Leaf doubted she'd get so lucky twice and though she noticed more than two shipwrecks, she didn't think they'd all have air pockets, nor did she know which ones would. Frustration made her tail lash behind her, briefly throwing her off balance and spinning her slightly before she regained her upright position. So ill-experienced, she'd nearly forgotten the big part her tail played in swimming. Deciding doing something was better than floating there, the ginger colored cat began swimming towards another boat, after all, if she could find one without an air pocket, maybe she could figure out what was different from the other ones.
Slipping inside, she peered around with keen interest, doing her best to note anything different while keeping an eye out for anything reminiscent of the air pockets. She soon deduced this one had none, though she took not of the many broken parts in the ships ceiling and the lack of those plants Dusk had mentioned. Maybe those were factors against other air pockets too. Slipping out of the ship, she swam along to another and rather than go in immediately, she did a few passes over the ship from the outside, but shook her head to herself as if deciding it didn't have any clear signs of being a possibility.

Wind slowly moved around her den, checking on their herb supply. She frowned at her slow speed, not really at how fast she moved. A sigh fell from her muzzle as she saw they were low on some kelp for bandaging wounds"Flower?"she called are you here? We need to go and gather supplies"

Dusk let Leaf continue for a while longer before he signaled for them to pause. Slipping into another pocket, he purred. "Not bad considering this is your first time seeing the graveyard. You'll find more as the days go by. But it's time to switch topics. You're going to start developing your stroke. Every cat's is different because we're all built differently. Right now, you've been swimming with only the basic stroke. Effective, but inefficient. Now you're going to start trying to see what parts of your body move you where. A good place to start will be with your tail. Our tail will indicate the kind of motion that will give us the best forward movement; either side to side or up and down. Yours is like mine, we're side to side swimmers. Whereas your denmates, Swoop and Splash, will likely be up and down. To begin, you'll do one stroke with your tail for every two with your paws. I'll demonstrate." Ducking back into the water, Dusk swam a bit away from the ship. At his age, swimming came so naturally to him that he had to slow his own body down to remember the pattern he gave Leaf. Syncing his paws diagonally, he kept a mental count. One, two, tail. One, two, tail. Once he completed a lap overhead the ship, he paused back into the air pocket. "Remember: the power of the action begins at the base of the body and whips to the tip of the tail. Also, it's worth mentioning that the tail is a muscle; same as your paws and your lungs. It'll get stronger the more you use it so don't be discouraged if you don't go as far as you feel you should. Any questions?" [insert ?s here. lol] "We'll focus on when and where to use different body parts at another time. For now, just get your body used to utilizing your tail."

Flower / with Wind At the sound of her name, Flower immediately perked up, padding into sight with bright eyes focused on her mentor. "I'm right here, Wind." She exclaimed, "I'd be happy to come!" She knew she didn't really have a choice since she was in training, but she was happy to do it nevertheless. "What will we be looking for?" she inquired curiously as she padded towards the blue cat, calm but no less eager to see to their duties.
Leaf / with Dusk Leaf almost seemed disappointed when she was stopped by the leader, her whisker like appendages drooping briefly, but she did as she was told, swimming after the leader until she popped up in the air pocket once more. As Dusk explained the tail movements, she couldn't help a little swish of her tail in the water, once more forgetting the fact that movement would send her rolling to the side. She her paws splashed in the water as she quickly tried to reangle herself upwards. Embarrassed but no less interested in learning, she nodded and followed Dusk beneath the water to observe carefully, trying hard to memorize the movements. After all, her swimming up until now had been a fairly clumsy 'doggy paddle'. Once back in the air pocket, she nodded her understanding vigorously, her impatience clear as she desperately wanted to try. "I can try now?" she asked, hardly able to keep herself upright in her excitement.

