( Sometimes, what I like to do it pick up the ways people write or cool new words that they use. x3 Gasp! We hit page two! )
Mintstar kept a stone cold look, not letting any other emotion show. She watched the MistClan cats start to leave before turning around and padding off, not saying another word. She expected her clanmates to follow her in suit. And they did, DewClan cats casting mixes of worried and angry glances at the DewClan group.
Whitequill straightened up at her remark. "Ah, my apologize, princess," he said with a tad hint of sarcasm in his tone. "Did not mean to cast ya' any uncanny looks," he added on a more sincere tone. He still had his fluffy tail in between his legs in shame. He looked at his clan leaving, along with the DewClan warrior that threatened Sandyrose, silently evaluating the situation. He felt like his paws were glued to the ground for some reason. "You're not wrong," he had a small smile, "Nice meeting you. Had a good time tormenting your clan." He finally gained the will to move his paws and turn to leave. He gave the small shecat one more quick look over his shoulder.

( I do the same thing occasionally, Yay, page two! XD )Sandyrose visibly bristled at the word 'princess', but didn't say anything. She watched him leave through narrowed light green eyes over her own shoulder, but when the words 'had a good time tormenting your clan' left his mouth, she felt compelled to outright spin around fully so she could yell after him, "MistClan was not tormented by the likes of DewClan!" It was a lousy comeback, but she was still annoyed and on edge from tonight's events, so her smart retort bank was a little out of order. She flattened her ears to her head, watched him pad away until he vanished from view, and then finally turned away to follow after her own clan with a huff. ( That's all I have for this. Want to do a small timeskip to a few days later? )

( I can start. c: )
Whitequill padded through the frosty moor fields. He could feel the subtle way the terrain shifted from meadows to swamp land underneath his paws as he neared the border. He had separated from the rest of the hunting party when Palefeather had started arguing with Clovertail about how he could hunt just fine with a damage shoulder. He shook his head at the silly bickering of the two. Whitequil found himself walking dangerously close to the border. He had gotten lost in his thoughts and did not know how far he had traveled. 'It's not like the stream is off limits to hunting.' He shrugged to himself. As long as he just did not cross the border. Not that he was a fan of fish, it was just easier to fish than to be sticking his head into rabbit burrows til' the sun went down. He padded slowly up to the stream. His pink eyes darted around as he saw the fish swimming past the rocks and pebbles. Although, the smell of the MistClan border bothered his nose he ignored it and focused on fishing. He settled down on the shoreline, wiggling himself into a comfortable place.

( Kinda long... )
A little ways away on the other side of the stream, hidden behind a clump of thick reeds, Sandyrose stiffened as the scent of a DewClan cat drifted toward her nose. Her intention wasn't to purposefully hide herself from view, but she doubted that the cat in question knew she was there, as the wind was blowing in her direction, carrying his scent toward her and not the other way around. What made her want to stay put in the cover of the reeds was the fact that she could recognize the warrior's scent. The white tomcat with the strange eyes. She'd already been there for a while and had caught enough fish. She could leave any time she wanted, but she knew that if she straightened up then the tomcat would notice her. For some strange reason, she'd rather not be seen, though it was most likely because she still felt awkward from their exchange at the gathering a few days ago. The way he had called her 'princess' still irked her too, causing a scowl to form on her face whenever she recalled it. But after a few moments of loitering in the reeds, Sandyrose finally decided that she was being ridiculous and that she had no real reason to sit here and wait until he left. If he saw her, then he saw her. She didn't have to justify herself to him. With that in mind, Sandyrose lifted herself up onto all fours. Just at that moment, the sun peeked out from behind a cloud, and illuminated the stream. The next thing she knew, the bright sunlight had glinted off one of the slick bodies of a fish, casting a momentary glare that hit the she-cat right in the eyes, causing her paws to slip and slide forward as she flinched and blinked against it. A small splash resounded around, and all the fish nearby scattered, leaving just a now-soaked Sandyrose sitting in the shallows of the stream with a look of confusion etched across her face.

