Ryan said with a sigh, "So you want to kidnap her," his friend asked which got Ryan mad, and slammed his friend into his bedroom door. "Yes you moron we are going to kidnap her," he snapped before he dropped his friend. They started to plot, and decided that they would activate the plan in a few days.
