So uh, I'm kind of in the mood for a forbidden romance roleplay between two cats from different Clans. Preferably one where they hate each others' guts at first and then come to fall in love over time after stuff happens. And when I say stuff, I mean I have this plot for us to loosely follow; like they discover a plot to overthrow their leaders/merge their two Clans together, and they have to work together to stop it and they gradually get closer and closer as they do so. This isn't overly developed, but we could work together to flesh it out more. If you're interested in this, I just have a few requests: the first is that you're semi-active and post at least three times a week. The second is that you're literate and somewhat advanced - nothing too bad, just the ability to use proper grammar and spelling, and being able to write at least a decent paragraph per reply. Although, if you can manage more than that, all the more power to you. I prefer my roleplay partners to be more on the advanced side anyway. As for everything else, like gender matches for the romance aspect primarily, I'm open to FxM and FxF. MxM with cats makes me uncomfortable for some weird reason, so I'd really prefer not to do that. Oh, and one last thing - the first person who's interested in this, I'll be roleplaying with you on this thread. As for anyone else after, just ask me and if I want, I'll PM you so we can roleplay this same idea there. I'd rather not have two or three separate people all roleplaying the same plot on the same thread. I would get confused waaay too easily like that. (This way I can also explore multiple ways that this idea could go, )

Whitequill – Warrior – DewClan – ♂ - Whitequill is an albino feline. He has long slender legs and a very lanky frame. His coat is long-furred, silky, and white. It gathers at his elbows and tail in soft wispy tufts. He has doe-eyes that are a soft pink color and hold a sense of gentleness. His nose is tiny and pink. He overall looks very angelic and faerie like. Whitequill has a high sense of moral. He is a huge softie, a complete push-over, just a complete sweetheart. He is quite friendly and if you let him he will talk your ear off. Although he has major self-image issues he always tries to compensate for. He was originally a kittypet so he is constantly trying harder to prove himself to his clan and his own self. He also likes flowers and sometimes helps the medicine cats just so he can play with the pretty flowers. He speaks offly too, kind of like an accent, and uses weird kitty-pet sayings that he has picked up off the block. His speech patterns tend to shift when he is happy and when he is serious. He had a very poor childhood, he was bred to be the way he is, he never ever talks about what went down in the twoleg place he came from.
Mintstar – Leader – DewClan – ♀ - Mintstar is a medium sized shecat. Although she has more of a boyish, broad shouldered and muscled look. She looks really rough, her body is littered with pink scars. (She has a tattered left ear, claw marks on her right shoulder, a sliver on the bridge of her muzzle, and her belly is completely scratched up from disembowelment.) She has a brown mask-and-mantle fur pattern. But she also has a small brown heart shaped spot on her thigh too. Her tired eyes are a crisp mint green color. Mintstar has a quick temper and is very impatient. She likes immediate results. She loves to prove herself, and be right. She engages and violent actions a lot. She is a very very very poor leader and lacks leadership skills. But she can give a good rally speech and has fantastic speaking skills. Mintstar inherited the leader position when the previous leader(her dad) died. There was no deputy at the time so she was chosen. She did not actually want to be leader and takes the job as a joke. Which explains why she is such a bad and careless leader. She values strength, pride, and clan loyalty. Her daughter is Clovertail. Whom she often forgets exists.
Blurstar(Deceased) - Leader StarClan - ♂ - Blurstar Is a large Maine coon. He has broad shoulders and large paws. He looks like he was built for fighting. His coat is a pure white. His back, front legs, and a mask over his face and ears are all a silver grey color. He has black tabby stripes on his legs, and a few very light grey tabby stripes on his back and mask. His tail is is a dark grey. He has light amber eyes. His nose is pink and he has long white whiskers that are crooked. Blurstar was a fairly good leader, maybe not the best. He could be rude sometimes and maybe even cruel. Nearly always serious and professional is what he was. He wasn't a very good father to Mintstar. He really lacked an emotional connection with all cats. He cared more about making sure his clan was beautiful and striving than if the elders were getting food or if disabled cats were getting appropriate treatment.
Swiftleap - Warrior Rouge - DewClan - ♂ - Swiftleap is a long legged, muddy brown tabby tomcat. Although skinny his legs and biceps are visibly well muscled and toned. His fur is a murky brown and he has brown(almost black) sharp tabby stripes all over. His stripes nearly make him look like a tiger and have the same pattern as one. His tail is kind of short, but has a lot of volume. His throat, chest, all the way down to his belly, is a soft white. He was almost named Swiftbelly instead of leap. His eyes are a sunshine yellow and always friendly. Swiftleap has a soft welcoming smile nearly permanently on his face. He is also clean of any scars, except the one that he has on the inside of his arm, near his armpit. It's shaped almost like a check mark. Swiftleap is calm and friendly. He likes having small talk and making light-hearted jokes. He is mellow and his face always rests in a small smile. Like he is eternally content with the world. It is almost weird how chill he is all the time. Not even arguments or tough situations phase him. He actually really looks up to Sparkheart, having been an apprentice the same time he was he kind of grew up with him. Swiftleap was part of Willowstep and Sparkheart's plan from the very beginning. He wholeheartedly agreed with them. Although he outwardly seemed like a very patient cat, and what he did was very unexpected of him, he tried to murder Mintstar in order to speed up the plan's process. He ended up giving her the large patch of scars she has on her stomach, and made her lose quite a number of lives. He was very proud of himself. But she still lived. And he got exiled. No one knows where he is now, it is rumored that he is dead.
Clovertail – Warrior – DewClan – ♀ - Clovertail is a skinny and frail shecat. She has a brown mask-and-mantle fur pattern that covers her shoulders and thighs. She has large dark clover green eyes. Her fur is short besides her tail that is large, long, and feathery. Clovertail is super nice, caring, and polite. She only wants whats best for everyone. She is a good voice of reason. She carries out everything with good intentions only. Although she is quiet most of the time she can speak up for herself. Clovertail majors as a listener and a follower. She is the single offspring of Mintstar. But she was quickly orphaned by Minstar when Mintstar got tired of being chained down to a kit and became leader. She was raised alongside a different litter, but still does not consider them family. She strongly dislikes her mother and tries to distance herself far away from her. She hates that they are related and will remove herself from conversation if the bloodline is brought up. Clovertail was originally a medicine cat in training, she likes to help people. But she bailed on it because 1) It was too hard. 2) She has a poor memory. and 3) She wanted to raise a family of her own. She is a very motherly cat and likes to take care of kits.
