| I... Might not totally know what's going on in the monster room, I must confess. There might have been a bit more explanation on the discord perhaps that I missed? If ye could I get a quick run through? | | Ye it would be really cool for Enj and Myrnin to have a run in at some point! I feel like they could have a really interesting convo. Especially if I decide to do drama and have Enj like, kill one of the house people or something. I'm thinking about it but I don't want to good anything up for the room since I only know like 10% of what's going on oops | | Aaaa Hook I miss that dude | (Oh! Don't hesitate. Just like the fog for the characters, everyone is also walking blindly down their actions. If you find an opportunity to do something , go for it! This is a choose your own adventure game, and I'm providing as much details in the context of the post to give all characters an opportunity to snatch a piece of the pie. I am putting a key at the top of each post , to emphasize a few individuals over others, that's mainly for me to keep traco, and if someone wants to tackle a group of individual , it'll later mention specifically who is engaging where. The links at the bottom are archived notes of the previous responses , in case anyone wants to go back , or needs to catch up. Every paragraph in the post is basically a direct response to every individual post involving the monster room. With the exception of a few added glimpses. SO, yes I am replying to every post individually and bundling it into a story narrative type post, for engagement and to try and include everyone. Again, I reassure you, go full in and don't hold back, because despite the hesitation , everyone is currently following the agenda.) (I will also bold the name of an individual , or theirndescription such as Mummy for Kid, or multi headed Dragon for Anika. That way , it individuals that , that particular part of the post is dealing directly with you ,or your character is now involved because they are with said individual.)

®Hawkpath® aw tough, I feel like I recycle rooms with Hook so much maybe I should do one he hasn’t experienced,, and > :-) whoever you want to bring man, he loves everyone equally. Cloverleaf DUDE I KNOW. The nostalgia of that list is painful as hell,, but I love it. Bring in whoever btw! I don’t mind having an Enj meet up again. Hooks kinda in an awkward place rn and I’m trying to flesh him out so he can be more comfortable in a...mildly less chaotic state. The more interactions the better! ))

| Ooh, ok! I see now! Thank you! I'm thinking that this doctor might have answers. Time to chase him down. XD | | If possible, could I get a brief rundown of locations? There's the town square where the doctor dude and some of the mob is, and then some streets where the blinkers are, and the yard, and then after that I lost a few people oops. Like the groups that split off. | | Thanks so much, Dia! This is such a cool room. | | I'll be able to get a post up tomorrow morning (evening for y'all) but I think I'm going to head to bed now. Night! | (Lets see.) (I'll add this at the bottom of each post as well) Town Square: Werewolf , crowd/unarmed citizens, mob, yard, Anika, any blinkers who didn't run away initially
Northern Side of Town: Sky , Enj, Yard, Mob, flaming horse, incoming hornets nest
North West side of town : Round man, vicar, volunteers, guest in chains, woman with whip , giant spiders and already set webs that are past the 6 foot mark
West of town: Kid, Sound of chains
East of town: Unknown
South of town , the direction the mob came from (I went ahead and added this key to the bottom of the reply. It'll be marked as a spoiler in each reply. Placement of characters will depend on what I read , so if a character mentions they were following another character, I'll just assume and group them until otherwise stated.) (I hope this helps everyone. Happy hunting!)

Hange saw Elliot heading towards them and Myrnin, but they didn’t have any time to react to his approach as before they knew it they’d been swept up in the strange man’s arms as if they were a doll. “Hold on - “ they stuttered, but again, their reaction time was cut short as they were thrown into the backseat of one of the horseless carriages, and then...whoosh - with a nauseating sensation that felt like they’d been flipped upside down and spun around in a split second, they were in the drivers’ seat, and Elliot was speaking over the noise. Steer with this, stomp on this...they didn’t catch much of it before he was gone, vanishing into thin air and leaving Myrnin’s safety entirely up to them.
No problem.
They slid their goggles down on their face and tried to remember as they grasped the steering wheel - how had they driven those bumper cars? Ah yes, the pedal...this wasn’t altogether unfamiliar. They had no idea what the stick shift was, though. They slammed their foot down on the pedal. VRRRRROOOOM, said the engine, but they stayed firmly in place. Something wasn’t right. So they grasped the stick shift and moved it about until it clicked into a new slot, then tried again. VRRRRRRRROOOOOM, said the engine, once again, and this time the car came to life with a screech of tires.......straight backwards. Blood trickled down Hange’s face as the car slammed into the solid concrete wall behind them and their face, in turn, slammed against the steering wheel.
Not to be discouraged, they blinked the stars from their eyes and tried again - one more time with the stick shift.
VRRRROOOOOM, said the engine, and they were off. The car rocketed forward, tires squealing on the floor of the garage as it caught traction and crashed, with a deafening noise of glass and metal twisting and shattering, into the TV.

