Neason and Searc's dad dies and everyone celebrates. One of Alastair's siblings gets killed? Yup, pretty awful. Especially because everyone else in that village was already dead

Good thing Yanser isn't one of our Houses characters, they'd mistake our beastkin for birds. And Megumi and Néo would not be happy about it. Sure, better than being called a human but still, what the hell dude

Sounds lovely xD Makes our baddie squad even more entertaining. And yup, those who suspect it will keep quiet because they figure Kerah and Ajax must have their reasons for keeping it hidden. And makes sense, the bird wanting to sell that ring. Same reason why Praxar's bandits want to defend their ring. Most people probably won't know those are emblem rings but they can see how valuable they look. So having multiple people who have nothing to do with the ongoing conflict still go after the rings works pretty well. Great, now we have a gang of bandits in Solm who found a ring and now a bird in Brodia who also gets in the way of our good guys. Also makes things more difficult for both sides, now some unrelated third parties are also trying to get some of the rings

omg yes, just the squad insisting on paying a visit to Ralston's family so they can ask his mom for a special leash for him. And true, we do have anti laguz weapons. While the canon ones "only" deal extra damage to laguz and don't change them back we can still have that as an additional effect. Or make extra weapons for that. And maybe make a staff that allows the caster to forcibly change the form of a laguz for one turn. Because right now we only have weapons and tomes that are effective against them but no staves. Also, instead of mages having to use multiple tomes let them just have one where they write down all their spells. Because having them constantly switch tomes during battle is a pain to write xD Same for staff users, let them just have one staff that they use for their spells

Yup, they just pick the one Nekosh is the least opposed to. Man, I love how weird our two idiots are. Especially because it makes them look incompetent even though neither of them should be underestimated in battle. Fiore might be a show-off and an idiot and they sometimes waste time by taunting their opponents but they are good in combat, especially at throwing knives. Kid's gonna make their former wolf partner pay for betraying the fell followers. Same goes for Dalvani once she too joins the good guys

As for Rossi, if she gets to stay at the monastery until the agarthans are defeated she doesn't just have to look out for her brothers if she were mean to Luz. Their classmates, some of the other students and Néo won't take kindly to that either

And yea, the bird just being part of another damn bandit group sounds more fun because yes, our two groups don't only have to deal with each other anymore, now they have to assume that some more bandit gangs out there might find a hidden ring. And since only Ralston and Ivora can summon the emblems of those rings the bandits also don't have to pass a test, they only want to take the ring and sell it, not ask for its power that they don't even know about. But yeah "Wow, that's the second group of bandits that has found a ring. Whoever hid them must have picked the worst places ever. Who on earth thought this was a good idea?" just don't have Ralston ask this because the only right answer is "your mom" and might get mistaken for a lame joke

Yea, his mom could totally make a leash like that. Just infused it with some magic that suppresses Ralston's dragon powers so he can't transform. She knows how naive her son is after all and that he might have to be stopped from following some shady guys xD But yeah, imagine those who are excited to see the fabled dragon child only to see this. Must be a sight to behold. It's just the opposite of dignified xD

Yikes, she's absolutely nuts xD But still not too weird for this team since Fiore isn't the sanest either. They have a bit of a sadistic streak and might just torture an enemy with their daggers instead of just simply killing them. And nice, since Levia will be out for Dalvani's blood Fiore might just decide to leave that traitor to her while they focus on wolf boy. So both of them now have an arch nemesis among the good guys
Yea, if only xD Whatever his story is, it's not as cool and glamorous as the history books say. I bet this poor little crybaby was forced into the role of some sort of leader, maybe even general, despite his parents knowing he's not cut out for this. But since the whole family is made up of respected and strong warriors it's just expected of him, whether he likes it or not

Even those who aren't taken in by her cuteness will still step in because she's a little kid and just allowing someone to bully her would be absolutely demonic

Keep them away from demonic beasts too. Aside from the Giant Birds because it would be fascinating to see if Yanser could identify them

