(Aw, I'm sorry to hear that, hope you're feeling better! And I wouldn't mind seeing what Almondstar is up to!) Icymist with Brambleheart - Forest Jasminedusk "Thanks," Icymist replied monotonously, burying the mouse. Icymist sniffed the air again in hopes of finding more prey. Would the heat drive away the prey? The thought was stuck in the back of Icymist's head and wouldn't go away. Icymist found a squirrel and bolted after it, unfortunately, she missed it. Missing made Icymist feel weak. She was a great hunter! How could that happen to her? Icymist grumbled, feeling defeated. Lynxpaw with Frostkit - Apprentice's Den Midnightcacoon loves SunbeamLynxpaw grinned. "I can't wait for you to join either!" She meowed excitedly, swishing her tail. "Do you think that we should head back to the nursery now?" She asked. Surely Dawnshore had to be coming back by now. |

Lynxpaw with Frostkit - Apprentice's Den Midnightcacoon loves Sunbeam "Oh okay! Goodbye!" Lynxpaw called after Frostkit as he headed towards the nursery. She yawned. Lynxpaw headed to the back of the apprentice's den and curled up in her nest, closing her eyes, she drifted off to sleep. (Seeya!)

Stonefleck Beach
Stonefleck sat on the sand watching the waves as they crash against the shore. He lets out a deep breath then slowly exhales. He had been having a rough start and came out here to relax his mind. The wind blows lightly against his face ruffling his fur in the process.
Greyfoot: Forest
Greyfoot manages to catch a bird though his catch was more on the skinny side. However, prey was prey in his eyes. He found it harder and harder to find prey. Still, he wasn't about to give up until he at least found a mouse or even a squirrel.

However, he pretended not to notice and continued to hunt, trying to keep his thoughts simple and straightforward. Brambleheart soon pinned down a mouse and carried it back, but seeing Icymist miss the squirrel, he quickly looked away and tried to hide the mouse to be polite. //Newcomers please add the plotting page to your participated. The link is on the front page. // Midnightcacoon loves Sunbeam I would like to, but Almondstar just went missing, so that would ruin our plot. Unless you can find a way to prevent that while having Almondstar interact with Dawnshore?

Storm and Rain - The Beach - Badgerstalk"I see you are happy to blame others" Storm growled, he wasn't planning on leaving until this cat admitted to what he had done. "Is the rest of your clan this cruel, or is it just you? If your entire clan is this way I pity the lives the kits must lead there. Willing to kill cats for daring to try to cool off, letting kits get hurt or killed without a second thought. What a truly honorable life your clan leads" the last bit he left dripping with sarcasm. Rain made a different move, she pushed herself between the two, glaring at the other cat now. She was willing to be softer when he was just being a fool, but now he had threatened to kill her mate. She felt her heart race as she thought about Storm coming to harm "We will leave but if we ever see you again, we will attack before you can harm our family again. If your intent is to kill, then so will ours. I hope you are confident in your ability to fight two cats at once" She pushed herself against Storm to get him to move away, but he didn't budge. She let out a warning growl to him, she wasn't about to let a fight start now. Ember was too close by and she didn't want her to get curious and see this. Finally, Storm turned himself around and walked besides Rain, adding "Mousebrained fool" as they left. He didn't let the other cat out of his sight for a single breath, not about to let him try to start something as they were turned away. "I think we should start heading back soon, I can't hunt for much longer in this heat," Icymist frowned.

Badgerstalk rolled his eyes at their words. Like they would have a chance to come back, he would inform his clanmates of these rogues and the whole clan will keep an eye out for them. He stayed on the beach watching the family leave. The tom having no plans on leaving any time soon, to ensure they won't just come back qhen he's gone. Flicking his tail he shook out his fur, calmer now that they were. "Fox brains," he muttered. He settled on the cooler part of the sand.
Cloudsight-Garden of Herbs-Rainsong
"Thank you," he said to the offer. Depending on how much he was able to gather. He might take the warrior up on his offer. He moved further into the garden sniffing at herbs, picking some that were not damaged by the weather and ready for use. Making a small pile of herbs, clawing a bit at the ground for him to be able to find the pile.
Crestfoot-Camp-Shoalpaw
"That sounds good," he agreed. The forest would provide more shade after all, which would be nice after swimming practice for the apprentice. "Let's go ask around then shall we? See who is available." He spotted Murkypaw and Azaleapaw first, and began to make his way over to the pair.

