- Archie watched his face, noting the hardened scowl, before he eased up. This only made her feel even more guilty. Such a freaking clutz, someone chop my feet off, she thought and mentally facepalmed. Archie's lips curled into a small smile and she nodded when he introduced himself. Internally she was proud, Archie wasn't the best at names, so remembering Levi's was a gold star on her chart. She was jerked from her thoughts when he lifted the towel and revealed the cut. Archie visibly winced. Her eyebrows pulled together and she bit her lip, sucking in a quick breath between her teeth. "That's not looking too hot," Archie replied, looking up at his face, noting the oil and grease on him. "Not to mention that grease probably isn't too sanitary." She rolled her eyes and shook her head at herself. Archie had a bad habit of talking too much, in this case it was prohibiting Levi from getting proper treatment for a wound that looked pretty deep. "Um, I'm sorry, I'm stopping you. You're going to the infirmary, right?" Archie inquired, once more looking up at him. He was so much taller than her that the sun beamed into her eyes, making it difficult for her to see him. She raised a hand in a nonchalant matter and a gust of wind picked up, then a cloud blew over the sun, bringing shade down on a portion of the camp, covering the two. She was slightly embarrassed to use her powers for such a lazy reason, but she couldn't deny it was pretty convenient. She ran a hand through her red locks, feeling the heat from the sun radiating off her head when she touched her hair.

The son of Hermes hadn't slept all night. Of course, that didn't bother Rory Hayes at all. Sleeping wasn't exactly his top priority and he seemed to survive perfectly fine without it... at least sometimes. He'd tried to lay in bed and stare out the window, but (unsurprisingly) he couldn't do it. Instead, the boy had snuck out of the cabin early in the morning to head down to the training grounds. He'd been down there for hours at this point, and was only now starting to head back to his cabin. As always, the Hermes boy seemed to have a little too much energy. Even after hours of training with sweat plastering her blonde hair to his forehead, there was a little skip in his step. He paused on his way back when he saw some younger camper struggling to carry stuff to the Arts and Crafts area. "Hey! You dropped this!" he called, running over to grab a pack of colored pencils. The pack opened and brightly colored pencils rolled all over the grassy ground. "Here," he said with a grin. He bent down to collect them and struggled to stick them back in their packs. Seriously. Fitting all the colored pencils perfectly into those clear plastic packs had always been a struggle for the boy... Maybe because he didn't have the patience for it. The same thing happened again. He forced the pencils back in without breaking any And did his best to close it up before carefully putting it back in the camper's arms. "Be careful," he said with a grin. He wasn't very careful himself. Rory watched the camper go before heading back to the Hermes cabin. He wanted to get some clean clothes before showering. He slowed and his eyes widened when he spotted Fallon. His face split into a grin and he sped up a bit to reach his half sister. "Hey, Fallon!" he said. He reached out to hug her before realizing he was still sweaty. Instead, he let his arms fall to his side and smiled. "What's up?" *ᴿᵃᶤᶰᶜᵃˡˡᵉʳ*

Nivea Jordan | Poseidon's Cabin ;; Wren Nivea looked up tiredly at the sound of her name being called. Recognizing the voice as her cabin-mate, she stood and made her way around to where Wren stood, giving her half-sister (man, that was weird to say) a quick nod. She walked closer to Wren and, processing what the girl had said, nodded."Sure, I'll go to the pegasus stables with you. I've been meaning to go see my favorite stallion anyways," she admitted, rubbing one hand against the back of her neck. Nivea had always had a soft spot for the creatures of Ancient Greece, especially hellhounds and pegasi. She had befriended many of the pegasi in the stables, but one of them had truly caught her eye. Every chance she got, she rode him, groomed him, even simply sat in the stable with him. She had always found animals more calming than people, and Greek animals were no different.lazy penguin

Fallon Wood
Having taken out her camera from the pouch it was in, she was flicking through the settings when she heard a familiar voice. Turning her gaze up, she saw the younger child of Hermes speeding up towards her. Out of pure instinct she flinched as he went to hug her, but relaxed when he didn't. Sibling or not, she wasn't one for physical interaction, or any other breach of personal space.
"Hello, Rory," She greeted him with a small smile. She shifted, not really one for conversation, and not particularly good at talking to others either. "Just going to take some pictures around camp." She knew that technology in the hands of demigods wasn't good for anyone, which is why she was so thankful that cameras like hers didn't fall in the category. Her particular camera was none other than her mother's old one, the camera that took all the pictures that Fallon owned.
"I noticed you had left early this morning. I take it you were training?" Not a bad guess, as it was obvious Rory was sweaty.

Wow. This was really awkward. Or maybe that was just Levi. It was hard for him to tell if a situation actually was awkward or if it was just him not being good with people. Maybe a little bit of both? He wasn't quite sure. All he knew was that there were a lot less people to deal with in the forge, and other campers rarely came in without being invited by him or one of his siblings. The forge had become almost another section of the Hephaestus cabin at this point and that was something that Levi really enjoyed. He frowned at Archie's reaction to his cut. "I've had worse," he said with a shrug. He wasn't trying to downplay the cut. It hurt badly and he knew that he should get it cleaned and covered up, but working in a forge came with accidents. He'd learned that even in his mom's machine shop when he'd dropped some tool on his foot and broke it. When she commented on the grease, his lips twitched into a half smile. "It's a necessary evil," he said. He couldn't even tell her what project it was from. He'd been working on so many today. Then he rubbed the back of his neck, the half smile fading. "Uh, yeah... I'm going to the infirmary. Unless you're able to take care of this for me?" he asked. He wasn't a big fan of the infirmary and he knew some basic first aid stuff himself. He just didn't stitch his own wounds up. He wouldn't hesitate to stitch up a sibling or a friend or even just another camper that needed help. Levi looked up as the cloud drifted over the sun and the half smile reappeared before he looked back down at Archie. "Not bad, but I could show you something even cooler if I wasn't holding this towel," he said. He'd discovered his pyrokinesis at a pretty young age. His mom had been teaching him to make fire. He was maybe ten or eleven at the time? As he concentrated on making fire, flames had erupted from his hands. He'd started crying before realizing it wasn't hurting him and his mom had been proud, thinking he was just using the same method she'd taught him. Then, he'd practiced it in his room at night until he was able to control the usage of his fire better. He frowned again when he saw that the bleeding hadn't quite stopped, even if it'd slowed a lot. "We should probably get this checked out," he muttered, pausing as if waiting for Archie to lead the way. In a way, he was. He wanted to see if she'd be able to patch him up or if she'd direct him to the infirmary. (Yeah I got everything done so I'm happy) kai