Palefeather – Warrior – DewClan – ♂ - A lanky, short-furred, peach-colored tomcat. It almost looks like his creamy fur is highlighted with pink accents in the sunlight. He has slanted pale yellow eyes. He has a sherbet orange check mark on his chest. His fur is littered with scars, evidence that he loves to fight. His right ear is tattered in cuts. His back has claw marks from his fight with Vinetail. And he has a couple of cuts on his right wrist. Palefeather is short-tempered. A fuse bomb ready to go off. He is a loud-mouth and absolutely loves to start fights. He thinks he is invincible. He loves to win, hates to lose. Loves to dish out, cannot take the same treatment back. He hates being told what to do. Although, he does know when he takes things to far and knows when to stop. He likes to leave his wounds untreated so they show up as scars. For how young he is he has already collected quite a few scars. He values them like prizes. He claims that he fought a bear once, but changes the story each time, although he is always the hero and always wins. He is pretty charismatic, and can actually be okay to talk to when he isn't being so hot-headed.
Emmie - Apprentice - DewClan - ♀ - Emmie is a very tiny kittypet. She has a grey fur pelt with dark brown tabby stripes. Her underbelly, forearms, and tail are all dark brown. Her ears and toes are all a lighter brown color as well as the spots on her tail. Her tail is only a stump. Her eyes are a soft blue-purple color. She also has a pink kittypet collar with a golden tag on it. Emmie acts and talks like a kit. She is bubbly and energetic, always asking questions and putting her nose in business where she doesn't belong. She has high spirits and it's hard to get her down, no matter what kind of backlash she gets from being a kittypet and not changing her name. She has a small stutter problem, it's not that she's nervous it's just how she speaks. DewClan isn't opposed to taking in kittypets. They have taken in a few, including Whitequill and Emmie. Emmie and Whitequill are actually friends since they came from the same twoleg place. They look out for each other.
Softclaw - Medicine Cat - DewClan - ♀ - Softclaw is a dilute calico cat. Her white fur has splotches of pale brown tabby and misty grey. Her large eyes are a light blue and almost look like a lilac color, always looking as if she is about to cry. She is very tiny and fragile like glass. A gust of wind could shatter her. She has no tail at all, not even a stump. The most noticeable thing about her is her left back leg, half of it is completely gone. As her name states, she is very soft. Back when she was a warrior she hated fighting, which is why they dubbed her Softclaw. Some cats spread a rumor that she does not even have claws. She is hyper-empathetic and often makes friends with inanimate objects and herbs. She has a very quiet whispery voice. She likes helping people even though she is freaked out by the sight of blood. She can get overwhelmed very easily and is frightened by loud noises. She is just too soft for the world. When she was little, she cried the first time she had to kill a mouse. She said it was too cute and did not deserve to die. She has always had a heightened connection with StarClan and frankly enjoys being a Medicine Cat much much more than a Warrior. The reason for her crippled state was from a car accident, the tire cut her leg clean right off, it was a miracle she did not bleed out. She is traumatized, frightened to death by thunderpaths, twolegs, and monsters. Sometimes she will wake up in the middle of the night with night-terrors.
Snowblossom – Warrior (Queen) - DewClan - ♀ - White cat with light brown Siamese markings that cover her legs, ears, and face. Her white fur looks dirty but its actually just brown. When she was younger her fur looked snowy, but over time it has become increasingly darker. Her eyes are a light blue. She is an average sized feline, nothing particular about her. Snowblossom is a friendly cat, very kind and considerate to others. She likes to be helpful and often pushes herself too far. She thinks she is capable of more than she actually is. Despite seeming pretty sweet and soft she actually has a strong bite. She can be rude and mean to cats that she does not like. MistClan cats especially.
Gingerfeck - Warrior - DewClan - ♂ - Pale ginger tomcat with light amber eyes. Quite small and very chubby for a DewClan cat. He is deaf in his right ear. Has claw marks on both thighs. Tail is abnormally shorter, half the length of a normal tail. Gingerfleck is a jokster, loves to prank. He cannot take anything seriously. He loves to eat to, and if you let him he will not hesitate to consume the whole prey pile. Sometimes he eats while on patrol, but shhhhhh, don't tell anyone. He never acts like his age and never takes responsibility for any of his actions. He has to constantly be kept in check or else he will wander off and do something reckless and stupid. He is honestly not very good at anything, never contributes, and has a poor sense of balance as well. But he is a good-hearted cat.
Willowstep - Deputy - MistClan - ♀ - Willowstep is a short-furred pale brown tabby cat. Her chest, underbelly, tail and ear tips are all a paler brown. She has light yellow eyes. Her fur is soft and fluffy. She is clean of scars despite being an avid warrior. She takes everything very seriously. She values evidence, knowledge, and truth over anything. She is cunning and can make sly jokes sometimes. But very rarely is she seen this way. She is a stone-faced, strict, deputy. She likes to exercise her power as Deputy and can't wait to obtain the leader position. Sometimes she doubts Thistlestar's choices, but respects his decisions.
Tallmyrtle - Warrior - MistClan - ♂ - Tallmyrtle's most noticeable feature are his long legs, which is where he got his name from, he towers over most cats with height and enjoys it when people have to look up at him. He sometimes trips over them but otherwise glides over the ground with smooth elegance. His coat is short-furred and coarse, his whole body is a shrouded charcoal color. His eyes are crisp minty-clue slits with tired bags underneath them like raccoon circles. His ears are large and round at the tips, and his tail is quite long as well. He is clingy, rude, and oh so full of himself. A utter show off. He is really nice when he wants to be, most of the time it is only when he can gain something out of it. He frequently skips out on patrols, either sleeping in or hiding up in trees. He thinks he knows everyone in and out, but he really doesn't. He is so fake fake fake fake. Tallmyrtle has never known a hard life and has had everything handed to him.

