"I'm just here to get money."He replied, the outline returning and his eyes going back to normal."It's not like I've got much skill in anything else." (No I missed yours. Kinda unsure what to do now though, maybe they go on some mission or whatever? Genocide gets hired and Milia tags along) (That works

Alma laughed in amusement. Her mare, named Oak, huffed at her friend. Alma knew Oak was a very determined mare who like to win, no matter what the challenge was. Sometimes she had to call it quits to Oak wouldn't give out at a moment. They hadn't gotten to that point in a long time though. "Come on, Oak," she said encouragingly. "Let's beat them for once!" Even though they lost their little races more often than not. One of the young dragons walked right up to then and asked "What are you doing here?" Nim just stared as the big dragon stood in their way, looking down at them triumphantly. He didn't look over four hundred, which was still very young for a dragon. Roman could tell that Alma was gaining on him, but he wouldn’t strain his horse, named Blu after his blue eyes too much for something like a silly challenge. So, he stayed at his current pace, hoping it was enough to keep ahead. Uma looked up at the dragon calmly, assuming he didn’t know how disrespectfully he was being, “we are here to see the new hatchling.” She stated.

Alma could tell Oak wouldn't pull a win this time, as she seemed to be capping it at her current speed. Still, as long as her companion didn't overexert herself. Alma chuckled softly to herself though, knowing Roman would be happy to claim the little win either way.
The dragon sniffed, but shrank back when what looked like his mother called him back. The huge male grumbled, asking his mother why they were even there, and Nim simply led the way past as she explained to her child. The trio would find themselves at the largest cave, toward the end of the large valley, and you could already see precious gems, metals and various valuables leaking out.

Eventually they reached a cute little spot like a grove of sorts on the edge of the forest. Roman slowed to a stop before getting off gracefully, going to the front of his horse to lead him towards a small pond for him to drink. He looked back at Alma, “still got it!”
Uma continued on with Nim, but Dakota swooped down a little land shrieked towards the male. The act wasn’t aggressive in any means though. He then continued on with the other two.

Upon finally catching up, Alma scoffed playfully as Roman spoke. "Ha! I let you win this time." Not. Chuckling, she dismounted, landing quietly before leading Oak over to the pond to drink. "Next time though, Oak and I are getting the win." She had a determined look in her brown eyes.
Upon getting to the large cave, Nim looked at the mounds of treasure as they entered. They eventually came to a large dome of a room, where there were seven dragons, one of them sitting in a nest of treasure, a wing lowered protectively over somethimg.

“Mhm, I’ll hold you to that.” He said, moving over to look at Alma with an amused smile, “maybe one of these days I’ll get a prize for one of these victories?” He asked mischievously. He then laughed lightheartedly before looking back towards the water.
Once they got inside, Uma fluttered off of Nim’s back and walked along side them. Dakota swooped down landed as they stopped.

Alma arched a brow. "Oh? I thought I gave you enough hugs." She smirked knowingly as she joined him by the pond, hand taking his. She leaned up a little to kiss his cheek. "I might just go through with your little idea of a prize though, hm?"
The mother looked at them curiously. "Hail to you, Godbeasts. What brings you here?" Nim nodded once as he said "I heard of your hatchling. We wanted to come congratulate you." The large dragoness smiled widely before raising her wing, revealing a tiny hatchling, a male from the looks of it.

Roman smirked, “I’d like that.” He said, squeezing her hand. He then lead her over to where the large cherry blossom tree was hanging over the river. “This used to be one of my favorite spots to go with you.” He admitted.
Uma smiled as she looked to the hatchling. “He’s lovely.” She said in a gentle voice.

Alma nodded in agreement. "All the countless hours we spent here." Alone. "It was wonderful." She smiled gently. "We have to try and make time to go on some sort of trip, to really relax. Not just a ride like this." Such was unlikely for a while though.
The mother smiled proudly, allowing them to get closer to look. Nim sniffed at the hatchling, nosing his body gently. He didn't even blink when he heard a voice "Oh, how wonderful. Looks like the four of us thought alike for once."

Uma had turned into her human form, kneeling down gently stroke the hatchling’s scales like you would any other reptile. Dakota perched on Uma’s shoulder, churring at the baby, “you should be very proud.” He told her. The two then froze as they heard the voice. Uma turned quickly to see where it was coming from.

Nim turned to watch Olgrin casually walked into the cave, the huge gorilla giving off an ominous vibe. The dragons growled lowly, but he wasn't phased. Not even when he wasn't wearing his armor. He casually shoved Nim aside to look at the hatchling, who let out an unsure whine as he looked up at his mother. The dragoness just growled, a large paw pulling her baby close. "Come now, I just came to see the little squirt."

Roman sighed, “ah, if only it were as easy for us as it is for the common folk.” He leaned over and kissed Alma’s cheek, “but for now we will have to settle for little trips like this.” He then stopped as they reached the base of the tree and sat down.
Uma looked to Olgrin calmly, Dakota fluffing up a little on her shoulder, lowering his head to focus in on the gorilla. “Olgrin, I think you know as well as we do that they don’t want you here.” Uma said, “don’t make a scene.”

Alma smiled, nodding in agreement. "Doesn't hurt to hope though, hm?" She smiled in amusement as she settled down with him, resting her head against Roman's shoulder. "Though any amount of time to just relax with you is more than alright for me." As stated before, they simply didn't have the time they used to.
Olgrin snorted. "Please. It isn't like there's much they can do about it, is there?" He just stared as the baby growled at him, though it sounded like a small dog or something. Nim sighed, saying "Don't stay long either way. I'm sure you have better things to do. Or anything else to do."

