As his tone picked up, the brows of child at the door furrowed and his eyes widened. "O-Okay....but, you have to prove you're telling the truth. Sis can do magic, yeah? But so can a lot of people from our village. To keep things tidy, we all have titles. What's Sis's title?" While he spoke, small glyphs began to circle around his eyes and across his face that would seem very familiar to Derrick as they appeared to look just like Celestia's birthmarks that he had seen yesterday. featherlegDerrick nodded placing a gentle fist across his chest. "Y-Yes but of course, Urian..." He softly replied. "I understand completely your reasoning, as well as safety for yourself and your sister Leila." Celesta mentioned their names-if I recall... His attention was slightly captivated by glyph's in his eyes, as well as his face. I've seen that before....J-Just a second... The thoughts slowly ticked into process, after a long two days, and still being sore; he was still feeling slightly out of it. "Celesta, she is a Lunaras, of the lunar tribe; a healer and dear friend to the princess, and myself." He paused as the markings had finally clicked, "T-The constellations, and moon cycles-" He softly stated to the two, "T-They look like that of Celesta's-along her back-" He observed now in somewhat curiosity, but underneith he wanted to drag the two out, and bring them back to the cabin to tend to Celesta. Just seeing her in her condition, was heartbreaking torchure for his own heart. "I-I'm sorry..." He quickly apologized reposturing himself back upright, "It has been a long two days, and I cannot bare to see my fair friend in the condition she is in..." He softly stated, "But again, I respect your decision, and as to whether you choose to assist or not, I come to respect that." He lightly dipped his head. WHile dipping his head he bit his own tounge roughly, to stop himself from spewing out his inner thoughts. After everything he temporally shattered, it would be a few days before he shook himself back into place, but for now; he might as well wear a sign screaming inner most thoughts.

There was a pause has Urian's face disappeared and then came back to the small gap between the door. "L-Leila said you're telling the truth. Only close friends of sis would know her calling. And...." His gaze dropped as his hands clutched the outside curve of the door,"...thank you for understanding. W-We've been hurt before by others, so that's why we stay in here, out of harms way. We'll come help her sir." With that, the two cautiously came out of the caravan. The first thing that was obvious was how young they both were. It seemed like they were roughly around the age of twelve by both facial features and by height, although Urian seemed to be the taller out of the two. Their clothing were very similar to Celestia's; dark blues and browns adorned their heavy winter clothing with fur lined around with silver trimmings. Leila's hair though was much more ash black than Celestia's while Urian's was a almost translucent white, like that of a polar bear or white cat. Both had dark gray cloaks covering their bodies to keep them concealed as they closed the door to the caravan. "You said sis is hurt, yeah? So we should move quickly, as to not keep her in that state any longer." The twins took hold of each others hands as they stood in front of Derrick, their dark green eyes gazing up at him with both curiosity and subtle fear and nervousness. Auransky

Derrick's expression shifted from a serious one, to a flood of relief as the response from the boy was most what he wished to hear. Thank goodness! His attention shifted back to the boy, he nodded silently, "I very well understand-myself whom has worked with so many; I have seen and herd many different kinds of situations growing up." He stated softly. He backed away once more, to allow them their space as they walked out. "Y-Yes....we should move on ahead, this way wont you please." He stated in a calm manor, backing away to lead them for the cabin. "Seeing the hour, we can go around and avoid everyone at most." He held out a finger waving freely in the air, "S-Should we encounter someone; please do remain silent and do not fear. They come asking questions of their duties at hand." He explained, "But-I assure you we will not see anyone." He walked on, but kept a close gaze looking at the two to assure they were keeping up. featherleg

The two nodded as they started to follow him through the snow. As they continued through, Leila gasped to see their surroundings. "W-We're home brother!" She whispered in excitement as she tugged on his sleeve, her eyes wide with excitement and joy. Urian nodded as he gestured for her to keep her voice down while keeping up with Derrick. "So--uh--sir, are we part of the Princesses unit now? I noticed your clothes look a lot different from ours..." There was also the fact that Urian could sense that Derrick had no magic essence about him like he and his sister did. Auransky

