Tait Uli Hightopp
child of the mad hatter and ursula Tait stretched backwards against the bench against one of the many run down buildings, which really could be any. It was coven territory so that summed it down to 1/4 of the isle. They were somewhere. It wasn't really the point. The point was they were stretching since their back hurt. It was sore and they had a feeling it was because they had been sitting in a chair with no backing for a couple of hours. It was... important. Ish. Alright, so it wasn't. They just got... really, really invested in a little gadget they found. It kept making smalling beeping noises and Tait hadn't seen anything like it in a while. So they figured they would observe it for the betterment of society. Plus it was adorable. There was a little pixelated figure on it that keep beeping and Tait kept pressing buttons and whatever it was, it was working and nice. Their little vole seemed to agree, as it had decided it was a comfy resting place, muct to Tait's disagreement. They decided to put both their vole and the little device in their pocket, given how they started to realize they should have been sitting somewhere more comfortable. Maybe against a wall next time.

Shawn "Cheri" De Vil daughter of cruella de vil and the sheriff of nottingham
Cheri was quite sure that the entirety of Southwark could hear her scream.
In her defense, she was rather frustrated. She had made a stupid, common mistake. On the flip side, she has no need for the amount of knifes she has, and this was kind of inevitable. But she had caught the knife on her hand instead of in her hand. Cheri growled as she looked at the injury on her hand, inspecting it thoroughly. She was in an immense amount of pain.
It had been two years since she hurt herself while playing with her knives. A record she was very proud of, that she prided herself on, and that she had just ruined with one bad move.
"Collie!" The young preteen called from her place on the stairs with her hand cradled in her lap. "Chester! Clara?!" She didn't hear anyone and finally called for her younger siblings, "Charlotte? Catlee?" Biting her lip with light tears in her eyes, "Dad!" She usually didn't call out for JP when she needed something. When it came to her relationship with the man, Cheri tried to keep it in the best light possible. Unfortunately, Cheri needed some love and he was the one she could turn to.
She couldn't even imagine asking for Cruella's love.
Whining to herself, Cheri looked down at her injured hand again. It was bleeding, but barely. The knife's cut was the size of a pinprick and when the girl saw the blood pooling, she fainted.

Edmund "Eddie" Radcliffe son of anita radcliffe and roger radcliffe
If someone had told Eddie that he would be on the Isle two years ago, he would've laughed. Well, no, he wouldn't have laughed in someone's face. That would've been very rude. No, instead, Eddie would've smiled politely and moved on with his life. He would also remind himself not to talk to that person because they were absolutely nuts if they thought he was ever going to be on the Isle.
Eddie was a good kid, growing up. He was nice to his sisters, loved his dogs and respected his parents with every fiber of his being. In his eyes, Daphne and Fiona were literal angels. No matter what kind of nonsense they pulled, they were his family. His dogs were basically like children themselves, as he had raised them and trained them since they were young pups. His parents were actually the reason he was on the Isle.
Anita Radcliffe was a sweet and sensitive soul. She could not stand the idea of innocent children being locked away in the prison island. When she heard about this opportunity, she had pushed Eddie to go. His mother had barely even looked into the program before asking him to apply. Anita had a plan, and she needed her son to get results.
It's not like he minded being used for his mother's ideals. He was concerned about the kids on the Isle as well. How was it ethical to leave innocent children with their evil parents? Were these kids genetically disposed to be evil? Was evil made or born? Did the Heros end up creating a new generation of villains just by ignoring the inhumane conditions on the Isle?
His first task on the Isle was to figure out his bearings, so that he could fully understand what these kids had grown up with. Eddie wanted to be able to give a detailed report to Auradon about the living conditions on the Isle. Unfortunately, he got lost.
This is why Eddie found himself literally running into the meeting with Billy, Komboa and Maggie. He grinned sheepishly at Billy, but ended up skidding into a wall. Eddie laughed lightly at his mess and took a second to collect himself before turning around to face the others. "Hey guys!" He took a deep breathe, pulled out a notebook and clicked his pen open. "What'd I miss?"

Margaret "Maggie" Gordonia DunBroch
daughter of Merida and MacGuffin
Maggie nodded along as Billy and Komboa spoke, taking care to make sure she actually understood, especially since the lion boy had offered up a plan. She didn't know how much she actually agreed with it, though. He brought up some good points, especially with not looking like a threat to the Islanders, but she had to throw her own two cents into the discussion.
"Ah think it would be safer if you led the house search, Komboa." She began, turning her green eyes towards the boy in question. She didn't know much about him, if anything at all, except what she just learned -- that he was marginally related to the king of the Isle. "Wi' all due respect, you're takin' a big chance on the family thing. He's just as like to kill you on sight." Something told her that the elderly lion wasn't too keen on his Auradon kin. "Ah think Billy ought tae be the one tae see 'em. She's the leader of this whole thing, and he migh' take offense if she seems like she has better things tae do than meet him. An' that's the last thing we want, yeah?" From what she knew about Scar, he was temperamental and easily offended, and that might push some buttons right off the boat.
When Eddie arrived, the DunBroch princess gave the Radcliffe boy a small wave and a smile. She had a great deal of respect for him, really. A while back, he'd come with a vet to the castle and saved one of their baby horses, and she held him in high regard ever since. "How's it, Eddie? We're just goin' over a plan."

