so the basic plot is haters to lovers (because we have TASTE hello)
basically there's a giant war brewing. two of the major kingdoms are arguing. so, smaller kingdoms on each side have been doing their best to acquire what little power they can in case their team wins (jokes on them the only winner is the love between the characters hehehe)
anyway there'll prob be a lot of other stuff that happens somewhere like mythical creatures and what not and lots of drama and spicy stuff so buckle up for the ride. not that we know where we're going, but safety first heeh c: <3 |

 Anaris Vass

powers and weapons: Ana is surprisingly skilled at close combat, which isn't right for a lady but neither is half of what she does. If she uses any weapon it would probably be the closest object or a knife. As far as she knows she doesn't have any powers
physical: Standing at about 5'2 she doesn't look like she'd put up much of a fight in any way, but they do say don't judge a book by its cover. Ana is a thin lean muscled woman with hair that looks brown in darker lighting and is very obviously a deep red color in the sun light. Her eyes are almond shaped and a bright blue and are almost always judging someones ignorance.
personality: Now as much as she hates to admit it, she does kind of fit the princess personality. With a bit of a twist that is. After all she wouldn't be able to deal with herself as a bratty rude woman. That being said, most of the time it is her way or the dirt road. She is a graceful presence and she commands a room when she enters though sometimes she dips closer to the bratty side if someone trys to order her around. Authority is not her friend. As far as how she gets her way, bats her lashes and hopes for the best. And if that doesn't work she might just swing till she gets it. Most of the time though (since she has never really been challenged) she is free spirit who does what she wants and just wants to have fun her way.
backstory: get crazy; help develop the personality!! Ana is from one of the highly militarized kingdoms. Her family has been in power for many years and roles are very traditional so she has always had to play the role of a good princess. Lucky for her, growing up she had her uncle who thought she should know how to do more than fold her hands neatly in her lap. So he taught her things she as a "lady" shouldn't know. In the recent years her kingdom has fallen on hard times but the large marketplace that was recently built is working toward establishing new money for the people and the crown. The whole marring her off thing is a big help too.

powers and weapons: He is a low level wizard, really just starting out for fun he found out he had a knack for it. He really likes fire magic the most.
physical: He is a tall man, standing at just over six feet, Silas looks like he'd be pretty imposing but for the most part he isn't. His skin is tanned and his hair is a dark ashy brown. It is on the longer side and usually pulled back into a low pony tail. His eyes are a golden hazel color. As put together as he looks he definitely has a more laid back vibe to him.
personality: Silas is a hard man to pin, one moment he is very quiet and the next his line of questions seems to have no end. Typically the chillest in the room it is easy to see that he doesn't really care all that much about anything if he is being honest. Which is really the only way he knows how to be blunt and often to the point he doesn't waste time unless his interest is peaked. More often than not he can be found reading, though he is very picky and doesn't like books that can't teach him something new. Quite honestly the same goes for people, if you aren't an asset you don't matter. He isn't mean by any definition he just simply doesn't care enough to think about the existence of something useless.
backstory: Living in one of the smaller kingdoms Silas never really knew great luxury or anything like that. Of course he had more money than most in the kingdom since he was prince. He grew up doing all things a boy in his position should and as the first born out of seven children he is first in line for the crown in his kingdom, that is, they don't get taken over which is very likely.

She has rather fair skin with a splattering freckles mainly concentrated along her nose, the apples of her cheeks, and her shoulders due to long hours in the sun. She has long blonde hair that has been bleached lighter towards almost platinum from the sun's rays, and she usually keeps it pulled back from her face. She has large, wide brown eyes much like that of a gentle doe and framed by thick, dark lashes. She has a straight, somewhat button nose that slopes into full lips with straight, pearly teeth behind and an angular, but delicate bone structure. She has a long, elegant neck, and gently sloping shoulders. She has small curves, with a somewhat boyish figure, and rather strong, masculine hands from years of working with them. She is lovely to look at with, a gentle disposition to compliment
personality: Talulla is fairly well loved. Her gentle nature is well known (and beloved) by all her people. Talulla is a gentle spirit. She is fairly independent, and prefers her time spent in solitude outdoors. She is very smart, as she spends most of her time reading. She is kind and compassionate, although a bit soft spoken for someone of power and who is meant to take the throne. She is also unwittingly a bit aloof at time due to her solitary nature, and finds it hard to keep up with everything going on around her. If she had her way, she would go back in time and be born instead into a simple, peasant family in a small, self-sustaining (vegetarian) cottage in the woods away from everyone and everything.
backstory: She comes from a prosperous and rather peaceful kingdom that specializes mainly in large trade as they live along the coast. However, with the growing tensions in the neighboring kingdom as they try to expand and some disagreements of trade partners, Princess Talulla's kingdom has found itself at a disadvantage. Especially after Talulla's mother's death several years ago. Talulla and her kingdom entered a period of great sorrow and mourning, one that her father has never quite escaped, especially given that Talulla is the spitting image of the late queen. Talulla misses her mother very much, but grief has made her distant and cold. She grew up isolated to begin with by her father from safety, and as she aged, she delved into that isolation. Rather than deal with her grief, she ignored it (as she has every emotion), and became completely self-sufficient and rather, quite honestly, lonely.
 Orson Kapono
Orson meaning "bear cub" and Kapono meaning "righteous one"