So they grew up here-maybe they really are blood related.. Derrick walked on, as he led the two for the cabin. They might recognize Celesta's home too? Maybe they lived their too? He continued along, while listening to the girl's excitement. W-Wait what if they look around and inspect the cabin-find my stuff-oh dear....He snapped out of his thoughts turning sideways, to address them directly. "Derrick works just fine." He cheerfully replied, "But in a way we have integrated into the Princesses unit. I arrived a few days prior then Celesta; with my unit, and she arrived with hers. Our goal is to assist the princess, train her units, and to as always provide the best we can for her Highness." He briefly nodded in respect to the mention of the princess. "Every unit wears different wardrobe depending on various factors; the biggest being which unit you are a part of, secondly where you come from, thirdly the weather. But most outfits are all acostumed to various weather, with little homages to home. My personal unit was on the front lines until a few months ago, we were pulled back and asked to task on smaller issues while we recovered..." He trailed off turning his attention over to the cabin ahead, "Ah ha, there we go!" He stated in excitement. "Celesta is taking refuge over there." He pointed, "It's unlocked, do feel free to enter." He encouraged. featherleg

Urian nodded as he listened while trying to keep his sister tethered to his hand as she nearly drifted away a few times to go towards certain buildings. "We only travel with Sis's unit. Only recently did we have to take lodging in the caravan since we nearly got attacked before heading here. Before then we could roam like everyone else, as long as Sis could find us we were okay." Leila whispered something into Urian's ear as they approached the cabin. "O-Okay, thank you Derrick." They both bowed lightly towards him before quietly entering the cabin, making sure to close the door behind them. Auransky

Derrick listened, "A-Aye she has a keen eye indeed." He agreed. He glimpsed out for a moment then stood silent watching the two run for the cabin. He was about to step forward towards the cabin himself but seing the two close the door in a cautious manor, he decided against it. I'll come visit Celesta, later..if what the children say is true, who am I a stranger to set off their securities... He mentally noted then turned his attention elsewhere. For now the princess-then Rowlin, then the others.. With the objectives in mind he physically turned, but shifted his head slightly back towards the Cabin. "Rest well, my love.." He softly whispered then walked off; heading for the Princesses quarter. featherleg

After writing a few letters addressing both her brother and retainer, Aika rested her head on her desk with her arms folded around her. I need to speak with the one I....damaged yesterday. Set things right. Although, doing so in private might make him tense. He had a friend with him during the speech, we could probably arrange for both of them to meet with me. Making that the case however, Grayson should be part of the meeting as well since he witnessed it. Then there's the fact that two men died yesterday. A proper burial needs to be arranged, or else they'll never rest. She gazed out of the window in front of her as she sighed. "I wonder....is the amount of work I do know as a military leader equal to that I would have done as Queen? Both in value and in amount?" Auransky

"Gereally , a queen works her hardest to avoid war at all times." Derrick lightly coughed as he walked into the room. "The peace or the ideals of peace is to avoid tragedies , casualties, and the what if questions which embark our nightmares. In order to maintain that peace the queen and king typically work as a team to a sidestepping effort to come up with solutions, treaties, middle grounds, staying on top of their own local issues as well as those around them. They fight a silent war, a war which requires concentration, ideas, and caution. This silent war is centrally occurring, in hopes of avoiding a screaming war." He leaned against the doctor's frame. "Mistakes happen, things get out of hand, but you have a team and as a team we help somewhat alleviate your troubles. not entirely but we smoothen your intentions to our best efforts. mishaps occurs, but at the end we are still here awaiting to serve." He calmly stated. Glad to see her awake, and functioning... it brings some relief on my troubles... "ah! sorry for not knocking..." He soon apologized. featherleg