Edelweiss "Del" Hilda Grimhilde
daughter of the Evil Queen and the Huntsman
Del nodded along to what her brother was saying, agreeing completely. She appreciated the fact that her brother had her back in this. She could probably ask someone else, but they'd probably agree with Mori. After all, Del had called her a thot, which wasn't exactly her proudest moment. Mori wasn't really a thot, it just sounded funnier when she thought about it. But was it just too far? She hadn't meant to hurt Mori's feelings, obviously. The daughter of Morgana was her best friend, full stop.
But she knew she wasn't a yeehaw, especially confirming it with Ebby. Who was the least yeehaw person she knew, so he knew what he was talking about. Her twin didn't even like horses, that's how not-yeehaw he was. Which was very.
"Should we try to track one down? Think they'd be at the ranch, or one of their places?" Del had to admit she was only slightly familiar with Southwark. Obviously, she wouldn't get lost in it. But she didn't spend a whole lot of time in it, either. Apart from the occasional dinner at Big Fork, or the handful of visits to the club or Frollo's, there wasn't much reason for her to be."Which one of them do you think is the most yeehaw? Should we find them specifically since they'd be the best judge? Or do you think any Slim would do?"

Griffin Percival LeGume
son of Gaston and Paulette
"Think she thinks what she said wasn't that derogatory, too?" Griffin pointed out, thinking on it for a minute. After all, Mori and Del were friends, and friendship built on being mean aside, he doubted that the black haired witch would actually lash out with an insult that she didn't think Mori could take.
And Mori could take a lot. She was tough, and cool, and very capable. Just...not capable of being called a thot and brushing it off. Which was okay. "Not saying you're wrong, obviously." God help him if she picked up that sort of intention from his words. "But maybe she didn't think it through and about how much it might hurt you? She might even be sorry?" Griffin didn't know a whole lot about the Coven's second in command, but Mori cared about her opinion a lot. Which meant, if their friendship worked like...most friendships worked, then it was two-sided, and Mori's feelings would matter just as much to Del as Del's did to Mori. It was the basic rule of friendship.

Eberhard Hassel Grimhilde
son of the evil queen and the huntsman "If we want to get a genuine answer we should... I... I don't know where they'd be. We could always go to the ranch and just... wait it out until one of them comes back there?" Nothing like waiting out potential.... not really suspects. But Ebby couldn't think of the word for that so suspects had to work for now. People to answer questions. And then he had to contemplate the next question because it was a very good point. It was one of those questions you wouldn't really want to bring up to a family unit. It was like asking who was the favourite child of a parent. The difference was, while the children were each a different Slim, the parent was the yeehaw god, casting judgement upon those who worshipped it. Who was the most yeehaw of them? Who was most dedicated to the yeehaw faith. Except for the part where Ebby was pretty sure a yeehaw faith didn't exist...Or did it? Maybe he'd need to bring it up to whoever they found. And despite that, Ebby still answered, "Junior. He's the oldest and is the only one that sticks at the yeehaw land the most... he has the most time to be yeehaw. I think we should only trust the most yeehaw-y of yeehaws to make judgement."

Catrinetta Sandrine de Vil
daughter of cruella de vil and sheriff of nottingham It was the initial scream that had Catlee scrambling off the floor of her room, in search for the dreadful noise. Screaming meant... generally something bad. And it wasn't anyone's birthday so happy screaming wasn't an option either. And she didn't think there was any promotions, much less occuring to anyone who'd be in the house. Which was the reason she was grabbing the door and swinging it open and kinda ran. Normally, she'd make more caution of actually closing the door since open doors signed people were welcome in and Catlee didn't even want to risk Cruella assuming that she had free reign of her room. The last time that happened... Much to say, obviously it was important that Catlee figured out the cause of the scream over personal privacy. And while she was running she hear Cheri's voice calling out for any of the siblings. With a squeak, Catlee moved towards the noise and spotted her sister, eyes widening as she saw he sister. On the ground. Unconscious. She may have screamed upon seeing Cheri. She also may have started to tear up as she made a move towards Cheri to make sure she was at least breathing. And following in suit of Cheri and her last words before she seemingly fell, Catlee cried out for a sibling to come and help, "Charlotte! Collie- Chester or Clara- someone please come here! Cheri's-"

Bellamy Acadia Blanche Bete
daughter of belle and zuzo Billy's eyes shot towards the dor as footsteps approached, closing when she realized it was just Eddie. And promptly shot back open when she heard the crash into the wall. With a... pained smile, she greeted him, "Eddie. As Maggie said, just discussing the current plan when reaching land. Feel free to add ideas as you see fit."Ideas she was still contemplating. And Billy had to say... not literally say, but metaphorically in her mind, she was grateful for Maggie's input. Komboa seemed like a nice guy, but she also didn't know if he could gather enough confidence to actually confront and talk to his... great uncle. Not to mention the other facts Maggie brought up about that. As Billy thought on it further, she was absolutely right. She had been scared to consider the fact that they'd be dealing with a man alike their king. Someone who is focused on themself and how others perceive them. Someone who would take offence to Billy trying to focus on the cares of her people before being politically correct. It was extremely dangerous to even considered, so Billy had to agreed with Maggie's statement. "She brings up multiple good points. I have nothing against you Komboa, but I don't want to appear passive aggressive by sending the grandson of the man who overthrew him. And, I believe I can trust you to find a house that is unoccupied just fine.""And on that... he brings up a good idea, to have a group that can... mingle and talk to some of the locals and get a general idea of what we're dealing with on a social level. Maggie, would you be willing to lead a group to explore some of the city and interact with people," Billy continued. She believed it would be a better idea to do that as well, since Maggie seemed as though she was far less likely to get scammed or robbed or hurt in the process of talking to Isle kids.

