Once they were back at camp, dream spit out the deers hide, and ran up to howling rock."Let all wolves old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath Howling rock." he barked.

"Some pack members and I have hunted a large doe, I'll eat first and then the beta, then you may dig in." The large white wolf walked off howling rock, and back to the doe at the camp entrance. He grabbed it again, dragging it closer. He slice open the stomach, revealing the entrails inside. He took a few bites, finishing off the organs. He took off a quarter off meat off the hind leg, getting up and padding over to his den. he sat down outside it and began nibbling on what he had brought.

Aspen followed her mate to the deer and crouched down behind Dream as he ate. When he finished, she crept up to the deer's throat, sniping its artery and drinking the blood that poured out. Then, the pale gray she-wolf dug into the flesh, tearing off a thick piece and backing away from the feast, allowing the rest of the pack to eat. Aspen trotted over to Dream, lay down beside him, and bit into her food.
As soon as Aspen and Dream had finished and walked away, Steel practically dived for the doe. He quickly gulped down a few bites before ripping off a piece for himself and walking to the edge of the clearing.
Indigo followed her brother slowly, snapping a front leg and padding toward the Howling Rock. She sat below it and took calm bites as she watched her packmates.

Moon, sinister, and Gloom padded over, ripping into the deer. Sinister grabbed some of the rib cage and padded over to the entrance of his den and lay down, followed by Gloom and Moon. they all shared the ribs.
Ghost ran up to the deer, ripping off its last back hindleg and then went to her spot to munch on it.

Dream looked at his mate, still chewing. "I had forgotten, I'll Tell them now." He got up, leaving his meat behind. He jumped up onto howling rock, and barked. "Let it be know that there was a loner spotted on the outskirts of the border, I want everyone to keep an eye out."

Dream jumped off howling rock, then returned to finish his prey. Once he was finished he looked to his mate, getting up and nuzzling her. "Should we send someone to check if the bear is dead? And maybe make sure that the loner doesn't come back. "

Bunny was wandering by herself near the Wolf pack's border, weaving in and out of the border. She snickered, marking a tree as her own. A rabbit breezed by, sending her into a chasing speed. She barked, trying to scare the rabbit. She cornered it near some rocks, nearly running snout first into it. She delivered the killing bite to its neck, and lay down to take a rest. Forgetting how far into the territory she had gone.

Bunny woke up to the wind howling, so she quickly ate her rabbit and got up. She walked some before she made it to her and her mates den.
Dream nodded. "Do you want to announce it then?"

Aspen nodded her head and padded to the Howling Rock. She stood beside it and called, "I am sending a patrol to check that the bear has taken the bait and to make sure that loners haven't crossed back into the border. Steel will lead it and he will take..." she said, pausing to think a moment. "Moon, Gloom, and Indigo. If the bear is still alive, leave the area immediately. Take no risk. As for the loners, I permit you to attack them if they persist into the territory. That is all." Aspen dipped her head and walked back to Dream.
Steel grinned as he heard his sister speak. He would make sure those loners stayed far away from their territory. "Alright, thank you, Beta. Moon, Gloom, Indigo, let's go," he woofed, ducking his head as he walked out of the camp.
Indigo listened as Aspen spoke and stood as she called her name. "Will do," she said quietly as she followed her brother out of the camp.

Gloom bowed her head, and headed out of camp . She followed after Steel, her ears pricked for any sign of anything . She put her nose to the ground , sniffing around for the loners scent. She suddenly smelt some strange wolf. “Hey guys over here.” She’s said , sniffing a tree with a small cave at the bottom. “It smells like a wolf has been here recently, they had a rabbit too. “
Moon walked over to where Gloom was, her too sniffing at the ground. “Hmm,” she growled. “Do you think we’ll catch up to them?”
Bunny continued her slow walk, her bones aching. She was almost 8 years old. Her time would be coming to an end soon. She picked up her step, not wanting to be held back by age. She soon crossed over the pack border again, going into neutral territory .