Yup, it'll take a bit for the squad to actually notice. Especially once they have Tahvo's emblem ring because of how affectionate the wolf is with his close ones. This wolfboy just blurs the lines between what's commonly seen as platonic and romantic xD Eventually the squad is like "Okay, what Kerah and Ajax have going on doesn't necessarily have to be romantic but it's very very  likely. Still none of our business if they don't want to tell us"
Depending on which ring the bandits get it might try to talk to them. If they can actually hear it. Still not gonna make them afraid enough to just leave the ring, it only makes it more valuable to them. Because wow, a talking ring! Though if it's Lara she'd be constantly mocking them or make bad jokes to the point where the bandits almost regret having ever found this ring xD And of course Ralston would defend those hiding places and hey, he might even be right about it. It seemed like a good idea back then and even though the Divine Dragon actually considered how the terrain might change over time maybe some unexpected landslide or something happened that changed it more than it normally would have

Just this once she might even get in on the joke and say he better because she'd totally tell Ajax if he cheated on them and also that she doesn't think she'd enjoy pounding guys quite as much, especially with so many lovely girls in this army

Might make bad decisions sometimes because of it but still fun to watch when they refuse to get an easy kill just because they'd rather watch their foe suffer. And yes, our two idiots focusing so much on the traitors like Team Rocket is fixated on capturing the electric mouse. Nice xD Fiore is really lucky that their wolf girl is part of Fáelán's former tribe so she too will want to fight him. So they don't even have to ask her if they could go and attack wolf boy. "Oh boy, I can't wait to test those new daggers on him! I'm so gonna make him squeal and writhe in agony this time! Don't you just love how much pain you can inflict with even just one small cut? Because I sure do! Man, the last person I tried this technique on thought I set their bones on fire!" And while Enya will be a little disturbed by this she'd still agree because sure, why not
Yes, this is perfect! And hey, maybe he does get his flower shop at the end. Had to change his appearance and take up a new identity though and leave Brodia because his parents disowned him for not being like the rest of the family. But to uphold the lie of this super great warrior they were "nice" enough to let him fake his death

The students being both impressed and disturbed by it. And bewildered because Yanser can identify those birds no problem but gets confused about Giant Wolves, Giant Crawlers and any transformed beasts. But since we're already imagining this idiot in the Houses world, would Searc's ravens like Yanser or not?

Meanwhile Tahvo is one of the few who know for sure about the nature of Ajax and Kerah's relationship but still keeps quiet if anyone were to ask him. He's not gonna betray his buddy Kerah by revealing something he and the dragon are clearly trying to keep hidden. All he'll say about it is "If they're not dating you're only making things awkward for them by pestering them about it. And if they are dating it's still none of your business so butt out, aight?" And wow, only realizing this now but being an emblem really sucks for this wolf boy. Geez, I just had to pick my most affectionate Houses OC for this. Dude loves hugs and cuddles and stuff but as an emblem he can't do any of those as he'd just phase right through the other person xD
I think we listed her as the hidden ring in Solm and since the royal family only knows about two rings (the one in the palace and the one in those ruins) the squad won't even know where to find it so a group of bandits finding it first works perfectly. Could be Praxar's gang or the bird's group. Either way it would be fun to have her insult them. I guess Praxar makes more sense unless they know about the ring in the ruins (maybe because Vigran told them when they were still friends). And the bird could find a different hidden ring (Elusia or Firene since I want Tahvo to be part of our squad relatively early on and shortly before Astor joins and she's from Brodia, where his ring is hidden). Or we just have both bandit groups find a ring in Solm. One gets the hidden ring the royal family knows about (we haven't decided who that would be yet) and the other gets the secret hidden ring (Lara). Makes it kinda fun because now we have two traumatizing battles in a row in Solm. And yup, Ralston not having the best arguments for defending his mom's decisions but still being right because yup, there are good reasons

Nice xD Ronera would not even get mad about this but probably slightly nervous. She'd try to keep it ambiguous but it'd still be obvious there is a girl she likes. Kerah can try and figure it out with some more questions while still being respectful enough to not make it too embarrassing for her. Might finish it with jokingly encouraging her to just go talk to her crush because surely it can't be that hard for someone who's "usually very straightforward with her desires" or something xD
Yup, that kinda works! This is what having to deal with Ralston is like! In a way it could also fit Neason and Calais, though the latter would at least know which way is north. Would still not make them any less lost though xD

