Imagine going to the classroom, expecting to get a lecture about you and your classmates' horrible performance during the mock battle and suddenly there's another beastkin sitting at the desk next to yours xD But I guess I could have him show up after the second investigation but that depends on during which week we want that one to happen. If it's during or at the end of the first week of the second month I can definitely have him show up then ^^

hmmm maybe they ignore him for now, and focus on the beastkins, but as the spies learn about the students and they discover about hsi brothers bearing crests but not him, they then choose to take him to see if they can get a hold of the crest to give to the beastkins

with him being ignored yea like you said would be hard to see a pattern going on, and would make it harder to find out the actual goal of what the racist group is trying to do, till the moon akakios kills off being julius since that was when we plnned they would start getting close to figuring it out and he does so to throw them off the scent

Haha, feel free to make one. So I don't have to pick between a bratty, disrespectful but fiercely loyal taguel who'll get more detention than he can count or a kitsune who's part human and very competitive and eager to prove herself because of that. But even if we have the same amount of students for each house I guess Megumi would still sit out during the mock battle? The Deer won't be complete until the next month after all so we need to keep things fair xD

I guess most of my characters won't see much reason to be rude or mean to him (aside from Akakios) but they also won't interact with him much unless they're frequenting the marketplace. They're either indifferent or friendly, but most of them will at least be polite aside from Jasmine who will be a bit rude in a jokingly manner. He's no taguel so she won't dislike him. Some might briefly become a bit wary of him though after the events of the Verdant Rain Moon but won't think too much of it until much later, either around the time Akakios accidentally makes Ambrose look suspicious or after that when he tries to get them to turn against Tahvo instead. He'll definitely try to get them to distrust Yutaka as well.

Yeah, no need for making him a student. There will always be some kids who have some business at the Marketplace.

Good idea. It's only fair. Can't take up all the slots while life's busy for her. And if she doesn't want it either you take that spot or I will. Or Spark. On second thought, I think I'd rather make another character for the church. Instead of being a student I could make my taguel work at the monastery, doing chores and stuff. Kinda like Cyril does in the game. Kinda makes more sense for my rabbit instead of becoming a student. If I want to bring him in, that is.

*For context: due to his experience with trading and selling Agnar decides to help out Yutaka. Oh, and Megumi has bullied the poor Kitsune for a while now. And for some reason Yutaka is selling food now.*

Let's hope Philomel can stop him. And even when Searc has more time to train he won't be allowed to do so at night. What's he gonna do, train in his room?

You know, with Luca and Alastair's bet I'm really starting to wonder which house will win the mock battle. The Eagles have Silke and Grimm (but no Megumi) and everyone else seems to be pretty good as well or at the very least decent. There's also their hunger for battle. Quite a few Eagles are very competitive. But the Lions are not to be taken lightly either. All in all they seem to be much calmer than the Eagles and might be able to make better decisions than them. As for who to watch out for, it looks like each of the three outsiders is a force to be reckoned with. And don't forget about the house leader. Fion may not care that much for battle but he shouldn't be underestimated either.
In both houses the dancers are probably the weakest. And you also listed Jason pretty low, Ember. At least among your own characters. Still, the mock battle could really go either way. And no, I won't even consider the Golden Deer. I think we all agree that they're too much of a disaster to have a decent chance xD

Oh, and speaking of these sort of battles, do you guys think the Mock Battle and the Battle of the Eagle and the Lions should be won by different Houses or do we want for the same house to win both battles?
