It would be very unlikely but not entirely impossible! Maybe Searc or Tahvo (this being one of the times where he drops the act and shows he's actually pretty good at leading others) would secretly take charge xD Probably Searc because he wants to go up against Silke and he can't do that if Neason is in charge.

At least he has his classmates. I think some of them would be willing to help him train. Depends on what he's supposed to practice though. If its sword, brawl or bow Agnar could give him some pointers. And, once he's learned his first spell, he'd definitely look for people who to practice reason magic with. Don't expect him to be helpful when it comes to horseback riding or flying though, he neither likes it nor has an interest in it so he won't even bother. Sucks for him because everyone is expected to at least learn the basics of everything during the first month before everyone can finally focus on their own path and Konstantin will definitely know when someone isn't trying their best xD
Sounds lovely. And even if they still won't win at least this time the other houses actually have to try their best to defeat them. And I can totally see everyone be super relieved when Searc is the one to give orders. As for the mock battle, I still think someone should accidentally step and Rekka's tail and trip over him. Bonus points if it's Neason because he'll be closely followed by Searc, Julius and Callan. And while Searc will probably react fast enough to jump over Neason and Rekka the other two will just trip over them. Have fun untangling that mess xD
I kinda think most Eagles would be able to give at least some advice to Elara, even if it isn't very good xD The only one who absolutely won't care is probably Megumi. And while Nora doesn't really get along with Elara and will need a lot of time and effort to become more understanding and patient towards her she still kinda feels bad for being harsh with her and by giving Elara some advice on how to stand up for herself she at least shows that she's willing to try and be kinder to her.

Everyone relieved that someone from the Cherith family has a brain. But he would 100% be able to react fast enough to jump over them. And when he looks at the mess of tangled boys, "you all are dead to me," and would promptly leave, wouldn't even try help them up they got themselves in that mess they can get themselves out
Elara would be willing to try stand up for herself, she would just be scared to try at first. But as she got more comfortable doing it/practicing it, she will be able to do it when she feels she needs to

I definitely remember you listing only magical classes for his class progression. Oh, speaking of which, I'm finally sure about most of mine. I don't even have to come up with something for Tahvo since for him it'll be just Wolfskin > Wolfssegner and Julius will keep his Dancer class. Akakios already has access to the Trickster class and I think he will become a Gremory or a Mortal Savant later on. Nora Noble -> Monk -> Priest -> Valkyrie -> Holy Knight Vincent Noble -> Soldier -> Cavalier -> Wyvern Rider -> Wyvern Lord Agnar Commoner -> Myrmidon -> Mercenary -> Assassin or Trickster -> Mortal Savant Callan Commoner -> Monk -> Dark Mage -> Dark Flier -> Malig Knight Jasmine Commoner -> Fighter -> Cavalier -> Paladin -> Great Knight How are we gonna do the whole class progression thing anyway? Maybe some time during the second month most if not all of them will promote to their Beginner Class? I know I intend for Jasmine to progress from Fighter to Cavalier around that time. Yeah, Searc got better things to do than deal with his idiot brother and those who get dragged into his messes. His time is better spent on fighting Silke. As for the four dorks... And then Rekka just throws them off or something because he's still in his beastform xD
Well, she has all the time in the world for it and a bunch of weird classmates who are happy to help her make the first step xD
So, I've been thinking about what Akakios will do after the events of the Ethereal Moon. Yes, I'll have him pose as a church member first and then as a knight like you suggested. But he or someone else will have to dispose of the people he'll impersonate first. Instead of having them killed immediately he'll ask some of the other Agarthans to only capture them first. Since he loves to cause conflict I was thinking that after he bullies Neason into leaving he, too, will leave the monastery. But only for maybe a week. The church member he's impersonating could have a small errand to run near one of the borders, maybe the one to Sreng or Morfis. And then he'll have the real church member killed, leaving some hints that the people of Morfis/Sreng are responsible. After that he'll impersonate a knight and go back to the monastery and often loudly question why one of the House Leaders left, why no one is looking for him, why the church even allowed for it to happen and how none or only very few of them tried to step in when that one church member was being outright cruel to Neason. That's the plan for now.

i like that!! it helps add more fuel to the fire of what the agarthans are trying to do, get more trust taken away from the church and get mistrust thrown on outsiders, so a church member driving off a house leader and then being killed by outsiders while on a mission for the church sounds lovely

Cool. While this might cause conflict with only one country (either Sreng or Morfis) it definitely will confirm what those who already have issues with outsiders believe. Which means that there will soon be more people who distrust the outsiders, even those who aren't from the country that (seemingly) was involved. I bet some people will keep an extra close eye on those students and might label everything they do as suspicious, no matter how harmless. But yeah, more than that it should cause people to distrust the church.
Nothing much, I'm still figuring it out. I think he'll just tell some other people how terrible of a leader Neason is (whenever the poor kid is somewhere nearby, of course) and how everything that went wrong during the recent mission (and every other time when some of his classmates got seriously hurt) is one hundred percent his fault. So for the most part he'll just echo Neason's inner thoughts. I mean, after spending almost a year with him he definitely knows what Neason's like when someone got hurt during a mission.
He might make some remark how sometimes there just are some students who will never learn from their mistakes, no matter how good their teachers may be. If he's feeling especially bold he might say something to Philomel about how it's not his fault that despite his best efforts Neason turned out to be such a burden to everyone.
As for more direct approaches, he might talk to Neason when he happens to see him and is more or less alone with him. If Neason doesn't interact with others and doesn't show up to class Akakios will accuse him of avoiding taking responsibility and of not caring about the fact that he got one of his classmates killed. And if Neason does try to get better at fighting or leading? He'll act disgusted at the fact than the kid is still not giving up, still not seeing how worthless he is and ask him if he hasn't caused enough harm already.

Neason just getting destroyed over and over his every comment he hears, qnd even when he does try to be better he still is ripped apart and chooses to just head out and leave for a month, throw some stuff in about him being the reason searc is severely injured too lol, like wow you get one student killed then almost get your own brother killed what kind of leader are you, cause I am gonna have him come back in the middle of the mission that the deer might have that month, like there's a fight against some enemies and an arrow just shoots out from somewhere and then neasons just there like hiiii

Yup. While it was only one (fake) church member who guilted Neason into leaving the others didn't do much to stop it. Even if a few of them tried to step in it clearly wasn't enough. Of course he'd hate them.
And while more and more Deer grow to dislike the church members one weird knight looks on from afar and can barely contain his excitement.
But no matter how much fun he might have, Akakios better not reveal everything at once. At least not the part where he posed as a church member, he'll keep that one a secret at first. They're supposed to keep hating/distrusting the church, after all. Also, if he did reveal everything right then and there he'd just end up making Searc even more mad, to the point where he'd just get one-shot by him xD