Aika chuckled as she turned to face him. "There's no need to apologize, I heard you once you approached the cabin door." She tapped her chin as her brows furrowed. "Well...I guess that's becoming a normal feeling now. Sensing people that aren't even directly in front or behind me. B-But you're right when it comes to the guidance a queen or king is instructed to do. My parents often spent their time together, which apparently was very odd to some other kingdoms. My mother spent a majority of her time, from what I remember, helping the ill and elderly as best she could. I read somewhere she commissioned one of our families tailors to make hundreds of dresses for the women and children that lived outside the capital and on its streets. While may of her counselors applauded her, brother said many were upset and frustrated that she spent her time on the people and not on pleasing diplomats or royal heirs that came to visit. She managed both though....despite being criticized for her actions she always proved that she was beyond the binds of royalty. And my father loved her for that." Her face softened as she remembered the beauty that was her parents relationship and how they treated her like an actual daughter instead of someone who was bound by royal blood. "I like to think that those that served her influenced her to be the queen and person that she was. And I hope...I can do the same in her stead." Auransky

featherleg He pulled away from the frame, then approached Aika. "I-I see.." He spoke in his calming manor, mentioning her abilities brought an odd feeling, but at the same time it brought somewhat relief to see her progression. Celesta had she not been hurt-she'd be perhaps overjoyed to have herd that... He lightly shuffled the ground with his boot. "I am truly glad to see you up and about, it brings relief, to see you recalling such moments, as well as the passion which flows in your voice" I'll let Celesta know later about her condition-She might be relieved as well... His posture relaxed a little. "But you will do a fine job, come in due time. THe little steps, passion, and reason will guide you; as well as your senses. Morals play a big factor, but as long as you remember those whom you look up to, you will never forget and will be as best as you can be." Soon enough he repostured himself. "A-Anyways... I don't mean to dwindle here today, I have much to carry out today; as of recent delays." He lightly coughed. "You were my second round to check on, I still have many more individuals to see. But-I also would like you to be aware that Lady Celesta will be in bed rest for today, and potentially tomorrow-but fear now she is well, and the two from the Caravan will aid her; as requested by our dear Lady." He reported swiftly; feeling the Princesses sways of memories, and uplifting hints, uplifted himself; he felt much more stable now then he had been earlier. "If you need anything-please do let me know."

"I-Thank you Derrick, you never cease to comfort me with your words." She bowed her head towards him before looking back towards him. "I only wish to meet such exceptions and goals that you all lay out for me while obtaining my own." Most of her royal life--outside of her family--she relied heavily on those assigned to her, such as Saizo and officials from the royal counsel. To have the people like Derrick and Celestia to provide her with an outsiders view on her position. "I only have a few things I wish to be done, but they can be carried out throughout the week. If I wish, no, as a leader, I need to set an example to those that follow me. Setting amends for my wrong doings and mistakes is part of that. I'd like to speak to Sir Riley about my actions from yesterday, and request that his fellow soldiers Sir Grayson and Augustus to accompany him as they did witness my mistake. That will be my official statement on the matter until the meeting. We also have lost two men due to Lacklan's attack. I wish to have a proper burial for them, to not only put their souls at rest, but to also bring a moment of mourning for those who were close to them. I'll leave these events to you and Celestia to delegate, but I wish for both to be completed within the end of this week." Auransky

"And there goes the flattery which spoils me." Derrick lightly stated, as he turned his attention elsewhere for a brief moment. "If this keeps up, I might want to run home and never leave." He blinked at the thought, but returned his full attention back towards Aika shortly; "But I am here to serve you, as I swore in my duties to serve our country. I have served others, and I will continue to serve until the end." He placed his hands behind his back, with a slight dip forward. "Everything can and will be taken care of before the end of the week. If I know the boys they probably already started to work on the days task; but I will fetch those whom you seek and keep them aware of the meeting you wish to access." He leaned slightly to the left, :"Now, if all is well-I must get going." He backed away slowly, "But do as I mentioned before, fetch me if up most needed." He assured her. Just to recap- He mentally noted, Riley, Augustus, and Grayson.... then check on Rowlin, afterwords see whom is retrieving the bodies.... Sounds about right?featherleg

Aika titled her head in confusion at this comment, but decided not to delve into it. It's none of my business anyways. She thought to herself as she gestured the signal to be dismissed. "I won't keep you any longer. I do hope Lady Celestia's condition improves, and I send my regards." Even though I could go comfort her myself, I'm technically not permitted to leave my cabin anymore... When she woke up, she had found a note from her stating that, unless her or Derrick required her to address or help them throughout the camp, she was not allowed to leave the cabin for the next two days. She was permitted, however, to the small garden behind the cabin for fresh air, but outside of that was off limits. At least she redecorated the place to make it more homey.Auransky

