The Hydra watched the other Hydra up and leave and they all frowned. They looked over at Storm and tilted their heads. “What’s their problem?” They said in unison.

The Hydra nodded slowly, apparently upset, and laid back down.
Wisp whined in her sleep and some movement could be felt in her belly.

Wisp sighed and looked up at her mate. “Not a chance now that I’m up.” She replied as she snuggled into her mate. She then blinked as her stimach gurgled loudly and she whimpered. “I’m hungry...”

“I’ll get you something!” He said and got up to go hunt. After a while he came back with a goat in his mouth.” Here you go dear.” He said with a smile

“Thanks, mate!” She said happily, tail waving. By the time her mate returned, the new Hydra had went away to find its own meals, leaving Wisp alone in a small cave at the edge of the clearing.

Wisp smiled as her mate wandered off again and she started eating the goat. She looked around, wondering where Ametish or the other Hydra was.

Wisp looked up as they reappeared and she’s smiled. “Hi! Did you get enough breakfast?” She asked, tail waving a little as she continued to eat. She really liked the prey, and Ametish returning made her day even better.

The other Hydra was slithering through the forest, having just finished ya meal. Now all the heads were working together to sniff around, checking the territory. They’d taken a shine to the single-headed pair, and especially the other Hydra. But the way Ametish acted made it appear that they didn’t share the same feelings.

The other Hydra soon spotted Ametish and cane closer from the front, so Ametish would see them a ways off. “Hi, Ametish...” the heads all said together, keeping heads close in a tight bunch.

Sharaka nodded slowly and laid down, most of the heads doing the same. “I see. Our mother was from the mountains, we think.” The male head replied. “But we’ve mostly lived here in the forest. When did you meet those two single-head dragons?”