Komboa Tabari Adebayo Son of Kopa & Tiifu
Komboa knew that Scar favoring him over Billy or Maggie just because they shared blood was not a likely occurrence. Still, it had been the only suggestion he'd had to offer. When Maggie spoke out against the idea, he looked down at the table.
Eddie's entrance, however, got Komboa turned towards the door to face the other boy. Eddie was pretty cool. Maybe Eddie's arrival would take the attention off of his idea. Which, Maggie was right. Both about Scar possibly killing him and Billy being better for the job. Leader to leader, rather than leader to awkward lion boy.
He gave Eddie a nod in greeting, wanting to say something. But by then both of the girls had greeted him and Billy was talking again. Komboa figured it would be better to shut up and listen to her than greet Eddie. He did, however, move over slightly to make room for the boy.
When Billy agreed with Maggie - which Komboa has expected her to do - his cheeks turned slightly warm and he looked down again. Yeah, he could be trusted to find them somewhere to live... Hopefully. "Can I take at least a couple people with me? More eyes are better than one." He paused. "Or two. I have two eyes. I only have one head..." He realized he was starting to overexplain and he stopped. Anyone would be able to understand that he meant 'one pair of eyes' rather than 'one eye'.
That sick feeling was starting to return. That constant shadow of self doubt that had barely left his side since they'd left Auradon. He had never actually thought he'd been chosen when he had applied to go to the Isle, and now he knew he had gotten himself in too deep. He didn't voice these concerns, however. The last thing Billy needed was to know that one of her people knew he wasn't good enough for his job.

Edelweiss "Del" Hilda Grimhilde
daughter of the Evil Queen and the Huntsman
Ebby continued to make a lot of sense, and Del was honestly glad that she'd come to him about this important issue. She probably could have come to this conclusion on her own -- she definitely could have come to this conclusion on her own -- but it was just nice to have her brother back her up on this fact. She wasn't a yeehaw, and they were about to go and prove it by asking an actual, legit cowboy. Not that Del actually had an issue with cowboys. The aesthetic was nice and all, but it wasn't her, and the fact that she didn't know what Mori meant by calling her a yeehaw, where the accusation had come from, bothered her more than actually being compared to a cowboy. It was just the fact that it was so absurd to consider that got her all angry about it. What had Mori meant, calling her that? It'd been an insult, she knew that much. It wasn't hard to assume that far, considering they'd been joking around and talking trash about each other, and that it'd come after the disastrous "calamari thot" insult.
"So would that make him Yeehaw Prime, or...?" Del needed answers for this, too. How did you even judge the yeehaw-ness of a cowboy? Was there any way to test that? Would it be ethical to test that? "Think he'd be mad if we called him that?" It didn't seem particularly hurtful, but then again she'd just been hurt by the term "yeehaw". Would it be the same for a legit cowboy? Clearly Junior, or Yeehaw Prime in this case, would be self-aware enough to know that he was a cowboy. Could you be a cowboy and not know it? Is that what Mori meant?

Moriena “Mori” Blackbeard daughter of morgana and captain blackbeard
Before responding vocally, Mori thought over his words. He could be right. This was something they did a lot, trading stupid insults. They never really meant anything by it. The goal was to pass the time and make each other laugh. Plus, a majority of the time, neither of them got upset over something like this. It took a lot for her to be affected from an insult, and, just maybe, this had more to do with how she wanted Del to see her.
She was not her mother's daughter, and she didn't want to be seen that way. At no point did Mori want to be referred to from her mother. She would much rather be her father's daughter. Had Del called her some kind of pirate-based insult, would she have been this upset? Or did this feeling have to do with more of her own insecurities built off her relationship with her mom?
This was getting a little too deep to be thinking through in front of Griffin. "Maybe, but it doesn't excuse it." Mori would never ask Del to apologize, though. She wasn't going to apologize for her insult. There was no part of her that wanted to, which meant that she couldn't expect the same from Del.
When Griffin backtracked, Mori cracked a small smile. He knew her well, enough that he knew she wouldn't react well to being told she was in the wrong for something so complex as hurt feelings. "I might go talk to her, later." She wouldn't promise anything, though. She let out a breathe and muttered the insult. "Calamari thot," Mori shook her head, wondering where that had even come from.