Sandyrose – Warrior – MistClan - Sandyrose is a slender, pale reddish-brown she-cat with light green eyes. She has thick tufts of darker coloured fur behind her ears, at the base of her tail, and on her shoulders. She is smaller than most adult cats, and she is often mistaken for an apprentice as a result. - Sandyrose is one of her Clan's best hunters, and she isn't afraid to speak her mind or be the first to charge into battle. She's found ways to work with her smaller stature, using it to confound larger cats in a fight. She can be bossy, but she's a reliable ally. Some of the pain from her lonely past still lingers, and she's very sensitive about her size, getting angry and defensive when someone looks down on her(metaphorically and literally). She's very proud too, refusing to admit defeat or ask for help, and while she can often be snappish toward her Clanmates, the truth of the matter is that her Clan is the most important thing in the world to her, and she won't tolerate others insulting it. She also has the unconscious habit of twitching her ears when hiding or withholding something from someone. - Sandyrose was the runt of her litter, which is why she's so small. She was sickly as a kit, to the point that her apprentice ceremony was delayed by a couple of moons. Her mother thought she wouldn't make it, so in response, she distanced herself from Sandyrose so it wouldn't hurt as much when she died, which influenced Sandyrose's siblings to do the same. As a result, Sandyrose was a very lonely kit who often spent days alone in the medicine cat's den, with just the company of the Clan's medicine cat himself, an aging, grumpy tomcat who wasn't much comfort to her - though he is likely a big contributing factor to her temper. During her time as an apprentice, Sandyrose was also treated as an outcast by most of the other apprentices because of her smaller size. They would tease her often, go easy on her during training, and would only invite her to eat with them/talk to her unless they were forced to by their mentors.
Thistlestar – Leader – MistClan - Thistlestar is a dark gray tomcat with cool, dark yellow eyes. He has a sturdy build and he is well-defined, with broad shoulders and powerful legs. His body is covered with various scars from past battles, though the most obvious is located along the left side of his jaw, where the skin has been torn away, with a portion of his gums and sharp teeth constantly visible. Used to be a rather handsome tomcat, but he is now showing his age in the white hairs around his muzzle and eyes and the scars he bears. - Thistlestar is enigmatic and very hard to read for anyone who doesn't know him well. He's thoughtful and calculating, distant and aloof even at the best of times. When angered, he is a very intimidating cat, subtle and ice-cold in the way he calmly provokes his adversaries. He is a genius when it comes to battle strategy and commanding his warriors, but severely lacks empathy and relies more on logic than emotion. Is a complete stickler for loyalty and obeying the rules. - Thistlestar's rise to leadership is shrouded in mystery, the only cats knowing of how it really happened being the MistClan medicine cat, and a few elders. All that's known about it is that there was a lot of death and suspicion going on around the time of his appointment to deputy. There's an old rumour that suggests he obtained the position through rather questionable means, but since they go against his beliefs and steadfast dedication to the warrior code, they remain unconfirmed.
Shadepelt – Medicine Cat – MistClan - Shadepelt is an elderly, black tuxedo tomcat, completely black aside from a white patch on his chest and partway down his belly. He has orange eyes, but the left one is disfigured by an old scar that takes up almost the entirety of the left half of his face. He can no longer see out of it. - Shadepelt is almost always in a grumpy mood. At least, that's how he likes to come off as. He acts gruff and temperamental and often berates his patients for 'being stupid', but he does have a heart and cares for his clanmates in his own way. Part of the reason why he does what he does, is because the angrier he acts, the less cats will want to come see him, which means they'll take care not to act so recklessly all the time. It's strange and twisted logic, but so far, he has found that it works pretty well. - Shadepelt has been MistClan's medicine cat for many moons, so he has seen his fair share of battles and the like. Shortly after he was apprenticed to the previous medicine cat, the camp was attacked by a small group of foxes who were driven to desperation by starvation. In the attack, the left side of his face was left disfigured when he bravely tried to defend the nursery, which at the time was filled with several litters of newborn kits. Somehow, he survived and went on with his training, despite the loss of sight in his eye.
Stormfall - Senior Warrior - MistClan - Stormfall is a very dark gray tomcat, muscular and well-built, with his father's good looks to boot. His eyes are yellow, and two of his paws, the left back one and the right front one, are both coloured white. He has his fair share of scars, and he is visibly aged. It is suspected that he will retire as an elder any day now. - Stormfall is Thistlestar's son and the father of Graypetal. He is cool and aloof like his father is, but the biggest difference is that when he gets angry, he lashes out physically. His temper is not one to be trifled with, but despite that, he's pretty calm and easy to talk to if one can get past his detached attitude. He cares deeply for his Clan and his daughter is probably the most important thing in his life. - Stormfall's past is not so pleasant. For a long time, MistClan had kept the fact that he had killed DewClan's deputy secret, and his Clanmates had looked at him warily ever since. Stormfall never admitted a reason for doing what he did, but sometimes he shows genuine signs of regret.
Emberlight – Warrior – MistClan - Emberlight is a slender, dark reddish-ginger she-cat with brown tabby markings on her face and legs. Her eyes are a brilliant green, and her fur is glossy and well-kept. She has very few visible scars; easily one of MistClan's most beautiful she-cats, though she is starting to get up there in age. - Emberlight, at first glance, seems very kind hearted and giving. This isn’t completely true, but it’s not false either. She can be very kind, generous, and sincere, but she’s also very prone to angry fits and emotional breakdowns. She is also quite naïve and clueless when it comes to raising kits. - This combination makes her not the best mother in the world, and is likely the reason she allowed her daughter, Sandyrose, to grow up the way she did. It’s not that she doesn’t love Sandyrose; no it’s not that at all. It’s more of a ‘I left you alone for your entire kit and apprenticehood because I was always afraid you’d die and now that you’re an adult and can take care of yourself I don’t know how to talk to you about it’ kind of thing.