Storm, Rain and Ember - Outside the territory by The Beach
As the pair reached the edge of the territory, Storm realized he could still clearly see the other cat. He flicked his tail a bit, upset the whole thing could be seen from Ember's view. She was still shaking in the grass, probably heard the loud noises and it scared her more. "You have some nerve trying to prove a point when Ember was so close" Rain growled, sitting herself next to Ember. They were only a few steps outside of the territory, but that should be enough for any cat to let this go. Storm sat down next to her, realizing she was trying to give Ember time to calm down before traveling again. "He almost killed her" He whispered, trying to keep Ember from hearing too much "What kind of cat sees another carrying a kit and thinks 'oh let's tackle them to the ground'" he was still quite angry about that.
"I know. I am not saying that cat was in the right, fa-"
"And he threatened death for trespassing. Didn't realize trespassing was a crime punishable by death here"
"Quiet yourself, you are going to scare Ember" Rain hissed back, her tail flicking angerly back and forth. She took another breath when she realized that her hiss didn't help either. "As I was saying, before you interrupted me, I agree. That cat was far from right here. Need I remind you of one: you said it was fine and urged us to go and two: you egged him on!" Before Storm could get another word in she continued "What are you going to do if the clan decides to chase us out? That we are too much of a threat because of this? We've been peaceful with them for moons only to have this incident pop up. We haven't even trained Ember yet. She isn't ready for traveling, let alone being chased out. What if we leave and we get separated, she doesn't know how to hunt yet. Did you think about that before arguing?" Storm didn't have to reply for Rain to know the answer. Storm didn't reply, he could say a million things himself. Like how she shouldn't have threatened him like that, but he didn't disagree with it. Neither of them were going to let threats of death go without being challenged like that. It was true, if the cat planned on killing they would as well even if neither of them wanted to. "I'm sorry" Storm finally said, taking a half step closer to Rain and holding Ember just a little closer. He breathed when he realized that Rain's anxiety was not nearly put to rest. "I will hunt closer to the den for the next couple of moons. I won't let them anywhere close. I can speed up Ember's training as well."

Murkypaw - Camp - AzaleapawWith a frown he nodded. He didn't want to think it was possible but could they really rule it out entirely? And like Azaleapaw had said, what would they even do without StarClan to guide them? "It better not get that bad," he said. "not now with Almondstar missing." And what if she didn't return? Would StarClan grant Brambleheart his nine lives? Or if the heat was really bad enough to dry up the Moonfall? Rainsong stood back and waited for Cloudsight to finish gathering herbs. As he did he glanced around the clearing, allowing himself a smile at how enthusiastic Minnowcloud and Ripplefur looked. While they too were probably worried about the heat and Almondstar's disappearance they refused to let it get to them. They either were trying to be optimistic or they simply understood that the clan still had to be fed and defended, regardless of how they felt about the current situation. Rainsong slowly padded over to the small pile of herbs but kept enough distance to not get in Cloudsight's way as he still worked on gathering more. Ripplefur - Garden of Herbs - Minnowcloud"Oh, it's on!" she purred. "Just bear in mind that we have to carry everything to camp later." Beating the set goal of six pieces of prey was a fun little challenge and the clan would need all the fresh kill they could get their claws on. And since she doubted that she and Minnowcloud would only find squirrels, rabbits or other prey of similar size it wouldn't give them any trouble later when they had to bring everything to the clan. Had they hunted in the meadow Ripplefur would have turned down Minnowcloud's offer but while it was still pretty hot here and the rest of the forest it was much more bearable. "Ready, set, go?" she joked with a slight grin and then padded over to the nearby trees to begin her search. It didn't take her long until she caught the scent of a vole. Making no sound she followed it and smiled to herself once it came into view. It definitely looked like a well-fed one and while the clan couldn't really afford to be picky Ripplefur was glad that she didn't have to disappoint the others by bringing back a scrawny vole. Though she wondered how long until even the mice and voles couldn't find enough food. Sooner or later Tideclan would have no choice but settle for nothing but scrawny prey. Ripplefur pushed that thought aside and pounced, quickly pinning the vole before it could even notice her. Shoalpaw - Camp - Crestfoot, Azaleapaw, MurkypawShoalpaw nodded and followed her mentor to the other two apprentices. She doubted that Azaleapaw would be joining them as she was training to become a medicine cat but Murkypaw was probably available. "Uh... hi," she meowed upon reaching them, hoping she hadn't interrupted their conversation. |