Splash took a breath and practically dove headfirst into the water as soon as her mentor went in, her eyes were bright with excitement. She travelled with the group of cats, she glanced at her brother, her lungs starting to burn as she swam along. It was amazing watching the experienced warriors swimming, it was like they had been born directly in the sea. She tried to imagine herself as a large warrior, mostly to keep her mind off the fire burning in her lungs. She didn't want to be the one to stop, it had almost become unbearable when Swoop gave the signal he needed air. She practically flew to the surface, gasping for breathe and coughing slightly. She did her best to stifle her own coughs, but it only seemed to make her gasp more. She glanced at Swoop "I came up after you!" Of course, Splash would have made it into a competition despite her disheveled appearance.
Thunder watched his apprentice closely, he trusted the other cats to keep an eye for danger, and he followed the young tom to the surface, a pink flash zooming past him. He broke the top of the water, his breathing calm as he turned to Swoop. "You did quite well, your lungs will take some time getting used to being under the water for long periods of time. I imagine you'll be able to make it to the reef without a breath in less than a moon though. Remember to take deep breaths and expand from your stomach, if your chest is expanding than you aren't inhaling as much as your lungs can handle." The mentors voice remained stern, his eyes piercing. "Take your time, when you've caught your breath we can continue."

Glow / with training party Glow remained close by as they traversed the water, eyes on the young pink cat, but glad to let Thunder take the lead. After all, he was inexperienced compared to the older warrior and though he'd have liked to prove himself a good mentor, he was not willing to jeapordize a good training experience. Perhaps in a way, watching Thunder would give him a better idea how to proceed in the future. As the group broke surface for air, Glow appeared along side them. "For a first time, it was very impressive." he added his own praise to the experienced cat's statements, but politely remained silent for the rest to allow both cats to listen to Thunder's explanation.
Flower / with Wind Flower nodded her understanding, making a mental note of what her mentor had explained. "Okay, Kelp for injuries and a trip to the tidepools." The young cat repeated in assurance that she knew what they were intending to do.

"I'll talk to Dusk, see if we can get a warrior to travel with us. It's a bit dangerous closer to land"she murmured"i'd rather this stay a safe trip no matter what"she said, touching her nose to the apprentice's forehead before making her way towards Dusk's den.

Dusk purred and nodded. "Of course. That's part of what we're here for after all. Let's see what you've got." Once back out, he flipped his attention between watching for danger and keeping an eye on Leaf's technique.
Swoop stuck his tongue out as his sister joined him. "Yea, but I bet I'll catch the first prey." Taking heed of his mentors words, he sucked in from his belly and dove back down to rejoin their deputy and continue on their way to the reef.

Splash quickly took a breath and went under the water, determined not to get shown up from her brother. Her chest was puffed out with the praise from her own mentor, even if she had barely outlasted her brother in the process. She swam with the group, her eyes wandering from side to side as she looked all around. This was her first time seeing so much, the ocean looked so big! She stared with wonder before glancing at her own mentor, she was curious how her and her brother both got such calm mentors, was it because Dusk was worried about the troublemakers? Her eyes widened as she caught her first sight of the reef, it was the most colorful place she had ever seen!
Thunder calmly swam, the group had to swim a bit slower, and the warrior even more so that the apprentices could focus on swimming, exhausting their energy on keeping up would have been a poor decision, one that he had made in his youth with his first apprentice. They not only were dealing with new breath control they were going to attempt to hunt, catching anything would be surprising. Despite the surplus of fish in the reef, maneuvering under the water could be a feat on its own for the younger cats. He signaled to go to the surface, and he swam upwards, this time the deputy joined them, needing to catch her own breath. "I'm going to have Glow catch something while I watch your form. I also want everyone to keep a close eye on the surfaces, its not super common for reef snakes to attack but they are extremely dangerous and deadly to apprentices. Pay very close attention to the way he moves, fish are fast swimmers and there are plenty of holes for them to hide in." He turned his eyes to Glow "if that's alright with you." He knew better than to steamroll over the other mentor, his age was respected and he had mentored plenty of warriors but it would be good for Glow to show off a little too, after all Splash was his apprentice and Thunder respected the title of mentor. It meant Dusk trusted him with the future of their tribe.

Glow's ears perked up as he was addressed, nodding his approval regarding being the first to catch a fish as demonstration. Nervouses prickled at his paws suddenly, though he'd hunted many times before, perhaps being under observation this time the source. "Certainly, Thunder." He responded calmly, far more calmly than he felt on the inside. Honestly, he wasn't sure Dusk had seen in him to earn an apprentice but he would do everything he could to live up to that. Moving smoothly through the water, he settled on the fish he was going to catch and slowed his swimming to avoid detection as he fell into the fish's blind spot. When he felt close enough to the unaware fish, he swooped in at quick speed and sunk his teeth into the salty flesh. Sighing inwardly in some relief that he'd managed fairly well as a demonstration, he swam back to the awaiting cats.

