 Hello, and welcome to Polychrome, my entry for AM's Writing Contest! Although it's an entry for a contest, you don't have to treat it as one. This will be a full eight chapter, fantasy novella. Come on in, talk with me. I don't bite, though I can't say the same for all the characters!
ANNOUNCEMENTS
I really hoped this would be the first finished OS on the new forums, but the way this contest is going it probably won't even be finished.
at least not on here. I've been writing it a bit (got to chapter 4) but in hopes that the contest may continue someday and the selfishness of putting way too much of my feelings in it, I will not be sharing any more of this (unless, of course, the contest continues, of which I will be happy to put them up for you) but I won't be on the forums often enough to keep an eye on this let alone keep it updated.
I have to have a huge shout out to everyone who made this possible, especially Razz for always being there and of course ❴ ғα∂ιηg ✦ яεαℓιтү ❵ for hosting the contest at all. You all are worth more than you know to me, and I could never thank you enough for just being there and supporting me. Hope to see you all around when I poof back in sometime. cx

   The little tan apprentice sat to the side of the clearing, trying to hold back a yawn. His light green eyes roamed the camp, though he didn't really know what he was looking at -- or for. It was a lazy morning, the time seeming to trickle by without anything happening at all. He pulled his paw through the dirt, absentmindedly making shapes and whorls in the dust. This was routine. He'd usually be found here, watching, at this time of day. That's what kept Coyotepaw going: his routine. Now was the time to sit by and watch. The tan tom blinked, then covered up the lines in the dirt again. He shook the dirt off his paw before licking the dust from the fur, and then watched some more.  The little tan apprentice sat to the side of the clearing, trying to hold back a yawn. His light green eyes roamed the camp, though he didn't really know what he was looking at -- or for. sand dollarIt is human. xD The whole Coyotepaw is the first thing I could find for filler lolz. I wanted to see what it'd look like and that's what I had on my other tab. I was just so excited when color was the prompt !! So much rainbowy potential.

okay
So I'm just writing for this right
And I'm having so many ideas it doesn't even make sense anymore because I'm off trying to make symbols out of every little thing and then trying to describe them all at once to the point that I forgot I didn't even introduce one of said items that I just wrote two paragraphs on??
I don't know if this is good or bad but either way I'm going to need to do some hardcore editing to this wowza.
