Nova had been within the cabin walls for quite a while now. She really wasn't doing much other than staring at her tail feathers because it just so happened to be one of those times. She groaned in annoyance yet she was getting more used to it. While staring at her feathers, she eavesdropped into a conversation below. One of the voices was Mira but the other was new to the bird kid. Her curiosity was piqued and therefore Nova started to make her way to where the pair where talking.
Nova sneaked to the living room and saw Mira at the couch. She was even more intrigued now and walked over to the two with her wings neatly tucked behind her and her tail feathers dragging behind her, "Hello Mira!" Her voice came out echoey and she loved the sound of it when she talke normally, "Hello stranger!"

Ducky chulked and looked as his snow White wings. "Yeah your right." Ducky chuckled. "Do you want me to count now?" Ducky questioned.

Jib nearly had a heart attack when Nova came out of no where. "H-hello." Jib said quietly, still trying to get over the tad bit of fright that the other girl had caused her. It was going to take a long time before Jib was going to get use to this place. She just hoped she would punch anyone in the face out of fear.

Jib froze on the spot, Nova did have pretty wings and tail but Jib had just woken up and she already had so much to get use to and converation was one of them. "Umm, some breed of pigeon." Jib manadged to say quietly.

(Your forms look good, aside Kellen's powers. Since we already have a Flock member who can sense and amplify emotions (Sunny), it may be a good idea to alter Kellen's powers so they stand out.)

"Well, now that you're awake, you must be hungry, right?" Mira diverted, sensing Jib's discomfort. "In fact, we should all eat, it's been a while since our last meal." She stood up, beginning to walk toward the kitchen. "I'll find something for us to eat, so just rest for now, alright?"

Sunny nodded in agreement. "This time you won't find me so easily!" she promised with a grin, already moving to find a better hiding spot.

Nova stayed by Jib's side as Mira left, "A pigeon, huh? They are so underapreciated and lovable!" She dropped her tail feathers and folded her wings close to her body once more, "Sorry I seem so talkative, it's just nice to see someone new! Also maybe be the fact that my bird counterpart will sing it's head off, just like me!"

Jib listened to Nova her thoughts wondering slightly. Jib had never seen a pigeon, she in all honesty had never seen a bird until recently. Jib snapped out of her thoughts. "Its fine, its nice have someone to talk with." Jib really wasnt talking bit it was nice listening to somone chatter.

Sunny quickly began to walk away, her quiet, bare footsteps muffled by the sounds of the forest around her. She ducked behind a large tree, hiding herself in a divot between two bushes to wait.

Luke laughed softly as he saw the boxes of sweets in the cart, but simply shrugged helplessly, as if he was powerless to stop her. "Alright, let's check out and head home, I'm hungry," he declared, turning the cart toward the checkout line.

Mira was quiet as the cooked in the kitchen, reheating a simple chicken soup from a can that would be easy on the stomach. She pulled out four cans, hoping that would be enough for everyone, and unceremoniously dumped them all into a large pot to heat over a gas stove. "Lucky us, the power, water and gas still works," she murmured to herself. Things would be much harder without those commodities.

Sunny made sure to keep as quiet as possible this time around, knowing that Ducky's hearing was a bit sharper than most. Her wings twitched restlessly with the anticipation of being found, and she stifled a giggle behind her hand.

Once the canned soup mixture was heating on the stove, Mira walked back into the sitting room of the cabin, sitting down in the armchair across from Jib and Nova. "Soup's heating right now, it should only be a few minutes," she announced, having missed Jib's disappearance.

Ducky stood still his ears picking up birds chirping, the faint chatter from the cabin and that was it. Sunny all but disappeared to Ducky. Then finally a very faint stifled giggle made him smile. He walked quietly in the direction of the stifled giggle.

Jib nodded softly. "Thank You." She said softly.

(Hmm idk if any characters are open but if you want to toss Alyssa and Kellen into the cabin everyone will likely be gathering there soon!)

Hearing Ducky closing in on her, Sunny quickly quieted herself, peering through the shrubbery to see if she could spot her cabin-mate.

Luke nodded his agreement, hefting his many bags in his hands as he walked out of the store and headed toward the forest. The streets grew quieter the farther they walked until soft ground muffled the sound of their footsteps and the city noise was replaced with birdsong and rustling leaves. Once he was sure they were far enough away, Luke paused to shed the constricting overcoat. He spread his jet-black crow's wings, sighing contentedly. He was glad to be free of the coat's restraint. "Ready for a little fly-by?" he asked Autumn with a grin, knowing the excited answer was sure to come.

Even with his bad eye sight Duck spotted a small strain of golden hair in dark green shrubs. But Ducky passed the shrubbery like he had not seen Sunny, slowly circling the shrub. Suddenly Ducky leaped forward and playfully tackled Sunny. "Found You!"