Dusk bit back a chuckle when Leaf started turning sideways. The apprentice's enthusiasm was commendable. "Of course."
Swoop was so fascinated by all the colors and activities of the reef. There were so many fish he'd never seen his tribemates return with. Perhaps they were left alone for a reason? Or maybe they just don't taste as good. Distracted, he almost missed Thunder's signal to head upward. Scrambling to catch up, his whiskers twitched in excitement as his mentor explained what they'd be doing. Ducking his face back into the water, he and the rest of the patrol hung back so as to avoid interfering with Glow's hunt. "That was so cool!" His eyes brightened when the warrior rejoined them with his catch. "The fish never saw you coming. Are we going to do that?" He turned his question to Thunder.

Leaf / Training Party Without hesitating even a moment, Leaf dived back into the water as eagerly as ever and determined to learn quick. One, Two, Tail She repeated to herself, visualizing how Dusk had moved in her head. Initially, her strokes were awkward and lacked coordination, her movements either failing to move her or causing her to tilt as she moved forward clumsily. However, she eventually seemed to get a very bare basics understanding and though far from speeding along, it was progress enough that she was moving forward as she swam.
Flower / Medicine Cat's den Flower nodded her understanding, her tail swishing behind her in minor excitement, as if looking forward to the learning experience that came with gathering herbs. Then again, she'd also just like a chance to get out of the den and get some fresh air. "A good idea." she replied with a calm smile as she followed her mentor to Dusk's den.

(Replying on mobile so if I mess up somewhere I apologize)
Splash watched her mentor with bursting enthusiasm. The pink apprentice was practically vibrating, she probably could have watched his technique a little better but of course it was hard to focus when she was practically buzzing with her joy. When her mentor returned she looked at him with wide eyes "what kind of fish was your first fish? How do you know when to sneak up on them? Do you think I can catch one faster than swoop?" She fired off questions, she wasn't even sure if she would get an answer with how fast she was going but she couldn't stop! This was practically an adventure all on its own!
Thunder looked at Swoop, giving a small nod "you're going to try. Actually catching something would be an accomplishment. I want you to focus on your technique above all else. Fish have blind spots and Glow did a wonderful job playing into them. You also have to keep in mind the movement of the water is something they can feel. Move slow and cautiously, and always keep an eye on your surroundings." The older Tom turned his attention to the water "most of the time the fish will ignore you until you are close, they're a lot faster than us. Get as close as you can without spooking them and then move swiftly."

Glow The black tom couldn't help the amusement that danced across his bright eyes at the apprentices enthusiasm. Glow hardly felt like the impressive mentor that Thunder was, but seeing young Splash so excited did make him feel a bit proud. However, it was true there was no way he could keep up with her rapid fire questioning, chuckling out a soft, "Slow down, one question at a time." He hushed himself as Thunder began to explain the basics of hunting fish, learning the technique was hard enough right away so he had his own doubts the apprentices would be successful right away but with time they'd surely get it. "Many fish also tend to swim in groups, so it's best to look for stragglers or come from behind in cases like that. They all tend to scatter if one is startled." he added to Thunder's explanation before pausing thoughtfully, "Although, experienced hunters can also make use of that chaos -- but that's something for another time."
Flower Flower furrowed her brow in uncertainty before shaking her head, "I was in the den with you all morning, I'm unsure who's still in camp." the young cat admitted in mild frustration, tail drooping behind her. She almost wondered how important it really was for them to have a warrior with them, they wouldn't be going too far after all. "We could check the warriors den, but wouldn't it be okay just to go ourselves? It's not too far away is it?" she inquired innocently, perhaps not full aware of the severity of the dangers.