Birchwind – Warrior – MistClan - Birchwind is a tall, pale brown tomcat with light green eyes, a white-tail tip and a white lower jaw. He has very faint tabby markings, and thicker tufts of fur on his shoulders and at the base of his tail. He has a few scars over his right shoulder and some thin, shallow ones at his throat. - Birchwind is a quiet cat, almost coming off as shy at times. He doesn’t like to talk much, but not to the point where he avoids others. He enjoys the company of his fellow MistClan cats, but prefers the calm, comfortable silence to pointless chatter. He isn’t huge on fighting, preferring to talk things out rationally. He isn’t a pushover though, and will eagerly stand up for what he believes and fight for it if absolutely he has to. - His relationship with Sandyrose is a bit rocky, but better than Foxfoot’s. He didn’t really get to start knowing her until after she had become a warrior, despite being her brother. Recently, he’s been making genuine efforts to patch things up with her for his behaviour toward her when they were younger.
Foxfoot – Warrior – MistClan - Foxfoot is a well-muscled dark russet tomcat whose hind legs and feet are a dark brown-blackish colour. He also has a white tail-tip. His eyes are a bright blue colour, and his fur bunches in thick tufts behind his ears and at his elbows. Has a few well-defined patches of scars over his back and belly, and his right ear is tattered. - Foxfoot is a loud, spirited, goal-driven cat. He has high ambitions for himself, and he is constantly striving to better himself in one way or another. He also tends to be quite outgoing, and loves to joke around with his clanmates. He is well-liked by a lot of cats within the Clan because he is always willing to help out others – as long as he deems them worth it. - On that note, he has never been able to see eye-to-eye with his sister, Sandyrose. Somehow, during their younger days, he got it in his head that her size meant she was inferior. He used to think that she’d never be a warrior that could really help MistClan, and either treated her with pity in his gaze and voice, or would ignore her completely. Now that Sandyrose is actually a warrior, and a good one to boot, he has started to pay more attention to her, but still lacks basic respect for her. When they’re seen together, they often get into heated verbal spats. They are actually a lot alike in personality, but neither of them will ever admit it.
Vinetail – Warrior – MistClan - Vinetail is a lean, plain brown tabby tomcat with bright amber eyes. His tail is quite long, however, which is how he got his name. His body is covered in various little scars, evidence of his love of fighting. The most obvious one is the scar along his right flank, long and prominent. - Vinetail is often a very aggressive cat who loves a good fight. He is usually the first to charge into battle, purely because he just doesn’t think things through before he acts. He’s bad for provoking his enemies and allies alike, which gets him into trouble a lot. His temper is one of his biggest flaws, but he will always, without fail, back up a clanmate if they’re being threatened or insulted. He is reliable to be there when he’s needed, though he may prove to be too much to handle sometimes.
Graypetal – Warrior – MistClan - Graypetal is a somewhat delicate-looking, average-sized gray tabby she-cat with four white paws. She also has a small white dash on her chest that's shaped a bit like a petal. Her eyes are yellow, and her tail is a bit on the fluffier side. She has her fair share of scars despite her fragile appearance, the most prominent being the one slicing over her muzzle and nose. - Graypetal is a cat who takes very few things seriously. She’s the best at brushing things off without so much as a blink, and she enjoys seeing others get frustrated and flustered when they just can’t get a reaction out of her. She is fairly mischievous, and also likes to tease and mock her friends, though that being said, she does know when to give it a rest. She is a pretty good listener as well, if you can past her teasing nature. It’s also known that she’s a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield, being a rather merciless and savage fighter.
Sparkheart – Deputy – DewClan - Sparkheart is a sleek, short-furred golden-brown tabby tomcat with bright amber eyes and a white dash on his chest. He is built in a somewhat compact way, not too big and not too small. His hind legs are especially strong, giving him tremendous jumping ability and the capability to deal some serious damage if a foe does manage to pin him down. - Sparkheart, on the outside is very friendly and helpful, if not a tad stern and orderly. He comes off as having a good sense of humour and is well liked and well respected among the DewClan cats. He portrays himself as the perfect, ideal deputy, but in reality he’s anything but. He harbours a very sadistic side to him, and he loves to watch his foes struggle and suffer while he torments them. This is a side he hides well, since he has a reputation to keep. That all being said, he does wish the best for his Clan, it’s just that his ideas and methods are rather questionable.
Lionspark - Warrior - StarClan(Former DewClan) - Lionspark is a handsome golden tabby tomcat with a white dash on his chest along with two white front paws. His eyes are bright amber and full of life, and he's built muscular and is a very strong jumper. His tail is a bit on the short side. - In life, Lionspark had been a very brave, very confident cat. He was optimistic and cheery, to the point where he sometimes came off as being foolish. He served his Clan well, and despite never making the deputy rank, he didn't seem too bothered by it. His valued family and loyalty above all else. - Upon being exiled, Lionspark changed. The once bright cat became depressed and sullen. He never quite got over what had happened, and it was him missing his son and mate that brought him back into DewClan territory, where he was caught and attacked and left for dead with fatal wounds just outside the border. Now that he's in StarClan, he feels nothing but regret for not being there for his son. He feels helpless, unable to reach out and help Sparkheart, who is treading deeper and deeper into unforgiving waters.