Sky flinched at the cries from the crowd. She edged farther into the alley, still gripping her wounded arm as she looked from where the buzzing noises were coming from to the footsteps getting closer. Bullets whizzed close to her, and more were still coming. She instinctively brought out her wand with her injured hand and waved it with a shout. "Protego!" She cringed at the added dose of pain, (Ugh, why didn't I use my other hand?!) but the job was done. There was a weak shimmery shield protecting her and Enjolras from the bullets...
A shield that was broken seconds later by the flaming horse. Sky shrank back, making sure to grip her wand with her other hand. The wounded one laid limp at her side. "A-at least there's a little bit of light. Now we can actually see." She mumbled, despite trying to stay away from the creature.

(Ight ®Hawkpath® & Cloverleaf - hope you don’t mind a living room start ^^) Hook blinked in with a loud squeak of his boot against the dry wood. Mid-step, the pirate blinked rapidly in surprise as cold air hit his wet face; the warmth and humidity of the jungle gone in a baffling instant. It was, undeniably, one of his more peaceful blinks - but a loud groan of frustration still quickly followed his arrival. It wasn’t that he’d had an unusually long absence from the house, more-so that the man would find himself shamefully hopeful it be the end of it every time he was gone for a week or two. He stood in the spot he’d blinked in at for a long moment, trying to map out where things were for him at the moment. He’d spoken to Rex and Touka a small amount recently - neither of them about anything he’d actually wanted to say. But it was a start. Otherwise, he wasn’t really sure if he knew where he stood. Frankly, he wasn’t even sorry where he wanted to stand anymore. Things in the House were just weird recently. It was annoying, and still kind of bullshit in his opinion, but Shade was still mad so he was taking things as seriously as he could. (EDIT: i- forgot what his profile was....omg)

Izaya blinked in mid-skip and stopped instantly, but otherwise his expression didn’t change in the slightest. He bounced experimentally on his heels. The last time he’d suddenly been somewhere else, it hadn’t looked like this at all. It had been outside, for one thing, and he’d been some kind of ghost. He checked. Yep, there was his heartbeat, steady under his hand. The broker looked over his shoulder, then raised an eyebrow as he realized he wasn’t alone. “Well done.” He clapped slowly, a mischievous smile twisting his thin face, as he took a step towards Hook. “Not you. The Paradox House has managed to surprise me twice now, a rare feat if I do say so. Well done, well done. Who are you?”

Hector ducked away, but Maladict had caught him by surprise with the additional bubbles. Covered in foam and swaying like a ship in choppy waters, Hector was sure he looked truly ridiculous. Luckily, Maladict was in much the same position, and it seemed that the vampire was easygoing as well. Hector gratefully accepted the steadying hand, regaining his balance. "True. Let's try to keep it that way." Hector agreed. He took a cautious step forwards, only shifting his weight once he'd carefully lowered his foot and it had stopped sinking into the bubbles. So far, so good. "Crawling might almost be easier," said Maladict with a sigh. "But I think the bubbles are too high for that." Could you drown in bubbles? Yet another thing which he wasn't sure about. This could be tricky. He was able to keep his balance better than Hector, sure, but that didn't help much. He slowly placed one foot after the other, heading in a direction that seemed to have as much detail and purpose as any other. He wasn't actually sure what he expected. A bubble the size of his fist merged with one the size of a large melon to his left. Maladict watched it, then looked around the rest of the room. "You don't think that there's something below the floor, do you?" he asked Hector. (Heh heh ... what if they got stuck in large bubbles? :3 )

Hook glanced over as the silence of the living room became undertaken by the sound of scuffing feet. The man before him was a stranger, but that was never uncommon in the house, so he watched with a bored frown as the man seemed to check his pulse. An eyebrow lifted slowly as he allowed the other blinker to locate him on his own - though both quickly dropped with the peculiar introduction. The first thought; was that he did know this person somehow, and that the bitter comment was going to mean trouble, however, the man went on before he had much of a chance to get nervous. Alas, the relief only lasted a moment, as the statement only earned a unimpressed scoff. However, before he could even open his mouth, there was someone else speaking over him. With a sharp exhale the pirate bit down on his tongue hard, glaring venomously at the stranger in front of him for a few seconds before working up to look back at Enjolras. It looked like he was about to speak for a moment, his mouth slightly ajar to form the words he wanted to spit at the other man, though, miraculously, his lips seem to seal. With a strained look away, he faced Izaya again. “I go by Hook,” he said, practically still choking back his initial reaction to Enjolras’ blink.

