Good point. The prophecy kits have no evidence, after all. Some cats might believe them, I think. It mostly depends on how the real chosen ones are liked and/or respected by their clan. The better they're viewed by their clanmates the more likely they'll be believed. But even then there will be some cats who think they're lying. It also depends on how the not-chosen ones are seen by the clan. If they show no signs of being special maybe some of their clanmates will doubt them?

yeah there's a lot of potential when it comes to pitting one cat's voice against another. because as far as the non-prophecy cats know- they are the prophecy cats- that's what they've been told their entire lives. idk i think it'll just be cool to see.

ooo my fellow leaders kiwi cheesecake @stitchlover20 did you guys have a preference in what major flaw you wanted for your leaders. i had pegged incompetence, vanity, and brutality as the 3 in my main post but if y'all had different ideas feel free to share them. i know plotwise we were looking at pairing the incompetent leader being the one who's mate dies but otherwise things are pretty open.
i know i was leaning towards the incompetent leader for mine, but i'm down for anything if either of y'all had strong opinions.

I'm gonna make a short list of my character concepts, too. Wouldn't want to forget them later on.
SummitClan
- a male kit or apprentice, no sense of smell. Wolfkit/-paw.
- a female warrior, dissatisfied with this clan's leadership. Rainstorm or Rainsong.
tunnel clan
- a male warrior, not too happy about the war between the clans but too loyal to his leader to voice his opinions. [prefix]whisper.
- a female apprentice, very eager to prove herself. Only feels save in the tunnels and doesn't function too well outside because of her agoraphobia. Dustpaw.
RiftClan
- a male kit, prophecy kit, starts out sweet and friendly, becomes arrogant as an apprentice or warrior. Brightkit.
- a female elder, despises the other two clans and demonizes them whenever she's telling stories to the kits. Embermask.
I hope Dustpaw's agoraphobia is okay. If not I'll think of something else or give her no phobia at all.

I think we should be good, leaders can work on writing up extra information (and I'll get that history refined for us) but I think we can focus on characters and plots rn.
I'll probably end up making 5 for each clan give me a second to write out what I'm thinking!

I like both Frostlight and Dusklight, though the latter sounds a little better. Also, I still need a name for my tunnel clan warrior. I would love to use 'whisper' as a suffix but I can't think of a good prefix.
Also, are lgbt+ characters welcome? I'll assume they are since you seem to be okay with Reine Nuit's cats. As for mine, it would apply to two or three of them.

Here is a little rough draft of mine Summitclan - warrior tom, bold aggressive and always eager for battle, loves the fact that the clans are warring as he has always despised them and prove to them that Summitclan is the best. Cavegrowl  - warrior female, opinionated but the silent type. Only expresses her true thoughts to those she is closest to. Whitewhisp  Riftclan - medicine cat, female, caring but manipulative, she likes to bend the rules to her favor and occasionally will use her position of power to her benefit. Though a bit selfish she really does care for her clan. Minkfur  Tunnelclan - prophecy kit if possible, female, is a self conscious shy pushover as a kit and into apprenticeship. Late apprenticeship she learns to stand up for herself and finally be who she wants to be not what other want her to be. Ends up being very sharp tongued. kit -> paw -> ???  |

Thank you so much! Dark and Cold were prefixes I was actually considering but wasn't sure, especially the dark prefix. You know, because of how the cats would view it. But he is part of the clan that lives in tunnels and caves so from that standpoint it would make sense. As for Coldwhisper, I wasn't sure because it would be a weird prefix for a kit or apprentice. But then again he could have had a different name as an apprentice. I really like moon and smoke, too. Rain sounds nice as well and it's one of my favorite prefixes in general, but since I already have a cat with the Rain prefix for this rp (a female SummitClan warrior either named Rainstorm or Rainsong) I'll have to pass this one up. I think my favorites are Coldwhisper, Darkwhisper, Moonwhisper and Smokewhisper. Oh well, I'll give it a night and then I'll decide on one xD
So my current cat names would be: Wolfkit/-paw. Wolfcry, Wolfsong or Wolfheart.
Rainstorm or Rainsong (leaning towards Rainsong)
Darkwhisper, Coldwhisper, Moonwhisper or Smokewhisper (leaning towards Darkwhisper)

Is there a form that you are going to have us use to submit our characters with? I would love to get a head start on making them so I can evolve who they are by the time the roleplay begins. Also I am wanting to make a queen, and am seeking a mate/complicated lover for her before I create her. She is based off of my mother's cat who is current pregnant, and she is just so adorable with her big old belly! Her name will be Cloverstep |

The form is probably going to be more simplistic- book description, positive neutral and negative traits (either 1 or 2 of each I haven't made up my mind), history, and extra info. I'll throw up a loose idea when I'm done painting in a bit. Also I love prego kitty. What a cutie!
Pineclaw I'm fine with wolf being either but if you were leaning towards apprentice maybe he an crumblepaw could be siblings?