I have three tomcats and I just don't know which one to choose from. So I think you should decide. x3
Deerstep - A large, well-muscled, dark brown american shorthair with electric blue eyes. He has a patch of many claw marks over his stomach. His left ear is tattered as well.
Whitequill - A lanky white cat with an extremely fluffy tail and soft pink eyes. Looks very angelic.
Palewing - A blue(pale brown-greyish color) somali cat with friendly yellow eyes. He has claw marks that go over his mouth.

( I was thinking we could roleplay here, if you're fine with that? And yes, paragraphs like that are perfectly fine! :3
As for your cats... I think I like the sound of Whitequill the most. What's his personality like? I'll post my she-cat once I get home and have access to my own laptop. That being said, I can't be on long right now because this isn't my laptop, haha. )

Yup, that's swell.
Awh, he's my favorite out of the bunch too. As for Whitequill. He has a high sense or moral. He is a huge softie, a complete push-over, and is just a complete sweetheart. Although he has major self-image issues he always tries to compensate for. He was originally a kittypet (Because you know albino cats are rare to come by, rarely naturally feral.) so he is constantly trying harder to prove himself to others and his own self. I believe that when he joined one of the two clans he started bashing on the opposing clan because that's what everyone else was doing. He has convinced himself he hates the other clan just so he can blend in with the norm. But he is too kind-hearted to muster any actual true hatred. He also likes flowers and sometimes helps the medicine cats just so he can play with the pretty flowers. He speaks oddly too, kind of like an accent, and uses weird kitty-pet sayings that he has picked up off the block.
That's alright, there's no rush. ^ u ^

Okay, ^^
Oh my goodness, I love him! <3 He's precious! ... my she-cat is like his polar opposite, haha. Here's what I have for her:
Sandyrose - a slender, very pale reddish-brown she-cat with light green eyes. She has thick tufts of slightly darker coloured fur behind her ears and at the base of her tail. She's smaller than most full-grown cats, often resulting in her being mistaken for an apprentice.
Sandyrose was the runt of her litter, which is why she's so small. As a result, Sandyrose was a very lonely kit who often spent days alone in the medicine cat's den, with just the company of the Clan's medicine cat himself, an aging, grumpy tomcat who wasn't much comfort to her. During her time as an apprentice, Sandyrose was also treated as an outcast by most of the other apprentices because of her smaller size. They would tease her often, go easy on her during training, and would only invite her to eat with them/talk to her unless they were forced to by their mentors. She eventually started to feel as if everyone else couldn't see her as anything more than the sickly kit she had once been, and that's when her fierce temper really started to develop. Today, Sandyrose is a force to be reckoned with. She's one of her Clan's best hunters, and she isn't afraid to speak her mind or be the first to charge into battle. She's very proud too, and while she can often be snappish toward her Clanmates, the truth of the matter is that her Clan is the most important thing in the world to her, and she won't tolerate others insulting it.

!!! : O I love her!!! Awawaw, I just want to hug her and take care of the poor thing. XD These two are going to get along just great. I can imagine Whitequill making fun of her height since he is all lanky legs and she is so smoll. Maybe they can bond over medicine cat knowledge. aaaa I'm just so excited.
About the clans! What kind of territory should they have? I was thinking we just take our favorite types of territory && make one half of the territory my fav and the other half your fav? If that's alright. && what should the clans names be? DewClan? StormClan? MistClan? Golly gee, I just don't know.

The old or new ShadowClan? Because that sounds like a good territory. And MistClan does seem very fitting for a ShadowClan-esque territory. It's up to you though. ^__^ Of course. Maybe, the clan Whitequill comes from is named DewClan. Their territory is made mostly up of moorland with a few patches of birch trees. One or two streams runs through it. Maybe also there could be a stream sepperating the two clan territories and in the middle of the stream there is a big rock formation where the two clans meet for gathering? And the stream goes around the rock formation? I'm thinking DewClan leader will be named Mintstar, a brown mask-and-mantle shecat with pale green eyes. Btw, Sandyrose is such a pretty name I love it.

Possibly a mixture of both? I was thinking mostly pine trees and a little bit of marshland. I picture their camp to be similar to the old ShadowClan's camp, like in a well-concealed hollow where the bramble thickets only get denser the closer you get to it. And I think I will go with MistClan for its name. Its current leader's name I think will be... Thistlestar, a gray tabby tomcat with dark yellow eyes. DewClan is a good name! I like your idea for the gathering place, too. Thank you! Whitequill sounds awesome itself! I was originally just going to go with 'Sandrose', then realized I liked the prefix better as 'Sandy', haha.

That's a wonderful idea. c:
Maybe the gathering place can double as a moonpool, just a place to talk to StarClan. Like, there is a small cave in the rock formation with a moonpool-like place. Sandy does sound better, I think of a very pretty rose with soft sand colored hues.
Should we start the RP unless we need to clear up anything else? I was thinking we start off at a gathering or something.

( Yeah, no problem! :3 I'm no good with starter posts usually, but hopefully this turns out fine! )
Sandyrose padded her way through the pine forest, on her way to the Gathering with several of her Clanmates. Thistlestar was at the head of their group, followed closely by his deputy and a couple of senior warriors. She blinked as the familiar rock formation came into view, and heard the excited chattering of a few apprentices behind her. They were excited, but Sandyrose could only feel a slight pang of apprehension as the MistClan cats approached the Gathering place. A scowl formed on her face, and she began mentally preparing herself for the snide comments about her size she knew she was going to get from the DewClan cats. It always happened, without fail. It usually came from DewClan apprentices or really young warriors who thought her size meant she was also an apprentice. She hated it.