( Don't worry about it! :> Long posts are good posts. Plus I love reading your writing style. X3 )
Whitequill jumped backwards with a jolt. His senses on high alert and eyes wide. He thought he was being attacked by a MistClan warrior about to confront him for being so alarmingly close to the border. Until everything was processed. He relaxed his shoulders and let out a guilty chuckle. The sight was quite funny to him. But he did resent that all of the fish had scattered in fear during the splash. Looks like fishing was a bust. Then he registered through the soaked wet fur that this was the same MistClan cat from the gathering. He could tell by her short stature and pale green eyes. He never forgets a face. "Hey! You're the short-tempered shecat from the gathering!" He snickered to himself, "Get it! Because you're short, small-stuff. Ah, and you look a bit wet there. Actually. Scratch that. You are practically drenched." He sat back down in his spot, talking to her from across the river, "Aaaaand, you frightened away all of the fish. Tsk tsk." He gestured a paw to the empty waters in front of him, scanning the clear stream with no signs of fish.

( Ah, thank you! <3 )
Sandyrose's pelt burned with sheer embarrassment and annoyance. She lowered her head as she climbed out of the water back onto the shore, her ears flattened to her head. However, the moment the tomcat started teasing about her size, she whipped her head up and around and glared at him with burning eyes. "Shut up," she hissed at him from the other side of the stream, "don't call me short! I can still kick your fluffy tail across this stream if I wanted to!" She was more than aware of the water dripping from her fur, but she ignored it while she fumed at the DewClan cat. She couldn't believe she had actually slipped and fallen into the water in front of this cat. This was humiliating, she probably looked like a helpless, drowned mouse, what with her wet fur plastered to her body. She wanted to find a hole to hide in and never come out. Never mind the fish, Sandyrose wanted to be the one to disappear!

Whitequill only laughed more the angrier she got. "Wow, you sure are mad. Where do you keep all of that anger?" He smirked at her, curious to see just how far he could push her. That and teasing MistClan cats was all fun and games to him. And tempting her to come at him was part of the fun. His mouth shifted to the side of his face. The longer he looked at her, he started feeling a pang of sympathy, and also feeling kind of sad. She looked pretty pathetic. This poor poor, angry, and drenched cat in front of him. He curled his tail neatly around his paws, fluffing it lightly so it looked nice. "What is your name?" He asked in a soft and caring voice. "If you don't tell me I'll keep calling you 'shortstuff'" He added on a more humorous note and snickered.

"Of course I'm mad, I just fell into the stream and now I have a DewClan furball making fun of me," Sandyrose hissed somewhat to herself, but still loud enough to where it carried over to his side of the water. She licked at the soaked tufts of fur on her shoulder, trying to ignore him, but paused mid-lick when he asked her name. Sandyrose hesitated, her eyes narrowed and not looking directly at him, and then sighed. Should she tell him her name? Did he even deserve to know, what with all of his remarks about her size? Finally she decided to just give in. She met his eyes with a still slightly offended look, and grumbled out, "It's Sandyrose. And yes, I am a warrior. I know I don't look it, but I am." She was honestly expecting him to come back with another comment about how small she was, so she stared at him, daring him to say something.

He raises his eyebrows in surprise. He had assumed she was an apprentice. "Oh! That's impressive. I bet you do well in battle. Darting in between the legs of DewClan warriors." Whitequill kneaded the ground. "Wouldn't want to be up against you in battle. No ma'am. Swear to the stars above." He was rambling with quick water-fall sentences running out of his mouth. He placed a paw on his chest, "My name is Whitequill. Like the quill of a birds feather. No no, not the porcupine kind of quill." He paused and glanced behind his shoulder at the DewClan moors. He was slightly worried that his hunting-mates would find him. His concern was plain to see on his face. Whitequill dared not to think of what the others would say if he was caught making friendly chatter with the enemy clan. The image of Palefeather crossed his mind and he shivered. He looked back at Sandyrose and gave a small smile, "You own a lovely name, in all honesty."

