Turkeys: the ultimate symbol of chaos.
On the flipside back when I used to work near a hospital one once walked me to my car. It was actually pretty cute.

^^^^ i'd love to see more variety in animals, both prey and predator! having our cats have little run ins with turkeys and bears and all sorts of other animals that you'd see in these kinds of terrains would be really fun Edit: Plus, if we wanted to, we could make a list of the prey/predator/neutral animals for each Clan and list which ones are more common in which Clan's territory like how squirrels are more common in wooded areas so WindClan doesn't see a lot of those animals in their territory. Of course there's always the chance of a squirrel popping up in the moors, but a WindClan hunting patrol returning with squirrels every day isn't going to happen. Yep that's exactly what I'm doing. I'm doing it individually by clan and marking them as common, uncommon, and rare. Some of the animals will be unique to one clan and some will be shared. Fortunately for me river, sky, and thunderclan are all basically the same darn territory except riverclan has more fish and skyclan has more birds.

that's adorable, i love that i just?? i love birds so much, they're chaotic stupid
but speaking of turkeys and clan planning turkeys would probably be the most common in thunder and sky territories throughout midday, then they'd be more common in windclan in the early morning and late evening, same with deer since they follow about the same travel pattern as turkeys would shadow and river probably wouldn't see a lot of turkey and deer, though shadow would see more deer than turkeys and river would probably see a bit more turkeys than deer

skyclan's true warrior assessment - single-pawedly defeating a flock of turkeys
turkeys are the embodiment of chaos we used to have a flock of domestic turkeys that were allowed to free roam where my grandparents live and, well they straight up ganged up on a few dogs and the dogs didn't make it like, these were bigger dogs, not small lap dogs

Ope we have really evil geese where I live so now I'm just thinking of turkeys as geese but the evilness is dialed up to 11. Don't know if its accurate or not lmao.

Dang that dog story reminds me of the coyotes we have up here. It seems like every couple of months someone loses a dog to them. Speaking of- I think it would be cool if coyotes were more of a presence in the clans. Since they're common as day in most forest spots in the states I think it would be cool if they were more like badgers or foxes- a common but deadly problem.

We've got so many predators! It'll be fun to have different conflicts with them!
What about twolegs beinga problem in RiverClan territory? Especially twoleg kits being destructive.

yeah!! predators are fun we'd have to make sure to keep the predators fairly balanced out though since an ecosystem can only handle so many predators, especially larger ones like bears and wolves there would need to be more variety in prey animals compared to predators
oooo yeah, twoleg problems would certainly be a fun element to throw in!

I feel like dealing with the bears or a wolf pack are a one-time plot device sort of predator rather than a main one. the main competition would be foxes, coyotes, owls, badgers, and the like.

ShadowClan Carrionplace - a twoleg dump that’s west of the camp, home to disease and rats it provides food for ShadowClan during leaf-bare. Thunderpath Tunnels - southwest of the camp lies two twoleg tunnels underneath the Thunderpath, one leads to Fourtrees, and the second leads to WindClan territory. Burnt Sycamore - an ancient tree that was burnt by lightning long ago. Apprentices learn their night hunting and quiet stalking at this tree. Crooked Brook - Echostones - Raven’s Eye Grove - Murky Pond - a pond hidden deep within the marshes of ShadowClan territory, it’s a hot spot for frogs and other such creatures. ShadowClan Camp - hidden in a hollow surrounded by brambles the camp is incredibly hard to find and harder to attack, however due to being so secluded, it’s hard to get out of the camp in emergencies as well. Welcome to ShadowClan’s camp, I am known as Shadowstar, the founder of ShadowClan, and this is where my clan settled down and called home. Our camp is in a large hollow with muddy grounds and brambles surrounding it to keep out any unwanted guests, and the entrance is through a thorn tunnel, making it near impossible to get inside unless you know your way through. Once inside the camp is a wide clearing, with a smooth boulder known as Clanrock pressed against the edge of the clearing where I, and the leaders that follow me, can speak to the Clan. Our nursery is in a thorn bush shielded hollow next to a den hidden underneath a large bramble bush where our warriors sleep, and on the other side is a smaller den where the apprentices go. On the other side of the camp is the medicine cat den in a cave under two boulders (one of which is Clanrock) and is surrounded by ferns. Next to the medicine cat den is the elders' den, which is hidden underneath large ferns and well secluded from the rest of the camp, and lastly the leader’s den is beneath the roots of a big oak tree. (I wasn’t sure what everyone wanted for the three blank locations, or if we had already figured those out, so I left those blank, but here’s the ShadowClan stuff, I hope it’s okay??)

Echostones - A group of fairly large stones with odd indents in them. Any noise made seems to become louder when close to them. It's a difficult place to hunt due to this, however they do come in handy for detecting nearby patrols.
Got the idea from acoustic mirrors.

Crooked Brook - A small stream near the thunderpath. Frogs and toads can sometimes be found nearby. However, it's advised not to drink from the stream, as runoff from the thunderpath often dirties the water.

Raven's Eye Grove - A small gathering of trees most notable for the seemingly large amount of raven nests that seem to reside there. It's considered a somewhat unlucky place, due to the feeling of being watched whenever you're within it, however apprentices and young warriors like to test their courage by spending time there.
Have you ever been stared down by multiple birds? It's creepy.
