Wisp managed to get to her paws and she waddled out, enlarged belly bumping on her legs a couple times. She came outside and smiled up at the large beast. “Hello everyone.” She said happily.

Wisp giggled at the one head’s astonishment. “Yeah, Wow.” She said happily. “They’re my children growing in my belly. I think I doubled in size since last week.”

Wisp laughed aloud at that and her tail waved. “Oh goodness! Not that kind of explode! I just meant my children will come out of my belly and be born into the world.” She replied.

“Oooooooooooooh ooooook.” Replied the head relieved.” Thank the dragon gods.” It said with a relieved sigh.” I hope I can see one.” The head said.” Shhhhh, don’t ask so many questions.” Said one of the heads in a hushed tone.

Wisp giggled as the heads conversed. “When we get to my homeland and set up our home, if you stick with us that far, and you’re there with us when my kids come, you’ll be able to see all of them.”

When the small dragon saw the human in front of him he growled louder. Seeing the sword in the human’s hands, the dragon opened his mouth and seemed to make some inaudible sounds. But then he let out a piercing cry that appeared to match the natural frequency of the sword, making it vibrate and start to bend. Kodiak's eyes widened in terror as his sword bent in his hand. It was unnatural, unnatural and dangerous, what these beasts could do. Deciding the sword wasn't very useful once bent, he drove it into the ground with a strangely wild look in his eyes. The young man had no idea what the consequences of this would be, but he decided to follow through anyways. Straightening himself up, he stared that dragon straight in it's fiery, hellish eyes. "Beast." |

The small dragon hissed at the boy, watching him toss the sword aside. He then growled and made a shape with his mouth and let out an ear-sitting cry.

Kodiak's hands instinctively flung to his ears, trying to block out that damned noise. It was terrifyingly sharp and loud, enough to drive a warred soldier mad. The young man clearly hadn't thought this out well, and acted on impulse rather than debating this situation. In an attempt to counter the cry, he yelled as loud as he could, ears still covered by his hands desperately.

The young man's eyes widened as it attempted to get away. Though baffled that the beast hadn't tried to harm him, he was able to pull himself together and grab the partially useless sword from the ground. He was quite confused, unsure of why the male had seemed so afraid of him. |