Sandyrose cocked her head to the side at his rambling, giving him a suspicious look. Was he patronizing her? Someone actually telling her they thought she'd do well in battle? Was this a joke? She wasn't used to cats saying these things unless they were being sarcastic. Growing up, she had gotten it all the time from the kits and apprentices. She found it hard to believe that anyone, let alone a cat from DewClan, could look at her and see her as a skilled warrior. Sandyrose snorted bitterly. "Yeah right. Don't try to patronize me, no one ever means it when they tell me that. I'm small, so I must be pretty weak. That's what you're really thinking, isn't it?" She didn't fail to notice the look of concern on his face, and truth be told, she was pretty worried as well - a feeling that only got worse and worse the longer she stood here talking with this cat. The fact that he had called her name lovely, though, caught her attention, and she couldn't help but say, "And as for my name, you can thank my mother," her tone changed ever so slightly around the word 'mother', adopting a slight edge, "and Thistlestar. I had no say in it."

"Naw' seriously. I swear I'm not messing with you this time. Us DewClan cats are all legs. We trip very easily. It's impeccable. Just don't tell anyone at home I told ya' that." He gave her a sneaky wink paired with a grin. "Well, you are quite blessed to have such a nice name. Haha, back at home there is this one cat named Snaggledbelly. Golly gee, hahaha, I feel so bad for him. Don't tell him I said that though, he would claw my pretty face off in a heart-beat." He giggled again, his shoulders bouncing. "Wow, I sure am telling you a lot of secrets. I should stop." He was really enjoying himself. Sitting across the border talking to this shecat, 'Even though she has a temper.' The soft sound of the running stream and bird-song, the cool breeze with a dash of pleasant warm rays of light. He could not ask for a better way to spend his sunlight.

( Okay! That's fine, I can wait a bit for replies if I have to, Plus I kind of stayed up all night roleplaying with you, so I may or may not try and get a couple hours of sleep before I have to get up for the day. )Sandyrose blinked, and couldn't help the slight snort of amusement that left her. She quickly tried to cover her mirth up by saying, "You keep telling me all these secrets, and I will use them against you one day." She found that she couldn't put any malice or hostility into the words, not even to mock him. It was strange... was she actually enjoying herself? The thought passed through her mind, and she pondered it. She had never once considered the possiblilty that she could ever sit down and have this kind of chat with a DewClan cat. It seemed surreal, but the truth of the matter was that she just couldn't bring herself to feel any hatred toward this cat - annoyance definitely, but hate? She just couldn't do it. Sandyrose looked across the stream at Whitequill, actually looked at him. From his white fur to his strange pink eyes... what was it about him that could make her boil with annoyance one moment and then almost laugh the next? "Your eyes... " she brought up hesitantly, almost absent-mindedly, "they're different from any other cat I've ever seen."

"Oh boy. If we ever have a battle over this silly lil' border dispute then I'll stay far far far away from you then. I'll be all the way on the exact opposite of the battle field." He let out another laugh but it immediately went silent when she mentioned his eyes. His smile fell fast and he bowed his head down. His eyes looking to the floor, anywhere but back up at her. Anywhere but her. He cleared his throat, his voice coming out slower and very gloomy than his fast happy rambling from before, "It is, i-it is a condition. That I have." His soft pink eyes were swimming with grief. "My- ...Some feline told me once before that... I am "albino." It is a trait. It makes me "special."" He lifted his head up, still not meeting her gaze. Instead his rose tinted eyes were focused on the twoleg place far off in the horizon. He breathed out the last words, "It is... weird and ugly. Is it not?" He snapped his head back down to the ground, staring down at his paws covered up by his tail. He watched a small ant crawl past his toes.

