(Okay so it all depends on what feels most natural. I’m happy to have both Eldred and Zahavi in the same group and fall underground, in which case I’ll keep Isabella above ground. However, if it feels most natural to have Eldred in one group and Zahavi in the other, I’m happy to let Honey have the pick on whether Zahavi’s group is underground or above, and Eldred’s group will take the opposite. Obviously with Isabella, I’d put her in Zahavi’s group XD I think this option makes the most sense to me? Especially since Zahavi gets split from Eldred, which would be a big thing for him not having his guide there. But yes, I love this group and this rp and I’m very excited to see what happens Also I’m replying with Isabella now) [[ I think it feels very natural to have Zahavi and Eldred be split into different groups. Not only for the sake of the plot, but I agree that it would be very important for Zahavi himself to learn how to lead the group on his own. I want to say that it would be neat if Zahavi were part of the underground group, just based on the fact that he would have to overcome his own panic and learn to rely on his own wits if he wants to guide himself and the others to safety. In which case, Drusilla would be above ground, which I think might add another level of panic for those underground (at least for Zahavi), since she’s their healer. Leo, 𝓗𝓸𝓷𝓮𝔂 𝓑𝓮𝓮, Sparky, ƤαƖƖαѕ ✧, Hawkeyes258: So, I’ve been talking with some of you on Discord about this, but our current plan is to hold off on the cave until tommorow. This gives us a chance to finish up the current RP, but also gives a little bit more of a warning about when we’re doing it, so people can kind of plan ahead, even if it’s one day. So tommorow, at 8-10am Central Time(for me), I’m planning to get on and post a reply regarding how the collapse happens. After that, every person can have one character fall in the cave, though if they choose, both can remain above ground. The fallen will be presumed dead, and both groups will continue on the journey. Each will run into dangers, and clues, so character must be mindful. I’m waiting until tomorrow soeveryone has some heads up, and can plan to check on at some point between 10-6pm my time(central time zone). Essentially, it’ll be about 8 hours. I ask that if you want to be a heavy part of the initial part, that you check in every once and a while. It’s not required to be on 24/7, but this portion will probably include a lot of excitement and move quickly due to how dire it will be for the characters. So if you know you can’t be on, please let me know ASAP so we can make plans to either reschedule this, or find a way to still include you and accommodate. If it seems I’m rushing, my apologies. I’ve beeen RPing for years, and I know a telltale sign of an RP dying is simple moments lasting up to weeks, to prevent that, at times, the RP will seem to be rushed forward. This won’t be all the time at all, but is just a method of continuing the plot. Please have a wonderful day, I’ll be checking on frequently! Last note: If everyone, or mostly everyone is on at some point, and everyone is fine beginning the plot, we will go ahead and do it if that’s what you guys want. “I may talk however I please,” Zahavi answered in response to Leon’s baffled question, though the truth was he didn’t really have an answer. Talking in the third person wasn’t exactly a common habit of his, just something that happened in the spur of the moment. “Anyway, you can’t stay in the water forever.”
Eldred spoke the truth, as well, and his words relieved the prince. He didn’t like to joke about anyone else dying, least of all his trusted advisor, when his parents were already on their deathbed. It simply wasn’t funny.
However, Leon’s attempts at joking were actually quite effective in cheering him up and distracting his mind from all the bad that was going on. He gave her a small, bright smile and shook his head. “Dying in a fight with a beast doesn’t sound like such a great way to leave this world, in my opinion. Actually, it sounds quite painful. I believe I’d like a less extraordinary death when the time comes, as an old man, I hope.”
One could only hope he would live to be an elderly man. Perhaps even as old as Eldred, if he were truly blessed with a long life.
Zahavi turned to the elderly advisor with a hand over his heart, all grinning and teasing now. “Eldred, when I become the same age as you, I shall change my name to Eldred the Second and adopt your ways of life. I will live as you do, in your honor.”

“And yours as well,” Dru responded to Lyra, but when asked if she had any preference what he served that morning, she took a minute to think over her words. “Anything rich with meat and vegetables. Eggs, too, if they’re available. It’s good to eat properly when traveling long distances and food like that spoils fast, so it should be eaten as much as possible before then.”
It was a very medical-based answer, because she was nothing if not a healer at heart, and her first thoughts were always towards the safety and health of those around her. The better the group ate on this journey, the less likely it was that they would fall ill and the faster small injuries would heal on their own. She couldn’t recall exactly how many times she visited patients who fell into poor health due to malnutrition.
“Breakfast is a very important meal,” she added, as she rolled up her sleeves and looked at the two. “One should never skip it, if they would like to keep their good health up.”
Although not one to lecture, she worried about the sheer amount of people they had with them—if one of them got sick, it was possible that someone else would, as well. Sickness spread fast in large groups.
“Anything I can do to help, though? Wouldn’t be right to let you cook for all these heathens on your own, Lyra.”

(I have another class(but it’s English and I can do whatever, because I read ahead), and my mom has an online appointment. My family’s going to the local state park after that for some fresh air, but I’ll be open to reply at any time. Because I’m a bored person, and I have absolutely no muse for anything else right now.
If Sparks or Leo is on, we’ll go ahead and do it. I understand Leo’s also busy, I believe, with classes, but I know she’s said in the past that she wants people to move one in the RP regardless. Honestly, it’s up to everyone. I’m hyped too.
I am going to start writing out my draft for the start of it. Because I’m doing everything as a little oneshot, so if there’s minor character interactions, they don’t have to be canon, and it’ll be nothing major anyways!)