"We could split up if we wanted to, Me and you could go check on the bear and Gloom and Steel could go follow the loner." Woofed Moon while walking beside indigo.
Gloom nodded her agreement, starting off in the direction that Steel had gone.

Gloom nodded quickly. "Yeah I think so, winter is almost over anyway so soon there will be more prey and they'll be less likely to come into our territory ." She shook the snow off her fur, her teeth chattering.
Moon sighed, her tail dropping. "I hope so too, It's been such a nuisance."

Steel nodded curtly, quickening the pace to get to the border faster. Personally, he hoped to meet them and give them a good warning and was disappointed when they reached the border without meeting anyone. "Hmm, they seemed to be in a hurry. Do you think we should follow the scent until we found someone? They did have a rabbit, so they could come back." The dark-furred wolf paced the border, torn between listening to his Beta and following the wolf.
Indigo grunted quietly and stopped as they came up to the den. "Alright, we have to be quiet now," she whispered, sinking into a crouch and crawling through the snow. As the den came into sight, she sucked in her breath but was relieved to see that there weren't any rabbits still lying around. "Do you think it died in its den; I don't see a lump of fur anywhere," she whispered without taking her eyes from the clearing.

"I think we should." Gloom said , quickening her pace. she fast walked past the border, her nose in the scent of the loner. they smelled sick.
Moon crouched down, crawling forward. "Do you think we should go in and check? Or is there a chance it just ate them?"

"Alright, but we shouldn't go too far. If they aren't spotted, then we should just renew the markers and head back to camp. And if they are, well then they get a warning," he barked, padding swiftly after the scent.
Indigo shook her head, "If it's still alive, it would kill us in an instant. We should stick around and wait. Maybe scout around the area." She padded slowly away from the den, but, keeping it in her sight, headed around to try and pick up any scent.

"Okay steel." Gloom nodded. She followed after the scent as well, her nose in the snow. She came across some pawprints, following after them.
Moon followed suit, keeping the den in her line of view. She could smell a faint sick, and came across a pile of bile. Her nose scrunched and she growled softly. had the bear thrown the rabbits up before he had the chance to die?

Steel was glad when they came across the paw prints. They were easier to follow unless it was snow or raining. He hadn’t yet smelled the sickness of the wolf, and was getti by ready with a curt warning. The paw prints weren’t stale, so the wolves were catching up to them. And then, several rabbit-hops in front of them, a white wolf appeared.
Indigo stepped away from the bile as it came into view, passing by it without a second thought. She padded quietly to the cave, her tail twitching nervously. She peered around the wall of the cave and saw the faint outline of something big. It definitely was the bear, but it was too dark for Indigo to see whether it was sleeping or dead. “Can you see anything, Moon?” She whispered, stepping back to allow the black she-wolf to look inside.

Bunny could hear footsteps behind her. Thats odd, she thought. She turned her brown muzzle to look, her white fur a stark contrast. Two wolves appeared. A male and a female . She turned to face them. Saying nothing.
Gloom looked at the other wolf, noticing it was an older female. She perked her ears and tail and gave a low growl, her head twitching.
Moon crouched forward, looking into the cave. The black lump didn't seem to be moving, and she couldn't hear any breathing. "I think its dead indigo."

Bunny turned her head sideways, staying silent. She looked at the male wolf in front of her. She gave a soft growl then turned away from the two, running off into the forest. Her white shape disappearing in the snow.
Moon nodded, following after Indigo. It took some time before they caught any sight of their packmates.

Bunny stopped in her tracks, turning to face the male wolf racing after her with a snarl. "The names Bunny, and I expect your about to give me a talking to for hunting in your territory?"
Gloom raced after Steel, just catching the last bit of the old she-wolfs snarl. She went beside steel, her tail and ears perked and her eyes narrowed.
Moon raced after her packmates, the snow kicking up in a flurry. She paced behind them, restless and ready for a fight if it came to it. Suddenly a breeze went by her nose, and she smelled another wolf. The dark form came racing out of the forest, standing beside the one called Bunny. "What seems to be the problem here?" He barked.
