i know it's a stupid thing to nitpick but i'm obsessive about genetics and none of the three summit prophecy kits match genetically xD the assumed ones work well because they're both gray tabbies, but the actual ones are a ginger tabby, a gray tabby, and a solid brown kit lmao
i'm too much of a perfectionist y'all xD

right? and with bumblepaw also being a ginger tabby, i kinda forgot that that essentially requires at least one ginger tabby parent, if we go genetic-considered. so there's that, though if the other parent is different we can play around with coats (if the makers want to, since i don't remember genetics being required haha)

I mean to be fair the only time having proper genetics would be an issue is if there were a plot where there was forbidden relationship or something where the kits didn't look like their father/mother. I don't think it's a huge deal, it is Warriors after all lol. What I've been trying to do is make my related characters look at least somewhat similar- Pikakit looking like Screechlight, for example. I think what penguin was telling me is that they don't like heavily enforcing genetics because it makes people less comfortable to join. So I've just been trying to follow appearances, and then let everyone else do whatever they want ^^

that’s fair, i just experience obsessive-compulsive tendencies, and vastly different appearances like that irk me. i wasn’t asking to have them change anything, don’t get me wrong. i just was commenting in it to poke fun at how particular i am.

haha yeah i noticed it too! i think it's probably just cause no one really knew what the parents looked like so they just went ham. i do kinda like the idea that none of them look like they should be siblings tho? idk it just think it's funny.
also for the timeskip, I was planning on it taking place monday, at the end end of the day, but we could also delay it too? i know grottoclan just got up, so i wanted to make sure everyone had time to make meaningful interactions before the war/skip.