Charlotte Saoirse de Vil
daughter of Cruella de Vil and the Sheriff of Nottingham
"Is she dead?" Where you found one triplet, you usually found the next one, and when both of them were there, the third was bound to follow. People may have their debates on who was always the first to actually cause trouble, but it never failed that finding one meant that the other two were always nearby. Even when you considered the apparent death of one, it worked. That being said, Charlotte was terrified, triplet-behaviors aside. There wasn't really much to assume otherwise when you walked in on your sister lying motionless on the floor, and your other sister sounding terrified. "Cl-ClaRA!" Charlotte called for the first sibling that came to mind. Would JP be more useful in this situation? Maybe, but she knew Clara was here, and Collie and Chester weren't here, so they couldn't help right now. She'd heard their second-oldest sibling moving around in the house earlier, and right now she hoped that was still the case. "Catlee what happened?" This was...this was important to figure out, really.
Out of the three of them, Charlotte had assumed that Cheri would kind of be the hardest to murder. She was tough and brave and knew all those cool knife tricks, which should have helped fight off an intruder.

Red
[adopted] daughter of the of Stabbington brothers
Red was a little bummed out that no one else, save Pip, wanted to get behind a good fight - and even she elected for the 'talking it out' option first. The redhead sank a little further in her seat, arms now crossed as well as her ankles. Not pouting, because she was after all a Stabbington, and Stabbingtons didn't pout - they plotted. And so, Red listened intently as the ideas continued to pour forth and a plan of action slowly began to take form.
A dinner was what it seemed to have come down to.
Red often found herself on the losing side of moral-centric battles, but it was good for her - she needed this group, needed the contrast and the balance that they offered her. Sometimes it was all too easy to lose herself to that other side of her nature, the one steeped in violence and chaos survival of the fittest.
It wasn't unusual for the redhead to absorb more than contribute, and so she listened in silence. The idea of a dinner with the Auradon spawn wasn't exactly her idea of a good time, but it might be the easiest way to find out why they were here. Get them comfortable, get them talking, and get to the bottom of whatever the hell was going on here. The idea appealed her logical side, but there was still a part of her that wanted good, old-fashioned vigilante justice. And maybe maiming a whole bunch of seemingly innocent kids wasn't exactly justice, but all good things had to start somewhere.
"Well, it's got my vote." Said Red finally, knowing that Collie valued the input of her capos even though the decision was all but made. The girl leaned forward and dislodged her dagger from the table, re-sheathing it. "Just let me know what I can do." Even if this course of action wouldn't have been her first choice, this whole thing was a group effort and Red was well aware of the fact, and could almost always be counted on for being a team player. Community wasn't something you got a whole lot of on the Isle, and so where she found it she valued it.

Edmund "Eddie" Radcliffe son of anita radcliffe and roger radcliffe
As he saw Maggie's smile, he grinned. "Things are happening quickly." He had to comment on it, since she asked how everything was. He had lost track of time, and therefore ran late to the meeting. Everything was a little chaotic, due to how fast everything was happening.
He cringed when he saw Billy's reaction. He did have a pretty rough landing, but he didn't think it was that bad. Eddie nodded at her request and got to work on meeting minutes. He would have to take notes to give a report back to Auradon, given that Hana wasn't in the room. He would give her the best notes he'd ever taken. Eddie was sure that the parents were worried about them, and wanted updates.
When Billy spoke, Eddie got an idea of the plan that had been suggested. He was grateful that was in charge of the Dragon Hall meeting. He didn't think it would go over well if the first person they met was him. From what he had seen, Cruella's children ran the local area. Which, speaking of. Eddie cleared his throat, "I'm not sure if you guys know this, but Southwark is one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in all of London. That's why it's here, on the Isle." He flinched slightly, remembering the stories that Roger had shared. "From what my dad told me, it's definitely not a place anyone should be alone in."
"I checked the area out a little today with Caddie and Dipper," The dogs were outside the door as he spoke, "It's definitely Cruella's realm around Dragon Hall. I'm not sure about the other places, I never paid attention to like, 80% of the Villain stories." He sighed, turning to the redhead, "Just be careful, okay?" Maggie wasn't a kid, but she was young. He didn't want her getting hurt.
Eddie watched Komboa's movements as he spoke and frowned. The boy was too nervous, too unsure of himself. He felt like he needed to help, "Since I already checked out the Isle, I can come with you. Plus, Dipper and Caddie can be two more noses as well." He tried his best to give Komboa a reassuring smile, just trying to calm the kid down.
He updated the idea list as he spoke, fleshing his idea out more as he wrote it down. "I think we need to have a third group of people trying to get the lay of the land more. We need to know where to go for food or goods or services. I know we have all of that, but the point of this trip is to interact with the people here and see how they live." If they just stuck to Auradon's supplies and avoided the population, then being here would be pointless.

Shawn "Cheri" De Vil daughter of cruella de vil and the sheriff of nottingham
Usually, when finding yourself on the floor with pain in your head and your sisters screaming bloody murder, the general reaction is not to jump up in fear and hold up a knife.
Except, that's exactly what Cheri did.
She let out a breathe and put down her weapon when she saw her sisters. "I could have killed you!" She was about to scold them for doing such a thing when she figured out why they would've been screaming. She could feel the pain in her hand but refused to look again. She wasn't about to faint in front of people. That just wouldn't do.
Cheri knew that she had overreacted when she woke up, but there were only few times that she had been hurt enough to get fussed over. Oh, right, pain. The small preteen groaned and sat down, rubbing the back of her head with her good hand. "No more screaming, please." Her head was pounding. She had fallen harder than she thought she would've.
With her sister crying, Cheri flicked her knife back into itself to cover the blade and shoved the object in her pocket. "Hey, I'm okay. I got upset over nothing. I'm fine, I promise." Cheri remembered calling for the others and looked at Charlotte, "Can you get me a bandage? I cut myself." She was applying pressure to the small wound, hoping that there wasn't too much blood.
Spoiler alert: there wasn't. She was truly overreacting. She still wanted a band aid though. But she had to be strong, since Catlee was crying and Charlotte looked extremely worried. To her younger sister, Cheri managed a small smile, "Hey, look at me. I'm all good. Nothing can kill me. Please stop crying."