That's horrible. ;-; I don't like mobile. )
Something seemed to click right into place as Sandyrose listened to Whitequill's words, watched as his happy mood from before faded away like it was being sucked right out of him. He was clearly distraught, obviously in pain over this. She stared at him from across the stream, her own light green eyes widening. He wouldn't look up at her, but she felt strangely... sympathetic. Because she could understand, she could relate. Sandyrose had been self-concious and despaired over her own size since she had been a kit. Her body was small and frail, aand she always felt as if she had to constantly prove herself to others so they would look past her appearance and see her for who she was. It was different... but the same. "No... I wouldn't call it ugly," the words slipped out before she could think them over, "it's unique. Different, but not ugly." Sandyrose looked at him, even though he wouldn't look at her. Absently, she meowed out, "they're actually kind of... pretty." Immediately her eyes widened and her jaws snapped shut, appalled at the words that had left her. She'd just called his eyes pretty... oh StarClan, what was she doing?

( Lucky! I can't wait to go home and sleep.
The most annoying thing about it is that it keeps logging me out. Heh. )
Whitequill hesitantly peeked up at her. His ears shyly perking foreward. His eyes sparkled with delight. "Wh-What, really?" He asked all baffled and breathless. He shuffled his paws a tad, waiting for her to take her words back. But when she didn't he smiled. "No ones ever really told me that before. Normally they call me rabbit-prey. Since, I look just like the red eyed white furred rabbits we catch around here. I mean... I see where they're coming from." He felt a little choked in his throat again at the thought. "I really appreciate it, hearing someone else say that." His gaze flicked from the ground and back up at her, still a tad nervous about showing his eyes. He did not dare make eye contact with her again though.

( Sleep is a beautiful thing, haha.
Yeah, that would be annoying, -_- )
Sandyrose continued to watch the tomcat from across the stream. Cocking her head to the side again, the pale reddish-brown she-cat seemed to hesitate about something, but then finally just decided to say it, "DewClan should be... they should be proud to have you." The words were spoken hesitantly, and it was clear to see that she wasn't sure about whether she should be saying this or not. But, she reasoned that since she'd already started, she should just keep going. "You're probably a great hunter during leafbare - blending in with the snow. A lot of the cats in MistClan are too dark-furred for that..." the thing was, where was all this coming from? Was she trying to cheer him up? Why? "I was the runt of my litter, you know," the words just kept spilling out, "and I was very sick as a kit. That's why I'm so small - it's... that's my condition. My brothers were apprenticed two whole moons before I was..." an awkward laugh erupted from her, but she cut it short. She didn't like telling this story. "Even now, I'm more prone to falling ill than most of my Clanmates..." she looked down at her small paws, feeling as if she was giving away all of her inner secrets.

"Oh... Oh dear. I am so sorry," he mewed in a low whisper. Whitequill played with the water in front of him, dipping his paw in it absentmindedly. Until her story finally clicked in his head. He realized how horrible his teasing was from before, how the reason for her getting mad at him all made sense. "Oh my stars! I am so sorry for picking on you like that before!" He shook his paw dry, exclaiming, "I did not know how... how." He paused for a second, trying to convey how terribly sorry he was for making fun of her height. "I apologize with all of my heart." He looked up at her, finally making eye contact. His light pink eyes flickered back and forth from looking at her left eye and her right eye. "Y-You do not have to be telling me all of this, I can tell it is a sensitive topic." He tuck both paws back under his fluffy tail. Then Whitequill let out an airy laugh. "Kind of funny how..." He trailed off in thought. Looking past Sandyrose's shoulder to the horizon and the marshland behind her. "How here we are, just two cats from different territories, chit-chatting on opposite sides of the border. With this silly little stream separating us." He rolled his shoulders, slouching in with them, "Ah geez."

