SkyClan Ancestral Tree - One of the tallest trees in SkyClan territory. Apprentices bravely climb to the top to leave their claw mark as a tradition. Drey Glade - A clearing with squirrel nests settled in the trees, the fierce warriors take the young to practice catch the furry prey. Though I wouldn't want to be up here in a storm! Thundering Ridge - A ravine near the treecutplace where the vibrations of the monsters can be felt. Luckily, we're gifted enough to catch the plentiful birds that drop by for seeds and berries. Strike's Edge - A drop into the river, the view for sunrise and the sun shining allows for cats to enjoy the sights and sun while hunting from the trees nearby. Deer Run - Every so often during newleaf, a mother doe and her fawn will cross through this clearing. It's a wonderful sight to see for early-risers, especially apprentices eager for their training. Robin Wing's Crest - A small collection of trees where the roots have grown together. An excellent place to hunt birds while twolegs are causing ruckus at Thundering Ridge. SkyClan Camp - Surrounded by ferns and bramble, the camp for SkyClan rests in a hollow.
I am Skystar, allow me to show you the hollow where SkyClan makes our camp. We are protected by the deep, thick banks of ferns and brambles. The entrance, marked by a well-trodden path, is a gap in a dense collection of bramble. The warriors make their den in one of the bramble bushes growing away from surrounding perimeter. Beside the warriors den is the nursery made of a holly bush. On the other side of the holly, the apprentices make their den from bracken and ferns. Across the three dens, the elders rest easy withing the gap of ferns. The medicine cat den is made of a hollowed stump that has moss and lichen growing to cover it. It faces the elders' den and the nursery. The leader addresses the Clan from a thorn tree branch called Highbranch. Underneath, the leader has their den made from an elderflowers and ivy.

I can certainly do winds, or try to ^^; if you guys dont like it though feel free to pass it off to someone else, no hard feelings! and yes please, rain, it'd help haha okay, here's what we have for WindClan. Let me know if I missed anything. WindClan The Gorge - A deep gorge separating RiverClan and Windclan from each other. The water below is a good place to drink for any warriors who dare to go down, apprentices are not allowed here Abandoned Badger Set - WindClan apprentices used to come here to learn the scent of badger. Now a great spot for hunting! Twoleg Farm - Near the northwest border is a two-leg farm and den, inside cats may be located. Apprentices frequent here to test their luck with the large animals outside Outlook Rock - Near the Fourtrees, it is a large rock that most WindClan cats can be seen on. The apprentice assessment is taken here for moor runners Shattered Ice's Tunnel - The first ever tunnel created on WindClan soil, it's located just behind the camp and rarely used now though it stands for the history of the tunnelers Main Tunnel - Located near the middle of the territory, it is a single tunnel marked with torn up grass around it. It connects all the tunnels ever created and is usually where most tunnelers start out WindClan Camp - Tucked into a natural dip in the sandy moor, this camp is sheltered from the wind but has proved vulnerable to attack
words for the camp stuff Here you go for Wind's! I don't think it's been edited yet to fit what we are aiming for?

Hello there, welcome to Windclan. I am the founder of this place, known only by Windstar to the cats who roam this land now. You must have had quite the time trying to find our camp, it's one of the only places in this moor hidden in this territory. A lot of elders in this clan say I scooped out a pawful of sand to create this hollow, but the true origin of us settling here is much less interesting. It was as simple as me finding the place and settling us down here. The camp is now surrounded by the prickly branches of gorse, come follow me through the tunnel entrance to get inside. It is open like this because warriors and apprentices prefer to sleep under the open skies. We have dens for the elders and queens of the clan, both along the inner walls. The medicine cat’s den is a slight dip into the ground leading into a tunnel. If the weather gets foul, then everyone goes into the tunnel outside, Shattered Ice’s Tunnel. In the center of our camp is Tallrock, an enormous boulder in which the leader makes announcements to everyone. On the other side of it lies the leader’s den, though it often goes unused because they too prefer to sleep next to their clanmates outside. So with Windclan's it was a bit harder to highlight the areas and to be quiet honest, my original writing was a bit too long ^^;;

River also needs more, but we'll worry about that later. Crooked Brook can be a good one to use, and we can also use two I suggested earlier: Echostones and Raven's Eye Grove. That gives us six landmarks unless anyone wants to offer their own?

(I’m chill with whatever, most people call me Smore/Smeep since that’s was my last screenname, if that’s easiest?)
And I’d be good coming up with something I was thinking something like??? Some sort of pond thing? Maybe a place where a lot of frogs and stuff hang out since I know they’ve been known to catch and eat frogs??

Do you have any name ideas for a pond like that? The medicine I took earlier is kicking in so literally all I can think of is “frog pond” and I feel like there’s better options than that, oops
Alright! Good to know, which on that note Would it be handy on like, member trackers (assuming we do those here?) we include a section for like? Nicknames so people kinda know what to call people and stuff? Idk that might be stupid but??? It’s what my medicine brain is telling me right now

Maybe just murk pond? I like murk/murky pond for it, if anything
And oo yeah, I like that, because it would be nice to know what??? To call everyone
And that’s a mood, I’ve got some characters that know right off the bat what their sexuality is but I have some that I don’t until like, half way through so it’s all kinda like “Idk man, I’m getting this information as the character tells me and they’re a real Scrooge McDuck about giving me information about them sometimes”

Qick question, are we maintining that the original forest was based off of a made up forest in England as the Erins have stated, or are we just saying that the forest is entirely made up and we can use animals outside of ones normally only found in England or within the books?
I'd like to get together the prey and predators lists and know ahead of time. I think adding a few other predators and prey could have variety as long as it wasn't too out-there? Like raccoons or a few other north american fauna. Nothing too outrageous like a polar bear or something.
Wait actually mentioning a polar bear gave me a neat plot idea, what if at some point the cave of the moonstone gets a family of black bears move in?

I'd say a generic forest would be a bit more fun!
And ooh, that would make for a neat plotline!

I know the lake territories are a hybrid of both north america and england in terms of flora and fauna so I don't see the problem with blending them together for the forest territories. So like raccoons, possums, and skunks seem okay to me. I do really like the idea of the clans having to deal with bears! Also I know wolves have been mentioned in the series- but never really utilized so we could do something with them too. Big predators plots are so delightful tho because either a bunch of cats will get injured/killed or the clans have to find a creative solution to get rid of them without a fight.

^^^^ i'd love to see more variety in animals, both prey and predator! having our cats have little run ins with turkeys and bears and all sorts of other animals that you'd see in these kinds of terrains would be really fun
Edit: Plus, if we wanted to, we could make a list of the prey/predator/neutral animals for each Clan and list which ones are more common in which Clan's territory like how squirrels are more common in wooded areas so WindClan doesn't see a lot of those animals in their territory. Of course there's always the chance of a squirrel popping up in the moors, but a WindClan hunting patrol returning with squirrels every day isn't going to happen.
