Cloudsight-Garden of Herbs-Rainsong

Cloudsight soon finished with gathering what he could and managed a decent amount collected. He was worried for the missing leader, and with no contact with Starclan he couldn't even get guidance or even any hint where she could be. They couldn't even have Brambleheart take over as Bramblestar. Shaking out his fur he picked up the pile carefully into his mouth. He padded carefully at the ground to make sure that he might have everything. His ear pulling back a bit.





Crestfoot-Camp-Shoalpaw, Azaleapaw and Murkypaw

"I was wondering if you were up for it if I could snag Murkypaw to do some training with Shoalpaw," Crestfoot said, with a small flick of his tail. "If not that is okay and we can ask around before we head out." In the end it probably wouldn't matter if it was just him and Shoalpaw but it wouldn't hurt to ask apprentices if they wanted to go out and train with the two of them. Crestfoot glanced around briefly around the camp, to see what other apprentices he might spot, in case Murkypaw declined.

Brambleheart rolled his eyes at the warrior. Refocusing on his task, he looked around and called, "Hailflurry, Lynxpaw. Um. Echobranch! Could you guys do a patrol with me?" Brambleheart hoped that he might be able to patrol without a commotion.

Saltfur | Camp | Mostly Brambleheart but free to anybody else

Saltfur lay in the shade of the camp, her eyes narrowed and her tail tip flicking back and forth. Her paws were crossed before her as she watched Brambleheart organize a patrol. She still failed to understand why exactly Almondstar had chosen him of all cats to be deputy. He was too young. Too inexperienced. His 'leadership' since Almondstar's disappearance more than proved that.

Icymist with Saltfur - Camp Iceclaw
Icymist parted ways with Brambleheart and gazed around camp to find Saltfur. The white she-cat was lying down in the shade of the camp. Icymist decided to take a seat next to her. Icymist knew that Saltfur had been close with Almondstar, she must be worried about her, possibly even mad about Brambleheart's possible early rise to leadership.

Echobranch-Camp-Brambleheart
Echobranch scoffed a bit at the Tom's hostility. Maybe she should if the tom was gonna behave like an immature kit. "I'm not, I'm simply thinking it would be best if you stayed in camp where it is safe, we can't risk you dying," she said with a flick of her ear. "If you did this clan would fall apart with no one to lead us."

Saltfur | Camp | Icymist

Saltfur nodded slightly to Icymist as the other she cat settled beside her. Ears flicking, Saltfur raised a brow at Brambleheart's outburst, then scoffed quietly to herself. Echobranch had a point. StarClan knew what had happened to Almondstar. Brambleheart hadn't even appointed a temporary deputy. What would happen if he vanished as well? Saltfur's tail thumped slowly on the ground, stirring up the dust. "She's right," Saltfur said quietly to Icymist, flicking an ear toward Echobranch. "He should have chosen a temporary deputy, especially if he isn't going to get his nine lives."

Brambleheart ignored Echobranch's comment. When he heard the point about the clan falling apart after his death, he replied, "Well, I suppose." Turning to Hailflurry, Brambleheart continued, "Yes, that is a really good idea." Being a slightly proud cat, Brambleheart didn't want to show that he really was pondering Hailflurry's suggestion. But he thought it would do good to the clan. Who should I appoint? he thought.

Saltfur | Camp | Icymist

Saltfur snorted as Brambleheart's words reached her. "Sounds like the mousebrain finally put two and two together," she muttered. "Now we just have to hope that the cat he chooses isn't also a mousebrain." Saltfur stretched and pushed herself up, shaking out her coat. Personally, she did not want to be the temporary deputy. She had no desire to become leader. She did, however, believe that Almondstar was supposed to stay their leader. She frowned, a sharp twinge of pain sparking in her chest. If Almondstar was dead, StarClan would send a sign, wouldn't they?

Echobranch-Camp-Brambleheart's Patrol
Echobranch flicked out her tail, happy that others at least had her same opinion on the matter. She just wanted to make sure her home stayed running. It was a stressful time for everyone and their leader not having his nine lives yet made things harder. Shooting a small glare to the m3dicine cat den she shook out her fur to ear her thoughts.

Hailflurry with Brambleheart, Lynxpaw, and Echobranch
Hailflurry followed Brambleheart out of the camp, turning to Lynxpaw to make sure his apprentice was following him. Indeed, the silver she-cat was at his heels, seemingly excited.
She must be sad about missing out on training… Guilt pained Hailflurry, he was happy that Lynxpaw was getting to go somewhere and do something, at least.