Zacharias pinched the bridge of his nose, obviously annoyed by Leon's stubbornness. He didn't know of her apparent fear of the germs that were infested within the mud, but it seemed as though she was making an excuse towards something. Zach rolled his eyes at her comment. Death by some ferocious beast was much more honorable, yes, but the mud before her posed no such threat.
He nudged her with his telekinesis. "You're not going to die, Leon." He said, turning slightly to look backwards towards the campsite. He smelled breakfast, and was getting eager to eat. This trip had provided him with more food than he had usually, and he had actually gained a few pounds since it began. If it weren't for all the hiking he might've been up to a healthier weight by now.
"She is right, though," Zach began, joking around with Zahavi, "I'd much rather get my throat ripped out by some cruel monster than drown in some mud."

Once Lyra had her answer, she grinned broadly, meat and eggs sounded fine to her, and the meat would spoil soon as it was. Listening to the two females, she got to work on setting up the meal. The sun had finally rose, and so the group would probably eat breakfast then leave. She prepped some supplies that they had brought with them, that was, from a nearby wagon and house, which was currently resting near the edge of camp. Once they reached the mountains, whoever, they would drop off the horse at a checkpoint, as he couldn’t make the trails above.
No one ever exited the kingdom through the mountains, but they had to travel there, as the map had instructed. Some parts of the journey apparently required some to climb, and the very idea was horrifying for her. She didn’t particularly like heights too much.
Now, Drusilla and Isabella were offering help. The meal would be done in no time at this rate! “Yes, Drusilla, if you don’t mind, could you start slicing the bread and prepping the spreads?” It was an on the go meal, a simple bread dip and eggs and meat, nothing too fancy, nor tasteful. She trusted Drusilla with the knives more than anyone, as the woman was a healer. Lyra and Isabella could take up work on the cooking portion.
As she started cooking the eggs, a savory smell already filled the air.

Leonela sighed, a deep one. For a moment, her walls had fallen, she had been more open and carefree, and she was snapping back to her senses. She quickly rationalized the pros and cons of her situation. Somehow, she always glossed over the fact that she was completely clothed, with only her face to ever touch daylight. It felt odd being so open as it was, her mouth and nose free to feel the fresh air. Back home, she always kept it on if she walked out doors and would be in public.
When she felt a small tug by telekinesis, she almost thought Zach would lift her out himself. But he did no such thing, he only nudged her, and she begrudgingly huffed. He didn’t believe a word she’s said and she could tell. He was another thief, of course he could read through white lies like the one she’s said.
But she couldn’t admit it either! She had a reputation to uphold! Her clothes were getting soaked, and she could feel her skin pruning. She had clean clothes in her tent, and she could use some magic to clean herself.
She could also use her telekinesis to lift herself out, act surprised, blame it on Zach, and thank him. But he might be stupid and reveal it. She also, maybe, couldn’t life a person unless she was tempered, and it took a lot to properly tick her off. To annoy her was easy, but true anger was almost an unknown. To be fair, she was in a constant state of annoyance, it seemed, and barely ever at peace.
Plus, breakfast was tempting. She was hungry, and she was getting uncomfortable with the amount of attention she had received. Everyone must have thought of her as if she was a fool. She usually couldn’t care less about opinions, but for some reason, the whole situation felt off.
“Fine,” She begrudgingly commented, she was totally going to go the long way out though. Surely some bank of the water had to be clean. “But I’m going to be a while, I’m going to find a less muddy way, that way I’m not filthy all day, and also so I don’t end up sunken in the water,” she didn’t say much more, taking a breath and diving back into the water. While under, she used a bit of her hydrokinesis to clear a small path, not that the difference could be seen above water, and swam through that, deciding on swimming in the longer path to reach a more clean bank. The cost of the new bank? Sharp rocks and thorny plants.
When she reached the new bank, she noticed some mud still, shivering in disgust before forcing herself to swim through it, she was fine at swimming, though she hated the mud. When she got up, she did her best to avoid all the plants as she ducked behind the group, glaring at Zach as she passed by, and looked back at her tent. A leaf had decided to stick into her wet hair, which clung to her skin along with small patches of mud.
“We leave in 25 minutes, any longer, and we’ll run out of daylight and get caught in the mountains.” She commented, glaring back for a moment, right at Zach this time, “And if you needed to know, you pest, I merely don’t want to lose an ally and a friend on this journey.” She was bringing up his words earlier, though the genuineness of her comment dripped with sardonic tone as she continued to speak, “Especially because they decided it was a good idea to show off their levitation with a knife in front of the prince and his most trusted advisor.” The smallest of smirks was on her faces, “Though I can’t expect much more from a stupid idiot, now can I?” That teasing lilt was in her words, and she waved to all three boys before leaving to change and get dressed, her features immediately falling into disgust.
She was going to burn these clothes and she would never, ever, decide to eavesdrop when in a tree ever again.
