Pretending to look around in confusion (Which suprisingly wasn't that hard,) Viperpaw asked, "What happened? Why is it chaos..? I was sleeping..?" her gaze flicked around to the cats still left in camp, wondering which would answer her. "How did you sleep through all that?" Lilith approached Viperpaw with an almost humored mew, clearly not as affected by everything as everyone else was. Even so, she did seem a bit annoyed. With Spiritstar gone, whoever this new leader was wasn't going to be as friendly or predictable with her, she assumed. Ah well. At least she still had an apprentice, even if it would be her only one. She flicked her tail. "Did I wear you out that much during our training?" (sorry for late response..) "Ha," Viperpaw mused, letting a bit of a grin peak through her usually serious face, "I heard yelling and tried to sleep through it, then grumbled to myself and figured I should try to figure out what happened," she glanced at the two lifeless boddies, "What happened to them- is SpiritStar really- dead?"

"I hate to say it, but yes. She's dead. No use beating around the bush, you and I both know that bluntness is kindness." Lilith answered simply, sitting down to sharpen her claws leisurely on a rock. "I suppose I do feel a way about it. She did give me a home when she could have had her Warriors kill me. So, that respect was mutual. As for whatever leader we have next? Mmm.. We'll see, won't we?" She hummed.

"Should we train?" (is it morning at the moment..?)

“Hi Fallowkit!” Not yet fully aware of all that had happened, Birdkit poked her head out of the nursery to look up at the tom kit. “Chervilkit’s actually willing to play a game today! Wanna play with us?” Fallowkit blinked. "Oh, sure." He got up and padded over to Birdkit, trying to see inside the nursery. "What game are we gonna play?"

Like mossball, but harder!” She giggled, inviting Fallowkit with a wave of her tail as she used her good eye to see forwards.

Shadespots shook her head, "It's no ones fault except his own. He made those decisions so he must live with the consequences. It pains me to know I will probably never get to see him again, but I knew all those moons in the elder's den was borrowed time." "Try telling him that! Although our mother has been pushing us a bit hard lately. She's terrified of what might happen if the dark forest rises up again. I understand she's scared for our safety, but it's like she wants us to practice sunrise to moonrise!" Springpaw exclaimed. She had been very tired in her recent day time lessons after how hard Waspstrike pushed them at night. It was starting to not be very fun anymore. All she wanted to do was laze around. Basilpaw was quiet for a moment, understanding his mother’s words, before his voice grew soft, with a deep curiosity and a hint of sadness. “Did… did my father think like Goldfire too? Did he support Adderclan? I want to meet him, one day, in Starclan hopefully.” He admitted. “It’s not going to help at all if you’re worked too hard. Ugh, sounds like a pain. I’m sorry she’s so strict with you. My mom’s pretty relaxed in comparison.” Wingpaw mewed, feeling a flicker of disdain for Splashecho’s pushing. He shook his head. “I say have fun anyway! She’ll just have to get over it.” Shadespots shook her head quickly, "Oh no, Duskleap saw through Robinstar and Adderstar early on. He's one of the reasons I got out of the clan when I did! I am sure your father is up among the stars, shining down on you each night. I bet he's so proud of you and your siblings." Springpaw sighed, "Shadespots does always seem so relaxed, my father is like that but Splashecho, I don't know! She's gotten so uptight recently. She used to be more fun." The apprentice shook her head, glancing at her mother with worry. "She's even been fighting with my father. They never did that when we were young."

If he was brave enough to defy Adderclan… then I guess I should probably start being brave too.” He decided. He would start by clearing Warblerwind’s name, even if the tom was now gone. “I’m sorry. That’s got to be really rough, seeing her change like that.” Wingpaw looked at her with sympathy, before he shook his head. “She should really stop and think about what she’s doing, before everyone gets hurt. You know, if you ever need to just get away from it all, I’d be happy to sneak you away.” He grinned.

Even if pebble pass maybe wasn't a game you could win. He was still going to. He pounced, and the pebble rolled to Birdkit. Fallowkit sat and licked his paw proudly.

I'm a little scared right now with everything going on." Springpaw bumped her head against his shoulder, "Thanks Wingpaw. You're a great friend, I hope you know that."

Birdkit delightedly chased after the rolling pebble. It really was perfect, it rolled so smoothly! She pounced high, landing on the stone with a proud grin, before she rolled it right to Chervilkit. The larger kit gave a lazy swat of his paw, rolling the stone right back to Fallowkit with little fanfare.

Climb up, and I’ll show you anything you like.” She crooned, nimbly beginning to leap from ledge to ledge.

Viperpaw's eyes examined the rock ledges at her mentor's request, "Ok," she muttered, half to herself. After climbing the other rocks way too many times, she had learned to calculate before each jump, finnally, she jumped, it was a bit sloppy, but pretty good for her first time up that route, "I want to learn some battle moves if thats okay, I was never to good at them," she admitted forcingly.

It's much easier for me than hunting or tracking is, that's for sure. I was a... rather fierce fighter myself." She grinned knowingly, not regretting her attacks on Thunderclan when she was part of Phantom's group of rouges. Some days she did miss her equally ferocious mate, yet she was glad to be alive and free of consequence, safe in Skyclan's borders.

Springpaw smiled, though her face was softer than her normal cheek to cheek grin. "That doesn't sound so bad Wingpaw. You're stuck with me too."

I just have to believe that Spiritstar was lying, that Spiderbite is right. I guess I can't really truly know now but... that's what faith is for." He decided, before he glanced over at Wingpaw and Springpaw and blinked once. "Oh. They've been together alot lately." He mused. Wingpaw grinned toothily. "Jokes on you. I don't have a single complaint about that. That's way better than doing everything by myself, and you can catch me squirrels when I get hungry." He joked, flicking her shoulder with his tail, heart soothing ever so slightly from the pain of losing Silvercloud and Spiritstar, and Warblerwind's possible betrayal.

(arggg- inactive, sorry, most of it explained on my recent Riverclan response! Very proud of this semi long response tho XD I normally cant find a way to write a lot in my answers, it was fun with this one though.) Viperpaw scanned Lilith's eyes for a hint of what she assumed her mentor was hiding, however, she found nothing. "I'm not much of one, I prefer hunting skill wise but the thrill of a battle had always been fun for me, sinking teeth into enemies blah blah blah- Anyways, I haven't used many in quite a while," He mind flicked back to Blood and his rouges, killing Hallow after she left Sparrow for dead, a spark of something lit up in Viperpaw's eyes for a moment, the hatred for the rouges? Saddness? The most likely was wanting revenge, oh well, she'll get that soon enough, "I'd like to learn some more, esspecilly if Spiritstar has randomly turned up dead, who knows what could be coming? Best to know how to fight strong and well before anything can sneek up on you."