With the dismissal at hand, Derricks quickly made his way out of the cabin. It was once outside that he took in a long alleviated breath. Oh dear... my thoughts slipped.... w-well... he walked now his feet moving in no particular direction. now where would they be? he looked around at the thought. "Derrick!" Vidal called out. Derick turned to greet his fellow companion. "I'm glad to see you well, Vidal." Vidal gestured a wave back, "I just wanted to let you know that the morning patrol 's back, and we have another group out this morning retrieving the bodies. " "Ah!" Derricks blinked , "tending to it without asking?" "Well-we all agreed that it would be the most ethical thing." Vidal blinked. "We?" Derricks leaned forward. "W-well... all of us got together this morning. The entire unit is concerned, so to not disturbing of you threes we decided ed d to tend to the duties ourselves." He stepped back. "You all collaborated?" Derricks raised a brow. "Worked together as a team, and set differences apart?" Vidal blinked, "y-yes.. these past few days reminded everyone of something. And you three seemed most exhausted, so it was only natural." "I see." Derricks crossed his ramshackle nodding. impressive.."Right well, Now that you know what we have been up to, i must get back to work." Vidal placed a fist over his chest then lightly bowed. "W-Wait!" Derricks called out. "Yes?" Vidal blinked. "Where's Riley Augustus, and Grayson?" Derricks asked. "Oh, well Riley should be back soon from the patrol." Vidal gazed ip, "Augustus is helping with transporting the bodies. Then Grayson should be at the stables, tending to the horses in our unit." Vidal blinked seeing Derricks rush off. "Thank you, Now please tend to your dutuies " derricks turned his head to address Vidal, as he continued walking away. . featherleg

Well...I guess I'll see what improvements Celestia did to the living room area. With that she exited her living room, only to gasp to see the interior of the living room. She knew no one would be able to recognize or appreciate the style changes that had been done, for what Celestia had done was restyled the small space to look just like that of the palace's interior. New tapestries and banners hung from the wall, a new carpet laid in front of the fireplace which now had small pots and vases that must have been saved during the ambush on the capital. That explains why there was a caravan parked out behind the cabin...Celestia, you are too kind. She thought as she broke into a smile that she swore she had lost months ago. Auransky

featherlegDerricks made his way got the stables, hearing Grayson's voice he picked up his pace. "Grayson, goodmorning-" he walked inside with a smile. As quickly as he mAde a smile, it disappEared , replaced with with a surprised baffle. In the stable Grayson was kneeling against a wall: next to him was Rowlin who sat on the ground with his feet extended out. "Am I intruding?" Derricks blinked. "N-No-" both Grayson and Rowlin replied. "I just got back from my patrol. Rowlin was waiting for anyone to return, he asked for assistance." Grayson explained. "May I ask what this favor was?" Grayson raised a brow. Please don't be what I think it is.... his hand slowly hovered towards his weapon. Gayson shook his head, gesturing his hands to assure that everything was fine, "It's nothing bad-" suddenly he turned his attention towards Rowlin. "I needed someone to help with a minor pain, on my calfs" Rowlin softly spoke, with an emotionless tone. "I asked Grayson to help with some stretches." "Oh..." Derricks suddenly relaxed, so it was not my worst fearb-but still... he still kept his hand over his weapon. "Grayson when you arefree please locate Riley, and Augustus. You three are on standby until further notice." "By who's orders?" Grayson raised questionable brow. "The princess.." derrick nodded. "Alright then." Grayson nodded. "I will locate, and notify them so they too are aware, thAt they will be summoned soon." "Very good, and Grayson, thank you." He nodded , "but do not worry about anything here,I can tend to it." Derricks added. "I-Its fine" Grayson assured. "I would like to assist Rowlin , you need to tend to other things as well." Derricks blinked, then stepped back. did I miss something? "okay then!" He nodded then stepped back once more. "I shall in my quarters then." He waved to the two then headed out. what have I missed... those two together? Willingly... eh whatever... I really wanted to speak to Rowlin alone but... I can do that later. For now back to check on celestial. his attention turned to his feet.