The Monster Room | Kid | (RIP Enji. Fire is not your friend. Heh heh Nice posts, Dia and Sky! ) The mummy paused. The sound of the mob could still be heard, but in the fog he must have taken a wrong turn to try and get back to Enjolras. For a second, he had been sure he had seen the man, but when he had tried to turn in that direction he had ended up in the alley and now there was that sound of chains. Another blinker? The image of a poltergeist - complete with chains - sprung to his mind. But there was also the possibility it was a quieter group of the mob. It seemed a bit risky to call out, so instead he slowly shuffled forward. Dogs barked in this direction as well, but he found that almost more nerve-racking than the possibilities the chains held. Kid paused. He knew this wasn't the direction the mob was going in. That was somewhere off to his side. He also thought this was the direction those main members of the collection of people had gone. The vocal ones ... the unusually talkative ones who stood out. Maybe the street he was on would tilt in that direction. It took a bit to work up the reason to continue forward, but he did with new resolution, traveling forward with a renewed shuffle. The rattling of the chains grew louder and Kid finally worked up the courage to call, "Hello!"

(I'm dropping in to join ya Hawk, Clo, and Des! Lark's here too. ^^)
The Doctor was singing when she blinked in, in this case under her breath and with a slight skip in her step. She was doing this under her breath, so what she was singing wasn't very loud. The House also either wasn't translating it or it was just gibberish. She blinked in facing the wall, so the shift wasn't at once obvious until she noted that the walls did not look like her familiar ship. She turned around and looked brightly around at everyone - wow ... they looked a bit tense - and then her eyes fell on Salsa. Her expression changed and her mouth gaped. Not so much in surprise as it was excitement. "Oh! Another dragon! Who might ya be?"

At the peculiar scene she glanced on over to the three now grasping sight of the arrangement of men, all across a variety of scragliness. None of course had payed attention noting that no one shrieked in terror within the short span of time she had blinked in. Taking it in stride she craned her neck above them, feathers slowly puffing up at the slightest sign of movement seen. That of course was disturbed, an excited voice broke the wildclaws preparation for a tantalizing scare, earning the newbie an amused chirp. "Caught me off guard didn't you?" She paused, "Yes, another dragon you'll now soon enough, now who had the honor of being the first?"

“Challenge? You say that like it’s alive.” Izaya grinned, turning to face Enjolras at the same time two more people - no, one more person and a dragon, he corrected himself with another bolt of excitement through his core - appeared, just as he had. Which meant it was no longer surprising, just interesting. “Unless of course...that’s exactly what you think?” His grin deepened. Obviously someone was behind this, but surely the man didn’t mean the literally House, did he? There was strange, and then there was strange, and that was firmly on the farther side of things. The broker turned back to Hook, his brown eyes flicking momentarily down to the hook that acted as a hand for the pirate. Seriously? There were so many better options if you were really going to rename yourself after losing a limb, and he chose “Hook”? And actually introduced himself with it? He shook his head very slightly, already disappointed in the other blinker just from that shocking lack of creativity, “Hook? Seriously? That’s your name? Come on, don’t tell me you lost your hand and named yourself that. I mean, that’s so boring.” He flipped a hand towards his chest and gave a half bow. “Orihara Izaya. I’d say I’m pleased to meet you, but-“ He shrugged, “-I’m really not. This, though....what did the mummy call it? The Paradox House, the dream with consequences?” He smirked. “I am very pleased to meet you, House.”

<Raintalon> Auransky HᥲꙆƒꙆɩɠᖾtThere was a long second when Myrnin was looking at things in such a quick fashion that he hardly had time to think about it. The crumbling ceiling, Elliot who had just grabbed him, and then it was the inside of the large bumper car. He looked around in a small panic and then looked at Hange. Apparently they were going to be driving. Myrnin leaned against the back of his seat and tried not you yelp when the bumper car made noise. Was that all it did? Then he was tumbling forward and nearly hit his head on the glass in front of him. Instead, he was almost plunged into the well where peoples' feet went. Then the car moved in a different direction and he was pressed against the car. He couldn't actually see what was going on, but he scrambled back up - body now aching from the fall from before and Hange's driving - in time to see them smash through something. He yelped with fear and covered his eyes.

*breaks out the ducktape* Stay here Lark.))
The Doctor spared a glance for Izaya, as well as Hook. Then there was the other blinker who seemed to be a newbie and the other who seemed like he knew this place. She made a mental note to step in if things escalated too much. "I suppose I did," the Time Lady said to Salsa. "I met one who was large and white. I don't believe I knew their name. Are there other dragons who come here a lot?" Her head tilted with real interest. "I take it you come from some fantasy world then? That seems very interestin.'" She seemed particularly interested in hearing about everything Salsa knew.