Dusk watched Leaf's movements critically. Lazy work when one starting led to sloppy swimming as a warrior. Nodding mostly to himself, he noted that she was getting the hang of it. Motioning for her to join him, he started back towards the wrecks of the graveyard. Slowly, he swam under rails, through holes, and around chains. Exaggerating his motions, he hoped Leaf could see how he used his whole body to maneuver through the debris. His paws spread to help him make sharper turns rather than as a means of propelling himself forward; that job was left mostly to his tail. Excited to get started, Swoop nodded. Taking a deep breath, he dove. Once he was under the main part of the reef, he swam closer to a lone fish. Eyes narrowed, he approached from below and swam up as he got closer. And then.. the fish turned. Swoop froze in place, but it was too late. Silver flashed as the fish bolted into the rocks. Instinct took over and Swoop went after it only to knock his head on the coral. Coughing, he stopped himself halfway through inhaling and quickly swam for the surface. Hacking the water out of his mouth, he let out a soft growl of frustration. Of course, Thunder told them it'd be unlikely they caught anything first try, but he still foolishly thought he'd be one to do it. [do we want to have the shark attack soon? >:3 could be interesting if they get back to camp and the med cats are off collecting herbs ]

Flower could barely disquise her frustration but nodded obediently towards her mentor, knowing that Wind likely knew better. It wasn't really fair to demand the slow swimming Medicine Cat to risk her life on a simple herb run if they could find a warrior to accompany them. "Okay, Wind." she replied quietly as she followed the older cat to the Warrior's den.
Leaf immediately swam after Dusk, though her pace was admittedly slower and still baring timing mistakes. Even so, she tried hard to observe her mentor as he swam, though she found herself wondering more and more how he was managing to swim so easily. Nevertheless, as she followed, she tried her best to mimic movements she caught from the larger cat and, though clumsy, felt as though she was starting to understand how motion affected her swimming. She was still far from an adept swimmer, still a bit poor in that regard, but Leaf felt confident that she could practice the techniques she'd seen from memory now or at least figure them out better.

Splash watched Glow with wide eyes, trying to absorb everything he was saying. She nodded, extremely determined to catch something. When she went under the water she watched her brother, she couldn't help but compare herself to him what fun was it without a little sibling rivalry? She laughed as he ran into the coral, quickly regretting it as she inhaled a mouthful of water. She hurried to the surface and sputtered it out, glancing at the warriors in embarrassment before heading back under. The apprentice began stalking a fish, now focused on proving herself. She managed to move well enough, but she struggled finding a blind spot. She refused to give up though, focused on at least learning something.
(I can go ahead and have star initiate it)
Star had been watching carefully, she had rarely come up for air and had been careful to alternate when the two that were on guard would go to the surface. Of course it would be wonderful if this went off without a hitch but being cautious with apprentices was the best course of action. She had been swimming around every couple minutes, keeping her eyes peeled for any danger. She had spotted a sillhoute closer to the surface of the water and she quickly signaled to the others, even if it was nothing it would be unwise to not take heed of the shape. It was still too far to see clearly, they were lucky they were at the reef where visibility was at least decent.
Thunder caught Stars signal quickly and he swam to Swoop, Thunder had always been very fast thanks to his surplus of fins and his rather large tail. He took pride in his agility. He quickly moved himself between the apprentice and the shape Star was staring at, his eyes now concerned. It seemed large even from the distance. He signaled for Swoop to stay close to him. Even if it was nothing, it would be a good lesson for the apprentices to always remain on guard. He glanced at the others, there was a reason for the guards, his sole job was to keep his apprentice safe.
(I have Fire and Wave but I recommend Fire if you guys need a warrior, he's kinda a jerk so I love him more xD )

Swoop was staring at his sister's attempt when he glanced over at his mentor. Was something wrong? As he twisted around in search of what might have made Thunder have Swoop stay close, a feeling of unease prickled at his pelt.
The morning had been a good one. Dusk decided it was time to wrap things up. He nodded his head upwards for Leaf to take a breath if she needed it, then join him. He swam to the side of one of the ships and pawed at the barnacles that clung to it. When Leaf appeared at his side, he slowed down a bit to show her how to hook a claw under its body and scrape it off. Allowing the creature to curl in on itself, he tucked it under one paw. He didn't expect her to bring a whole lot since she'd still need her paws to swim, but he wanted to bring something back to the camp to eat.