“Well we’ll have a lot more free time when we’re older and retire. But that means we’ll have to train our future son or daughter well so they’ll be ready to lead when the time comes.” Roman said. He then smiled, “though if he or she has your mind and heart I think they’ll be just fine.” He said, putting an arm around his wife, pulling her close.
“Unless of course, you would like to join us again.” Dakota said hopefully, but his voice was semi sarcastic. There was probably no way Olgrin would want to return to them. He hadn’t completed his little plan yet, and he wasn’t one to just change his mind out of nowhere.

"Hey, they'll have your good traits too. It won't all just come from me." She kissed his cheek. Cuddling into him a little, she said "They'll be fine, I'm confident. I like to think we could be good parents, and that means decent kids." Olgrin arched a brow. "Tempting, but no. You don't really mean that anyway." Why would they want him to be apart of their group after everything that's happened? They probably hate him still. "You three refuse to see things from my point of view anyway, and after this long I'm not too keen on trying to deal with that."

“Yes, they will be good kids. But we must teach them manners. We can’t have them running around the castle and stirring up trouble.” Roman commented. “I remember when I used to be that way and it never ended well for me.”
“Olgrin we don’t want to fight. This is not the time nor the place.” Uma said softly, “we are here to celebrate, so let’s try to keep them peace.” She looked from Olgrin to the other two, giving them a subtle look that asked them to try and challenge the idea.

It had been what felt like hours of just standing around and watching the other creatures wait to be recruited for something when someone finally came to them."You looking for a job?"Asked the elf.
Genocide nodded and listened as the elf described the task.So what Genocide was to do was go out into the mines and bring back copper.A fairly simple task for a such a price. With a hand shake he took the deal."Milia, know where some mines are?"He asked.
(So do they use gold in this or something else.

forestpawAlma chuckled. "I can only imagine. Neither of us would allow them to act like that though. Sure, they'll be a little more spoiled than most kids because of who they are, but I'll die before I let them become to mean type of spoiled." Olgrin grumbled at Uma. He wasn't ever as aggressive or argumentative with her as he might've been with Nim and Dakota. Nim just looked at Uma as he said "That comment should be aimed mainly at Dakota." Nim was was the less likely of the two to fight, with his mostly passive nature. His whiskers twitched in amusement as he glanced toward Dakota.

Protractor(Yes they use gold) Milia nodded to Genocide. "Yeah, there's a few places we can hit for some copper. Let's go." She gestured for him to walk with her as she led the way out of the market. And eventually out of the city and toward where she knew some mines to be that held copper. "We might have to look deep though, cause these are public mines. We can't go to private ones, and any Waterway mines don't have copper."

He then sighed and looked around as Blu gently nudged Oak in a playful manner. He then looked to Alma, “how did I get so lucky?” He asked softly. Uma looked over on her shoulder to where Dakota’s massive form was already fluffed up to make him look even bigger. He flapped down towards Olgrin and butted Olgrin’s arm with his head, though it clearly was a joke and it an actual challenge, as he would have used his beak or talons if it had been.

Alma laughed. "I ask myself that sometimes. Good life, good friends and the best husband ever." She smiled up at him. "I'm just glad your parents approved." Probaby because her family, who owned the Arena, made quite a bit of money and were considered higher class because of it. Had she been some poor peasant, things might've gone differently.
Olgrin just stared blankly at Dakota before looking toward the dragons again. The baby chirped softly, trying to leave his mother's hold to walk over to them.

“I’m glad they did too.” Roman said before leaning in to kiss her briefly. He then pulled away and shrugged, “though if they didn’t I would have married you anyways. You were and still are the only one for me.”
Uma sighed as Dakota turned human again. She gently gave her friend a reassuring glance before looking back over to Nim. She then stepped forward to gaze at the baby, speaking with the mother as she did to try to reassure her. She wasn’t afraid of Olgrin, and knew he was smarter than to try stirring up a fight against three other Guides and a group of dragons.

Alma smiled at Roman. "Sweet of you. My parents were honestly thrilled when they found out you were interested in me, but at first I think they were more interested in the status you had."
The mother seemed a little miffed a out Olgrin, but didn't say anything. She then watched as her son walked on wobbly legs toward Uma, chirping happily as he pawed at her, green scales glinting in the lighting.

“Yeah, that’s really all my suitors’ families thought at first.. but I’m glad yours can see past that a little now.” Roman said with a soft smile, “they were always quite nice people. They’re welcome to the castle any time by the way.”
Uma smiled a little and crouched down to gently hold a hand out to the hatchling, “well aren’t you a charming little fellow.” She said softly. She then looked up at the mother, “he’s beautiful.”

Alma chuckled. "I'll have to remind them. They're still surprised when I do, as if they'd just found out they were welcome. They're probably intimidated or something by the idea even though they live quite comfortably as well."
The mother smiled proudly. "He is, isn't he? His name is Rhaegar." Little Rhaegar yawned in response to his name, nose twitching as he wandered around the cave some more. Nim watched him with a gentle gaze. "He has wonderful parents to raise him, and a whole clan."

“And I’m sure my parents would also like to see them again. It has been a while.” Roman said, “you should invite them over. That way there we can also talk about the arena.”
Uma nodded in agreement, “if you ever need any assistance outside of your clan I’m always looking out.” She offered gently as Dakota turned into an eagle again to follow after the hatchling, swooping down before looking at him playfully.
