Lance is a rogue outside of town right now. Isis is at the guild hall right now if that makes it easier. And yeah, Cyprus and Rowan can be friends.))

Isis was up at the entrance right? We can include her here, if you'd like c: )
"Do you think you'll be staying long, before you get another job?" She asked, head tilted slightly, voice still soft and low, "You're a calming presence to have around the Guild." Whether Cyprus knew it or not, other mages looked up to the S-Class, and though his lack of emotion could be off-putting, it could also turn the tide of a conversation from extreme to more rational. She wouldn't try to hold him down here if he wanted to go again quickly, but he should at least know his absence was noted. The road levelled out as they came up to the Guild, and Dorian tilted her head back and squinted up at it, hooking her chin from out of the collar of her cloak. Still appeared to be standing. Still had ten towers, ten whole domes, all the flags were in one pieces. The huge doors still hung off their hinges and inside the lobby, the marble floor wasn't cracked and the ceiling wasn't on fire. So far, so good. The Guild Master resumed walking in, her footsteps and crook making very faint clicks against the ground, she'd always managed to move around without making too much of a scene. As her eye adjusted to the cooler, shadier lobby, she could pick out a figure standing there alone, looking a little deflated, "Hello Isis," It was nice to see the Sand Dragon Slayer as scantily dressed as usual (some things never change), "Enjoying the good weather?"
"Animals off the bar, please." Farrell said without looking up from a long sheet of chores he was ticking off, "Or at least sitting on a napkin." Celestial Spirit or not, a fox was a fox, and he was not re-wiping the bar again after just finishing. Khione fought a wide grin as the little fox came to life, excited by its presence, "Well, there's this farmer, apparently, trying to build a barn, but for some reason, he didn't hire, like, a proper builder, and now he doesn't know if he's got all the wood he needs, or if he has too much." She spun the page towards the fox, tapping at the question with her pencil. It was tough to spot the question at first, given the amount of working-out around it, but she'd done her best to rub out her scrap work and keep the space for the answer clean. In the tiny diagram provided however, she had not erased her drawing of the little hat she'd given the farmer, because realistically, if he was working in a field all day, he would need a hat. "And instead of just, measuring the wood, he's made this stupid equation to try and figure out how much wood he's got. I don't think he's a very good farmer if he's this thoughtless when it comes ot something as important as making a barn." She muttered, rubbing the nape of her neck

Alrighty~))
Cyprus shrugged slightly. "I'm not sure yet. I was going to take a look at the board for S-Class, see if there are any other monsters out there." He then raised an eyebrow as he looked at Dorian again. "Am I? I never noticed." He didn't usually interact with the rest of the guild. Only the other S-Class mages and the Guild Master drew his attention. Otherwise, he didn't really care. It wasn't like he had any reason to talk to the other mages. He couldn't ask them to come on his missions, as they were too tough for them. And he certainly wasn't going to go on the normal missions with them. He'd end up doing all the work. He wasn't going to go on a normal mission to make it easier for the other mages. That was where he stood when it came to the other mages, so him being a calming presence in the guild was a source of confusion for him. He looked forwards as the master spoke to the Sand Dragon Slayer standing in the doorway. Isis had crossed her arms under her chest, a pout on her face, when she heard a voice behind her. She turned around and gave a flirty grin as she always did to basically everyone, the master wasn't an exception. "Welcome back master! I always enjoy whatever weather I'm in. Except for snow. Far too cold, and it covers everything." She moved her arms behind her head, giving a little pose. She was definitely not trying to hide the fact she was flirting with the master. She was probably the only one who did so without any filters, since she treated everyone that way. "I was looking for someone to go on a job with me. Ideas?"
Vulpecula rolled her eyes and transformed in a puff of smoke. She was then a grown woman with fox ears and a tail, wearing a purple and pink kimono with matching leggings. She was sprawled out on the bar with her back to Farrell, her chest in Khione's face. "Do I look like an animal to you?" Nova shot her a glare, saying her name through their link in a way that told her she would be in trouble if she continued like this. Vulpecula huffed and turned back into a small fox in a puff of smoke. "You're no fun." She sat down on a napkin provided by her summoner. She looked down at the paper shown to her by Khione and tilted her head. "These questions are always worthless and make no sense. You'll never need to know these things." Another glare from Nova, and another warning through the link made her growl a bit. "What? It's true!" She shook her head and looked back at the paper. "The solution is rather easy. You found it already, you just did extra work and got the wrong answer because of it."
This is Vulpecula's human form basically. Minus the umbrella.))