Yea, Jason just can't compare, even among the other spies. And I can totally see how Levia is worse than Schuyler. As for my other agarthan, Fiore is worse than him too. They have nothing in common with Nereus. They both want to prove themselves but for Nereus it's because he thinks the others are judging him for his grandfather who betrayed the agarthans and for Fiore it's just them wanting to be acknowledged and appreciated by the Fell Dragon. And man, Nekosh really can't catch a break. Even when they don't have to deal with both idiots (since they have different targets in battle) Levia is still more than enough on her own
Yes, after all the shit he had to deal with against his will he deserves this. But before that? We can dump so much bad stuff on him xD

Exactly! Besides, it's supposed to be a safe place for kids. Well, not counting when they go on missions but the professors an knights are keeping an eye on them so most of the time it's still fine. And that's also only for students and squires and anyone else who wants to be part of it, but no one under 15. Everyone younger than that will just have a nice place to stay, either temporarily or it's outright a new home for them. And that means no going on missions, being kept away from any dangers like bad guys attacking the monastery and having the adults or older kids step in when someone is being a bully. Fail to do so and you'll be tied to a training dummy for the next week. Ignore the bullying again and get the hell out of our monastery

They really would, especially the Deer. As if they weren't chaotic enough already xD Or Yanser wants to join the Eagles because of the name. But the Deer have Searc and his ravens. Hm, tough choice. And yes to calling the agarthans birds. They'd get sooo offended. They already consider humans to be beneath them and being mistaken for one would be a huge insult. Being called a bird? Even worse

True, he can hug the other emblems. And he could also be affectionate to the squad if he's engaged to someone and they are okay with that. "Hey, can we hug some of the others? And high five those dorks over there?" xD

Yea, Neason would definitely get lost after chasing a squirrel. No one would even question it, not even why he was chasing that squirrel in the first place. It's just something no one would be surprised about

Yes, Neason gets to train with the modified training dummy! Though some of the others might ask to join as well. Definitely Néo because anyone who bullies Luz or allows someone to be mean to her is on his shitlist. As for the students, pretty much all of them would want to have a go too but I'm gonna limit it to those who have younger siblings they care about and therefore would be especially against those jerks. So only Agnar, Vincent and Natalie but for the two Eagles I'm not sure if they'd actually do it. They might though as long as no one will tell their parents. Oh, their families wouldn't actually be super against it but they think as Great Nobles those two should pick some more dignified way to humiliate the meanies xD Hm. Konstantin is also an older sibling but as a professor he can't just use people as training dummies, that wouldn't be right. This training practice is supposed to be for the students and squires, after all. Nothing says he can't tie them to the dummies though so yeah, he gets to be part of this as well xD

My Eagles would prefer to stay in that house but sure, there has to be someone in that class xD That's what the npcs are for, so we can imagine those fun new scenarios! Let one of them switch houses with Yanser. And keep that idiot away from the stables because just like Elyos Fódlan also has horses, pegasi and wyverns and this dork would still think they're birds. Vincent would patiently keep trying to explain that no, Tsisana is a wyvern, not a bird. And his classmates will wonder how he doesn't lose his mind with Yanser. Meanwhile Callan would try a few times before giving up and just nodding and grumbling a "Yeah, sure, whatever" whenever Yanser calls Zephyr a bird. And yikes, the agarthans taking Yanser too xD They won't need their blood but test subjects to see if what they have is enough to create artificial beastkin are always welcome. But oof, poor Searc. Shit, hadn't thought of that xD Maybe we can have the crows as a potential bond ring, even if we never use that mechanic

Yes, best raven is also being best engage partner! Kerah and Tahvo already misuse this engage thing so raven boy can howl and to experiment to see if they can turn into a winged wolfskin so what's one more thing? The rest of the squad will just eventually get used to the fact that this duo doesn't only use this stuff for combat only. Besides, staying engaged for a bit longer to let the wolfboy hug his teammates is hardly anything to get upset about
Yes, she'll get on foxy's nerves! And the other bandits will get made fun of too! Bonus points if some of our characters, like Kerah and maybe Ronera, pretend they can't hear the ring and act like the bandits are crazy. Also Tahvo emerging next to Kerah and playing along, just agreeing with the others "Yeah, you should get that checked out. I don't think hearing voices is a good sign". And right afterwards Lara chimes in again and agrees with wolfboy "Yeah, are you guys okay? Geez, get your shit together, you're the most feared bandits here, I can't have y'all start hallucinating on me"

