Ricky looked at her before looking back out in front of them, staring at the track that he had memorized by heart. "I don't really know if it counts as a hobby...But I used to collect playing cards. Anything from Sports to games like Pokemon and Magic: The Gathering." He said after a moment, a bit embarrassed to admit that because of how nerdy it was.

Quinn looked at him. “You’re thinking too small.” She spoke. “What if we used one of those on a professor.” She smiled mischiviously. Erik smiled, kissing the top of her head. “The blackberry of course. It reminds me of our first date.” He said wistfully. “When we went berry picking.” Oak nodded. “Of course, right this way.” He spoke before heading down the hall. “I was just taking a break from looking at film so I needed to stretch my legs anyway.” Nate sat up, eyes wide. "Now you're talking! Do you think we could like.. sneak it into their mailbox or something? We have to be REALLY careful not to get caught." Serena grinned, wrapping her arounds around him tighter. "You're a sap, you know that? It's been almost a decade since our first date and here you are bringing it up again. Must have been a good day." she teased, poking his sides. Rebecca readjusted her bag on her should before following after him. "Thank you again. I really appreciate it." After a long day of practice and walking, the woman couldn't wait to sit down and relax her legs, her prosthetic rubbing uncomfortably on her skin. The usually composed woman began to limp slightly, hoping that Oak wouldn't notice. Her leg was currently hidden under her long flowing pants, the fake foot shoved in a flexible boot. She wasn't ashamed of it or anything, but she wasn't a fan of letting people she just met know about it. She didn't want their sympathy.

Seth stepped outside his dorm room and turned to lock the door. He wasn't used to the dark hallways of North Shadows yet, but he knew familiarity would come with time. Sighing, he threw his hood up and began to walk outside. Grey was sitting underneath a tree on campus listening to music and flipping through one of her political science textbooks. This one compared fictional dystopian societies to modern world regimes..it was actually interesting...or at least Grey thought so. Cherry held up her phone, automatically dialing Seth's number. She was still huddled in the bathroom stall, hoping he wasn't doing something important. The phone seemed to ring forever as she waited for him to pick up. Evan trudged out of the nursing building, pulling on his clinical polo uncomfortably. He hated the red polo and the khakis they had to wear for the test outs and official nursing events, why couldn't they just wear their normal outfits? His bag hung heavily on his shoulders, and his eyes were drooping from lack of sleep the last couple nights after staying up to study for his test out. Spotting Grey, he trudged over to her and all but collapsed against the tree.

Fiona nodded encouragingly, slowing once again as they reached the other side of the track. "Do you still collect them? My brother was big into collecting baseball cards when we were young. He found a lot of joy from it."

"I haven't since starting college, just not much time between classes, track, and soccer." Ricky said as he slowed as well, looking around at the empty track outside of the two of them. "I fell out of the loop of all those things to try and keep up with everything else."

Echo arched her eyebrow at him and shook her head, “We’ve been over this already, Shard. You know why.” She said, locking the door and turning the open sign to closed. “You go to school. Get your degree, then you can decide what you want to do with your life. And besides, you have to have a tattoo license to work here.” Echo pulled the blinds down over the windows and turned back to her brother, “Come on, let’s go to the store, we’ll grab some groceries for dinner tonight.”
Vance gave a nod, “Yeah. I’m a senior.” He said simply. He stopped outside the bookstore and opened the door, “Here it is. The textbooks should be near the front.” He said, motioning to some bookshelves.

Delilah raised her eyebrows, looking over at Frankie in shock. "Wow that's a really long ride. I would have killed Silas if I had to be on a bus ride with him for that long. But seems like you come from a big family then yeah? I have 2 siblings myself and Silas comes from a family of 8!" She rushed over to her bag, rustling through it for a moment before pulling out a photobook. Flipping through it for a moment she faced Frankie, pointing to the picture in the top right corner. The picture contained 9 figures standing in a lush backyard, Delilah and Silas standing in the middle obviously a couple years younger than they were now. Delilah had her arms around a younger boy and girl with the same dark hair and piercing eyes, while Silas stood in a mass of his siblings, all looking fairly different from one another. "Oh. My. Gods!" Frankie practically flung herself off the bed to look at the photo, squealing. "You two were so cute!" Still looking at the picture, Frankie casually shrugged. "And nah, I don't got one. Was just a group home out in Washington." Frankie sat down in the wheeling chair beside her desk, pulling her knees up. "Do you miss them, though? Your family?"

Fiona took in a deep breath, allowing the cool air to refresh her as she thought of anything else Ricky could do, she was coming to an end of her list. "Well would you consider restarting it when you have more time? I know it can be quite expensive which may not be possible for you while you're in school."

Damien said a quiet "Thanks" before hurrying over towards the textbook section. Now that he was alone, he let out a sigh. Talking to people with Petal around had been so much easier. Without her, he just felt lost. Pulling out his phone, he opened the list he had made with his books and began to make his way down the aisle in search of the author's last names.

Delilah gasped, feeling guilty, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have assumed anything." she groaned, covering her face with her hand. "I have to stop doing that, I'm so sorry Frankie." Delilah had always had anxiety about people liking her, and now here she was messing up in front of her roommate only an hour after they met! She was never going to make friends at this rate.