Sandyrose looked down at her paws, a small smile on her face. Her expression was soft, more gentle than any look she'd ever worn in the presence of a DewClan cat before. She closed her eyes for a moment, exhaled a small breath, and when she opened them up again, there was a spirited look in them. She met his light pink gaze from across the stream, and shook her head. "It's... it's fine," she meowed sincerely, albeit a bit awkwardly, "I've been on the receiving end of that kind of mockery since I was a kit. I don't like it, but I've long since come to expect it." Sandyrose's light green eyes shifted upward to look at the somewhat overcast sky. She adopted a distant look. "You came out and told me something about yourself that is also a sensitive subject, right? This is just me returning the favour, if you will." When the sun broke out from behind the clouds again, the she-cat dropped her gaze from the sky. The late leaf-fall winds were blowing right through her still damp fur, and she had to suppress a shiver as she tucked her paws beneath her body. "I honestly don't know why I'm still sitting here talking to you. We're supposed to hate each other, but I just can't seem to do that..." she looked at him again, evaluating him while she pondered her words, "maybe it's because I see some of my struggles reflected in your eyes when I look at you... we've both had a hard time fitting in, haven't we?"

A small shy smile formed on Whitequill's face. "You are kind of right. You're right." He gave his fluffy chest a few quick licks. He looked back up to Sandyrose, examining her soaked frame. He stood up to his paws with his tail held high up behind him, waving it back and forth. "Ah geez, you're still soaked. And it's cold outside." He pointed a forepaw at her, then added, "And my patrol is probably looking for me." He shook out his coat, white hairs falling off and to the ground. He might have a small shedding problem due to stress the clan puts on him. "And, curse me, I haven't caught a darn thing." He let out a small chuckle to reassure her that this was all lighthearted, he was not really mad, just a bit stirred up. He examined the still empty stream with slight worry. Watching the cool water flow over the rocks. "They sure are gonna' flay me alive for this."

Sandyrose glanced away at that, a feeling of mild guilt coming over her. "Ah, yeah. That's my fault, isn't it?" She figured it'd be best not to mention that she herself had caught a few fish before he had come along. Unconsciously, she also shook out her fur, and a few stray droplets of water splattered against the ground. Another gust of wind passed through, and this time she was unable to hold back her shiver. She was officially cold now, and being soaked to the bone didn't help anything. "Shadepelt is going to chew my ears off if I get sick," the she-cat muttered, dreading the scathing look she knew the elderly MistClan medicine cat would give her if she caught a cold because of this. Now that was a cat who's temper was even worse than hers. Some could even argue that all the time she spent with him as a sickly kit had rubbed off on her, and that he was the reason she grew up to be like she was. Truthfully though, Shadepelt was more of a parental figure to her than either of her actual parents, and that was saying something. Essentially, he had been the one to raise her in place of her neglectful and distant mother.
( When do you think we should incorporate the plot for this roleplay? I was personally thinking that the deputies of DewClan and MistClan could be conspiring together to overthrow Mintstar and Thistlestar, and they already have a few supporters in both Clans, and they're all just basically waiting for the correct time to put their plans in motion. Maybe Whitequill and Sandyrose could somehow stumble upon a secret meeting, where they learn of it all? )

( Oh, that's a really smart idea. I like that. Hmmmm. I entirely don't know. XD I was thinking Whitequill and Sandyrose should find the two deputies after they get to know each other more and have convinced each other that the other clan isn't so bad. I can volunteer to RP MistClan's deputy if that's alright? But I really like that idea, it's perf.
Also, do you think it would be okay. If I- like- make a MistClan cat that has a crush on Sandyrose? cx Or would that be too much drama && distract the plot? )
"Don't let me hold you up! Wouldn't want ya' getting sick now. Go home and get warmed up. I would hate if I was the reason you got ill. Specially in this Leaffall weather." He walked in a small circle, he could not sit still in one place. "I can just catch a rabbit on the way back, it's no biggie. No trouble at all." He gave her another genuine smile. Even though he knew catching a rabbit in these cold months would prove difficult. Trying to catch any prey at all would be a challenge. His patrol was going to be at his throat for this. "It was.. really nice talking to you- um..." He looked around the scenery, searching for his words to say. "It would be a treat if I could see you again?" He felt his ears get hot, this was so embarrassing. He should back out now. He could not believe that he asked her that, so stupid of him, absolutely ridiculous. He took two steps back, worried if she would call him stupid. The look on his face showed that he was preparing for backlash.