Nice, Kerah just thinking up a whole plan to confess and Ajax just walks over before he can put it into action and asks him out xD But yeah, makes sense that Kerah understands all that. Great of him being supportive and kind of helping out in his own way. And by the time anyone is thinking about asking someone out they know the raven well enough to know how he means it when he's trying to get them to confess in a teasing manner

That would be Garland Moon ^^ Guardian Moon is where Akakios (as Julius) traumatizes Neason by faking his death and Searc almost gets himself killed so no squirrels there please, we can't have funny things for that mission xD But yeah, imagine this idiot running off to chase a squirrel during the mission where they do stuff for Desai. And he still thinks Neason is the best, how dare Searc step in!

Yea, Searc would probably murder them so he can join Konstantin in just tying them up. And now we have another thing that might get brought up during the professors roast session because now I think Konstantin totally tied someone to a training dummy back when he was still a student. Either his classmate Elouan when he was still insufferable and obnoxious or the Golden Deer house leader when he too was still a jerk. One more reason for this guy to avoid the Lions, at least until he becomes nicer xD

I wonder how the others who also have a riding animal would react. I already said how those with wyverns would deal with Yanser. As for those with horses, Jasmine would keep trying to explain that her buddy Hephaestus is a horse and not a bird and each time she'd become more annoyed because surely no one can be this stupid. Nora would think it's kind of funny but will also always correct them. Meanwhile her horse Danya gets offended and will make a point of always turning her back on Yanser whenever this idiot visits the stables. Just pretends they don't even exist. Natalie will try to be patient and will always be polite but she'll definitely wonder how this idiot got accepted because surely Yanser is too stupid for school. And yes, the agarthans just use them as test subject because no one calls them birds and gets away with it. And in Yanser's case they don't even care whether or not it even works, they only want them to suffer. And man, still no good, Neason just ruins everything xD

Yup, they shouldn't have given him a ring but then again Ralston is the once who has the final say on who gets which ring and it's not surprising that he'd trust Kerah with it. He'd probably even decide to let Fáelán have the ring he took from the baddies even right after joining because this divine dragon kid just trusts everyone. But yeah, not like Kerah and Tahvo are doing anything bad. The worst they do is try to confuse Yanser
Eventually Praxar shoves the ring onto someone else but that only means Lara will focus on another bandit. Let the fox retraumatize Vigran in peace xD But those bandits really brought this upon themselves. They should have left the ring where it was when they found it. You'd think a ring responding to their "Wow guys, there's a pretty valuable ring here!" with stuff like "And a damn good-looking one too if I'd say so myself!" would tip them off that this is not a normal ring and that they won't have any peace and quiet once they take it

Yup, even if it's a little annoying to them they won't hate it. Ronera just playing along sometimes and Marceau laughing at his comments about Firene while jokingly insulting Brodia in return. Will take a while to get there, especially for the latter because of how defensive he is of Firene but yup, Kerah's teasing will eventually get accepted and even enjoyed
Yea, I can see how their names could get mixed up. But no take backs, these are the months we picked for those events xD But man, having Neason actually get distracted towards the end of the mission would be harsh but also probably something that could happen. Dude leads his class incredible well, Searc is just focusing on doing his job by protecting his brother and everyone else does their thing too. Maybe some of the commoners are following Searc's example and keep their noble classmates safe. So Desai can say that while there are too many commoners in this class at least they know their place. Everything goes incredibly well and then Neason just gets distracted and Searc ends up killing more bandits than him and thus outshining him. Or he actually manages to stay focused and does a good job as a leader from start to finish but somehow still kills less bandits than Searc. So yeah, we can have Neason chase a squirrel or something, it would still work xD

A clumsy and wimpy guy gets to lead an army and they even follow him and his orders. That's pretty impressive and he should be grateful for this. Every Brodian dreams of fighting for glory and showing off their power. And everyone there would wish for a high position like that. Also, having such great warriors follow you despite being not the most capable? Pretty damn awesome, be thankful, man!

