Anyone you want, though they should probably be doing something important enough for Argus to decide to bother them ;p )

(As a heads up, there are no windows or any kind of observation deck. All outside viewing is done through monitors, some are designed to simulate widows to make people feel more at home.
The reason why is a unique illness that came with the stars going out. If you look into the full void of space for too long, you will lose your mind. For some it only takes minutes, it just depends on how strong your mental fortitude is. )

(Ai, and other non-biological life actually get affected as well, but it takes years for it to manifest. So it can be treated with proper maintenance. )

Suddenly, a hologram of Argus' core sprung into existence in front of her -- he was usually never so forward, and definitely wanted Nova's full attention. "You are correct: it is the 116th probe to have gone offline," he said. "Nevertheless, there was something different. Watcher-150 had picked up a signal before its transmitter went offline." The hologram raised a claw, and a signal flow chart came to existence. It detailed a largely unshifting line -- it was quiet without the stars now -- before it was suddenly and randomly spiked up and down and stopped abruptly. However, it wasn't random: there was most certainly a pattern, a kind of rising pitch which cut off at the peak, presumably when the probe went offline. "Apologies for interrupting, but I believe this required your immediate attention," Argus buzzed. OK. There was definitely something suspicious going on. Nova stared in silence at the signal chart for several seconds before blinking back into reality, "Thank you for that, Argus..." As the cydog pondered over the anomaly, several theories began to take shape in her mind. However, there was no way to test any one of them at the moment. She would need newer, more specialized equipment; particularly, some things that she did not yet have at the station, "I definitely need to pay a visit to Beta_3..." This was said in a murmur, and seemed more directed at herself than to Argus or anyone else. Nova appeared deeply troubled and carried on towards the cruiser, half mumbling to herself in a distracted manner.

Nepeta sat down. "Hmm..." she hummed, thinking. Her mind was racing.

Mikhail stood on the bridge, making sure everything was green for the cruiser to take off. He was too focused on the inward tasks of running Omega to have noticed what was going on outside. He frowned looking over the specs for the cruiser. Despite all it's advantages, the weapon systems aboard it had been genetically locked to the previous leaded. The fastest bird in the sky had no talons to defend itself. He'd pondered just replacing the systems, but took Flux's counsel into suggestion. Nothing existed that could move through space like the cruiser, if removing the weapons broke that, he wasn't sure if they could get it fixed. "If only the commander had an heir..."

Argus' hologram made a show of watching Nova pass by and tracking her movement, before cutting off. The signal, even if it was there only lead, was undoubtedly also an anomaly. What had caused it? Why was it heard this time, and not the other 115 times? No questions were answered, and more sprang up to join it.

Once Nebula assumed that everyone was aboard the ship - at least, those who were going - she went through the motions of preparing for departure.
"WAIT!" A fuzzy diminutive form quickly squeezed herself through the closing doors, "You're venturing to Beta_3. There are some things there that I need." Nova had practically sprinted down to the ship, and paused to pant, "I know how much you dislike haggling. I can help."
Nebula listened quietly as the cydog quickly explained her presence aboard the ship, and nodded. "Of course, Nova. Have a seat."
Without another word, Nova quickly did so. Her small stature meant that it took a little extra effort. Once she was safely seated and strapped in, she flashed a grin to signal that she was ready.
Earlier, Gazlow had chased some small creature onto the craft and was still searching for the little guy. They had no idea that the cruiser was about to take off with them aboard.
Nebula cleared her throat as the outer doors shut and sealed. Seconds later, the cruiser set off for the scrap world known as Beta_3.

[aight, cool. I'm gonna assume he didn't go on the cruiser tho]
Tsutu was seated at one of the bridges in the main station, and sipping a cup of something that acted basically like coffee. It was a slow day and he was having a bit of trouble staying fully awake and focused. He saw when the cruiser left and made sure to keep an ear out for the crew in case they got into any trouble.

(Yikes. :c Good luck. My mom went yesterday and bought a ton of water, sodas, bread, napkins, canned food and other stuff. It doesn't look like we're going to be affected much now, but it doesn't hurt to be prepared anyway. At least the storm isn't spinning at 180 mph anymore...)