Glow Despite his nerves over this whole training session Glow was attentive as ever and, following Thunder's example, swam over in front of his own apprentice, though spooking the fish, he shot the young cat a look of warning and signalled for her to remain behind him. What his confidence may have lacked as a teacher, he did not lack as a warrior and was ready to stare down death for Splash's sake if it came down to it. He only required she listen. Leaf Rushing up to break water, Leaf took in a grateful breath, but eagerly rturned beneath the surface to follow Dusk. If he had another task for her, she was eager to learn, though this whole experience had been more tiring than she expected. Her wide eyes focused carefully on what the much larger cat was doing and once she thought she had it figured out, she joined him in scraping off a few barnacles. With paws as small as hers, she could only collect a few before actually using her paws for swimming became more difficult, looking briefly frustrated as she tried to scrape more off but only fumbled with the paw fulls she already was struggling with. (I'm down with whichever so fire is okay )

Satisfied with their haul, Dusk made his way back to camp. He traveled closer to the surface for the time being since he expected Leaf to need more breaks. It was a long, but productive morning for the young apprentice. Even still, he kept his eyes peeled for any signs of danger.
Back at the entrance to the cave, he ducked under Leaf's body and helped nose her onto the cool floor. It could be a tricky thing to pull yourself up with just one paw. After depositing the barnacles on the fresh kill pile, he flicked his tail. "Grab something to eat and take a break. You did well today." His eyes glowed. She listened far better than he'd expected her to. Selecting a couple clams for himself as well as a barnacle, he carried them over to the breaking ledge. After balancing them edge to edge, he cracked each open with a powerful slap of his paws before settling down to enjoy the meal.

Star swam forward, wanting to get a closer look. When she recognized the shape, it was already close enough to be a problem. Panic shot down her whole body and she had to try and keep herself collected. She gave the signal, never taking her eyes off the much larger predator shark. There wasn't much fighting the big beast, she had heard of much greater sharks further into the depths but the ones she had encountered were frightening enough. The best course of action would for the guards to keep it distracted while the mentors got their apprentices out. Although if the shark was hungry, the apprentices were much slower and needed to stop more, they were going to be more appealing. Probably a good thing the mentors had wedged themselves between the creature and their apprentice. She stayed still, hoping they could get away with just seeing the beast and it would leave them be. Of course, her luck would have it, it turned and began swimming directly to the group.
Thunder caught his deputys signal and his claws unsheathed quickly, how unfortunate a shark would come on their first time out. He turned to Swoop, his eyes serious. Just in case the young tom had not caught the signal he gestured slightly, letting his apprentice know that the apex predator was just ahead. Although scaring the apprentice would do no good, he needed him to be a little scared, and more than anything he needed him to be brave as well. He turned his attention to Glow, signaling that they needed to get their apprentices out as smoothly as possible. After all, if they could get away unseen then that would be ideal. The shark was heading right at them though, it was unlikely this would be a smooth transition.
Splash looked up at her mentor with wide eyes, the way the whole demeanor of the warriors had changed made her extremely fearful. She peaked under his legs, trying to get a look but remaining behind him. When she caught sight of the large shadow she looked to her brother, her face unsure. If they had to run, what if they couldn't? Splash had already been under the water for a while and the sudden excitement had caused her to panic slightly, making her feel like she was almost out of breath. She crouched low, trying not to disturb the water around her.
(also I'm just rping the shark to initiate, anyone is welcome to take that over I'm just guessing lol)
Fire lifted his ears as he heard someone just outside the warriors den. The tom growled in annoyance as he stood up, who could be bothering his sleep. He headed over and when he caught sight of the medicine cat and her apprentice he stood tall, leering down at them with eyes like embers. "What is it?" He looked behind them, wondering if something was going on, did they need a warrior? The tom stared down at them with judging eyes, looking for any signs of weakness. Fire was a respected warrior but mostly for his skills, not for his attitude. He hated weakness, he thought it a plague that needed wiped out.

Swoop's eyes widened when he saw the beast coming towards them. Tucking himself behind his behind, he peered at it as it neared. What would they do? Certainly, they couldn't outswim it. What did a warrior do when they encountered a shark? It would be foolish to fight it, right? So was there some sort of hiding spot the tribe used? His eyes flickered across the reef, desperately hoping to see some sort of hole they could duck into and wait for the monster to pass... [aaand, cue the jaws theme so, Dusk and Leaf have returned to camp, but y'all can continue as you are and we can just split time to make it so that the med cats + Fire left before the two got back. also, potential plots (we can do one or more, or none, or we can stagger them, but these are what i've come up with so far): 1) turtles don't return 2) something happens to the cove/turtle nesting ground 3) trouble with land cats theoretically, all 3 of these points could tie in together if we wanted, but conflict with land cats would require us to make more cats 4) group of apprentices gets swept away by the Whitewater Current and must make their way home 5) trouble with prey With most of these, the main issue would be why it's happened (and by default how to resolve it). Humans could be a good answer, but that would be difficult to resolve considering the cats' abnormalities. I'm open to more ideas of course. And I am hoping to get more people on in the RP before we start any major plots, but I thought that having something planned/on the board might entice more folks to join us so share y'alls ideas/opinions? :3]