Margaret "Maggie" Gordonia DunBroch
daughter of Merida and MacGuffin
Aw hell, she'd upset him.
She hadn't meant to say that the lion boy was incapable or anything, not by a long shot. She didn't know enough about Komboa to insult him like that, and say he wasn't good enough for a job. She just didn't want to start this visit with him getting mauled by his great...whatever he was. In an attempt to take some of the sting out of her words, she elbowed him lightly and shot him a smile. However, now wasn't the time for huge, wordy apologies, they had work to do.
"Aye, ah can do that, Billy." She agreed readily, nodding towards their leader. "Shouldn' be too hard, yeah? Smiles an' friendship an' all that." Maggie considered herself socially capable enough to start making nice with all the Isle kids. She wasn't super popular, but she wasn't a social nightmare, either. "Ah'll take some of the others wi' me. Maldonia, Hamada, Grey, and Charming, if tha' suits the two of you just fine?" Then at Eddie's suggestion, the DunBroch princess nodded in agreement. "We can double up an' ask about that, too."

Griffin Percival LeGume
son of Gaston and Paulette
"Doesn't excuse it, nah, but it might explain it." Griffin shrugged, thankful that Mori's temper seemed to be waning slightly. He was glad to do his duty as a friend and listen to her troubles, but he kind of worried about her getting angry like that. Especially with friends concerned. It'd be better for her to just...cool down until she could think about this more clearly. "Although if you find out later that she didn't think she was kidding..." Well, that would be awful. And he wasn't as attached to her friends as he was to Mori, who was actually his friend. If Del hurt Mori, he could totally beat her up. She was tall, and kind of scary, in the same way Mori was scary, but he was also pretty sure she couldn't actually throw down to save her life. Not that he'd kill her over something like this. That was murder, and murdering peoples' loved ones usually came with consequences. "...well, I've got your back."

Fern Alana Facilier Daughter of Facilier and Ayizan
Fern was... busy.
Well, she was always busy.
Fitting everything into her schedule was a skill at this point, and she had just given up her only free time for the day to help Ernie with the friendship bracelets he was making for the transfers.
She wasn't very good at the creation of these friendship bracelets, and knew she had to focus on the Coven with the arrival of these new Auradon kids, so she had left Ernie after making four bracelets. She wandered through her part of the Isle, hoping to find one of her healers, if possible. She had no idea where either Mori or Tait was. Del either, and that was even more concerning to her.
It didn't take long for her to find one of the people she had been looking for. "Tait!" Fern called out when her gaze landed on the healer. "How have you been?" she asked. While that wasn't an uncommon greeting, Fern actually meant it. She knew some people didn't, but she did. She always wanted to know how her coven members were doing, especially the ones that held more responsibility in the group, like Del and the healers.
That's why her door was always open. That's why she got whatever food she could to make a big family dinner for the coven. That's why she had pushed so hard for the creation of the clinic - one that was free and staffed by kids that actually cared about their jobs.
That's why she stopped what she was doing whenever she passed by someone she cared about and asked how it was going. The Isle was a hard place to live and a horrible place to grow up in. She was grateful for everyone that had helped her when she was finding her place, and now she wanted to be there for others.

Francesca Pip Fox Daughter of Finnick & Pamela
Isabeau was certainly advocating for a more peaceful introduction, wasn't she? Pip could see the value in that. She was ready for a fight, but the Auradon kids intrigued her and she wasn't quite sure she was ready to form an opinion on them.
After all, why was Auradon so interested in the Isle now? After all these years, why were they so interested now that they would be willing to send their precious little babies into the unknown?
When Collie supported the 'no fighting' plan, Pip nodded but slumped slightly in her seat. Fighting was her best skill. All she knew how to do, really. She was never the smartest of her peers. She was never the most charismatic or competent. She liked to think there was something special about her because she held a higher rank in the mafia, but fighting was all she truly believed she excelled at.
Pip nodded at Collie's order. "I can handle that," she said.
She looked over at Montana, deciding not to comment on his music again. She didn't like it, but getting into a fight over something as trivial as music would not help when they had the much bigger issue of the transfers arrival. "Our food probably isn't good enough, but that's not our issue. If anything, maybe that'll work to our benefit. They see we don't even have decent food and there's two outcomes. (1) They convince their parents to send us at least slightly better supplies. Probably isn't likely, but I'd say a possibility. (2) They underestimate us. That'll give us the upper hand if it does come to fighting."
She didn't know if what she was saying was true, but she had to say something. "Plus, Montana, you got Homie and Kenny with you. I'm sure I could donate some kids help prepare a dinner. Give you some more hands. Only if you need, of course." She didn't want Montana to think she doubted him.
Pip looked over at Red and it seemed that they were all in agreement on this plan. Well, that was good. A divided mafia would just make it easier for the transfers to succeed in any plans they had. She wanted to believe that they were all innocent and here for good reasons, but this was a hard place to trust people. Especially if they weren't part of your gang.