(Oh aight)
Rowland had momentarily fallen asleep, as the young mage had not gotten enough rest this past month. Too much worrying. It wasn't good for them. Jolting awake at the sound of more people entering the hall, they spotted their good friend among them. Seeing that they were with the guild master, though, they stayed on their stool, watching. Despite being an S-Class, they remained shy and, quite frankly, intimidated around the guild master. She was kind, no doubt, they just presented an authority that put Rowland on edge.

Sparks flew off of Emilia as she cracked her knuckles. "Oh yes. I've been itching for a fight." She grinned. The sparks caught the attention of both the old man and the man at the register. "Wizards?" The boy took a step backwards as Emilia advanced forward, punching her fist into her hand in a threatening manner. Electricity buzzed off of her
Lila angled her head away from Helios and turned towards the window. She didn't care she couldn't see him, she just didn't even want to face him. Besides, the sun felt nice on her face. "Lila. Lila Fuyu." She replied curtly. Even though she didn't like him, she also acknowledged the fact she hardly knew him and you couldnt be so bluntly rude to strangers.
Fun fact fuyu is Japanese for winter lol))

Dorian let out an amused chuff of laughter, her only eye crinkling slightly at the corner as she smiled, though the actual smile itself was cut off by her collar. Isis' confidence was so foreign to her, but it was a welcomed presence. Being flirted with was so bizarre she barely even registered it; Dorian had spent most of her life totally turned in on herself, and the other half cripplingly aware of her own appearance, she couldn't really fathom anyone's interest, but it was nice to see every now and again. It could be very refreshing after a long travel, with no company but herself, to have someone upbeat to talk to, "Shoe shopping?" She joked, tilting her her far enough so that the tip of her hat flopped over, "You're going to cut your feet to pieces on the mountain trails, if you're not careful." The Guild Master directed her vision to Isis' long legs, and gestured to her feet with the bottom of her Crook. She'd lived here her whole life and still needed tough boots to get around in, though dorian was always going to favour most clothes over less. "Cyprus and I were just talking about anything we may've missed while we were away, but I have a feeling you might have a better idea if there was any trouble." Isis may even have started some of that trouble, but that remained to be seen.
Farrell shrugged, crossing out 'clean glasses', "To be frank, no one is allowed to sit on the bar, animal or not. But I'll let it slide, for now." His tone was warning, but it was mainly playful, he just liked exercising a little bit of control every now and again. Plus, he had a sneaky feeling that getting on the wrong side of a magical spirit was a bad idea, and he wasn't about to kick her out. Khione, glad of the skull pulled down across her face to hide a sudden blush, hastily turned back to the sheet of paper, "Um, w-what do you mean by that?" She asked, glad to see the voluptuous woman disappear into the little fox again. Suddenly staring at the page became very interesting, even after she'd switched back. Extra work? No such thing. Well, unless there was - and that's why this problem was so impossible. She peered down at the paper, which had become crumpled and a dirty shade of grey from so much rubbing out, tongue sticking out again. It wasn't a very ladylike habit, but it did feel natural. She frowned then, feeling the answer click, and grinned, slapping her hand off the bar, "Oh! I get it! He's got too much wood, hasn't he?" Honestly, that was the better situation to be in, at least then you got some cool free firewood. He should have a bonfire. "Thank you, for your help." She smiled quickly scribbling down the answer, as if she was afraid it'd slip out of her mind if she didn't pin it down right now, "Are all spirits good with numbers?"
"Yes, we are." He smiled smugly, giving a little wave from behind Emilia, "We're also investigating a little serial robbery going on here, you wouldn't," He made a show of trying to think of how to word it, "Know anything about that would you?" In this small shop, which he'd rather not destroy, his mirror magic wouldn't do much good, so he got ready with Chains instead, incase this guy made a run for it.

A look of alarm crossed his face. He quickly whirled around on his heels and attempted to make a speedy retreat. Emilia knew if she tried to attack she would probably destroy the shop, which would probably end in no pay or food for her, which was a tragic thought "Get him, partner!" She called, rolling off to the side so Manus had an opening

(I'm jealous!! I've got Odette in the guild hall)
Helios nodded. "Lila." He said simply, familiarizing himself with the name. Adjusting himself in the uncomfortable train seat, he informed, "The trip is around half a day. Then we have to take a bus to the town our job is in. They don't have a train station; a real 'vintage' town."

