The coding looks so pretty sand & rain!
Also just my 2 cents, but as someone who often merges words together when reading, I like that each prefix gets it's own line. It makes it easier to skim through and find specific prefixes even if it gets a bit long.

I feel like if it gets too long, people won't want to read so we'll have to correct forms. Lotus has a similar idea to mine, I just think it should be the individual letter for each line. So for example:
Acorn, Apple, Aspen
Black, Breeze
Cinder, Cloud
And so on. It'll be easier to see which ones are not taken over scrolling and scrolling in a scroll box. |

I'd prefer the prefixes stay on their own line and alphabetical, keeping them in rows is way too confusing and makes it bvery likely for me (and probably others) to accidentally glance over an already used prefix and miss it.

I feel like with the scroll box, that will happen a lot more over having them in a list by their letter. It's also more neatly organized because the list won't drown on for so long. I personally hate when lists are like that to the point I honestly don't feel like looking through it. It will also be harder to edit and add over having them by their letter and list. |

The spoiler coding can mess up the coding and you still have to scroll a lot if a Clan has a lot more diverse prefixes than normal. |

if it's taking it's own post, there's not much code to mess up? Making it legible should take precedence over aesthetics anyway.

It can be much more legible without putting it into a long list. It would be similar to reading over scanning, which would make it easier to see if your prefix is taken already. I really don't want to make the pages ugly to have a long list because it's the "easier" option over an option that would be more beneficial. |

I tried with the list you suggest already last night and I didn’t like it, plus it was very easy for me to some prefixes. I’ll try with the spoiler but I can always mess around with the scroll boxes size and whatnot. currently I’m high on Ativan and drugged up so |

I think that prefixes should be listed one at a time, going down. Like so:
Prefix A
Prefix B
Prefix C
Saying that we shouldn't do something because it's "easier" disregards the fact that there are people who might genuinely struggle to comprehend the information provided; people who might need it to be easier, like myself and others. This is a forum wide RP- a representation of the site- and if integral information isn't accessible to everyone, we're sending the wrong message to our members. Legibility should always take priority over aesthetic. That is my stance.
Edit: If the majority doesn't agree, however, that's completely fair! We should take everyone's ideas into account!

Personally I think if we're worried about it taking up space just make the scroll box shorter? It already has a constricted height, so that shouldn't be too difficult to change or mess any coding up, and then it'd take up less space and still be legible. I'm fine with either listing names line by line or alphabetizing them, but if we get huge lines of prefixes via the latter that could be pretty confusing. Like it works with 3, but once we get up to like 10 a letter it'd get a bit sketch. If we do decide to do it that way, maybe separate them with |s instead of commas.

Just my two cents on it: while the single file line may be daunting at first, a simple ctrl f is all you really need to find out if a prefix you like is taken.

Discussion about Gatherings & how many cats a member can bring.
I know the majority of us have at least one character in all 5 clans.
Snooze suggested that if a user/member has cats in each clan, only one cat from one clan is chosen?
but also, Mimi mentioned that there's the chance that people don't have characters in all five clans.
We could just alternate who goes to the Gatherings on our own (like the user/member) or the leader would choose.
Let's say we guarantee one person has one cat. One cat per person goes?