Eberhard Hassel Grimhilde
son of the evil queen and the huntsman "Yeehaw prime.... Yes, I believe it would be? I can't think a better name to call someone of maximum yeehaw after all," Ebby nodded along. It sounded... professional. Or high up, like he supposed it should. Someone with the most yeehaw should have a title that goes with it after all.But she also brought up the point if Junior would be okay with being called Yeehaw Prime. He had to think on it... but overall, if Del found being called a yeehaw an insult because she wasn't yeehaw, then it should be a compliment to someone who was a yeehaw?Or was yeehaw a bad term to describe cowboys in the first place? Should they change it to Cowboy Prime- what if Prime was an offensive term to cowboys though? What if they offend the Yeehaw Prime by calling him Yeehaw Prime?
Maybe they had to go and check with another one of the yeehaw-cowboys? To make sure they wouldn't offend the ruler- but that meant they couldn't actually address Junior as being the Yeehaw Prime they were talking about. Else, it might offend that Yeehaw. Which left a difficult conundrum overall. In order to ask the Yeehaw Prime about what counted as a yeehaw, they'd need to find a different yeehaw to make sure yeehaw prime wasn't offensive without mentioning who the yeehaw prime was at all.Ugh, that was difficult. "Maybe we just... have to avoid saying Yeehaw Prime in front of him?"

Tait Uli Hightopp
child of the mad hatter and ursula At the sound of a familiar voice, Tait shot up in search for the face that accompanied the voice. Which was an odd thing to say, voices accompanying faces. The thing was, not all voices accompanied the same face. It was why people could change into voices that didn't match their face. In fact, it was absolutely possible that the face Tait was looking for wouldn't be the face they expected. It was possible to take another person's voice after all. It was generally temporary from what they knew, but there was the matter if the original face could still use the matching voice. They were glad to see that it was the proper face that went with the voice. They gave Fern a grin, waving their hand in greeting. Which was another odd tangent he could get into one day. But not the tangent he had currently chosen to focus on. "Fern, I'm glad to see you still have your voice! I got worried for a moment someone had took it," Tait said, which likely wasn't the proper greeting that people would expect to be voiced. But, Tait would like to think it was a greeting nonetheless. They moved towards the coven leader, moving to give her a hug. Defeat one improper greeting with... a questionable greeting. Tait thought it was a shame people didn't give more hugs as greetings afterall. Unless he supposed they were touch-adverse. But he didn't think Fern was. "My day has been going well. I found a fancy little thing earlier, but I suppose that's been the only interesting thing that's happened thus far. How about you?"

Bellamy Acadia Blanche Bete
daughter of belle and zuzo "Of course you're taking people with you, Komboa. I don't want any of us alone on this island until we've established some amount safety for us." She wasn't willing to risk the idea that there were villains willing to take our anger on the children of those who defeated them. Not to mention the kids that grew up on the Isle, possibly bitter at the fact they were forced to live here for a maximum of 20 years thus far. She was grateful when Eddie volunteered to go with Komboa as well. That was one of the transfers covered in a group. And then Maggie laid claim to some kids in her group as well. Billy was fine with accepting that. A five member group seemed fitting for the task that was least focused on a specific task. It was turning out to be a much broader task as Maggie accepted Eddie's idea as well. A group focused on getting an understanding of the culture around the Isle, gaining casual acquaintances, figuring out different notable locations to be aware of. Billy was absolutely fine with that actually. She nodded, making a movement to speak and confirm groups, "Okay, so, all in all we have Maggie, Komboa, and myself leading the groups. In Maggie's group we have Hana, Silver, Raf, and Mac. Komboa has Eddie, and would you mind taking Akram and Alicio as well?" She had to feel confident in putting Alicio there. Perhaps it was a dumb, older sister sort of thing, but she also felt most comfortable with him sticking to a group that was currently the least involved in dangerous situations. Continuing, "Thus, I'll take Kassi and Ruffi with me to meet with Scar and Yen Sid. Sound good?"

Catrinetta Sandrine de Vil
daughter of cruella de vil and sheriff of nottingham Catlee was going to explain - in a very tearfilled manner - to Charlotte that she didn't know. That she had just found their triplet like this on the ground on the stairs. She probably would have added on theories. She fell down the stairs, she was attacked by a rabid bear, she just realized that her stomach thinks all potatoes are mashed. That last one was a sad life to live. Or... it would be if potatoes were more readily available in the first place. Catlee was also confident in herself enough to admit she let out a terrified scream and jumped away as Cheri held up a knife as she came back from the dead. "Charlotte! Cheri's a zombie!" Catlee cried out. She couldn't have a zombie sister! What was she supposed to do with a zombie sister? Cheri said that she was okay, but... she also said nothing could kill her. Maybe that just meant permanently and she was now one of the undead, unable to be killed like a normal human would be. Of course, she should have paid more attention over the fact that zombies didn't normally need bandages, but in Catlee's defense, she was going through many emotions at this moment. With a horrifying realization dawning on Catlee, she grabbed onto Charlotte and asked in a squeaky voice, "Do you think Collie's going to be mad?"