Lila shrugged. "Whatever." She stood up. "I'm going to get food." She wasn't even hungry, she just had to get some time away from him. However the train wasn't something she had been on often enough to know her way around. She took about two steps before tripping

Isis shrugged a bit. "I've got tough feet. I don't even feel the ground under them anymore. Besides, I've already been walking around here for who knows how long. Haven't hurt them yet. I'll be fine." She then grinned at the mention of anything happened. "Are you kidding? It was so boring here. I almost started a fight just for something to do." She liked fighting and flirting, and sometimes it was hard to tell when she was just flirting or actually trying to start a fight. Though some people had definitely started a fight when she'd been actually flirting with them. So honestly, it was probably just her. She stretched her arms out, looking at the master again. "But seriously. If I don't get someone to go on a job with me, I'm going to go stir crazy. Probably a good thing you're back, I might start a fight today."
Vulpecula nodded a bit as the girl put everything together. "No problem. Happy to help." She started to move back over to Nova, planning on going back to sleep. At the question, she glanced back at Khione. "Not all of them, but most of them. After all, when you live as long as we do, we tend to just pick things up out of boredom." She hopped onto Nova's shoulder, then curled around her neck again. "Now, if you need me, I'll be napping." Nova shook her head a bit at her spirit. "I might need you to talk for me now that you've got this conversation started," she said through the link. Vulpecula's tail flicked a bit as she settled in. "Don't worry, I'm sure you'll be fine." This got Nova to roll her eyes.

"Christ," Helios mumbled, standing up and hesitating before gently putting his hands on her shoulders. "Look, I know have a deep, unadulterated loathing for me, and I don't care, but you can at least let me help you." He guided her back to her seat. "I'll get you food. What do you want?"

She physically flinched from his touch before cursing herself silently. "Just a sandwich or something is fine." She crossed her arms and leaned against the seat with her head resting between the wall and the seat. Her expression was pretty passive, not giving away a hint of her thoughts swirling around at a thousand miles and hour

Being called 'partner' was anew one, and made him feel vaguely like a cowboy, but all the same, he threw out his right arm, a long silver chain materializing at his wrist. It missed the running boy as he ducked, so Manus yanked it down, letting it tangle in the guy's feet, bringing him to the floor. It wasn't that clean, and he would've liked to have got it first try, but he'd take it, "Emilia, let's take him outside."

More sparks flew off of Emilia as excitement built up. "I'm so ready for this." She burst open the door, calling over her shoulder, "Don't worry gramps you'll never be robbed again after this!" The old man blinked, grateful and unused to being called gramps

Nothing the flinch, Helios went to say something, but closed his mouth instead. She clearly didn't want to talk about it, so he wasn't going to pry, no matter how much he wanted to...maybe later. "Got it." He nodded simply and went out to find some food. He felt thrown off from their interaction, almost every exchange of words between the two left him feeling strange.

I hate to ~ jump the gun ~ but I'm starting to ship our characters a bit ;3c I just love these beautiful girls bonding)
"I know you're joking, but please don't just start a fight for no reason." The Master pleaded, sounding a little pained. She was glad she'd got the position of course, and it was one of the best things to ever happen to her, but all of a sudden she'd gone from tolerating her more rowdy guild mates to supervising them, and it could be a tough job, "You are joking right?" She probably wasn't, but Dorian asked all the same. "You don't have to spend all that energy fighting you know. You could be helping old ladies across the street, or cleaning the domes for me. They could do with a good sandblasting." Dorian teased, looking up at the towers that formed the lobby, "This Guild will make a do-gooder of you yet, Isis." She promised, flicking her gaze back to make eye contact. Dorian was always struck by the other woman's eyes; such rich colours. It was interesting how similar and different Dorian and Isis could be; they were a funny mirror of each other, with odd eyes and appearances on the opposite ends of the spectrum. She was strong, Dorian was skeletal, she was impulsive and the guild master was steady. Were all Dragon Slayers so... much? Maybe it was all that magic in them, bubbling away.
"Well, that's my homework done." She shrugged happily, trying not to grin too wide, and snapped her book shut, "Want to do something?" Khione asked the other girl, waving frantically to the window outside, "It's a beautiful day! We could go into town, or up to the waterfall, or, well, anything!" She was getting excited far too fast, and took a few quick breaths, trying to clam down, and lowered her voice form the shrill squeal, "Sorry, I didn't mean to get so loud." She said, sort of embarrassed and sort of apologetic, "But, seriously, we should do something. If I have to stay in here another second I will die. Oh, no offense Farrell." She added quickly, shooting a toothy grin at the barkeep, who just raised an eyebrow in response. Khione didn't go on a lot of jobs that took her very far, mainly sticking to the valley. Most of her life had been spent travelling, and she wanted to get to know her home better, to put her roots down here. By the end of this year, Khione had sworn to know the entire valley inside and out, to be familiar with every brook, street and rock; a luxury she'd never had before.

"Thank you for feeding us!" He called over his shoulder, as he dragged the boy along the ground and onto the street. Manus could physically see the sparks flying off Emilia and knew she needed to let loose, so he made a judgement call, "Ok, I can get rid of the chains if you want, and you can have at him." He'd seen this before, at dog tracks, it was like letting the hounds chase the rabbit. "But don't go too nuts, we need information."