( You can roleplay MistClan's deputy! I'll take DewClan's in that case, then. Yeah, it makes sense that they should get to know each other better first. Maybe at that end, Whitequill and Sandyrose could have stricken up a 'just friends' kind of relationship and they somewhat regularly get together to talk and whatnot. But since they meet secretly, maybe during one of these get-togethers, they stumble upon the deputies by mistake and decide to follow them or whatever, and then the learn everything. How does that sound?
Haha, I love that idea! XD A little extra drama, why not? And maybe the cat who has the crush can later find out about her relationship with Whitequill...? )
Sandyrose looked at him, knowing he wasn't being completely honest. Prey was hard to come by during these months no matter where you were. She wondered why he was brushing it off so nonchalantly, but then decided that she would just humour him and not say anything about it. She had a feeling that if she tried apologizing he would just brush that off as well. "Okay," she agreed, her ear twitching - a habit she had, which only popped up when she had more to say about something or was keeping something to herself. "If you're sure." Her response was simple, but she had already decided not to challenge his statement. It wasn't like she would be the one taking the fall for not hunting enough. She had no real reason to worry. Sandyrose's eyes shot open at his question, and for a moment all she could do was stare at him with wide green eyes as his words processed in her mind. The next instant, her gaze dropped back down to her paws, and she fumbled over her response. "You- what?" This was not how she was expecting this unexpected meeting to go. Yet, part of her seemed to be reaching out, imploring her to agree, to say that she would like to talk to him more as well. It took her a few moments to choke out a reply, but when she did, it was a fragmented, "Ah, ah... um. I would... be okay with that?" It came out like a question, and she felt her own fur burn with embarrassment. "I mean! I... guess I wouldn't mind..." she dug her claws into the ground, hardly believing her own words. She must be crazy. She had to be.

( Do these two sound alright? ::
Tallmyrtle - male - warrior - A short-furred, charcoal colored cat. He gets his name from his very tall stature, he towers over most cats with his long legs. He has crisp minty-blue eyes. His ears are very round at the tips, and his tail quite long as well. He has dark raccoon like circles around his eyes from lack of sleep. Clingy, rude, full-of-himself nature. Show-off. Really nice when he wants/needs to be. Likes to bribe and use people for his own well-being. Skips out on patrols and thinks he knows everyone. Fake fake fake so fake. Never knew a hard life and had everything handed to him.
Willowstep – shecat - deputy - Fluffy pale brown tabby with pale yellow eyes. Takes everything seriously. Values evidence, knowledge, and truth over anything. Cunning, and can make sly jokes sometimes. Likes to exercise her power as Deputy.
Yes! That was exactly what I was thinking too. :>
Bingo~~ Huhuhu. This'll be fun. For all of these RP cats I just use the names and descriptions of old OCs and give them new personalities. )
Whitequill leaned forward, almost looking like he was going to just over the stream with how glad he was. So happy she did not reject his offer. He was a tad worried about the surprise in her voice. "Wowie wow, same time same place tomorrow?" He patted the ground to emphasize that they would be meeting right here tomorrow. He curled his tail in the air at a contradiction in his plan, "Unless you're busy. Or-or you got sick. Me oh my, I hope you don't get sick. I would never forgive myself if that happened." He turned around and looked at the moorland territory that stretched over the horizon. Whitequill felt the subtle breeze run through his cheek fur, blowing back his ears a tad. He looked over his shoulder, at Sandyrose past the stream. Just like how he did the first time he met her at the gathering. "I guess I'll see you later," he mewed. He could not help the small smile spreading across his face. It felt nice to finally have a new friend. Or at least someone he considered a pal, even if she did not feel the same way. He was just so interested in finding someone with similar difficulties as him. Plus, he loved the culture of the clans, and dabbling in MistClan's culture as well as DewClan's culture was something that enthralled him.