He opened the menu again and set it on the table and stabbed a finger at the words at random. He looked down to find out it had landed on the word 'the' in the credit for the pictures. Oh well. No food then. He shrugged a little then responded to Rowlin. "In fact, it was started by a careless spark from an oven. At least, that's what I heard later. The city wasn't one of those steel and stone cities as much as it was wood. Plus, it had just been a long, dry Summer." He played with a lose string on his sleeve. He wasn't paying much attention to the fact that he was just making another hole in it. "I found Newgrange particularly enjoyable." He wondered which exact field Rowlin worked in. Did it have something to do with the VDA? Auransky

As she sat down on the couch that Celestia had brought in, Aika finally felt relaxed. These past few months of attempting to become not only a military leader, but trained and will versed one had worn her down greatly. To finally have the sense of familiarity and of home around her brought back what she was missing most. "Any room there for me?" A voice called out from within the room. Aika twisted her body to see Kyv standing behind the couch, a look of amusement on her snow white face. "H-How did you?" "Ahhh, now is not the time for questions my dear heart. It is time to relax, and accept." She said with a soft smile. Aika's brows furrowed as her hands gripped the back of the couch in front of her. "Accept what, exactly?" "Isn't obvious?" She questioned as she walked over to her. "That you've gained not only the respect of your people, but mine as well. You've also accepted your fate--and don't tell me you haven't. Why else would I be able to roam freely like I am now?" Her arms crossed her chest as she looked around the room. "Your home looked much like this, if I remember correctly. Everything from that day is a blur, but it's clearing not only for me, but for you as well. Would you like to know why my dear?" Aikas eyes dropped to the surface of the couch as she pondered her question. "Better I know now then never." "Your memories come back not only when we fight together, but when you grant me the essence that we both live by. Even when I'm not drawn, when you conjure a bloody blade or shield for combat, I sense it. When you take the same essence, our connection becomes stronger. Blood is what binds us. It's as simple as that." Auransky

mintedstar/fur🦇 "Oh dear- that can be quite dangerous. Especially in a compact city; where everything is clumped together. I've seen a few resturants, and houses burn down due to minor issues; some in big cities others in smaller villages. The stakes are both high, but-unlike compact cities; you have somewhat space to contain the issue. Before is spreads of course." He freely waved a hand. "Newgrange is rather exciting, isn't it not? Took pictures, and video the last time I went; and I do hope to take more photos during different times of the day the next time I get the chance to visit." He nodded calmly at the thought. "W-Well..." He glimpsed slightly away for a brief moment, "I must take the time to thank you for your time." His tone softened, "It isn't everyday that people enthusiastic for geography or landmarks-to say in the least come up. Most people are into games, or while they do wish to see something in the world; it appears very limited when compared to an overall experience." He soon relaxed back into the chair, "So I thank you for your most precious time; it is something most calming and well. Something different then the usual, of encounters. Truly I hope to have a peaceful conversation like this soon; perhaps after grading, or evaluating of the sorts." He lightly laughed. featherlegDerick made his way back for his quarters; he was full of questions for just about everything he had encountered today. It almost appeared like the day was false; or that everyone was on some kind of odd taste. Grayson being beyon kind...or considerate to Rowlin? Is it because it's a nuetral work or did something else happen? N-No perhaps the events of yesterday brought some relief? A-Anyways- what about tthe princess... she wishes to speak to the three. Perhaps to amend for yesterday? I think she mentioned it-I perhaps was not paying too much attention. Then there is Celesta and the twins; are they all blood related? Or distant type related? Hmm... well it should not matter as long as she is smiling right? He stopped right at the door outside the cabin. Taking a look at the door, he then turned his attention to his feet. He stood there for a moment before turning his attention behind him to look out. His attention soon returned to his feet before returning to the door. Am I hesitating? ....afraid? N-No I am not afraid! Concerned? Perhaps, but-maybe I am just wishing to give her space? That's it just her space, for her to relax and readjust to family." He shifted his right foot in a different direction, yet kept his left foot firm in place. Oh dear what do I do-Vincent would always tell me to go in, in fact he would push me into any awkward situation. Pft-that guy, but anyways! Maybe there is something else to do? Everything is being tended too, but maybe something small that was missed. Fetching something, collecting, gathering? Perhaps.." He soon leaned against the edge of the doors frame while gazing up. Maybe a nap? Sleep, rest... relax... something to feel better? I need rest...perhaps. Without realizing he had slid down against the door frame. "Perhaps I can sit here and think, it's nice and quiet.." He softly muttered. Then I can answer questions anyone might have... He considered.
"Alright then, I'll be off." Grayson nodded towards Rowlin then walked out of the stable. Rowlin leaned against one of the horses' doors, watching him go. He smiled with a nod. "Much appreciated."
After seeing him gone, and assuring that he was alone; he couldn't help but release a long hefty sigh. He attempted to listen out for the sounds of silence, yet the littlest of sounds came into view. The faint sound of ringing was sill raging in the background, but unlike the previous day it was not as bad. Pushing away from where he leaned; he slid his feet against the ground to get a feel of sense. Glancing out, he slowly made his way out of the stable. Perhaps-a walk in the woods? He considered,It will be a slow walk, but-I'm certain that the sounds of nature will bring tranquility at its lightest