Whitequill walked in step with the rest of his clan-mates. He glanced warily at Mintstar and the rest of the cats. Sometimes he wonders why they even hold clan gatherings if all the cats are going to do is be upset with each other. Sparkling dew drops clung to his white fur as he trotted through the wet moor grass. The trickling of the stream water against smooth stone caught his attention. Whitequill's eyes focused in on the formation of rocks marking the gathering place. He could even see the silhouettes of the other clan against the moon light. Mintstar hopped from rock to rock, until she found the tallest perch she could sit on. She settled down and curled her brown tail over her paws. Her pale green eyes were slits of anger as she watched the other cats gather around. The rest of DewClan made their way onto the rocks as well, Whitequill being one of them. He looked more timid than usual.

The moment Sandyrose's paws hit the rough surface of the rocks, the apprehension churning in her stomach increased tenfold. She looked up at DewClan's leader, Mintstar, noticing the she-cat's angry disposition even from this far away. Thistlestar began bounding up the rocks himself, also finding a high-up perch that was a reasonable distance away from Mintstar. His dark yellow eyes held no outward emotion, but Sandyrose and the rest of the MistClan cats knew that was because Thistlestar wasn't the type to display his inner thoughts and feelings so openly. There was an air of cold distance about him, almost mysterious. He seemed to be silently evaluating his surroundings.
Straightening her spine to make herself look larger and more dignified, Sandyrose padded across the rocks in search of a place to settle down. She noticed that few MistClan and DewClan cats were sitting with one another - that was rather normal, as the two Clans weren't exactly on friendly terms at the moment. In the past there had been times of peace, but clearly no one was recalling those moments now. As she looked around, Sandyrose's light green eyes caught a pair of strange soft pink ones briefly, belonging to a white DewClan tomcat. She stared for a short moment, caught off guard by the strangely coloured eyes, before looking away. She couldn't help but notice that the tom stood out around his Clanmates - it was hard not to notice him with fur that bright and eyes that shade.

(Holy smokes, did I just become an apprentice? Cool!)
Mintstar sent a sharp dagger-filled glance in Thistlestar's direction. She did not say a word but she was visibility annoyed but the way her tail tip flicked back and forth. She watched the cats bellow, seeing the pelts of the DewClan cats mix in with the MistClan cats.
Whitequill looked around, trying to find his place in the jumble of cats, he had lost any of his friends in the crowd. Not that he could call them real friends. Although, he had never tried talking with MistClan cats, they always slightly intimidated him. Except the medicine cats that he talked to once. He looked around some more, at the many feline bodies glazed with pale moonlight. And he could have sworn that he felt eyes on him, but as he looked towards the source they looked away. He was accustomed to cats staring at him, calling him unnatural. It made him feel disgusted with himself. 'Gosh I should not have come,' he thought at himself. His large white ears flattened against his head and he sat down. The cold stone sent a small shiver up his spine. He came to the conclusion that he would just keep to himself until they could leave.

( XD Yep, haha. )
Sandyrose watched the two Clan leaders. Thistlestar didn't remove his cool gaze from the cats milling down below, but when the last few cats finally seemed to settle down, he stood up to his full hight and lifted his tail into the air in signal. The cats quited down, turning their attention toward the two leaders. "The Gathering has begun," the MistClan leader announced, his deep voice echoing. He looked over toward Mintstar and stepped back, indicating for her to speak first.
Sandyrose could feel the tension in the air before Mintstar even started speaking - in fact, it had been there from the moment the two Clans had arrived. No doubt that both leaders had something to say to one another tonight. She could only hope the night didn't take a turn for the worst.
"Thistlestar thinks he's so great, doesn't he?" A cat spoke up quietly from somewhere to Sandyrose's left, their voice a scoff. "I bet Mintstar could tear him to shreds without even getting scratched." Sandyrose felt her fur begin to bristle at the rude remark, likely made by a disrespectful DewClan cat. She resisted the urge to turn to the cat and snarl at them. Instead she just dug her claws into the rock underpaw and remained stubbornly focused on the two leaders.

Mintstar raised her eyebrows at Thistlestar, she almost asked if he was sure about letting her speak first. But she brushed it aside and stepped forward, clearing her throat she began to speak. "I am sure we all know the struggle of the approaching leafbare." (Sorry, I'm just going to assume it's leaffall currently. X3 Because I like the leafbare drama.) Her cold gaze looked over the heads of the many cats gathered before her, a sense of power coursed through her at the thought of so many cats listening to her. "But, just because prey numbers are lowering does not mean you are allowed to cross the stream into another clans territory." The longer she spoke the more malice that grew in her voice. Her tail was lashing behind her as she directed her gaze to Whitequill. "My young warrior Whitequill found traces of MistClan scent and bloody remains of a sloppy rabbit kill." Whitequill swallowed the lump in his throat and nodded, he felt on the spot light. Eyes burning into his pelt. With every fiber of his being he regretted coming to this gathering. Mintstar added on a higher note, her voice dripping with false, mocking, sweetness, "Care to explain, Thistlestar? Or can you not keep your warriors in line?"