Lila waited patiently for him to come back. She thought about apologizing for being so snappy, but didn't really feel like it. Sure she knew Helios did nothing wrong but at the same time her hatred of fire mages ran too deep. There were too many bad things connected to that kind of magi for her

"I'll knock him out and maybe give a scar for him to remember us by." Emilia curled her hand into a fist. The man drew a long curved knife from his belt and threatened her with it. Not like he would get chance to actually get a hit. "Lighting dragons," Electricity buzzed off her fist and she sent it smashing into his face. "Iron fist!" He flew like a rag doll, smashing into the building across the street. Emilias jaw dropped as she shuffled backwards anxiously and people poured out to see what happened

They are reaching that point of being shipped huh? XD))
Isis shrugged a bit. "Totally depends on if someone will go on a mission with me. If not, I'll just kick someone's butt until they do." She stuck her tongue out a bit at the mention of helping old ladies and cleaning. "Old ladies can handle themselves. They're tough, I should know. My grandma could still beat me in a wrestling contest. As for cleaning, that's far below me. My magic is meant for destroying monsters and evil mages. And dragons, I guess. No way am I going to use if for cleaning." She crossed her arms under her chest again. "And I will fight being a do-gooder until you hold me down and force me." She then smirked. "Though there are lot more fun things you could do if you did that." She sent a flirtatious wink towards the master.
Nova blinked in surprise at Khione's explosion. To her, that was the best term for it. She tilted her head as she thought about what she would want to do. Well...Vulpecula had said that some of her spirits had been itching for a fight. Or at least something to do. So...maybe a job? She pointed past Khione to the job board, basically asking the girl if she wanted to do one of those. Just hanging out outside would leave her spirits without things to do. Especially for Virgo, Aries, and Libra. After all, she was their only summoner. So they only really got to come out if she summoned them. And she didn't know if Draco or Columba had other keys, Lyra definitely did. No way that spirit was ever bored.

Helios had loitered, taking his time in returning to his seat. Stopping in an open smoking car to light up a cigarette, he looked around, seeing nothing of interest, bestides a young mage practicing magic while sitting beside her mother, who was reading a book about the child's magic. Extinguishing the cigarette, Helios managed to locate a snack cart, purchase a sandwich for his grumpy companion, and returned to the cart, tossing the meal into Lila's lap silently.

Lila could tell things were going to be a lot tenser now, thanks to her. "Thanks." She said quietly, half hoping he didn't hear her, half hoping he did. She unwrapped it, taking a bit. "You smoke don't you?" It was true that being blind sharpened your senses a bit. Granted, she didn't nearly have the senses of a dragon slayer-no where even close- but since losing her eyes, her ears and nose worked better

Seeing that Cyprus had finally disengaged from his conversation with the guild master, Rowland didn't hesitate to scurry up from their seat and shoot over to their friend, jumping up slightly to envelop them in as big a hug as the small mage'a arms would let them. "You were gone so much longer than you said!" They scolded, squeezing him one last time before stepping back and crossing their arms over their chest. "I knew you shouldn't have taken a job like that alone." They were visibly pouting, their mouth drawn to one side and their eyebrows creased. Though they were showing a scolding and concerned look, it was evident Rowland was overjoyed Cyprus was back. It was starting to get lonely, as everyone else was a bit too 'much' for the shyer S-Class. It was nice to be around someone who was so cool and collected; it was calming.

Helios simply nodded at the thanks, crossing his arms over his chest and restlessly tapping his foot before changing his mind and fiddling with his long hair, braiding it absentmindedly. "Yeah. Why? If you have asthma or something I won't do it around you." He offered.

Helios laughed. "Yeah, I've heard that one before." Shaking his head as his smile from the laugh slowly faded, he leaned back further into the uncomfortable train seat. "Don't worry, Ice Queen, cigarettes aren't going to be the reason I die, especially not when I'm in this profession." He joked lightly, leaning his head back and closing his eyes, deciding to take a nap if Lila decides to give him the cold shoulder again.

"That's true." Lila murmured to herself. This was a profession where everyday your life was on the line. She knew that all too well everything could get snatched from you just because you can do stuff others can't. Having said all she wanted to, Lila fell quiet.

Adjusting himself one more time, Helios finally started to get comfortable. With the sunlight hitting him, warming his clothes, the steady motion of the train, he found sleep shed to resist. "Sure thing." Lila replied. She knew the train wouldn't stop until they reached their destination, luckily enough. Otherwise it would have been near impossible for her to know for a fact if they were at the right town or not. Lila was thankful he had finally gone to sleep. It wasn't as good as him leaving but it was close enough.