Ambrose being great but man, Schuyler must hate it so much xD And yea, Elara eventually accepting that they call her pegasus a bird makes sense, I doubt she'd want to argue about it. And yup, no one understanding how on earth Yanser got accepted. Hopefully no one thinks this idiot is a spy because "no way someone is this dumb and managed to live this long. This has to be an act." And aww, Neason trying to come up with a solution to this. It probably won't work but Searc can appreciate him for trying

Not just being idiots but also encouraging others to engage outside of battle too because hey, it's fun and a great way to bond with your emblem! And yea, Ralston being too trusting but also kind of having a point. Fáelán and the ring he traveled with will definitely trust each other and would make a good team. And while he never got to team up with any emblems before because no way the followers would have trusted him with that he's seen the other followers use their emblems in battle and knows what they can do. Hey, some valuable information for our good guys!
Praxar has to dump the ring on someone else before traumatizing Vigran because we can't have our comedians kill the mood xD They can still bully the other bandits for a while though and they will drive them insane with their teasing and bad jokes. So part of the group will have a blast dealing with those poor bandits while Vigran and their lynx get put through hell xD

Even those who still don't like it will have to admit that it's kind of impressive how he keeps finding stuff to tease them for and will also acknowledge that he may be annoying but he's not a jerk, he is careful not to pick something that would be hurtful to them after all
That could work xD Neason just wanting to make sure some innocent squirrel doesn't get hurt or killed and Searc having to save his idiot brother. And Desai not liking it one bit because how dare this useless kid of his kill more bandits than Neason! While ignoring how this idiot got distracted like that or even praising him for it. And yup, other Deer following Searc's example of keeping their leader safe and also extending this to the other nobles in the class. Both because they care and because they know (with what Neason told them) it would please Desai, seeing a bunch of commoners protecting the so much more valuable nobles

Yea, and not just our crazy ones. Even the... more normal ones will get teased by this raven. And they all hate him for it xD No matter what they do, no matter how normal they are, Kerah will still find a reason to call them kinky
They only do this because they care. They don't want their son to be shamed for not being like his family, they just want what's best for him. Sure, it's mostly about the reputation as family of Brodia's best warriors but that should be your priority too, my dude

We really do xD Even if it's just something minor. Can't have only the other two being made fun of. And yup, Deer leader learning once again that he shouldn't be a jerk. Insulting other nobles for not meeting your standards and acting like you're superior to everyone else is not how you make friends. Even the few he does approve of are disgusted that they meet his standards. And yes, let's have that knight still be at the monastery. Good thing he didn't see Imrie throw Luca in the pond. He definitely heard about it and probably glares at her every time he sees her. And at Luca too because it's kinda his fault she threw him. So yea, let the students find out that he hates it when people misuse the fishing pond as a swimming pool. Either they find out during the roast session or Konstantin even hints at it before that because he knows at least some of the kids would break that rule. One of the few times where he secretly encourages bad behavior xD And yes, Searc gets to make the jerks suffer even without a weapon. Still needs to be watched when he's tying them to the dummies because we can't have him strangle them xD

Really sucks for our agarthans having to blend in and playing their roles. But yea, everyone just waiting for Yanser to reveal that they're a spy too, some even saying it's super obvious and that they picked a really bad actor for this. And slowly realizing that nope, birdbrain really is no agarthan spy, it's not an act, they're actually that stupid. Searc just can't have nice things, no crows for him sadly. But yea it's nice of Neason to try and come up with something. Sometimes the idiot does have good ideas. Even if they still don't work

Kerah and Tahvo just gaining bond levels by being idiots while everyone else takes a much longer time to level up their engage skills because they think they can only do so in battle. And yup, just one more thing Fáelán has to offer when joining the good guys. Still takes most of the squad some time to trust him but finding out that he's telling the truth about those other emblems and their skills will definitely help. They still think Ralston needs to be watched when talking to strangers though because while he was right this time doesn't mean he's not naive
I think it starts out with lighthearted stuff and over the course of the battle the jokes and insults become more and more meanspirited, just to show that our jokesters really don't like those assholes xD Also to not make Vigran and Zinara feel like their friends (and the ring they try to take from the bandits) don't take this seriously. They're upset enough as it is so better not add to that by making them think no one cares xD