Charlotte Saoirse de Vil
daughter of Cruella de Vil and the Sheriff of Nottingham
"Hey hey, Catlee. Calm down." Charlotte tried giving her sister a comforting pat to the head. She was really torn up over Cheri being a zombie, wasn't she? Which, she supposed if they were on like...Auradon or something, that might be a bigger cause for concern. But here on the Isle, magic didn't work. So magic couldn't resurrect their triplet, ergo she wasn't dead and wasn't a zombie. Made sense to her. "She's not a zombie, okay? She can't be zombified. No magic, remember?" She wasn't going to make fun of Catlee for thinking this, Just try to...chill her out a little. "No magic, no magical zombiehood." Reaching her arms from around their sister, Charlotte tried handing the bandaid to Cheri.
Catlee's next question required a little more thought, though.
Would Collie be upset with them? She didn't think she would, they hadn't really done anything wrong. Well, she guessed their older sister could argue that Cheri shouldn't have been messing around with knives and getting hurt, but Charlotte and Catlee wouldn't be in trouble. But Collie knew Cheri liked playing with knives. Normally she encouraged it. So would she really be mad? Could she be mad, even? Playing with knives often led to the possibility of getting hurt, and if she didn't want Cheri getting hurt by it, then she would have put a stop to it before, right? So really, she had no reason to get mad, and they were safe. Sure, Collie had been a little weird with her reactions to things lately, but she didn't think Cheri would get into serious trouble, and she and Catlee hadn't done anything wrong. So yeah. They should be okay. "I'm sure she won't get mad about this." Still trying to reassure Catlee, she gave another awkward, comforting pat to the sister still clinging to her.

Edelweiss "Del" Hilda Grimhilde
daughter of the Evil Queen and the Huntsman
Would the term Yeehaw Prime be that offensive? Del made a mental note to later ask one of the Slimlets if "Yeehaw" would be an insult to cowboys. She didn't think it would, but then asking the Slimlets if it was offensive could still be risky. They weren't the only cowboys, after all. So if they said it was okay, then who knew if Junior would agree? Or California? Or any other cowboy in existence. How did you get something like that verified? How could they be sure that 9 out of 10 cowboys agreed that "yeehaw" wasn't rude and demeaning to them? Was there a cowboy expert, maybe somewhere in Auradon, who spent his or her life studying the intense culture of cowboys and made these kind of decisions?
Huh.
How weird would that be? Living your whole life deciding the ruling on cowboy terms? She supposed it could be weirder, though, to be fair. "Yeah, good call, though. He'll understand, we don't know how this goes." Which, to be fair, they didn't. Del wanted to assert, again, that she was not a cowboy, because she knew nothing of the Code of Yeehaw. But she also didn't want to insult Junior. She'd insulted enough people today. Or at least, insulted enough people that she had no intention of insulting. She wouldn't sugar coat anything to her friends, but that didn't mean she walked around wanting to hurt them, either. After a moment, she spoke up again. "You don't think I hurt Mori that badly, do you?" She'd thought Mori was tough enough to deal with some ribbing about being a squid. She was a squid, marginally. And Del cared about her, so it's not like she thought being a squid was a bad thing. Calamari thot just sounded hilarious.

Shawn "Cheri" De Vil daughter of cruella de vil and the sheriff of nottingham
At her sister's scream, Cheri frowned. She understood the fear, sure, but she wasn't ever dead. She had fainted. It was a pretty simple thing to happen. Again, not that she would admit it. Cheri was the tough one out of the three of them, she needed to keep her reputation completely safe.
Part of her wanted to pretend to be a zombie. It was a fairly large part, honestly, especially since Catlee didn't seem to believe that she wasn't dead. Cheri wasn't a cruel sister, though. She couldn't do that to the other girl, even though the lack of trust hurt. It's not like Cheri was known to lie.
No, she couldn't act like a zombie. Instead, she smiled lightly, "Catlee, how would a small accident kill me? This couldn't even kill a bird or a rat." They were on the same level, in Cheri's mind at least. She would be harder to kill than a chicken, though they did that creepy thing when headless. Now that would've been a scene, if she had been running around without her head.
Cheri took the band aid from Charlotte with a nod of gratitude. She quickly wrapped it around the small wound that had pretty much already stopped bleeding. It didn't matter though, the bandage was staying on for the next three days at the very least, just in case. She did not want it to start bleeding again.
"Of course Collie won't be mad." Cheri scoffed, flipping her hair behind her shoulder. "Collie won't even notice anything happened." Was she bitter about that? Just maybe. She knew Collie was Going Through Something, but nothing seemed to help. "I could stick a knife in the stairwell and Collie would just shrug it off." Old Collie would notice, the Collie that raised them.

