Cedar followed her and sat down beside her. He raised his arm around her shoulder. "Well, I'd say we got an 'A' on that project, probably even an 'A+!'" He cleared his throat and a light frown fumbled his lips when he realized she still wasn't getting it. "Well, you uh...Oh! You remember the trick I told you about that Ashton and I pulled on our dad during Christmas? It was a bad blizzard that night, you weren't able to make it to the ranch to spend Christmas with us, but a certain someone," he motioned toward the administration building, "Ended up sliding her car into a ditch and she called my dad for help?"

Delilah shrugged as they made their way out of the building, "I think just show us around and get us used to stuff. It does make me feel a bit better knowing I have someone older to ask questions to. Oh, I hope they're nice and actually helpful." A ding sounded from Delilah's phone. Digging through her bag for her phone, she pulled it out and read the notification. "Ah, Silas is finishing unpacking, he told me to tell him where we end up and he'll meet us there when he's done." "Oh true, true," Frankie mused, the asking shoulder-to-shoulder with Delilah, tilting her head to look at her. "That'll be nice since I get lost like, all the time." She pulled her phone from her pocket when Delilah's sounded, opening the contacts. "Sounds good! Maybe we could try the campus cafeteria? Also, could I get your number? And Silas's too, if he's okay with it!" |

"It's not that much of a problem, cards have value and I have some old common ones that can carry into some new cards." Ricky said with a small shrug, thinking about it. "And I have some old cards that I don't need anymore that I can trade in." He added, attempting to do math in his head of his what he still hard. Fiona laughed, pumping her arms harder as they continued to jog. "Alright, I suppose I don't know much about the subject. I've never been much of a collector myself." |

"Cafeteria sounds like a good place to start, I guess we'll probably eat at every place on campus and some point huh." Delilah closed the messages app and opened up a new contact, passing her phone over to Frankie, "Sure, you should just ask Silas to exchange numbers when we see him though. It'd be easier that way." She sighed, looking around the campus. "Why do all these buildings look the same? I'm not even sure I remember which building the cafeteria is in."

Ricky glanced at her and laughed softly, "Like I said, it's sort of a secret hobby of mine, it wasn't popular when I was in school." He said as he jogged along easily. "I spent a lot of time memorizing prices and sets."

Cedar grinned from ear to ear. "Let me just say that my dad told me something about the two of them last night that he asked me to not repeat to anyone else." He held her close. "You could say they're finally in the ring, but still sizing each other up before making contact."

Stella giggled looking positively delighted. "Oh that's fantastic. You have to keep me updated. I promise I won't tell as soul! Not even Michael, actually especially not Michael. That boy has a big mouth." she replied, shaking her head at the mention of her twin. "That's good to hear though, I hope your Dad is happier. He deserves it."

Cedar chuckled. "I knew I could count on you to not tell anyone and I will definitely keep you updated. I'm hoping I can convince them to have a little family dinner. You, me, Dean North, dad, and Ashton. You can see for yourself how much happier dad is. Dean North too! Especially after those muggers got to her. You should see the way they are when they think no else is around. You'd think they were imposters!"

Stella laughed, poking him in the chest, "I'm pretty sure some of your teammates say the same about you. Now the real kicker would be if Ashton got into a relationship. Man I hope I'm there to see that happen."
Fiona slowed to a halt as they reached their starting point for the third or fourth time. She leaned down stretching out her legs. "Well think about it alright? I've got to go meet Sean, I wasn't really expecting to go for a jog just then but I can't complain. Take it easy now Ricky, I'll see you at practice tomorrow." She said with a smile, pointing her finger at her chest and then at him.

Ricky blinked and looked at her before grinning brightly, "I'll be there as usual!" He said happily, shifting his weight before jogging over to his bags. Grimacing at the time when he found his phone, he shouldered his stuff before jogging back towards the main campus.

She tapped her chin as she glanced around, then tapped Delilah's sleeve lightly. "I think I remember where it is! It's further down campus, away from the academic buildings. I think it's near the student union, actually." She began walking easily along the path toward the cafeteria, passing beneath the trees lining the walkway. |

Fiona waved goodbye to Ricky before making her way back to campus to find her husband. She was still worried that Ricky may be overdoing it, but she supposed if that what made him happy she couldn't stop him.
Stella nodded in agreement, she wasn't the biggest fan of Ashton, but she tolerated him for Cedar. In her opinion they were almost complete opposites, should couldn't see herself dating someone like Ashton if the world depended on it. "I suppose he'll just have to find someone whose like he is. Doesn't need a lot of attention, doesn't really enjoy affection. They've gotta be out there somewhere right?" Stella snuggled back into him, running her hand along his side. "I can't imagine being that way in a relationship though. It just doesn't seem romantic."
Delilah laughed, walking a little closer to Frankie as the crowd picked up around the student union. "Silas is always uncomfortable, it's like... part of his personality. Not to like gossip about him but he's never really had alone time from his siblings, he was always helping his mom and dad take care of the little ones. Now that he's out here alone I'm not sure he knows what to do with himself."

Ricky jogged his way back to campus before looking down at himself. Grumbling, he shifted and turned to jog towards the dorms, realizing he could really use a shower and change of clothes before making his way to a classroom.
(*Dropping these in*)
Kendra sat in her office, going over files and files of assignments and physicals. So many new kids, so little time to get everything organized and sorted out into squads and platoons for drills. These kids were in for it, and only those that had been there for a year or more knew what was coming, and what they were getting themselves into. She was a hard commander, but she felt like she had to be, she didn't want these kids becoming causalities, didn't want a repeat of her significant other.
Celeste sat on a bench, headphones in as she watched a video on her laptop that sat on her lap, likely something about her acting career.

Kyle crouched down next to the dog. He held his hand out for her to sniff before moving to give her a pet on he head. "She's super cute." He spoke before standing back up, putting his hands in his pockets. "Are you sure I can't get you anything?" Heidi lifted her head a bit to look at Kyle with a small blink before sniffing his hand and letting him pet her. Lilian tipped her head some, listening to the thumping of Heidi's tail, facing Kyle now, though it didn't do her much good. "I'm not sure if one even exists really...but..." She said, reaching back into her backpack and feeling around before pulling out her phone and calling commands for Siri and a book title before holding it up, making sure the camera was facing her with her finger. "But if it was possible to order this book or have it on hand in braille, that would be wonderful." Unlike the textbook she had in front of her now, this was just a fantasy read, though it appeared to be an older print. (Oh, for the Fox!) |

Lilian tipped her head back to face him, smiling a bit as she did, "Thank you. I know it is difficult to find these types of books." She said with a small frown, wishing she didn't need the braille texts, but when your eyes can only see shadows and light, it made it difficult to read letters on a page.