Indeed, he's a good bird. And that would be interesting, him sharing some sensitive things about himself if he ever does accidentally tease the others about something he shouldn't have made fun of. And yup, the baddies better don't decide to capture him because they'd either kill him after one day or just release him just so they don't have to put up with him anymore
That, or he thinks that it's only right that those commoners do better because in his mind nobles shouldn't have to put in any effort when working with commoners. They only aren't allowed to outshine Neason. But even if they do better than him he can have the 'make the commoners feel like they're worth something' excuse, Neason was totally holding back to make them feel good about themselves. Man, his boy is just so nice. Only Searc isn't allowed to do better than Neason because that's a crime

Yea, you don't know if you might like it. Just because you cry at the thought of violence and are so clumsy in battle you trip after every few steps doesn't mean you should just throw everything away, just give it one more chance and try to get used to it!

Also, I just realized since Maéva is a princess of Firene and only lives in Elusia since she was six she probably knows where the ring is that the royal family knows about. So that's probably one ring our baddies get. Our good squad gets the one from the castle and maybe the secret hidden one no one knew about. Also them not even bothering going to the known hiding place because there have been reports of some Followers having been seen around that area and the queen and king suspecting that the baddies have already found the ring there. So instead the squad gets tasked with looking for the other hidden ring. And of course at this point no one knows how the baddies knew where to find that one ring, they probably just think that the baddies were lucky or had some spies. Later though the fact that the baddies knew about the hiding place becomes another hint for Marceau for figuring out who this Jarún person is

Old Golden Deer leader would have been horrified. At the start of the year he admired Desai, thinking he's what every noble should be and wished his own father (who's also a douchebag but not quite as bad as Desai) would be more like him. So being in the same house as Neason would be amazing for him but it's Neason. He'd find it hard to believe that this idiot really is Desai's son. Elouan would also be horrified and he'd be grateful that his own classmates are at least not this chaotic. And he'd try to keep him away from Yana and Takuto because those two would gladly go along with any of Neason's plans. Meanwhile Alyosha is more than happy to accept Neason in his group of friends. Also, the Mean Deer would outright stop trying to bully anyone because now there's two battle obsessed maniacs running around who don't put up with his shit. But yeah, in our actual time line Searc just gets to tie up some jerks with the Lions professor. While everyone else is not even at the halfway point those two have already maxed out their bond rank xD As for the Elusian emblem, not sure yet. Technically it doesn't even have to be a ring from there, Fáelán could just grab one of the other rings they found. Only when the others aren't wearing those rings all the time. They'd still store them in different places so if something goes wrong and someone tries to steal them the thief can't steal all at once. But I do like the thought of wolfboy taking one of Elusia's rings. Either the one from the castle (with some help from one of those who also dislike the fell dragon) or the hidden one (maybe shortly after the baddies found it and haven't used it much yet). If it's the hidden one it would be pretty funny, Orryn just keeps reprimanding Fáelán for his atrocious self-care habits. Wolfboy just trying to get as much distance between them and Elusia as possible after stealing the ring, taking difficult routes to make it harder for anyone to track them and only taking very short breaks during the day and running the whole night to make extra sure no one can catch up to them and the ring just keeps chiding him for it despite agreeing that it's probably necessary xD And yup, everyone keep an eye on Ralston and make sure he doesn't forget that you can never be sure if someone is trustworthy or not, especially with the Fell Followers on the rise
Yup, just their normal teasing, mocking and bad jokes at first but the more they see of what Praxar is doing the less funnier those become. Also Lara being a bit awkward around Vigran and Zinara at first after the battle because she feels bad for pretty much being the reason why the squad had to fight the bandits in the first place