( Yes! Those two are great! :3 Tallmyrtle sounds like the kind of character that would annoy the ever-loving heck out of Sandyrose... So great! XD
Here's my deputy character: Sparkheart - tomcat - deputy - sleek, short-furred golden-brown tabby with bright amber eyes and a white dash on his chest. Stern, but has a likable sense of humour, and is well-respected. Wants the best for his Clan, but his ideals and methods may be a bit questionable. Has a friendly demeanor he puts on, but is actually quite sadistic underneath. Loves to torment his enemies.
A lot of my cats are similar in that regard, but I change up the suffixes sometimes along with their personalities. Sparkheart has always been a deputy character, but wasn't like he is in this roleplay, haha. Sandyrose was a new creation, but Vinetail has existed since my early roleplaying days. Shadepelt was originally named Shadefang, and he was a villain character. )
Sandyrose felt like she would come to regret her decision to see him again, but she pushed it aside. She'd already said she'd be fine with it - she couldn't back out now, not after seeing how happy Whitequill looked. Maybe she was starting to go soft... "Yeah... tomorrow. Here. That's fine." Her sentences were still fragmented, but she rapidly shook her head to clear her thoughts. "I'm... looking forward to it. I'll try not to get sick, haha." Oh StarClan, how awkward she sounded! She wanted to bury her head into the soft, wet soil at her feet. She still couldn't believe she had done what she had done - she had to absolutely make sure no one found out about this, ever. She wouldn't be able to live it down if word got out. Trying to push her worries aside, Sandyrose stood up and bid farewell to her new... friend? Acquaintance? What even was he to her? "Later then," she called across the stream, and a small smile formed on her face. Maybe, this wouldn't be so bad.

( I know. >: 3c I tried to choose a tall OC so she would get annoyed by having to constantly look up at him. e w e Plus, he will never be able to understand what she went through. He's just so.. so great!
OH HOHOHO I LOVE HIM Willowstep and him do sound like a wonderful team. Their personalities do line up for this plan that they have. She likes power and he is sadistic. MmmmmMMMMM they are just such a sweet pair.
Oh! That is so interesting to see their past lives. I really do like what you've done with them. Whitequill used to be a leader. o . o Willowstep used to be super shy and cute. And Mintstar is a Clovertail clone, and she was never ever rude like this. : S All of the cats I am playing as, I've never RPed before. I just kind of make it up as I go. )
Whitequill chuckled at her nervousness and padded off. He looked behind himself a couple of times, walking slow and not really wanting to leave. He had to will himself away. He glanced behind himself one more time until she was completely obscured from view. And not soon later he smelt rabbit. He crouched down low, sniffing around for said rabbit. He prowled around until he saw the rabbit, but, it was already in someone elses clutches. It was Clovertail, one of his hunting patrol partners. And she was carrying both a rabbit and a mouse in her jaw. They both made a short exchange. Clovertail questioned his lack of prey and he blamed it on the weather. She smirked, said she understood the struggle, then gave him her rabbit so that he wouldn't walk into camp empty handed. She was always the kindest cat, as far as Whitequill could say, she was the kindest shecat in the clan. Whitequill was relieved. And the two of them walked back home together.
( Huhu, would is be okay if Sandyrose came back to a ruffled up Tallmyrtle wondering where she has been? )