Thistlestar turned to face Mintstar, his eyes frosty. He didn't back down from the situation, instead shaking his head and replying in a voice even colder than his gaze, "My warriors and I are proud and skilled enough to be able to feed ourselves within our own borders; we have no need or desire to hunt your prey. I'm afraid you are mistaken, Mintstar." Thistlestar's upper lip curled ever so slightly in mocking, a clear challenge in his expression. Sandyrose flattened her ears to her head. It was rare for Thistlestar to openly provoke the other leader - and she knew that her own leader still had more to say. "In fact, while we're discussing our borders," Thistlestar turned his head to sweep his icy stare over the cats gathered below, and a shiver went up Sandyrose's spine, "it was only a few days ago that a hunting patrol had to chase some DewClan warriors out of our territory. They were milling about the marshland just inside of our northern border." The tomcat returned his stare to Mintstar, and it sharpened into a fierce glare. "Before you accuse my cats of trespassing, you may want to consider questioning your own, first." For a moment, all Sandyrose heard was quiet - and then heated, aggressive murmurs started to pass back and forth and suddenly the MistClan and DewClan cats were all glaring at one another in hostility. The pale reddish-brown she-cat crouched low to the ground and growled lowly. She had known tonight wasn't going to go over well.

( *soft chanting* fight fight fight fight )
Mintstar felt a low growl bubble up in her throat. "My cats would never do such a thing." She lashed her tail. "Do you see any of my warriors that you saw on your grounds at our gathering today? Recognize any of their faces here?" She looked down at the crowd of cats. Her long black claws were visibly unsheathing and sheathed. She narrowed her eyes, "I bet you can't." Whitequill's long white tail began fluffing up at the thought of a fight starting. He could hear one familiar voice in the crowd, it was his clanmate Palefeather's voice. The lanky peach-colored tomcat was yelling at another MistClan cat about fighting them with one paw behind his back. This was all going terribly wrong. Whitequill stood up and took a couple steps back to the edge of the crowd. Once he was on the outskirts he could feel the cool leaffall breeze ruffle his fur without the other cats to block out the wind. He looked upstream at the twoleg place far off that was decorated with yellow lights. How he longed to be there instead of here right now.

Sandyrose slunk backwards as the Gathering erupted into growls and threats on all sides. Up on the higher rocks, Thistlestar was glaring cooly at Mintstar, but whatever he was saying was swallowed up in the myriad of raised voices down below. "Come on then, I'd like to see you try it," Sandyrose heard her clanmate, Vinetail, retort back to something a DewClan warrior said. The brown tom was lashing his long tail around violently. Normally she wouldn't be opposed to fighting for her Clan, but this was a gathering. They weren't supposed to fight here. "Vinetail, stop it!" She hissed at the tom, but was ignored. Things were about to explode into a full blown fight, she could feel it in the air. She could either stay here and be in the middle of it when it did, or she could distance herself from it all. She wasn't the only one who had that idea, apparently. A few other cats, from both Clans, were looking as distraught as she felt, moving back away from the main cluster of cats. Sandyrose spotted the same white tom from earlier among them, casting furtive glances upstream toward something. She backed up a couple more steps, uncertain, only to walk rear-first into a solid body. She whipped around, startled, only to see a large DewClan warrior looming over her with anger gleaming plain as day in his eyes. He was at least two times her size, and she curled her lip as she skittered away from him, her fur fluffing up. "You look hardly old enough to be an apprentice," the warrior sneered at her, and Sandyrose bristled in rage. She snarled wordlessly at him in response, unsheathing her claws. She hated it when cats looked down on her!

( *whispers* You are allowed to kill Palefeather if you want to. *whispers* )
Palefeather fluffed up his fur as much as it would go to make his skinny body seem bigger. He let out a loud hiss and clawed at Vinetail's ears with no hesitance. Swatting at the challenging cat in blind rage. Mintstar immediately noticed this, she cut off what Thistlestar was saying and started shouting at the two warriors bellow to cease fighting. "There will be no fighting on these grounds, all of you, silence!" But her voice fell upon deaf ears as Palefeather got into a fighting stance. His yellow gaze blazed with the craving of a fight. Warriors around them started backing away to form a circle to watch them fight, not wanting to get caught in the middle of flying claws. Whitequill snapped out of his daydream and logged back into reality. He looked back into the fighting, a small shecat caught his eye. He could have sworn it was the same cat that he caught staring at him before. His ear twitched and he registered the fellow DewClan warrior that was harassing her. He stood up straighter, ears leaning forward, ready to step in at any moment.

( We'll see... *chuckles darkly* )
Vinetail hissed in pain, and reared back, specks blood spattering against the rocks as Palefeather's claws scraped along his ear. He snarled an insult at the DewClan warrior and lashed out unthinkingly in retaliation, before he dropped into his own battle stance, ready to spring forward. He completely disregarded Mintstar's words, blood surging in his veins and fueling his anger. "Come on, rabbit-muncher," Vinetail spat tauntingly, "let's see how you fight with one paw behind your back."
Meanwhile, Sandyrose was dealing with a DewClan warrior of her own. She glared up at him with all the fury she could muster, and snarled, "I'm a warrior, not an apprentice," before backing away from him. She was angry, yes, but still hesitant to fight at a gathering. She didn't want to displease her leader or StarClan. The warrior, however, only took this as her being a pushover. He followed her step for step, clearly trying to intimidate her with his size. "Scared?" He mocked her, "I'm surprised MistClan let a someone so small become a warrior. Is your Clan that desperate and weak?" Something in Sandyrose snapped at that. "You're one to talk, fox-dung. If you're so strong why are you picking a fight with someone 'so small'? Worried a bigger warrior would be too much for you?" She leaned forward, curling her lip, "or is that just how DewClan trains its warriors nowadays?"

