Gloom shifted her resting position, giving a small sigh as she stared at the moon. She had decided to sleep outside tonight, the cool air giving her peace. The black she wolf rested her head on her paws, her mind running like a doe being chased. She wondered if she should go lay down by her mate, but didn't want to disturb anyone else who was sleeping.

Essence yawned and stretched as she entered into the center of the clearing. Her yellow gaze darted over to where the other she-wolf lay. Rolling her eyes because it seemed she had nothing better to do, the red-brown wolf made her way over to sit beside the black one. “Quiet isn’t it?” She spoke suddenly, breaking the silence.

Gloom stared softly at the red she-wolf before replying. "Very." She paused before she spoke again. "Where were you? Midnight snack?" she laughed quietly.

Essence rolled her eyes. “Oh yea, I was eating the whole horde of prey.” She replied sarcastically. “What about you?” She asked, her tail flopping on the ground slightly.

Gloom chuckled. "Moonbathing." she looked at essence to see her response. Her tail wagged slightly.

Gloom chuckled, grinning. She sat upward, her tail still now. She glanced towards the sky, her heart speeding up when she caught sight of an owl flying overhead. She watched the owl fly farther and farther away before she spoke again. "I think I might go for a walk, care to come? Unless you were planning on sleeping?"

Assuming she had nothing better to do, Essence gave a nod and rose to her paws, her tail swishing as she waited to depart.

Gloom grinned and made her way out of camp. She sniffed the air in case there was any prey around finding nothing worthwhile. She stopped to gnaw on a blade of grass, turning to face Essense.