( He's perfect, haha. I can just see it now - Sandyrose will inevitably get so riled up at him, XD I wonder how long she'll last before she starts clawing at him, haha.
XD Thanks! Yes! I thought they'd make a great pair! This is going to be good!
Thanks again! I have so many cats, -_- A lot of them, whenever I stick them into a new roleplay, I always change up something about them. Actually, Thistlestar - I forgot to mention him in my last post, oops - was originally Shadepelt(fang)'s brother. In this, they're not related though. )
Sandyrose watched until Whitequill vanished from sight, and only then did she finally begin her treck back to camp. Before that though, she made sure to gather up the fish she had caught earlier. Carrying them in her jaws, she gave one last glance toward the stream, and then left. The walk back through the pine forest was uneventful, though she did periodically shiver as the brisk wind blew right through her. Her reddish-brown fur was starting to dry off, but it was still obvious to anyone that she had taken a dip into the stream, especially since she was carrying aquatic prey, a sure sign that she had indeed been fishing. As she finally made it back to MistClan's camp, Sandyrose headed over to the fresh-kill pile where she laid her catches down. She pointedly ignored the curious looks she got, and began grooming her pelt.
( Go for it! XD )

( I will make it my goal for her to fight him, while he the whole time will take it as a joke. And will purposely try to pin her down.
Oh! By the by, I made a Word Doc with all of our OCs in it, if you want to add anything to Thistlestar, Vinetail, and Shadepelt's description you can. Because they're very short at the moment. But you don't have to. I'm only doing this to keep track of things. )
Tallmyrtle was pacing back and forth, he had practically made a trench in the ground where he was pacing. Sandyrose should have been back by now. Was she avoiding him? No not a chance! Who would ever avoid him? Something tragic must have happened to her. A fox? A dog? An ugly-snarling-feral DewClan cat. He growled at the thought of a DewClan cat. How he would love to claw one right open. After the gathering he had made DewClan a permanent enemy on his most hated list. DewClan better watch out for him! Tallmyrtle nearly missed Sandyrose walking in, he was distracted by his daydream, and because of the dampness of the water made her fur a slightly darker color. He quickly rushed up to her, nearly tripping over his long legs as he approached her. He shook off his near fall with ease and wasted no time in between his fall and looking her up and down all over like a mother would to a kit. "Where in the world have you been? And-" He tried to stifle a laugh, but he did not try very hard, and it came out nonetheless, "Why are you wet? Did you drown?" He prodded her wet shoulder. He glanced at the fish in the pile. An addition to the prey pile he had not noticed before, Sandyrose must have brought it in. "Well I'll be darned, you actually caught something. Good on you," he commented. He poked the fish and the slimy thing slid down over its brothers with a gross sound. He stuck out his tongue and made a disgusted face. He was high-class and obviously deserved better food than this. But since his darling Sandyrose caught it, he would humor her sad attempt. "It's a lot, nice catch."

( Sandyrose is going to hate Tallmyrtle very, very quickly, haha.
I may. In fact, I'll eventually be making small but complete summaries for all the OCs I use in this RP. Not necessarily right now, but that will be a thing I do at some point. )
Whatever good mood Sandyrose may have been in after her chat with Whitequill, it immediately crashed and burned the moment she heard an annoyingly familiar voice. She stopped grooming her coat so she could look up at Tallmyrtle - and did she ever hate it, how far she had to look upwards in order to make eye contact. Why was this cat so tall? She felt her muzzle twitch as she heard him laugh. Closing her eyes briefly in an attempt to salvage whatever decent mood she had left, she responded, "I fell into the stream. Otherwise I would have caught a lot more than this," she couldn't keep the bite out of her tone as she said this, his words 'you actually caught something' irking her. She didn't mention Whitequill however, and her ear twitched, deciding that Tallmyrtle really didn't need to know about that part. Honestly, who did this tomcat think he was, anyway? She never asked for his company. In fact, she often made it clear that she wasn't interested in whatever he was trying to accomplish by constantly being a thorn in her side. He either didn't know how to take a hint, or he was just purposefully ignoring the 'stay away from me' signals she kept sending him.