The door behind Derrick slowly creaked open as a pair of dark green eyes peered out to him. "S-Sir, Sis is better. She said that you can come inside whenever you'd like." Urian's presence disappeared from the door, but it remained open. The sound of feet scuttling from inside the house could be heard as well as small bouts of laughter. Surely, whatever the twins were up to now was much more childlike than what they were called upon to do. ~ "You honestly believe that to be true?" While her tone was doubtful, there was a bit of curiosity to it which there had never been before. Kyv nodded as she walked around the couch and sat on one of the armrests. "Child, I was made immortal by the very nature of it. When you came upon me, I was fast asleep. But your anger and your rage awakened me from my slumber. I have fought alongside many before you with similar...aspirations. Revenge, love, wealth, royalty. But you, my dear, fight for lost peace before your crown. You wish for others that seek the same to live, not die, by your actions, and to negotiate for it before bloodshed. You make mistakes, and you wish to sow them instead of cover them. None of my previous wielders had such dreams." She titled her head as she smiled at her. "That is why I'm pleased to serve you and contain your rage. And when I strike upon those who threaten you, they will feel just that." Auransky(Magic weapon/person backstory woop woop)

Derrick blinked seeing the boy open the door, it was to be expected for him acting so suspicious by the door. Despite that, he hesitated for a moment. Taking in one more breath he stood up then slowly made his way inside. Once inside he closed the door , keeping his gaze somewhat on the floor. Slowly he made his way for the bedroom, keeping in mind of the twins whom were present. He felt awkward, considering he was the stranger in this family like get together, and even more of a stranger seeing as this home was Celesta's home. It was very odd, and distinct, yet his feet dragged on. Slowly he peeked his head into the room, his dark brown gaze fully alert to his surroundings. He wanted to speak but was in the process of doubt, seeing as it was a three for one. I can and have spoken to many new people-yet celesta is the only one whom drives me to utter silence. I am utterly hopeless.. he blinked leaning even further into the room. Rowlin made his way through the woods. It was a peaceful day, despite all the recent events. He chose to walk, leaving all his belongings, and steed back at camp. Yet the thought of potential trouble crossed his mind, it was the least of his worries. He just wished to find a moment to hear the song of the woods, in hopes of muting the ringing which faintly bummed in the background. the next clearing, it seems nice. Approaching the next clearing he stopped in what he perceived to be the center. He turned his attention in multiple directions, before shuffling the light coat of snow to open up a small opening for him to sit down in. The ground would still be cold, but as much as he wanted to stand he still was not feeling as well as he would like to be, to stand the entire time. featherleg (Oooo exciting!)