It doesn't matter if Almondstar is missing, or if the Moonfall is possibly dried up, you must remain calm! Azaleapaw took a deep breath and turned her head towards Shoalpaw and Crestfoot, who were making their way towards them. "Hello," Azaleapaw greeted, brushing her tail across the hot ground. |

//Oh god! I've been really lazy about catching up  Brambleheart with Icymist - Forest *•.¸♡𝘥𝘢𝘸𝘯𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘦♡¸.•*Brambleheart quickened his pace, eager to get out of the grumpy she-cat's presence. He shot a look at Icymist and continued to sweat mercilessly. Brambleheart hated the wet, prickly, uncomfortable feelings and itched to lick out his pelt as soon as he got back to camp. With those thoughts, he started trotting without noticing it. Minnowcloud with Ripplefur - Garden of Herbs PineclawAround the same time Ripplefur saw the vole, Minnowcloud looked around desperately. Did the heat scare away the prey?? She sighed with relief when she saw a little tiny mouse nibbling away under the roots of a tree. Minnowcloud chased it down and pounced but hit her head on the tree. Well that's sad! And all for a scrawny skinny mouse!, Minnowcloud thought while curling up in pain. |

Icymist hadn't seen TideClan's leader for a while, she frowned. If Almondstar was gone for good, she would have to deal with having Brambleheart as a leader. I can barely stand him as a deputy!

(sorry to say this but at the moment I think I have to put a pause on rping. My cat is really sick at the moment and I don't really feel rping is something I can get the motivation to do at the moment.
I think the most will probably be a week, but for now I really don't know. For all I know she gets better tomorrow and I will be gone for only a day, but honestly I don't know)

(Sorry for being so inactive, work is starting out pretty stressful this year. For about a month our working hours will be slightly different and I'm still getting used to it.)
Ripplefur - Garden of Herbs - Minnowcloud
Ripplefur followed the scent of a sparrow. Unlike the vole it didn't look like much but prey was prey. Out of the corner of her eye she saw Minnowcloud nearby but she didn't see what the other warrior was chasing. She focused on the sparrow again but flinched when she heard a thud. Ripplefur looked up, unfortunately moving so quick that the bird caught her movement and flew away. Cursing under he breath Ripplefur shook her head. Hopefully she would find something else. With a sigh she trotted over to Minnowcloud, grimacing as she realized just what had made that sound right now. Maybe she would have made a snarky remark about how Minnowcloud had let her prey escape but then again she herself had just scared off a sparrow. Instead she just said "Well, that didn't sound pleasant. Are you alright?"
(Gonna write my reply with Shoalpaw and Murkypaw later, dawnrose. Wanna let Crestfoot get in a word first though ^^)

She suggested, trying to keep her voice calm. "It doesn't have to be to look for Almondstar, of course." A patrol looking for Almondstar was what Icymist was thinking, but it didn't seem to be on Brambleheart's mind.
