Dakota frowned and huffed, “fine. I’ll try.” He said with a small smirk. He then kissed Nim gently before nuzzling into his chest.

The next day, Alma woke up that morning cuddled against Roman, eyes opening tiredly as she stirred.

Roman stirred a moment after her, grumbling a little as she shifted slightly, his eyes not opening yet.

Alma smiled a little as Roman stirred, just staying cuddled into him as she dozed off.
Nim had decided to sleep in Dakota's room again, curled up with his partner while still asleep.

After about twenty minutes or so, Roman stirred again opening his eyes and yawning. He didn’t move yet though, not wanting to wake Alma.
Dakota woke up with a quiet grumble. He opened his eyes and blinked rapidly as they adjusted to the light. He then looked to Nim with a small smile.

Alma looked at Roman as he stirred. "Morning, love." She smiled softly.
Nim purred softly, cuddling into his mate. "Good morning."

Roman smiled a little and kissed Alma’s forehead, “good morning. Did you sleep okay?”
“Good morning, my love.” Dakota said softly, still holding Nim tightly.

Alma nodded. "It was easy to fall asleep, given I was tired out~" She smiled in amusement at Roman.
Nim purred softly before giggling. "So possessive," he said, snuggling into Dakota's tight hold. "Afraid I'm gonna go run off with one of the guards?"

Roman smirked a little, “I tried to be at least a little gentle so you wouldn’t be sore today.” He said, “we have a meeting to attend after all.”
Dakota narrowed his eyes, “not on my watch. I’ll make sure that they know you’re mine and mine only~” he said, gently leaning in to nip at Nim’s neck.

Alma pouted before sighing. "Fine, I'm hungry anyway." As if on cue, her stomach growled.
Nim purred happily as Dakota gave him attention, staying close to him. "Mmm, nice way to start the day~"

Roman smiled a little, “then after we get dressed we can get something to eat down in the dining hall.” He said as he went to get the proper outfit on.
“What can I say? You’re irresistible~” Dakota said softly before nipping his ear lobe gently.