Yea, that would be Vincent. He's not gonna like it but that's life. They've proven their strength and passed his test so he has to put up with them now, whether he likes it or not. And yup, the twins (the ring kept in the castle) and the secret hidden ring (which will test them first) will be taken by the good guys. But yea, known hidden ring goes to the baddies. At first it doesn't mean much, the squad just thinks someone must have told the baddies about the hiding place but later when Marceau is trying to put together the information he has about Jarún it becomes another valuable clue. Also, Fáelán knows what she looks like with her cloak's hood down and without her mask and once he joins the good guys he might notice some similarities between Jarún and Marceau but is hesitant to point it out, even when being asked for information about her. Which kind of becomes another hint because Marceau definitely notices how Fáelán keeps looking at him sometimes and how he's trying to evade his questions. That way it becomes clear to him that there really is a connection between him and Jarún and that it has to be a visible one because wolfboy is disliked by the fell followers and therefore isn't told anything about their lifestories and secrets yet he still seems to know something. Probably one of the biggest hints that allows him to figure this out

Yea, old deer leader was disliked for a reason xD But he eventually realizes that this isn't how any respectable noble should behave. Dude gets to be around people who prove his beliefs about commoners and nobles wrong, has the most patient professor in the world (seriously, being one of plant dad's students definitely contributed to his change in attitude), realizes he's not as great as he thinks he is when picking fights with the wrong people and even befriends some commoners and students from the other two houses. Too bad one of this friends is that Black Eagle commoner kid who died during the assassin attack. And he really hates how the church demands that everyone keeps quiet about it because he's sure that if one of the nobles had died instead they would not cover it up with a lie on how they died. But hey, at least this makes him want to be a good noble who doesn't treat his commoners as lesser people

The others eventually deciding to give it a try and bond with their emblems for other purposes than just combat because they can see the results with Kerah and Tahvo. And yeah, if it's Orryn there will be times when Fáelán almost regrets having taken his ring because this guy just won't stop commenting on any of this xD

Still don't have the power to go against those guys but making it clear they don't like being here xD The Followers just being their crazy selves and their emblems just giving the good guys a "Oh man, this is so embarrassing, please don't judge me, I don't even know those guys" look. Oh, don't feel bad for wolfboy yet xD Marceau won't go too hard on him when he tries to get some information from him because he knows getting to the bottom of this isn't really relevant to their cause and also because he somewhat fears what he might find out. And wolfboy will eventually tell him his observation when he sees how much this is bothering him and how this guy tries to figure things out. By that time Marceau already suspects that Jarún could be Maéva but it'd still be nice for him to have something to more or less confirm his suspicion or at least make it more likely

But to still be mean to the wolfer I might have him leave the squad for a while. Both groups find a hidden ring and fight over it but eventually the good guys are forced to retreat because suddenly some reinforcements for the baddies show up. To get away the good guys even briefly split up and regroup a bit later but Fáelán is afraid that they might think he had something to do with the baddies winning this round so he just doesn't appear when the squad regroups. Instead he chases after the baddies to get that ring they just got, swearing he won't go back to Ralston and the others unless he succeeds because he's convinced that's the only way they'd still accept him. Eventually both groups hear about another ring and the good guys get there first and prove themselves to the emblem. The baddies try to get there too and send a group that is supposed to swoop in, making Ralston's squad fight them too during the emblem's test. Fáelán, who's still tracking them, steps in before the baddies can try that and attacks them. Since the group the baddies sent for this mainly consists of wolf laguz from wolfboy's old tribe they even stop their advance and decide to fight this much despised traitor. Our good guys can chase them off after getting their new emblem ring and hearing the commotion outside because what the hell you crazy mutts, get away from our wolfboy

Yup, plant dad being best dad as always. Old deer leader still has a bit of an ego and can be a bit of a jerk but most of the time he just saves the latter for those who deserve it. He still wouldn't call himself 'nice' but he's definitely become a good guy and hates corrupt nobles. With a noble they would have claimed it happened on a mission and that they died a hero. A commoner though? Eh, they couldn't get accustomed to the tough training and ran away. And about time the others try this too. Don't just use your emblems for battle, guys, maybe they wanna have fun too! And yup, as much of a hypocrite Orryn is sometimes he's still got a point. Until Fáelán catches up with Ralston's squad he just lives on fish, other small prey and berries. Can't catch anything bigger than that because he'd either have to drag what's left of it around and it would slow him down or he just leaves it behind and anyone could tell a wolf ate from it. So yeah, wolfboy might remember to eat but none of it counts as a filling meal