powers and weapons: Orson is a skilled swordsman. He is best with a longsword, but is also fairly effective with a dagger and rather skilled at throwing knives. He's a pretty formidable opponent on the battlefield.
physical: Orson is a cutie patootie. He's a bit shorter than most man, reaching a staggering 5'11" when he isn't slouching. He's muscular, with broad shoulders and a toned body. He has a cute face with a muscular jaw, wide nose, and the brightest smile you will ever see (YES he has dimples, STOP ASKING). He has deep brown eyes framed by outrageously long lashes and bushy brown eyebrows that, honestly, need help being tamed. He usually sports a big of facial hair. He has dark, tanned skin, and dark brown curly hair that he keeps in a high and tight haircut (yes, a military style, what a handsome boy).
personality: Orson is probably the sweetest man you will ever meet. Patient and levelheaded, Orson is a kind soul. He is very intelligent, and as such, equally as charming. He is very well read, and has a very adorable and infectious laugh. Orson has the ability to grace through nearly any situation, and has the long term sight to see big plans through with steadfast endurance. He has never backed away from anything, and can be a bit stubborn at times, although many find this endearing if not inspiring.
backstory: Orson is the youngest of four older brothers in a struggling, disease ridden kingdom. The older boys have all married into small, successful kingdoms, but now the Kapono royal family is desperate to find security a strong, secure kingdom with the hopes that they will find enough protection to put their resources into finding a cure for The Sickness, which Orson's father is suspected to have caught several moons ago.

he is so patient and brings her tea and just stays up with her reading and just loves her little busy minded quirks and just waits while she does a million things as she slowly realizes he's always there and he ALREADY loves her and is so good to her??? I'm gonna cry why did I think about this oh my god ]

Today was the day, gods she hated this. First this dumb war, what was it even about anyway? She hadn't paid attention long enough n the last meeting. Letting out a long sigh she rolled her eyes as her maids brought out her dress for her to wear today. The princess sat on her bed and groaned. "Can't I just listen to more boring war discussions? Plus this prince is from a poorer kingdom. What help is he going to be?" Anaris said letting out a huff. She wasn't normally one for rich girl fits but this was too much.
She always thought she'd marry for love, but then again considering she was a princess that was just a child's dream. But that didn't mean she didn't want to let go of that dream. Her ladies maids said nothing, it wasn't their place after all. Ana waved her hand to dismiss them and all but one left. She got dressed with the help of the young girl. Her dress for today was no something she was used to wearing, it had been a minute since she'd need to wear something formal. It was a deep green color and made of velvet. It was going to be hot. The dress scooped down low and fit to most of her above the waist but flared out and dragged on the ground. How was she going to do anything but sit and look pretty? Well at least she was good at doing that.
Leaving her room finally all done up for a prince she'd never met from a kingdom she wasn't sure she'd even heard of, Anaris made her way to the throne room where the meeting was supposed to happen soon. She was closely followed by one of her ladies maids who held the end of her dress so it wouldn't get dirty. Again what was the point of having something so long if it was just going to get dragged around or carried. Entering the throne room she sat in her chair and put her head in her hand. "Do I really have to do this? "
The queen turned glaring at her, "Yes Anaris, you are forming an alliance with another kingdom. Stop with the foolishness of love and all that child stuff." Her mother snapped, "Our kingdom will need as much support as we can get in this time of war."
"Well can't I just I don't know be of help with the council and father?" the red haired woman said like that was the obvious choice.
"No. Your place as princess is to marry and form an alliance between the kingdoms." The king piped up shaking his head. "Must you always try to do the opposite of what we need you to do."
Rolling her eyes Anaris just stayed quiet. She had so many other things she could be doing, there was horses to ride and care for, she had some training she wanted to go do, plenty of war strategies for her to be coming up with. She didn't have time to be sitting here meeting some prince. |