( Can I just say, this is really fun. XD I haven't RPed in a long while. Plus, you're a really good RPer. )
Palefeather glanced at the blood splattered rocks and then back to Vinetail. He gave his enemy a sharp-tooth smirk. "Just watch me, frog-face." He cackled at him, enjoying his brief moment in the spotlight as eyes of cats watched the show. He crouched down, putting his weight into his hind legs before springing at Vinetail with full force. His claws outstretched and aiming to get the opposing feline knocked to the ground. Up ahead, Mintstar paced back and forth, looking down at the fight with determined eyes. She was rooting for her warrior, maybe it would teach MistClan a good lesson or two about messing with her clan. Blood has already been shed, there was no backing out of this now. No way to upset StarClan anymore than they already had. Although she would not have picked the hotheaded, short tempered, and loudmouthed Palefeather to represent her clans strength. She slightly doubted his skills. Mintstar knew Palefeather was made to battle with a lot of room to run and dodge attacks. But they were in a tiny clearing with a circle of cats around them.
Whitequill twitched his whiskers, surprised of the mouth on the shecat. Maybe she would not be talking quite like that if she knew the warrior like he knew him. Whitequill knew that warrior was strong, he had trained with him once. Whitequill would never want to be under his claws. He swallowed back his shyness for once before barking at the DewClan warrior. "Hey, pal, I grasp that we all hate these unsightly MistClan felines but if one more drop of blood is shed here I think we are all going to regret it. Y'know?" He tilted his head to the side at the last part. His pelt rippled as he started to rethink this situation, 'I'm way out of my line here.'

( I have to agree, haha! I haven't had a roleplay that I've enjoyed this much in a long time. And thanks! :3 I try, but I often think I could do better with my writing. Long-ish post warning here. )
Vinetail felt the weight of the DewClan warrior slam into him, but instead of resisting it, he let himself roll with the impact to lessen the damage. He felt claws dig into his pelt, and it hurt, but he managed to twist his head around to try and sink his teeth into Palefeather's shoulder. He could hear the cats around them cheering the fight on, and if he wasn't so absorbed in his fight, he may have stopped to consider how strange it was that no one else was fighting, instead just watching.
Sandyrose stood stock-still, her green eyes still glaring at the large DewClan warrior. Even at the white tom's attempt at diffusing the situation, she still felt furious, evident in the lashing of her tail. The warrior that had taunted her was distracted for a moment by the interruption, and she was tempted to use it to her advantage and rake her claws across his face a couple of times. "Whitequill," the DewClan warrior growled glancing back at the other tom, "it's a bit too late for that. This runt needs to be taught a lesson." "Don't call me a runt," Sandyrose snapped, baring her teeth and tensing her muscles, "I might be small, but I can still-" "Enough of this!" The caterwaul rang in Sandyrose's ears, cutting her off. She looked toward the source, but all she saw was a blur of gray and yellow, before none other than Thistlestar all but materialized a little ways away, right next to Vinetail and the DewClan warrior he was fighting with. In the next instant, a powerful paw strike swatted Vinetail right upside the head, knocking him away from his adversary and stunning him into submission. Thistlestar's claws were sheathed, but as he stood in between Vinetail and Palefeather, the look on his face was truly terrifying. "You are all being a disgrace to StarClan and the truce we swore to adhere to during this sacred time." His voice was the only sound Sandyrose could hear, and she had never heard him sound so enraged before. Everyone had been shocked silent, including her and the warrior she'd been about to attack. Thistlestar turned his head to look up at Mintstar. He called up at her in his icy voice, "This gathering is over. MistClan will be returning home now," none of his warriors objected, "where we will all hopefully remember what it means to be respectful of the full moon truce. I hope DewClan does the same."

( Same! x3 Oh me too. I feel like I used to write better when I was younger. Oh well. Practice makes perfect. )
Palefeather, still laying on his side on the floor looked up at Thistlestar. He had his sharp teeth clenched in a frown, not because his shoulder was hurt and dripping with blood, but because he was doing so well. He stood up, small limp in his step, he shoved his way through the crowd, blending in with the rest of the DewClan cats.
Mintstar's muzzle twitched, Thistlestar's words hit her hard. She silently watched her clan split from the mingle. The two clans separated from the cluster to their respective sides. Her eyes flickered at the scene bellow her, her pale green eyes lingered on the crimson blood on the floor. She grunted and leapt down from her perch, standing in front of her crowd of DewClan cats. "Just stay off our territory," she muttered.
Whitequill's ears were flat against the back of his head. His mouth felt dry as he meowed, "Look." To both Sandyrose and the DewClan warrior. His head was angled at the sky. The once full and gleaming moon had been covered with thick dark clouds, blocking out the light with purple thunder rippling through them. The smell of rain clung to the chill air. "Oh mouse-dung, StarClan is going to curse us all for generations to come." He could not peel his eyes away from the cascade of angry storm clouds. He blinked rapidly, shaking his head. This had to all be a terrible terrible dream. He bowed his head, looking hesitantly at Sandyrose.

( I feel as if I just stopped getting better after a while, haha. I mean, that's probably not the case, but it's weird, XD )
Thistlestar coldly watched as Palefeather limped away, before turning to Vinetail, who kept his head bowed, knowing he was in trouble. Thistlestar didn't say anything to the long-tailed brown tomcat, however, just padded past him. He called out to his Clan as a whole, "We're leaving now. Everyone get going, back to our own side of the stream." As his cats muttered to themselves and followed his orders, Thistlestar turned to look at Mintstar. "Keep your cats off of ours, and we shouldn't have any problems." With that, he turned and headed toward his own territory, merging in with his warriors and vanishing from sight.
Sandyrose glanced up at the cloudy sky, and then behind her where her clanmates were beginning to gather to head back to camp. The DewClan warrior gave a snort and one last glare at the she-cat, before stalking away toward his own Clan. That just left Sandyrose and Whitequill. Sandyrose turned to look at the white tomcat, meeting his odd pink gaze. The look in her eyes wasn't friendly, but she didn't look like she wanted to claw his ears off either. She just sighed and then shifted her paws, getting antsy to leave. "... what are you looking at?" She growled, feeling uncomfortable. She always felt as if others were judging her because of her size. "Shouldn't you be following after your Clanmate?"