Yea, something like that. They can talk but since they've been summoned by the fell child's power they have no real will of their own and show no emotion. Look, I just wanna have Tahvo and Lara tease Vincent, telling him that red isn't his color and how ridiculous he looks right now and then pout how he's no fun when all he does is stare at them and repeat the same cultist garbage over and over again, and that those lame one liners aren't witty and clever at all
And yup, Marceau might be a bit more harsh with him at first (because he's definitely one of those who'll be suspicious of wolfboy at the beginning), but never when asking him about his former allies. Also, Orion will also want to ask Fáelán some stuff. Mainly if his dad Taryal really is a Fell Follower and, if wolfboy does know him, how he's doing. And he's one of those who'll be accepting and nice to the wolf from the start

During the time he's tracking the baddies some might suspect him and think they were right about him all along and that he betrayed them (since he ran off without telling anyone) but those who have bonded with him a little could figure out that he left because he thinks they might blame him for the outcome of the recent mission and that he believes he is no longer welcome. So I guess both Fáelán and those who were still suspicious of him will be proven wrong. Wolfboy shows he's really on the good guys' side by stopping those other wolf laguz from ambushing them while they're busy with the emblem's trial and the squad shows he's one of them by saving him from those lunatics. Bonus points if one of the usually nice or quiet ones or even one of those who were the most vocal about their suspicions about Fáelán get absolutely livid upon arriving at that battle because how dare you do this to someone from you own tribe and you guys better **** off if you know what's good for you, we're the wolfboy's family now

Yes, having someone of the good guys discovering that book would be amazing! The squad sends a small team to sneak around Elusia and they somehow get their hands on some old history books, hoping to find something about the beginnings of their Fell Dragon cult and stuff. And then they find those weird notes in almost all books, correcting those old accounts of important events. Wondering what other truths may be hidden they grab some more books and there they find some not so flattering notes about Brodia's super awesome hero xD

Yea, you guys only fought him once and then when he joined you he just so happened to show up shortly after Ivora tricked the squad! No need to be mean to him, guys! Most of my characters will be at least somewhat nice though. Sure, they'll be still wary of him and keep an eye on him but I think the only outright hostile one will be Astor. Marceau too at first but he'll be nicer after seeing how genuinely timid and uncomfortable the wolf is around the squad. He still won't trust him for a while but he's willing to give him a chance

Nice, some who will be welcoming from the start! As for mine, I think Kirat would be the most suspicious of him alongside Astor and Marceau. He won't be as hostile as the hawk but also won't try to be nice like the prince. While he's usually naive he dislikes and distrusts anyone who he knows is an Elusian or a bandit and he'll make it clear that he only tolerates Fáelán because Ralston and the royals do. Meanwhile Maylis trusts him right away but the squad probably doesn't know yet that she's a great judge of character so while it could be a hint to him being trustworthy most won't see it as one yet. Calais accepts him and no one knows whether they trust wolfboy or not and if asked they just don't give clear answers, sometimes sounding like they trust him and other times like they don't. Zinara, while being suspicious of him, will be very friendly to him and try to make him feel less uneasy around the squad. Probably one of the nicest alongside Orion. Ronera is also suspicious of him and will let him know it. She'll try to always keep an eye on him and also tell him he better not try anything funny but other than that she won't be entirely unfriendly. Bijou is also a bit wary of him at first but won't let that stop him from pestering him about the island he's originally from and Elusia since this snow leopard is always eager to learn about other cultures. So yea, he'll be very excited around the wolf

Yea, he'll give his ring back, even if it's just before the squad gets tested. Can't keep those mutts busy while still having it, he knows he can't win and that they'd take the ring so better play it safe and just give it back to the good guys. And yup, there's a lot he has to say to his tribe and none of it will be flattering. Wolfboy's gonna throw all his pent up negative emotions at them and he's not gonna mince words. Also yea, they better be ready the next time they meet the squad.