The force bearing down on what was left of the cavern roof was growing heavier and heavier by the minute, and Sandalphon was trying his hardest to hide the fact that he was struggling. Having the metaphorical 'weight of the world' on one's shoulders was one thing, but if he'd been told that one day he would experience the literal version of that phrase, he would have waved it off as utter nonsense.
Yet, here he was...
Since there wasn't much else he could really do at the moment, the archangel's red gaze rested on the others below. He knew he should have been suprised when Elliot retrieved the other two blinkers and phased them into the vehicle, but he was so jaded by everything that was happening around him at this point the only thing it got from him was a slight brow raise. Whatever worked to get them out faster was fine with him at this rate...
The section of open space in the garage was growing progressively smaller, the edges of the supported part of the ceiling were steadily being eaten away. That was until Elliot reemerged from the car below onto its roof. Sandalphon watched as the other man lifted a hand upwards and as if trying to heal itself, the earth above began mending damage it was receiving. Even though it wasn't at a fast enough rate to outright prevent it from fully caving in, it did still succeed in buying more time. Thankful for the assistance, the archangel gave Elliot a grateful nod.
Relief flooded through him as the car finally began to rev up. Good, his instructions hadn't gone to waste and they could all get out-...
That thought was cut short by the thing speeding full on into the wall behind it, causing Sandalphon to wince.
Or not...
After that small misshap, the vehicle shot forward towards the large screen. Just in time as well, because the ceiling Sandalphon's blades were pinning up had begun to crumble. The instant that it passed through its target, the Primarch pushed off of his position and darted after it. While he was a fast flier, he was barely able to outpace the flood of earth behind him.
Almost there...
Eyes locked onto the oncoming tv, he didn't notice the block of concrete that was falling right towards him... Until the sudden surge of pain in the back of his head almost sent him reeling right into the floor. Luckily, he smashed through the remains of the tv before that could happen.
---
The Supreme Primarch came careening into the next room, his wings vanishing as he went sliding across the ground, coming to a stop a few dozen yards away. Letting out a audible sigh, he slowly rolled into his back, not bothering to open his eyes. The soft feeling of the grass beneath him was enough to tell him they had all escaped. The Primal's body was tattered and covered in scratches, and there was fresh droplets of blood running down his forehead from the wound sustained in his collision with that hunk of concrete. To the others, he probably looked worse then he actually felt. These wounds were nothing, he could handle them just fine. In fact some of the smaller ones were already starting to close up. What did bother Sandalphon however, was what he saw when he actually opened his eyes...
The sky above was a familiar shade of red, and he very much recognized where he was. The archangel shot up into a sitting position, ignoring the way his vision swam from the sudden motion. Sure enough, he had landed in the Port Breeze archipelago. On the plains covering Eingana Island to be exact, since the Port Breeze city was visable in the distance.
As for the angel himself, his appearance had changed as well. He now looked less mature and was wearing different clothing then before. He didn't seem to notice this, as his attention had been stolen by something elsewhere. His face contorted into an expression of utter horror and if one directed their own eyes to where he was staring, they would see one of the other islands floating off in the sky steadily losing altitude.
Then another went following after it, then another...
What fresh hell was this? Sandalphon could feel the color leaving his face, and it was taking every fiber of his being not to be sick. He knew what he was looking at, but the fact it was happening should not have been possible.
The Calamities...

~•°~•°Monster Room°•~°•~
Enjolras looked over at Sky as she cast the spell, wondering if she could always cast magic like that or if it was a dude effect of the room. She seemed quite comfortable with it, so it was likely the former. The man was grateful for the brief respite, but it didn't last long.
The fog was thick, mixing with the smell of gunpowder. It was the smell that did it, really- gunpowder mixed with blood. He'd been shown something too close to this too many times. Gunshots echoing off buildings, the sound bouncing around, distorted by the bricks. Shouts joined the symphony. Enjolras had a faraway look on his face, seeing a similar but very different version of streets filled with gunpowder in his mind's eye. His breath caught in his throat. He wanted out of this room. Now.
As the horse galloped down the street, Enjolras looked up. The sound of hooves on cobblestone was familiar to him, though perhaps at a slower pace. He tried to push back his panic, focus on doing something to get them out of the room. It was a horse on fire- no, it was a horse of fire. He held a hand up to the creature, talking to it in a voice that was low in pitch and calming in tone, yet loud enough to be heard over all the other noise. The Frenchman was no horse tamer, but he'd had a horse back home in the south of France, where things were more spread out than Paris. And hopefully he could, at the least, persuade the beast not to kill them. "Ho, ho- easy..."
