Cally looked relieved. She was only supposed to be with humans anyways, who usually only had 1 to 4 kids. Though she was far from ready to even think about any of that with anyone yet.

Remiel smiled gently at Cally before striking up conversation with her, Criss and Fatid as they waited for the dad to get back.
Eventually, Mercurius would return after spreading the word and all. Trotting up to Necromancer, he smiled widely and said "People should be aware now. I've gone all over the city!"

Eventually a man came walking through the door. He froze when he saw the group. He then quickly took out a weapon, “honey?” He called to his wife, hoping to god she was okay.
Necro nodded in acknowledgment and smiled a little, “well done, thank you.” He said, “come.”

Fatid and Remiel didn't say anything, just letting the woman come on her own so she could soothe who they assumed to be Cally's dad.
Mercurius walked a little ways behind Necro, asking "So, what's next? Are you going anywhere specific?"

Cally stood, “Dad wait!” She said, “they’re my friends!” The man, who had the same brown hair and blue eyes as his daughter, looked to Cally, a smile suddenly forming on his face. Without another word they moved to hug each other.
Necromancer shook his head, “I’m going to find a place for us to stay so we can further plan.”

Fatid and Remiel smiled a little as the two hugged. They kept their distance for now and let the family reunite.
Mercurius hummed. "Ooh, we can stay at my place! It's not as grand as Vlad's castle, but it's decent. And well hidden so you won't be bothered."

Jennifer then poked her head into the room, “yes, hon? How was work?” She asked casually. The man breathed a sigh of relief, “oh that the lords. It was okay.” He said. He then looked to the monsters with confusion, “what’s..going on here?” He asked.
Necromancer nodded slowly, “thank you. That would be great, lead the way.” He said, smiling softly at the fox.

Remiel tilted his head before looking to Cally. It was probably best that she do most of the talking for now. He smiled a little at her encouragingly before looking between his other friends.
Mercurius led the way to where his home was, which was nicely hidden on its own small property. "My parents weren't exactly poor, but they're gone now and left this place to me. Part of me wants to sell it because it was a big place meant for a big family of two parents a lot of pups, but the other part doesn't want to get rid of what my family left me."

Cally began to explain everything. The man didn’t look to be too happy with the thought, but nodded slowly. Jennifer looked to them saying, “I’ve already packed some of our things. We should be alright.”
“Well whatever you decide to do with it just make sure you take care of yourself, okay?” He said. He then looked towards he building, “nice place.”

Remiel then spoke up, asking the family "When would you want to see about leaving? So I can, um, actually take you all there." As he was the only one who knew where the hideout was.
Mercurius nodded. "Let's get tou settled into a room, and then you can, uh, do whatever it is you do." He smiled sheepishly before unlocking and opening the door for Necromancer.

The man looked as Jennifer said, “now.” He quietly asked her to talk in private for a moment before pulling her away to the other room. Cally looked as her younger brother walked over to her carefully, gazing up at the three monsters nervously.
Necromancer didn’t respond to this, ducking his head as they stepped into the house. He looked around once inside, “it’s just as nice looking on the inside as it does on the outside.” He said politely.

Fatid just stared at the boy, while Remiel smiled a little. "Sorry we just showed up," he said gently. "It's just that we wanted to make sure your sister made it here safe, and to get you all to the place we have in mind."
Mercurius smiled proudly. "It is, isn't it?" He led Necro to where he would be staying, one of the nicer rooms. "Though I assume you won't be using the room too much if you really do travel."

"Its okay." The boy said softly, "thank you for helping us." He said, still looking a little nervous. Cally smiled a little down at him, "It's okay. These monsters aren't bad like the others." She encouraged him softly.
"Yes, I probably will be traveling sadly. And my hope is that you will travel with me. You can be the first of my entourage, of sorts." He said, "if you's like of course."

Remiel nodded in agreement. "Not all monsters are bad. You'll meet plenty of nice ones where we're going. Might even make some friends with the kids there too."
Mercurius laughed. "Ha! As if I would pass up the chance to travel with you!" He puffed out his chest as he posed heroically. "I'll be the best member of the entourage!"

The still looked hesitant, “mom and dad say I shouldn’t play with other monster kids.” He then smiled widely, “but I’ll do it anyways.” Cally sighed and rolled her eyes with a smile.
Necromancer snorted with laughter, “then its settled. And you better be as good as you say.. you aren’t really the type of monster who would typically be by my side.” He said.