The twins, seeing Derrick enter into the living room, carefully closed the door to the cabin and returned to the chairs that had been set up in the corner of the room along with a set of toys that they probably hid inside their coats. As soon as Derrick glanced into the bedroom, Celestia lifted her gaze from the book she was reading to his eyes, which brightened with happiness and then fogged with concern before she closed her book and walked up to him. "Darling, what's wrong?" Her voice softly questioned as her eyes scanned his face for an answer. ~ Aika looked away towards the fire, a blank expression on her face as she processed her words. "What happens if I stray from the path? Will you still be at my side?" Kyv lightly laughed as she placed her fingers beneath her chin and drew her gaze back to her. "I can be your compass as well as your ever gleaming sword and shield. My goal in whatever you may call this is simple, to guide you to what you seek and be what you need most. However....." Her golden eyes dropped to her neck as she lightly tapped on her main veins,"do remember what your end of the bargain is, dear." Auransky

featherlegDerrick's expression held concern for his dear friend before him. He spoke softly now forcing himself into the room slowly, "I thought you might be sleeping-I didn't want to wake you, should that have been the case." He placed his hands behind his back. "I tended to most things most quickly, and while I still need to check on things; they can be tended too later." His eyes scrolled towards the side, before scrolling over to the other end. "I-I just wanted to check on your condition, and to inform you that the princess is doing finely well. She is busy in her cabin tending to things that she wishes to see completed by the end of the week. We must prepare the bodies for a proper burial; luckly the boys have set out ahead to retrieve the bodies. Second she will summon Riley, Augustus, and Grayson to her quarters; perhaps... to tie up some loose ends." He slowed his tone; as thoughts crossed his mind. "Thankfully I spotted Grayson at the stables so I asked him to notify the others." He lowered his head a little with relief in his eyes, "It saves me trouble of having to leave further then I should be for the time being." He shifted his upper body by about 45 degrees. "I also found Rowlin in the Stables, he was talking with Grayson.." His hand hovered over towards his blade which hung along his belt. "They were speaking before I got there, I couldn't make out the words-actually I was not aware that Grayson had company in the first place." He couldn't help but slightly frown, "I wanted top speak to him in person but Grayson insisted that the two would be just fine. It worries me a little, not in sense of them being together but just..." He trailed off. "That may be partly why it throws me over the edge. To see the two together speaking... Grayson has his ideals and he stated yesterday that he still holds his thoughts towards his comrade but to see the two-No" He shook his head. "I-I must be overthinking, that's for sure!" He snapped his fingers pulling a fake smile to convince himself. "A lot has happened, and I for sure am just overthinking things." He forced out an optimistic tone. "-But still...." He soon turned in the other direction. "The emotionless response from Vincent's brother-that has me thinking. Vincent used that tone in certain instances, he always kept a tone of color in his voice no matter what the situation..." Hr shook his head again. "I-I'm overthinking this....." His attention returned to Celesta, he couldn't help but let out an awkward laugh. "Here I am to check on you, but instead I come and spill my troubles. Something I should be doing to myself, and not you whom needs dear rest." Jakup grew up with him, perhaps I can ask him?Rowlin sat in silence wihin the clearing; the sounds of everyday life surrounded him, but other then those sounds he was more focused on the sound of the wind. He wished to distract himself fro the faint ringing in his eardrums which felt nearly impossible to remove. He crossed his legs assuring one leg rests upon the other, then rested his arms over his crossed legs. Closing his eyes he took in a deep breath, grasping the cold air which blew against his face. This helped make all the whispers go away, then this certainly might help the ringing go away.