Leaf Whether she knew the leader's intentions or not, Leaf was glad for how near the surface was, her tiredness only worsening her need for air. Nevertheless, they eventually made it back to ground and with Dusk's help, the small cat stumbled back onto land with a relieved sigh. She followed his lead and deposited the barnacles in the freshkill pile, immediately stretching out her well-used leg muscles and feeling relieved all four paws were free again. However, some energy seemed to return to the young cat, eyes brightening over the praise she had received. "Thank you! I'll try hard next time too!" she replied enthusiastically before the leader departed with his meal. Searching the Freshkill pile, she eventually found a fish, hooking her claws under its scaley surface and dragging it from beneath the more hardshelled prey. After all that hard work, and with less strength than a larger cat, she didn't really want to argue with anything that put up a fight to eat. Picking it up in her jaws, she padded over to an open spot outside the apprentice's den and settled in to eat. Glow Every muscle on that warrior's body was rigid as his attention remained heightened, eyes swaying from the threat to the guards and Thunder, waiting for the sign to move. He knew that the apprentices would go slower and need air, and he couldn't help but worry that this fright might induce panic in the young cats. Panic that could only worsen their lung capacity and swimming technique. He gently pressed against Splash, both in an attempt to calm her and to better shield the cat and gesture towards their escape path as he glanced with a flash of desperation towards Thunder. He knew they had to get out of here, but the shark had already seen them, could they outswim it? Maybe if they could distract it... Flower Initially taken a back by the Warrior's aggressiveness, Flower stared up wide-eyed, rather impressed her mentor had remained unflinching against Fire's rudeness. After all, a cat not respecting the Medicine Cats was unusual at best, not that she was wholly unaware that Fire was... not pleasant to put it lightly. He wasn't sure he respected anyone. Once she'd recovered, however, she puffed her chest and stared defiantly back up at the tom, though remained silent. After all, Wind was already telling him what their need was and Flower had no desire to speak words with the imposing warrior. [1, 2, and 5 could possibly be smashed together in an invasive species plotline too, like a predator that's disturbing the nesting grounds and eating everything. If you wanted to bring 3 in as well, the invasive species could be land cats dumped off nearby that are causing havoc, but there are plenty of things that could disturb turtles and monch all the fishies. I like all the plots though ]

Fire stared at them for a moment longer before he stretched, getting off any of his slumber that remained. "Alright. You won't find a better warrior around." The tom lumbered past them. Despite his annoyance, it was true a warrior accompanying them was a smarter decision, they would be carrying herbs. He looked at the cool water at the exit to their camp, it would be nice to go for a swim anyways, he always appreciated the cool water on his sleek fur.
Star quickly took action as the shark made its way to the group of cats, she knew sharks were not very agile in their turns, her only advantage. Getting away would be a far more difficult task then keeping it distracted. She made as much movement in the water a she could, trying to get the beasts attention to her. Her heart pounded in her chest but she remained fixated. Thunder and Glow would get their apprentices out, it was her job to keep it occupied.
Splash felt her lungs burning, she glanced at her mentor once more, would going to the surface cause it to chase her? There was no way she could get out without getting a breath! She felt frozen in place though, what was the answer? As the shark got closer she felt her fear paralyze her even more, it was so big! It could tear her in half with just a nibble! Or it felt like it at least. She wanted to hide back in her den in that moment, her lungs were on fire now as she signaled to Glow that she needed to breathe.
Thunder stared at the shark, then turned and looked to Swoop. His apprentice wasn't nearly fast enough for this, he hoped the others could keep it distracted. He quickly signaled for the younger apprentice to move, but slowly. Disturbing the water would cause the shark to draw its attention to them, and that was the last thing that they wanted. He would have to keep one eye on the shark at all times. They should have drilled it more into the apprentices brain. He scolded himself for not preparing for this outcome.
(so what do we want to happen here 0-0 I just wanna check before jumping to anything I like that honestly, and I have a cat making problem so I could make at least 2 more if I had to but then I gotta call it on that lol! )