Isabeau Venetia de Vil
daughter of ivy de vil and varian The dinner plan sounded like a wonderful idea to Isabeau, not to mention she was glad that there didn't seem to be many issues with the idea in the first place. Even if Montana brought up the idea that the transfers were going to be picky about food. Which, Isabeau thought, would be on the transfers and not on them given how they came here... and Montana made some of the best food on the Isle. Then Pip brought up an interesting point as well. They might even bring over some specialised Auradon food in any case. Which... might possibly lend some "better" food to the Isle in general. And normally, Isabeau tried to avoid any aggressive movements when they didn't know the situation yet... but she wondered if it was possible to convince Collie to allow Red to.... borrow the food in the case the transfers didn't quite share. Which might also be a story for a different time, so Isabeau just nodded along and said, "I think dinner would be a great idea to at least... introduce us all to one another."

Colette "Collie" Jessamine de Vil
daughter of Cruella de Vil and Jean-Pierre la Pelt
As ideas and opinions circled around the room, Collie followed the conversation quietly, turning her attention to each of her capos and Isabeau whenever they spoke. This was definitely...not an ideal situation, in any sense of the word. But maybe the five of them could turn this around to Southwark's favor, after all. Well, if there was any benefit to gain from this situation, she supposed. There was the chance that none of this mattered and these new kids were simply nobodies. Beast had sent that one girl from the crew here a while back -- Tana -- and apart from hailing the Belle-biter, nothing had come from it. Sometimes, Beast just...decided that another teenager was getting under his skin and deserved literal jail. That's what this batch of kids could be, honestly: a new batch of delinquents and a strain on their already strained resources.
And what would they do then?
If these kids really were just more cast-off problem children, then what came from that? They couldn't exactly enact revenge on them, after all they were already being punished enough.
After a moment of reflecting on all of this, the mafia boss spoke up. "Being nice to them can't exactly hurt." Giving a small shrug, the blonde muttered something that sounded suspiciously like, "Besides our dignity, anyway." Clearing her throat though, she started issuing orders to her team. They were all incredibly competent, and had several different talents, and they could easily pull this scheme off. Auradon transfers willing. Even the most coordinated plan with the most capable and willing participants would be useless if the transfers were useless or not willing to help them.
"Red," She started with the Stabbington girl first. Red was a master of stealth and finding things out. And finding out if valuables were involved. If Collie looked at it in a certain way, then their freedom was a valuable thing to get their hands on. "I want to know whatever you can find out about the transfers -- where they live, which ones are directly involved in Southwark, that sort of thing. Find out what you can, and invite them to dinner." The next question was addressed to her capos and Isabeau as a whole. "Would tomorrow night be okay with everyone? I want to give them time to settle in, but I want to jump on this rather quickly." This was quite honestly the most absurd plot she'd been a part of in a while. Here they were, plotting a friendly meet and greet dinner like they weren't trying to charm the children of their literal jailers, and feeding them with their trash.
Now wasn't the time to focus on that, though.
"Montana, whichever date we decide on, I need you to circle back and speak with your siblings and your guys, yeah? Once we get a definite bead on the number of transfers, we'll need you guys to prepare for the whole thing." At Pip's offer to send more guys over to help out Montana and the Slims, Collie nodded. "With the people that aren't helping the Slims at Big Fork, Pip, I'll need you to use them to keep the adults at bay. I don't trust them being involved in this at all, and I can't assure that they don't want revenge. A dead or injured transfer kills us all, so I need you to make it known to the adults that if they so much as give them a paper cut, they'll be dealing with us." As far as Southwark went, a lot of the adults would back off purely from that threat. Sure, they were just kids, and not major league evil tyrants like their parents, but might made right, and the mafia had carved out their own place. Anyone stepping out of that line, well...
...they wouldn't be too happy with the outcome.

Mair Sanjaya Baron
Son of Matthews and Stalyan
"'hoy there, Ian!" Mair's feet had hardly landed solidly onto the deck of the Crew's ship before he started calling out for Ian. He knew that the pirate captain had to be around here somewhere, it was the best bet he had at the moment, but the Quartermaster could look in other places in case he wasn't around. "Is the glorious, valiant Ian Salazar here today, or should I look elsewhere?" Was he being a little dramatic? Yeah, probably. But he had his reasons. This wasn't just an average, every day check in with his old friend. This was serious, Isle-shattering news that was important to bring to Ian, as soon as humanly possible.
Plus, sometimes it was fun to be a little melodramatic.
Mair wasn't quite sure how he felt yet, about the transfers showing up. Tana was from Auradon, and she was cool. But just because they sent over one cool cat -- er, cool bear? That didn't have the same ring to it, kind of disappointing -- didn't mean they could just dump their delinquents over here. The Isle had laws, believe it or not, and it was a ridiculous liability to toss Auradon's apparent lawless heathens here. That could be incredibly mild and not harmless at all, or it could be obnoxiously rebellious to the point of not falling into line.
And that was if they were actually Auradon rejects.
They'd never gotten this big of a shipment of kids before. Literally just one solitary kid. So either a law was suddenly passed in Auradon, making it legal to send your kid to a prison community...or Auradon was up to one of their usual tricks. Either was pretty plausible, to be fair. And Mair didn't know which one he'd prefer, which is why he had to talk it out with Ian.
"Captain Salazaaaaar! Defender of the pirate kids, duke of the docks, prince of piracy?" Mair would only get more and more dramatic the more he called for his friend.