The concern that glossed her eyes broke as she smiled warmly towards him. "I know my limits, Derrick. I let Urian know you could come back inside once I felt at ease." She nodded as she listened to him, all while trying to keep eye contact with him. "Good to know her wounds have healed properly. I can tend to the burial since they both died on my peoples grounds. We have...very strict rules to burying those who have pasted here. Mainly to avoid what you saw when we first arrived..."Her voice dropped a tone as she sighed. "Well, she's finally getting back to her normal self then if that's the case." Before the war, she remembered Aika being a polite but organized person. If she set a deadline for a task, her inner circle knew to finish it or there would be a punishment of some sort. Nothing bad, but whatever Aika thought of would make the individual feel awful for the next two weeks. "Being in any type of grouping like this leads to inner conflict, but eventually, people over come their differences. Perhaps something happened yesterday or today that shifted something between the two that only they understand." She lightly shrugged, her stance much more relaxed and casual than usual. "I'm fine dear. Besides, it's only fair that we share our troubles to each other." Auransky

"Y-Yes yes of course! But I unlike you or few others cannot read minds; expressions yes, but this morning you seemed in much pain. I only assumed to needed much moire rest. B-But I'm glad to see that the assistance has uplifted your spirits." He finally made his way across the room. Once near the bed he seated himself along the edge. "Yes, she should be back up and running in no time." He stated most cheerfully, Gah, I sound like a father- He couldn't help but release a laugh from deep in his diaphragm. "Organized and classy, aye I can believe that. But punishments of regret? I know the feeling all too well. Regrets that burry deep into our memories, but surely we are ahead of schedule" He waved a finger, "The boys have set up to retrieve the bodies, after that you can take charge and do what you must. These are your lands after all, and we must respect them as we would any visiting land." He turned his head to the side briefly, "Perhaps... perhaps that might be it. For certain that must be it!" He nodded. "Or it may just be a moment of silence, but nonetheless; for now it eases me yet shivers me for seeing something not very used to. But also Rowlin has a few characteristics of those like his brother's; the most being the use of tone." His face relaxed , "Vincent was always very reliant on colorful tones, it was his way of communicating, and drawing his units together. It was how we made use of foreign territories, and gained permission from some of the most stubborn of individuals. Yet-" He soon frowned, shifting his head slightly down. "When it came to executions, or need to kill; it was always empty, his tone I mean-but sometimes you need to push everything aside to commit the action right?" He turned his head back towards Celesta. "We all have inner thoughts, and that need to want versus the act of reasoning. We hold back because killing for most of us is seen as wrong, but even in times of need we still find it to be the most unpleasant. So we lie to ourselves, swallow the burden, or remind ourselves that in killing one we save hundreds more." He shrugged, "Truly conflicts which drive us insane..." featherleg

Celestia sat down next to him as she stifled a chuckle. "I think you flatter me too much. I may have mastered a few variants of magic, but nothing like reading others minds. The only thing I can do that comes close to that is what I did with Rowlin, which is just aura reading. Comes in handy during interrogations and investigations." She leaned forward, placing her elbows on her knees as her gazed dropped to the ground. "You're right though. I'm not use to experiencing pain like that, especially from my own magic. Then again, I've never spent so many hours healing someone before. Even a minute break can give my body enough rest to avoid pain like that. I'm glad though that my efforts were not wasted, however." She nodded in agreement. "She's nothing like the Prince, that's for sure. But I'll make sure to tend to the bodies tomorrow night." While it wasn't her favorite thing to do, she knew how important it was to hold up her tribes traditions and to keep the balance on their grounds. "The way you talk about Vincent...it makes me believe that you think Rowlin is Vincent, or that something happened between the two that doesn't make sense, at least using the logic that most people have. it was mentioned that Rowlin didn't have as much contact with him as one usually would have with a family member." Her eyes met with his as he turned towards her. "I wish we didn't have to fight, but at the same time I wish that people like Lacklan didn't have the madness that drives them against the peace we seek. As long as people want to disrupt the balance of the world and want to purge innocence, I will fight. I will carry the burden that I must." Her gaze dropped to the floor once more as her body tensed. "My people have been fighting for peace since I was born, and the only royal family to show us any respect were the Hakuryu's. When the princess visited, that marked our freedom. I had spent my whole childhood here, learning to be a warrior and studying on how to be a healer." Her voice peaked in sadness as her brows furrowed. "Our chieftain wanted me to be the first women to be our peoples leader after seeing my commitment to our cause, and when Queen Hakuryu assigned me to be the princesses adviser and diplomat, the whole village celebrated. This peace we had, I want to save that for my brother and sister. I want them to have what I worked so hard for my whole life." Auransky