- Archie watched as his lips turned upward into a little smile and she herself smiled along with him. Archie couldn't really help it, any time anyone around her smiled or laughed, she would automatically join in. Like when someone yawns and the people around them subconsciously do the same. She noticed him rub the back of his neck and an awkward feeling settled on her shoulders. She aimlessly picked at the skin around her fingernails while Levi spoke. At the mention of doing some stitching her eyes lit up and she smiled again. "I'm not a weirdo that's excited by seeing open wounds, I promise." Archie said with a small laugh, "Before I found out about all this–" she waved her hands, gesturing to the whole camp. "–I was planning on becoming a doctor, and I used to stitch up my stuffed animals." Then her face dropped and she raised her palms in his direction, "I've got a lot more practice since then. The Apollo kids all basically were born doctors so they really helped me perfect my stitching skills." Archie added, giving him a playful wink. Archie watched as he seemed to zone out for a second and she recognized the look on his face. She had seen it many times before on other campers. He was reminiscing. Archie herself did it often. As much as she loved Camp Half-Blood and she wouldn't change it, sometimes she thought about how different she would be now if the attack on her had never happened and she never found out she was a demi-god. I'd probably be dead. Monsters would've found me later. I'm one of the lucky ones..."Oh is that so?" Archie teased, quirking up an eyebrow while a smirk played at her lips. "After Doctor Archie here patches you up you'll have to show me your moves. Now let's go, you're likely to bleed out here soon." Archie joked, heading back toward Zeus' cabin. .

Rory didn't seem to notice her flinch, though the thought that she didn't want his flickered through his mind. Oops. He'd forgetton that in his excitement. The boy was a hugger. He leaned up against the cabin, taking his keychain out of his pocket. There was one key on it that didn't actually open anything, but that's not what was important. What was important was the symbolism. At least, in his mind. He seemed to have a natural gift for picking locks and he liked people to know it. "Oooh, that sounds fun," he said, his face brightening. Rory wanted to try photography now. He considered asking Fallon for her camera, but quickly decided against it. She seemed to like it and he didn't want to end up breaking it... That had happened before and none of the children of Ares seemed to trust him anymore. He twirled his keychain around on his finger and nodded at her question. "Couldn't sleep, but that's not exactly New. I've been down there since before most people woke up. Don't worry, I wasn't training the whole time." No, part of the time, he'd been fighting imaginary monsters, but he didn't tell his older sister that. "Let's hang out! I can shower first if You want, but I've been so insanely boooooored," he groaned, pulling the 'o' out longer than necessary. *ᴿᵃᶤᶰᶜᵃˡˡᵉʳ*

(When I read the yawning part I yawned right in the middle of the gym. Good thing nobody is paying attention to me) Levi caught her own little smile and felt some kind of warm feeling. He wasn't actually used to making people smile. It wasn't that her was a jerk or anything, he just wasn't the most social person in the world and he was often giving orders when he did talk. His siblings were a different story, but that didn't count. They were family, even if the only blood they shared was some distant god that seemed to enjoy pretending his children didn't exist. But the feeling he got when Archie smiled was a nice one. Maybe he should try to be outgoing... He just wasn't very good with people. When she spoke, he tilted his head. He was... well, he was unsure where she was going with that. Then she said something about wanting to be a doctor and he got it. "Oh, uh, same... Well, kinda... I wanted to be a doctor when I was really little. Until my mom started letting me help around the shop..." He felt a pain go through him as he mentioned his mom. She was likely dead, he knew, but some part of him hoped she was alive. It would be there until he saw her body with his own eyes. He shook his head to clear it. "Anyway, my mom and I... We were the real outdoorsy types so she thought me a bunch of skills that my grandpa taught her. She said that I needed to be able to help myself or the people I care about if we couldn't get to a hospital or couldn't wait for the ambulance," he said. Another thought to his childhood. He was ten, out fishing with his friends. Danny Parks had slipped on a wet rock, cutting his arm open and twisting his ankle. Between the two of them, he and Noah had managed to create some kind of splint for his ankle and stop the bleeding while they helped him back home. He just nodded at her words and followed her to the Zeus cabin, pushing the door open with one of his shoulders. There was a blonde girl sitting on one of the beds, giving him an odd look until Archie followed him in. She saw the towel and blood on his hand and frowned. "Please tell me Archie didn't cause that," she said, throwing a teasing glance at her half sister, even though it was totally possible for one camper to injure another during training. Levi shook his head. "Forge," he said, watching as Riley nodded and reached for the medical supplies that the daughters of Zeus kept in their cabin. She wanted to be a vet and loved learning from Archie since she didn't have quite as much experience with medical related stuff. kai