Remiel smiled gently. "Unless they want you to play alone for the next long while, your parents will let you play with them."
Mercurius shrugged. "The tournament rules kept me from using my super speed. I can actually be really fast for a short time, but then I need rest unless I eat something right after. Like fuel. Except for straight up sugar. Or caffeine. I was apparently gone for two weeks after eating too much candy, but it was Halloween so I couldn't help it..."

The boy, named Christian, beamed with excitement, “I’m going to make so many new friends! I can’t wait!” He squealed, “I better help pack our things.” He said before running off. Cally stood, “I actually should get a few things as well..”
“Well then I’d say stay away from sweets while on the job. Simple.” Necromancer said, as he looked around his room. “Thank you for your hospitality by the way.”

Remiel looked at Cally. "We'll wait for you." He, Fatid and Criss had nowhere to go anyway, their main task being to help the family to a new place.
Mercurius nodded. "Of course. You're welcome here whenever you're able to stop by. There's plenty of room!"

After a while the family was all ready to go and had gathered back with the monsters. “Alright, I think that’s all the necessities.” Jennifer said, Cally double checking for her quickly.
Necromancer nodded a little, “thank you. That is very kind of you to offer.” He said politely. “Now, how about a tour?” He asked.

Remiel nodded. "Okay, let's go. It's a long trip, and be careful. There's a few places we'll be passing through with some questionable safety."
Mercurius nodded. "Oh, of course!" He led Necro away from the room to start showing him around. "Probably not as grand as you might like, but it's home."

Cally nodded before following Remiel out. The family walked in between everyone with Criss taking up the back.
“It’s nice.” Necromancer said as he looked around, “I’m not too picky when it comes to things like this. As long as I have a roof over my head, a floor that’s sturdy enough to hold me up, and a comfortable bed I’m good.”

(Okay)
Eventually the group arrived in a forest, jungle-like place that stretched seemingly endlessly. Remiel led them through the thick setting, saying "It'll be a few hours before we reach the actual camp.
Mercurius had been asking around for some good places Necromancer could possibly recruit, and was directed to a valley in a mountain range where plenty Dark monsters resided.

The humans all nodded, looking around curiously. They all had their weapons of choice hooked onto them in some way just in case they were needed. Cally walked along side Remiel, but occasionally looked back to see if her family and friends were alright. Criss was still taking up the back, she even snuck Fatid a few glances every so often, but it was subtle.
Necromancer followed Mercurious, gazing at the land as they neared it. He gave the fox a pleased expression before continuing on.

Fatid noticed Criss look at him one time, and he tilted his head a little. However, his attention was drawn away upon movement nearby. Well, the sound of movement for a while. The trees themselves seemed to be moving, until Fatid noticed that it was a separate entity entirely. The trees themselves were two or three hundred feet tall, but the creature was about half or so, maybe more. Remiel had the group quietly move out of the creature's path.
Mercurius said "There's a settlement in the valley that we'll reach soon. Maybe seeing a Warmaster will encourage some of them to join. Especially if they're Darkness monsters."

Colby’s eyes went wide, and his head turned to look at the monster as they walked by. He paused for a moment to look at the creature with wonder in his eyes before turning to catch up with the group. He had no idea if the monster could have been dangerous or not, but he wanted to get a closer look for a few moments anyways.
Necromancer nodded a little, “and if not I will try reaching out to the crowd as a whole to try and persuade some to join me.” He added.

Remiel smiled a little when he noticed Colby. "That is Nemestrinus," he said, looking back as the giant continued on his way. "Very old, and obviously very big." He was essentially a tree-like biped with a mane of leaves. "It is respectful to clear out of his path when he comes, though I doubt he notices what's on the ground half the time." The group was quickly on their way again though.
Mercurius said "That's good, actually. Either way you'll get their attention. I'm sure news has already spread of the threat, so there likely are monsters who will want to join."

Colby looked back at the creature one last time before walking after Remiel. “He looks cool.” He said simply, “I don’t think I’ve ever seen a monster as big as him!” He smiled excitedly, now wanting to see more monsters. Ones that didn’t want to hurt him of course.
Necromancer nodded before saying, “come. We shouldn’t waste time.”

Remiel smiled in amusement. "He is quite small. Hookuai is almost four hundred feet tall. And the Mountain Titans can reach a height of thirty thousand feet." They were quite something to behold. "You likely won't see any of them at such height though."
Mercurius nodded and walked with Necromancer down into the valley, seeing homes and stalls.