Delilah had always had anxiety about people liking her, and now here she was messing up in front of her roommate only an hour after they met! She was never going to make friends at this rate. "Huh? Whatcha saying sorry for?" Frankie tilted her head, looking an awful lot like a confused puppy. "I don't remember them, so it's nothing to be sorry about! And anyway, it's not a weird thing to assume that someone has a family! Don't worry, girl!" She flapped a hand, as if waving the whole subject away. "Anyway, I'm starving. When you're done unpacking we should grab some food!"

I figured it was easiest that way, in other scenes we got Cherry crying in the bathroom cuz she found out she's pregnant, Michael and Sasha making fun of Cedar and Stella and ya know the regular usual things XD )
Stella wiped the sweat off her forehead, running over to her bag to get a drink of water. She couldn't believe how out of breath she felt after just one cheerleading practice, she had to get back in shape! Settling down on the ground to catch her breath, she pulled her phone out to look for any new notifications.

(Michael and Sasha making fun of Cedar and Stella? Where's that post at? XD)
Quite a few message notifications were popped up on Stella's phone. All of them were from Cedar.
I need to tell you something! But I can't and that sucks! I just gotta share the news with someone though! When you're done with practice, meet me in our usual place!

Delilah visibly relaxed at Frankie's nonchalance. "Oh.. sure. Let me just put my bed together real quick and I guess we can go look around the campus for our food options." Turning around, Delilah dove back into her bag, pulling out a mattress topper, sheets, a dark purple comforter and two pillows. Making quick work, she set up her bed before turning around to look at Frankie again. "There! I can put the rest of the stuff away later, it's not a big deal."

the last page they talk about Coach Skye, North, Oak, Stella and Cedar XD )
Stella read the messages, quickly sending an on my way <3. Taking another swig of her water, she stood up and pulled on the latest sweatshirt she had stolen from Cedar over her cheer uniform. The tiny blonde waved goodbye to her teammates before hurrying towards her destination, wondering what on Earth Cedar needed to tell her.

(Well, at least everyone knows Cedar and Stella are in love xD)
Cedar waited on a small bench in the woods outside the Activity Center. He made the bench out of the trunk of an old tree that he, Ashton, and their father had cut down on the ranch when a terrible storm tore it a part. It was glossed and smooth and probably the best thing he ever created, but he would never do it again. The bench looked nice, but it was simple in the fact that it didn't have a back rest. Cedar placed it under a Jacaranda tree in the woods and he told no one except for Stella about it. When he spotted her coming through the trees, he stood up. "Hey! You saw my messages!"

Stella smiled as she caught sight of him, moving easily through the trees to wrap her arms around his shoulders, standing on her tiptoes to do so. "Well of course I did silly. That's how phones work." she teased, leaning up further to kiss his cheek.

Stella leaned into him, resting her head on his chest, "It's like you read Coach's mind. I didn't think I was out of shape until I finished practice today. If you find me passed out on the floor, you know who to blame. But, enough about me! What was your texts all about? You're usually not one to be so mysterious."

Frankie stood from her chair, leaning down to grab a backpack...designed like a frog, of course. She also pocketed her phone and keys, shooting a huge smile at her new roommate. "You lead the way! Did you wanna see if your cousin was hungry, too? I wonder if he found his room? Oh, do you think he has a roommate? Does he like them? Oh! What if-" she abruptly cut herself off, tucking some hair behind her ear sheepishly. "Uh, yeah! Let's go."

"I really want to tell you." Cedar let out a frustrated sigh and he leaned his head against hers. "And they made me promise that I can't tell anyone, but...there's no harm in you figuring it out yourself, right? That way I don't get in trouble and you get in on the secret?"

Delilah grabbed her purse, keys and phone, nodding to Frankie. "Yeah let me ask him if he wants to meet us. I don't know if he has a roommate or not! We'll have to ask him then." Opening their door, she exiting into the hallway, holding it open for Frankie to follow. She felt a slight twinge of embarrassment as she realized she was going to be walking through campus with Frankie, who was currently dressed like a toddler. Swallowing down her feelings, she sent Frankie another small smile. "Did you see her your new student mentor is? Mine is some guy named Cedar. I suppose we'll be meeting them soon!"

Stella pulled away from him in order to look up at his face, eyebrows raised. "Well, I will do my best but what if I don't get it right? You know I hate secrets," she complained, pulling her classic puppy dog eyes that Cedar tended to fall for every time. "Your hints better not be cryptic."

Cedar smirked at her. "I think you'll get it. You're smarter than me after all." He glanced around the little woodsy clearing just to double check that no one else was nearby. When he was satisfied, he looked back at Stella. "You remember that 'project' Ashton and I have been working on that I told you about?"

Stella nodded slowly, taking his hand and leading them over to sit on the bench. "Yes, you've mentioned it a few times now." she started, waiting for him to give more information.
Delilah shrugged as they made their way out of the building, "I think just show us around and get us used to stuff. It does make me feel a bit better knowing I have someone older to ask questions to. Oh, I hope they're nice and actually helpful." A ding sounded from Delilah's phone. Digging through her bag for her phone, she pulled it out and read the notification. "Ah, Silas is finishing unpacking, he told me to tell him where we end up and he'll meet us there when he's done."
